Ik was in Lissabon en ik besliste om een avondje deel te nemen aan Drag taste. Ik wist niet goed aan wat ik me kon verwachten maar ik besliste om mij over te geven aan het onbekende. Ik werd warm verwelkomd door het drag team van deze avond. Afrika begeleidde me met haar kooktalent doorheen de workshop. Ze was heel innemend en liet me direct op mijn gemak voelen. In tussentijd kregen we de mogelijkheid om ons over te geven aan de transformatie. De drags hielpen, met hun toeziend oog voor esthetiek, ons de gepaste outfit te vinden. De nieuwe rol gaf direct een connectie met de anderen van de groep en het werd een fantastische avond vol amusement en veel gelach. De drag experience is een echte aanrader! Top team! De show was super.

Então, como começar... Vi a Drag "Teresa al Dente" na televisão e fiquei muito curioso a cerca do Drag Taste. Primeiro fui ao Brunch, e deixem me que vos diga. Não é um brunch qualquer. É O BRUNCH. Desde a entrada dos clientes á saída, toda a equipa desde as Drag queens até ao staff de limpeza, foram impecáveis. Sempre muito atenciosos e com uma disposição tão boa que contagiava as pessoas. A comida é fenomenal. Eu sou vegan e fiquei muito bem servido, aqueles cogumelos... Quero a receita de tudo! E o show das Drags foi a melhor parte. Cada espetáculo diferente e único á sua maneira. O último foi sem sombra de dúvidas o melhor. Todas elas a fazerem uma performance es-pe-ta-cu-lar! 11/10 E depois de tudo isto não pude resistir e tive de voltar para a experiência principal deles. Imaginem tudo o que disse acima mas com uma aula de culinária de pratos típicos de Portugal muuuuito divertida e transformações em Drag... SIM! Desde peruca, saltos altos, maquilhagem, e até pestanas!! Outra experiência que nunca irei esquecer. Eu fiquei realmente apaixonado por tudo! O que acontece dentro daquele espaço é magia mesmo! Recomendo a todos desde o Brunch até á Aula de culinária. Se pudesse dar mais estrelas dava sem sombra de dúvidas. Parabéns a todos !

What an amazing experience! For 35€ you get unlimited Mimosas, a Buffet with all kinds of food and an incredible show! I’ve never danced at a brunch before. 10/10 would recommend.

Miss Irina thank you. I booked in on a whim on my last night travelling alone in Lisbon. This is a welcoming house. Irina and Theresa you should be very proud of what you have built, such genuine interactions just cannot be manufactured After being greeted by everyone with a kiss and a glass of bubbles at the door, the night begins with Miss Africa laying down the law of the land. While the cooking gets underway, one by one, we were taken under the wing of one of the glorious Queens. I had the honour of being made over by Miss Irina Ganache. Part drag king makeover, part therapy, the chance to chat with such an incredible human, who has this amazing ability to make you feel that you are beautiful and that you matter, was just about the highlight of my time in Lisbon. Post make over we returned to the stoves and boards, guided by Miss Africa. Once everything was finished we sat down to a truly delicious meal, with large platters of clams and salted cod being passed up and down, along with glass after glass of sangria. once the meal was finished the show began. The queens are incredible performers, both as individuals and as a group. The night finished with more dancing, singing, and wine. Once the makeup was removed, I tried to sneak away while everyone else kept dancing. But Miss Irina won't let you leave without a final hug and a final compliment, you told me I was wonderful and you made me believe it. I left Lisbon the next day with songs in my head, walking a little taller. How can you ask for more from a cooking class.

I've entered Drag Taste as a regular girl and I left it as a performing, cooking drag queen! :) The cooking class experience has it all: I've learned how to make a portuguese stone soup and fried bacalao pastries all while wearing a wig, super high heels and fake eyelashes! There is even a chance to perform on stage with a brand new drag name. I am a solo traveller and I was a bit worried to go on a group experience alone but the Queens made me feel welcomed and bit tipsy so I quickly felt as a part of the party! I really recommend to everybody that is into good fun!

My sister and I spent the evening with these lovely queens. I strongly recommend this magical experience. Uncover your inner fabulousness, have a makeover, cooking experience, delicious food, and a beautiful show. Don’t miss out. Five hours of pure joy.

My friend and I went for the Brunch today. They are a new experience to have in Lisbon and it was utterly fabulous. However, the food served was quite simple breakfast meals and wasn’t too special.

I was planning my sisters hen when stumbled across this ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS drag cooking experience. When inquiring through email they were nothing but helpful and really nice. My sisters and friends were so excited to do this experience and let me tell you when we got there...boy did they deliver!! The venue is stunning, you can tell it was decorated with such creativity and love. The chefs were so friendly. The queens had such amazing energy. They were so happy to take pictures with us, joke around with us and they really did make sure we had a fabulous time. Any questions I had for the queens, they went out of their way to help me. The food and drink were just such good quality, the food that we prepared was delicious. And finally the show, oh my god. The queens are so talented, it was such an enjoyable show. All night I exploding with excitement. Thank you for such an unforgettable evening of laughter and dancing!

Hello Drag Taste! It was marvelous! I was delight with the fabulous culinary experience provide by the Chef. It was a magnificant group culinary class, where all together participated and enjoyed. We learned very special recipes and culinary techniques! Excellent wines were chosen to accompany the meal. The Drag performance was brilliant and brightened the night with a Unique Show. It was wonderful and excitng night socializing ! Thank you!

The food was delicious! The show is amazing, funny, full of joy, fabulous. We danced like a Saturday night but on a Sunday morning and it was great! Mimosas and Lady Gaga forever please! Thank you for a wonderful and sparkling brunch!

We had the Sunday brunch and we had a blast! Our only regret was that we didn’t go for the dinner show. Next time for sure! Great food, all-you-can-drink mimosas and a fantastic atmosphere with talented artists. What else does one need to be smiling for the rest of their stay? Thanks for the experience! We’ll be back!

This was one of the most uplifting shows. The food was tasty, the queens were amazing and nice! The decoration and the overall ambient was super fun. Defenitly an experience to repeat.

Pedro and his stunning posse of Queens were amazingly charming and kind hosts! The venue is super cool and all the guests were encouraged to participate and feel at home. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the entire evening and had so much fun being transformed into drag queens. We felt so gorgeous and special! The drinks flowed as we learned hands on all about authentic Portuguese fare and the resulting dinner was delicious! Pedro has an extensive knowledge of cuisine and even my husband learned a lot despite being also from Portugal. The show, pastel nata dessert and espressos were perfection and we got to have intimate chat time with everyone. This has been a highlight of our trip and I would happily do it again on our next visit.

It's hard for me to say how realistic it was, because I'm still kinda under this emotional delight: here you will definitely be the most important and long-awaited person. Since the first second, tall pink doors will open before you and incredible Queens will welcome you warmly, filling a glass with pink sparkling wine. You will be provided with all the necessary instructions and cooking tips, dipping into the world of the Portuguese gastronomy. After that, tons of powder, ​​foundation and glitter will make you the Queen of the Night. Wine, delicious food, positive vibes will turn you evening into an excerpt from a Hollywood movie.

AMAZING!! We had no idea what to expect from this but so many people suggested it and it was so much better than we could have expected! We were there so late because no one was ready to leave. The queens were fabulous and the food was DELICIOUS! I'm so glad we decided to splurge on this - it was worth every penny! There are so many typical things to do that you can do anywhere, but this TRULY a unique experience. Awesome, awesome, awesome.

Truly loved it! The people, the food, the shows! The stunning queens... It’s a one of a kind experience, and I couldn’t have enjoyed more! Also the place where its located it’s amazing!

After returning from a wonderful vacation to both Lisboa and Tenerife, my only regret regarding this event was that we did it our first night and it had set the bar abundantly high for all other experiences for the rest of the trip. How can you compare a diamond to unpressed carbon? From the time we arrived to the LX Factory, in fact, a sparkle was captured in my eye. Raw art is strewn about in the most graceful of chaos. Our group of four was a bit confused as to how to navigate to Drag Taste's venue; however, this was quickly amended with a phone call (Irina answered on the first ring). After taking a left at the initial LX Factory gates and then walking to where it deadends into a parking lot, one needs to only turn right into the parking lot followed by a quick right down a small street where the adorned large pink door and stiletto tree will meet you. If for whatever reason these simple instructions elude you, I'm almost positive that with a positive attitude Irina would gladly go on a brief search mission for you, trudging on six inch heels through uneven cobbled streets as she did for another guest on the evening of our event. From the jump, we were impressed. Greeted with warm hugs and, "Darling, come in, come in." As my eyes adjusted to the light inside, I was met with vaulted ceilings, a clean kitchen, and aesthetics that were akin to walking into someone's minds eye. Flipping my focus between the room and the queens, I honestly do not know which was more beautiful. Our hosts for the evening were Irina, a leggy siren, and Africa whose perfectly manicured beard accentuated the juxtaposition against her doe-like eyes. As billed, there are a few activities that one will participate in if they book this event. While Africa reviewed knife safety, cooking techniques, and orchestrated the construction of a multicourse traditional Portuguese meal, Irina set each individual down for his or her transformation. Each one's personality was so vastly different yet so human that they enveloped you further into the experience. Even after the event, my fiance and I were commenting on how we wished we had known Irina and Africa for longer than only one night. They were amazing. Once dinner was set and bread was broke, the group sat together around a table where strangers had converted to family. Irina shared with us the history behind our meal. Satiated in so many ways, the night ended with a hysterical yet sultry drag show before winding into a mini-dance party. As we grabbed for our purses and jackets, we were led to the door with conversation still flowing in the same manner as the wine had throughout the course of the evening. Greeted with a hug, we left with two cheek kisses each. I leaned into Irina and said, "This truly is something special here." And it was, and always will be. I implore anyone with even the faintest piqued interest to book this experience. You will not regret it.

This Event is EVERYTHING you need in your life!!!! I went alone, just by myself, and I was a bit worried to go to a strange place full of Drag Queens and people I don't know from anywhere. The SECOND I came into the house, I was welcome with pink champagne, laughs, kind words and I was taken care like a queen! I felt so good, the music, the House is GORGEOUS, the decoration, Oh my god! The cooking class was so professional, our Drag Chef was flawless in explaining all the recipes step by step, and taught us so many tips and tricks that I will use forever in my kitchen. The transformation by the other professional drag queens was also everything! I couldn't recognize myself in the mirror after, I was just GORGEOUS! The wigs, the heels, the dresses, the jewelry, the lashes, and the makeup was SPOT ON! The dinner party was maybe my favorite. A bunch of amazing random people transformed into Drag Queens from all over the world eating, laughing, and sharing an amazing and delicious meal. I was traveling for 3 months at the time, and I did many cooking classes and participate in many events and parties, but this one was just better than all others combined. It's unique. It's perfect! Also, the drag queens performance show was amazing, they are really good at what they do. We had more liqueurs, Portuguese custards, and more digestives and wine. I just didn't want to leave. I WILL BE BACK FOR SURE, AND WILL BE RECOMMENDING THIS TO EVERYONE! Thank you for providing me with one of the best days of my life!
