The bonus with using this company is the competitive prices. This is an old school operation where you can’t get much done through email and internet. Needs phone calls to remind them of your requests. Have used 3 times previously but this year we’re let down by their booking policy, taking a booking from us one day and the next day being told that somebody ahead of us in the booking queue then wanted the apartment. Poor practice and previously they have made simple mistakes like forgetting welcome food packs that had been booked on arrival. They did sort though.

Recently stayed with Smartavillas in the centre of Tavira. The apartment was amazing. It is very well situated and equipped. It's location is ideal for those wishing to explore the Tavira town and the Tavira Municipal area. It's located on a very quiet street in an equally quiet condominium. It's on the first floor but don't let that worry you as there is a lift to every floor, even the underground parking lot. It even has a great communal area with a pool. Everything was perfect for a 2 week break while reconnecting with family that I hadn't seen for over 20 year's. Everybody I came in contact with from Smartavillas were professional, courteous, polite and helpful. Smartavillas even offered a mid-stay clean and change of bedding. Although it wasn't required, it was lovely to know that I could have used the service, if required. I would definitely recommend Smartavillas to anyone wishing to have a nice relaxing break away from the hussle and bussle of modern day life. I will most certainly be back. Obrigado Smartavillas.

Great company excellent service. I was apprehensive booking direct but smartavilla's team were so friendly and helpful. We drove from Spain to tavira when reaching tavira Racheal directed us by phone to her office and a member of her staff took us to our holiday villa The holiday was a great experience any small issues we had at the villa Rachael's team sorted out immediately I would recommend smartavillas
