Varuni Vanderpoorten: First the good things: - The apartment is centrally located and is walking distance from the tram, bus and train stations. - It's great if you want to avoid crowds as the area is not very congested like Alfama. - Super close to the Belem Tower, the monastery and a few other sights. - You can walk along the peer to watch the sunset and sunrise. - They have all the basics including Tupperware if you want to pack food for a picnic. - there's a supermarket in walking distance - there's some nice restaurants around and good food options Now the bad stuff, - the bedroom right at the end smells of sardines by evening as there is a restaurant next door. The window is not insulated. Don't get me wrong, I do love my seafood, but after a few days of this smell, I have now been put off sardines for some time!!! - no air-conditioning. It was fine for us because we went in early autumn. But this would be a massive problem in summer. Specially when you can't keep windows open due to the sardine smell. - the bathroom and shower is super small. If you are a big made person it will be impossible to sit on the toilet seat. Unless you sit sideways. I'm 5'5" and 56Kg and even I found it hard. - the lock to the apartment is messed up and is a bit difficult to open. They did tell us this when we checked in. - the hot water ran out in the last day as its heated with a gas canister. One day of cold water. - there's a splinter sticking out on the floorboord near the bathroom. It jammed in to my foot and now there's a piece of skin missing. - I had scheduled my check-in for 5pm but they were not there and told me I had asked for 5.30. Which is incorrect. I did show them my email confirmation and the guy said it might be a system issue. Please get a confirmation for your check-in time, coz there's nowhere to wait depending on the time of day.

Julien Tournier: We had a great stay at the Lisbon-way apartment. We stayed in Mongedo apartment with our baby. The apartment was super clean and even nicer than in the pictures. The kitchen is fully equipped. The wooden floor is lovely. Goncalo provided a baby bed and a blender at our request. We even had the surprise to find a baby chair in the apartment, which was very handy. We needed a babysitter and Goncalo found us one who was wonderful and reliable. We would definitely stay again in the apartment.

Love Love Love Love este lugar. O pessoal atrás do balcão de check-out é super amigável e muito útil quando você está tentando localizar um determinado item. Tenho feito compras aqui desde que abriram as portas e praticamente mobili a minha casa com toda a decoração rústica que comprei aqui. É um lugar tão relaxante, divertido e interessante para navegar e fazer compras.

Há alguns dias, passamos por cá e comprámos mais madeira do que planeámos. Eu estava a ter problemas em empilhá-la em cima do porta-bicicletas do meu carro. O gerente adjunto Adam passou por cá para ajudar. Em vez de o passar a um dos seus empregados, ele tirou o tempo necessário para ajudar. Voltámos ontem, e mais uma vez ficámos muito impressionados com o serviço de apoio ao cliente que recebemos de todos os funcionários que nos ajudaram.

No entanto, disseram-me que o modelo Bosch que eu queria não estava em stock, mas que chegaria uma encomenda no dia seguinte. Liguei de volta no dia seguinte e disseram-me que estavam no inventário, por isso, para segurar o modelo, comprei-o por telefone.Eu moro a 40 milhas de distância, mas estaria em Colorado Springs no sábado para o ir buscar. O foi-me enviado por e-mail o recibo pago 2 dias antes da actualização da recolha. Cheguei no sábado e disseram-me que lamentava, mas não há nenhum modelo Bosch que eu tenha pago no local, mas temos um modelo de andar disponível ou eu podia esperar até que chegasse um carregamento a sério e que o entregariam 9 dias depois.Quando perguntei se havia algum tipo de desconto para o modelo de piso ou para o modelo de preço mais elevado que tinham em stock, disseram-me que não podia fazer nada, ou pegar no modelo de piso ou esperar.Recebi um telefonema de desculpas e quando me perguntaram se para todos os problemas eles poderiam fazer a garantia de 2 anos de $69.
