Wir sind selten so unhöflich und abweisend von einem Mitarbeiter des Hauses behandelt worden. Man scheint es nicht nötig zu haben … Wenn jemand Einzelheiten wissen möchte, kann er mich gerne kontaktieren ! Einzelheiten möchte ich mir ersparen, weil der Aufwand mir das nicht Wert ist! Wir waren in der Nachbarschaft sehr gut Speisen und das bei ausgezeichnet freundlichen und guten Service!

Het eten was wel lekker, maar niet echt speciaal. Lokatie verrassend, zaten buiten achter de keuken. Bediening goed maar moesten erg lang op het eten wachten.

El sitio se veía muy bonito y el olor de la cocina invitaba a sentarse en ese patio tan acogedor. Pero después de esperar por nuestra cena mas de una hora , nos sirvieron solo un plato, de los 2 que habíamos pedido, y consultamos que cuando estaría el otro. El camarero, el único calvo que estaba trabajando ahí, nos trato muy mal e increpo que todos habíamos llegado a la vez y que si no queríamos esperar que nos fuéramos. Todo esto de muy malas formas, encarándose y faltando al respeto. Decidimos irnos como nos invito a hacer. Nos quiso cobrar sin ticket la bebida que habíamos consumido y pedimos la hoja de reclamaciones pero al vernos extranjeros nos pidió el dni para anotarlo él y llevarnos a juicio según dijo de una manera agresiva y violenta.. en vez de dejarnos a nosotros poner una reclamación oficial a consumo. El resto de personal nos pidió disculpas por él y nos dijo que para nada él tenia razón. El restaurante no estaba tan lleno, tenia la terraza delantera y un par de mesas en la trasera pero el salón vacío.. así que el volumen no era tal para esa demora con tan pocas comandas a la espera. Una pena la cocina tenia buena pinta y nos apetecía un montón!.. al final nos quedamos sin cenar y por las horas no fue fácil encontrar plan B. Pero pasar por alto su falta de respeto no era posible cuando vas a pagar por que te den un servicio.

Absolument excellent ! Parfait ! Cuisine parfumée, travaillée, recherchée. On sent que le chef est passionné par son travail et pour l'amour de la cuisine. Félicitations aux chef? Je vous recommande ce restaurant si vous appréciez la bonne cuisine.

Das Rive Gauche befindet sich in einer der vielen Gassen in der süßen Altstadt. Das Essen ist lecker, meins allerdings etwas korianderlastig (Octopusrice with Curry). Das Gericht hätte man auch ohne Curry haben können, wäre vielleicht die portugiesische Art gewesen:) Der Codfish war m. E. etwas zäh und neutral im Geschmack. Preise und Leistung stimmten nicht wirklich überein..

Délicieux. Un chef doué et inventif. Cuisine originale et pleine de saveur, le tout avec un service agréable et souriant.

Volvimos porque hace dos años nos gustó la comida, pero en esta ocasión, después de estar esperando más de 55 min por 2 magrets de pato y un filete tuvimos que pedir la hoja de reclamaciones ya que no era comprensible la espera habiendo sólo 2 mesas más con clientes y una de ellas estaba ya en los postres. El gerente del restaurante, lejos de pedir disculpas por el retraso, nos exigió de una forma muy prepotente el DNI que fotografió para poder escribir en el libro. Tuvimos que pedir la comida para llevar porque no pensábamos quedarnos ni un minuto más en aquel lugar. Un restaurante que no trata con respeto y educación a sus clientes.

Superbe restaurant. Equipe jeune, souriante et adorable ! Le chef nous a également régalé. Rien redire. Restaurant parfait pour manger au calme et à l'écart des gros axes touristiques. Je recommande à 100%!

Terraza muy agradable y trato encantador. Los platos están reinventados y muy ricos. Lo recomiendo.

I sat in to have a glass of wine and have a 15 minute break after a day of sightseeing. One waiter took the order, the other one came and told me that they only do food... incredible. I was sitting alone at a table for 2, so it wasn’t like I was occupying a huge part of the restaurant.

Fine if you are not hungry! We had to wait over an hour for our food to arrive and, when questioned about this, the waiter said "Well, you're not in a hurry" or words to that effect. I was so amazed by his attitude and lack of empathy. He later apologised for the poor service but I know we are not alone in suffering this fate. Greeting was very good and order taken swiftly but the wait for the food spoilt the experience. Only recommended if you want your appetite to build in anticipation!

Bonne cuisine... Un peu lent les soirs de gros services mais les saveurs et les bons produits change la donne ! Le petit plus est la petite cour derrière, plutôt que les tables devant dans un passage bruyant.

Très bonne adresse, peut etre meme une des meilleures de Tavira. Les plats sont tops, la décoration et l ambiance cosy font que l on passe Un tres bon moment. Et les seeveurs sont charmants. Je recommande!

We (4 adults and our 7 years old girl) visited this restaurant on the night of 31/07/17. The place is well decorated and cosy but... We ordered 2 appetizers (shrimps guacamole + bisque of fish and shrimps), 3 main dishes and a spaghetti carbonara for our daughter. We asked for the spaghetti to be served with the appetizers. After 50 MINUTES (!!!!) the appetizers arrived together with the Spaghetti. The Spaghetti was OK. The quality of the appetizers was OK. Nothing special but also no reason for complain. The reason for the 1 star was first the terrible coordination in the kitchen. After 20 minutes after finishing our appetizers we still had no main course. The second reason was the rudeness and unprofessional way of the waiter. When asked politely long it would take the answer we got was "how long will take what??" When I answered politly that the delivery time of the food was too long the answer was in a rude way:"when you arrived here we already had to serve other guests". I asked for the bill, paid the appetizers and left the place. During this episode 2 other tables had the same problem and were ordering their bills. A very bad experience. I do not recommend this restaurant

Demasiado tiempo de espera, solo veíamos platos pasar. Las raciones podrían ser más grandes por el precio que tienen, pero te llenan. Por lo demás bien.

Amazing food. One of the best places to eat in tavira. Prices are decent for the food you get. Can't believe it's not busier as we have tried many places around the area and they are not up to scratch when comparing prices.

Cuisine excellente et fine pour un prix raisonnable

This was the best restaurant experience in Portugal. The food was wonderfully presented, the taste was heavenly and the style was so definitely French. The chocolate dessert was divine. The chef certainly knew how to blend flavors. I would go to Tavira again just to eat at this restaurant. It's a gem.
