Eine gute Adresse fast mitten in der Stadt. Schöne Zimmer, leckeres Frühstück und der Highlight : Pool auf dem Dach.

Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis war soweit ganz okay. Bloss das Frühstück ist noch ausbaufähig und das Lunchpaket (wir mussten das Hotel morgens sehr sehr früh bereits, Richtung Flughafen, verlassen ☹) sowieso .

It is a very good hotel. The room are clean and the staff are very nice. They speak French as well. The swimming pool on the top was not so cold. The wind can just disturb you but the view is just wonderful that you will forget it. The food was simple but good.

Clean and beautiful hotel,
We booked the amazing penthouse and it was great!!
The service was good and the stuff were friendly
The hotel located 3 stations (by metro) from the center (Rossio).
There is very good coffee place beside the hotel so we passed the breakfast that the hotel offers for 15€
There is a very nice pool on the roof,

Stayed for 4 nights. Clean, modern and indeed white. Friendly service at 24h reception. Arrived very late to check-in (23pm) with no issues. Safe neighbourhood, with restaurants and shops nearby. Saldnha metro station 10m from the hotel's entrance. Good sleep quality and no noise issues.
Location a little far from Baixa (no direct metro line there) but that's how you get the price drop.

The hotel is well situated and accessible by Metro. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful and assisted us with our queries and requests. Hotel itself was clean and very comfortable. I will definitely come back here and will highly recommend this to my friends.

Good beds.Toilet door wouldnt close/ stay closed. No coffee/tea machine. No frigo bar. Fancy but troublesome tv.It was not possible to order a taxi from night for following morning.

The hotel didn’t inform me that it was under maintenance and I wasn’t able to use the pool or see the view from the top which was the whole reason I booked this hotel . There was also so much noise coming from the construction on the roof and I kept hearing loud cracking noises which sound like the building is going to collapse !!! Extremely scary and NOT RELAXING.
They didn’t compensate me in any way for this issue . Completely unfair . And there was also a very strange odour in my room .

Чисто, уютно, вежливый персонал, хороший завтрак. Удобное расположение прямо у метро. Отличный набор тапочек, шампуней и других мелочей. Особенно порадовал комплимент в виде бутылки воды и яблока при встрече, после перелета было очень к месту.

EXCELLENT! STAY HERE! The hotel is small and very comfortable. The people at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. there's 2 elevators. The location is perfect for walking to many restaurants and bakeries. Easy to walk to breakfast if you decide not to pay for the one at the hotel. Room was spacious and very clean. We asked if we could have an electric kettle and it was brought up with cups and cream so we used our instant coffee. Markets and train station and subway are all within walking distance. Easy to take the train to Sintra for the day to incredible castles. The pool is on the roof overlooking Lisbon but not warm enough to use it in late October.

Excellent staff and very close to the metro station. They did not replace the water bottle that we had used in our room and the sink in the bathroom definitely had an undesirable smell from time to time.

Very good, very clean, friendly and helpful personal, perfect location on metro station (2-3) stops to the very center of Lisbon. Lot of restaurants and fast food places, grocery stores near by. rooms are very quiet. Breakfast is 15 EU p/p which is on a high side. You may get the same for 6-7 EU next door. Rooms are modern, good beds, refrigerator and safe box. Nice big screen smart TV with few English channels. good WF. Pool on the roof. ,

Local muito bem localizado. Com a saída do metrô em frente. Hotel de 3 estrelas muito confortável. Perto de bons restaurantes e da pastelaria Versalhes,Onde se pode tomar chá,café com os maravilhosos doces portugueses. É também tomar vinho acompanhado com pastel de bacalhau.

L'hotel si vuole proporre come struttura di lusso ma si "perdono" su diverse cose da albergo da 2 stelle: nella nostra stanza c'era un fastidiosissimo odore di fogna proveniente dal bagno, il lavandino ( nella stanza da letto e non nel bagno) non funzionava bene e l'acqua faticava a defluire; gli asciugamani logori da motel di 4 ordine; la vista dalla nostra stanza orribile ( da su un muro a 4 mr di distanza come da foto) ; la piscina ( molto pubblicizzata) è all' ombra in gran parte e dato che non riscaldano l'acqua non ho potuto fare un bagno rilassante come avrei voluto ma solo un tuffo fugace prima di sentire troppo freddo; i vetri della stessa sono appannati dal calcare rovinando quindi la bella vista di cui si potrebbe usufruire; il bagno al piano della hall aveva " residui " del precedente visitatore 2 volte su 2 in cui ne ho usufruito. Insomma migliorabilissimo.

Klimaanlage hervorragend, kaum ein Geräusch zu hören gewesen. Der Smartfernseher hatte nur 2 deutsche Programme - private Programme -. Lautstärke war nur bedingt regelbar, etwas zu leise. Schade, daher ein Minuspunkt.
Eine große Flasche Wasser wurde angeboten, Gläser dazu nicht. Die Betten/Matratzen waren gut.
Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral zur Altstadt und zum Flughafen.
Das Frühstück haben wir nicht eingenommen, ist zu teuer.
Der Pool ist sehr klein und beengt.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und auch erfahren.
Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist hart an der Grenze.
Das Hotel empfehle ich nur bedingt, da es gleichwertige zu einem niedrigerem Preis durchaus gibt.

Un hotel no muy grande situado en la zona de negocios de Lisboa. Lejos del centro turístico pero bien comunicado ya que tiene la estación de metro de Saldanha en la puerta. La habitación con varios pequeños detalles que hacen la estancia más cómoda (¡y luminosa!), aunque la nuestra tenía la peculiaridad de tener el lavabo fuera del servicio, dentro de la habitación. Lo peor, el desayuno, pobrísimo. Y también pueden mejorar en materia de toallas.

Das Hotel White macht seinem Namen alle Ehre, die futuristischen Gänge wirken wie aus einem spannenden Weltraum Film. Die Zimmer sind sauber und äußert edel und Designer technisch bestückt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, sobald man das Hotel und somit ab der Rezeption vorbei geht, steht jedes mal das Personal auf und verabschiedet/ begrüßte einen. Das Frühstück hatt die Grundausstattung an essen, nichts weltbewegendes aber ausreichend für den Start in den Tag. Die Lage ist super, denn die U-Bahn ist direkt davor und man kommt in bequemen 6 min in die Altstadt wo sich alles abspielt. Auf dem Dach es Hotels befindet sich ein Pool, was einen geilen Blick über die Stadt parat hat. Zudem besitzt das Hotel noch eine Sauna wer mag. Ich kann das Hotel daher empfehlen.

We couldn't fault the style and comfort of this hotel. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. They were also able to speak many languages to help all their customers. The underground line is basically out the front door.

am Empfang mussten wir ein Formular unterschreiben das Hotel White für keine Diebstähle verantwortlich gemacht werden könne. In Zimmer 102 hat es eine Aussentüre welche nicht abschliessbar ist und auf einen Balkonähnlichen Raum führt welcher sich im Hinterhof befindet. Wir wollten darum einen anderen Raum und wurden belehrt dass Standardzimmer nur im 1.Stock zu haben seien. Wir haben ein Zimmer auf die Strassenseite erhalten. Dies war aber recht klein. Der Komfort der Zimmer ist aber sehr gut. Nicht verstehen konnten wir das wir für 2 Nächte kein anderes Zimmer im nicht ausgebuchten Hotel erhalten konnten.

Tout simplement PARFAIT ! Séjour de 4 nuits dans ce magnifique hôtel, emplacement idéal, décoration parfaite, équipe au top et le rooftop sur le toit avec la piscine tout simplement génial ! Demande spéciale pour un anniversaire ils ont pris la peine de faire une petite surprise un grand merci à toute l’équipe !

Es un hotel perfecto para la estancia en Lisboa, todo está muy limpio , muchos detalles como que te dejan a diario agua mineral , bombones y manzanas , además de tener cafetera y hervidor de agua para té o café con sus correspondientes sobres o cápsulas , azucarillos etc. El personal muy amable y atento . El desayuno va incluido en el precio , es pequeñito pero muy completo y todo muy rico y de calidad . Recomiendo 100 x 100 este hotel . Repetiré sin duda.

Très belle hôtel moderne au coeur de Lisbonne (2km du centre historique). Les chambres sont très confortable et très bien décoré.
Le petit-déjeuner est sympa mais il manque oeuf brouillé et bacon par exemple.
Il faudra peut être ajouter un bar à l'hôtel car en rentrant on souhaitait encore boire un verre avant de monter dans la chambre ce qui n'était pas possible.
Je recommande tout de même cet hôtel fortement. Le rooftop est également super.

Hotel in ottima posizione e di fronte alla fermata della Metro. Arredo accogliente total white, ottimo letto size king e fantastica piscina al 9 piano con vista città.
Sia alla reception (aperta 24/24 ore) che alla colazione il personale è composto da giovani molto disponibili e sorridenti.
È stato un piacevole soggiorno

Modern and comfortable hotel with great accessibility (entrance just next to red line of metro). Nice and helpfull staff. Funny thing - lobby and dining room could be bigger but building is simply too tight. Anyway: space used in very effective way. Breakfasts are tasty (i liked coffee and pancake-bot :) My price was not so good but it was during Web Summit... Overal impression was very positive. I had no chance to use swimming pool (was too cold) but i can bet that its great to swimm on the roof of the building.
I would give 4.5 so rounding to 5 stars.

Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Allerdings sollte das Frühstück verbessert werden, welches sehr spartanisch ist. Der Pool auf dem Dach bietet eine tolle Aussicht. Der Bereich um den Pool ist etwas klein, so dass man teilweise keinen Platz mehr bekommt. Dazu kommt, das der Pool nicht beheizt ist.

Wir waren 5 Tage in Lissabon. Das Hotel ist sehr gut zentral gelegen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstücksbüffet war nicht riesig, aber ausreichend und lecker und frisch. Es wurde immer nach gefüllt. Das auf dem Dach gelegene Schwimmbad ist der Hammer, das Wasser war aber leider zu kalt.

Bof, j'ai connu mieux, peu de choix au petit déjeuner et pas de jus de fruit frais,plus de pain à 9h pour se faire pardonner la direction fait déposer une bouteille et 2 pasteis de Nata mais dans la chambre des amis qui nous accompagnaient , les premiers jours les produits de toilettes n'était pas renouvelés, il a fallu réclamer et j'ai trouvé de longs cheveux sur mon lit après le passage de la femme de chambre, l'aspirateur devait être en panne .......Perso, je n'y retournerai pas !

Loved stay here. Great value. Helpful staff. Room comfortable. Air conditioning and elevator. Buffet continental breakfast with fruit, toast, pastries, cheese and meat slices and boiled eggs. Right by metro so cheap and reliable access to airport as well as city. Some nice places to eat locally. We also visited other parts of Lisbon.

Great hotel! All the facilities you need, including a rooftop with a pool. Friendly staff, metro and bus stop located just in front of the hotel. Rooms are really big and clean. Très bel hôtel récent qui cherche sa quatrième étoile. Le personnel se donne du mal pour satisfaire toutes les demandes et le niveau d'équipement est relativement élevée. Mais sa force majeure réside dans son emplacement, loin de l'hypercentre piège à touristes, positionné pile à la sortie du métro Saldhana (intersection des lignes rouge et jaune)

Very nice hotel with Moises restaurant for dinner right around the corner and a little grocery store with cafeteria for breakfast and lunch just beyond on the side street. Walking distance to the Gulbenkian museum and a metro stop right in front of hotel. ATM practically next door. Very pleasant stay.

Was als Erstes, noch bevor man das Hotel überhaupt betreten hat, besticht ist die Lage. Das Hotel White liegt am U-Bahn Knotenpunkt Saldanha, was den Transfer vom und zum Flughafen zum Kinderspiel macht. Mit der U-Bahn (rote Linie) in 25 Minuten vom Flughafen ins Hotel, ohne Umsteigen, und das für wohlfeile € 1,45 - das ist für eine Hauptstadt mehr als in Ordnung. Der Aufgang befindet sich 10 Meter vom Hoteleingang entfernt - perfekt!Zum Hotel selber: Hier ist der Name (Hotel White) Programm: Alles in Weiss gehalten, viel Marmor, viel Glas - der Albtraum eines jeden Reinigungsservice sein - aber sie haben es absolut im Griff. Am Empfang junge Burschen, sehr freundlich, absolut bemüht wenn auch manchmal etwas unsicher.Obwohl wir ein Zimmer direkt auf eine der Hauptverkehrsstraßen hatten, war der Verkehr kaum zu hören - das liegt aber sicher daran, dass der Bau keine 5 Jahre alt ist, und die Fensterfront sehr gut isoliert ist.Das Zimmer selber: Tipptopp sauber, Bad mit Regendusche, und für mich das Wichtigste - ein tolles Bett. Sowohl Lattenrost als auch Matratze dürften ziemlich neu und wertig sein.Zum Frühstück: Ist zwar ebenfalls bemüht, aber nach zwei Tagen wirds ein wenig eintönig. Das ist auch der Grund warum wir in de Kategorie Service nicht die volle Punktezahl gegeben haben. Jedenfalls die 15 Euro, die wir dafür Aufpreis bezahlt haben, beim Lissaboner Preisniveau nicht wert - aber gut, wir waren ja nicht zum Frühstücken dort. Fazit: Absolut empfehlenswert!

Nice, modern hotel next to Saldanha metro. Staff were polite and friendly, helped to organise a late check-out. Rooms were fairly large and very clean. Would stay here again.

Clean and sleek hotel. They pat attention to detail. Best part was the young and professional staff. They were 3 young men working the night of 11/27 friendly enough to make local suggestions, write down the names of local dishes to order and call a taxi. Even on their break in passing they maintained professionalism and are a great example of their business. - Zak

Wir haben das Hotel ausgewählt, da es eine sehr günstige Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr versprach. Und so war es auch: die Metrostation ist wirklich direkt vor der Tür und die Busse fahren ca. 3 Minuten Laufnähe vom Hotel aus weg.Das Hotel ist ca. 15 Minuten Fahrt vom Zentrum entfernt und ca. 20 Minuten vom Flughafen. Das Hotel ist - wie der Name schon sagt - weiß und grau eingerichtet, sehr klar und schnörkellos. Das WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei, die Rezeptionisten sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück haben wir nicht getestet, da wir gerne Frühstückslokale in der Stadt ausprobieren wollten, daher kann ich dazu nichts sagen. Den Pool auf dem Dach konnten wir auch nicht nutzen, da er zu unserer Reisezeit bereits geschlossen hatte. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden und können das White Hotel Lissabon jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Small, friendly, modern and clean. Staff v helpful. On quite a busy road but thankfully couldn’t hear traffic from our 7th floor room. Perfect for our girls weekend. Pool area on roof is lovely at the end of the day but only a few beds.

Hotel com localização Central, o metro está a 10m da entrada do hotel. Para quem está de carro, a garagem está no lado oposto da avenida, relativamente à localização do hotel e tem um custo diário de 10€. O pequeno almoço oferece alguma variedade, mas não tem produtos cozinhados (ex. Bacon, ovos estrelados, cogumelos, etc...). Os quartos são relativamente pequenos, mas impecavelmente limpos.

The staff is very accommodating and they managed to put a lot in this small hotel. It is located in a great spot and you can get to everything from here. I would have given the room cleanliness a 5, but they need to clean the rugs. Not there fault - people spill things and dont clean them up.I would recommend and will stay there again.

CHUTTT..... Si je mets 5 étoiles. ...ils vont augmenter les prix .....Mais super hôtel. ...personnel sympa... petit-déjeuner ( bien ....il y a le choix ) la salle est ...un peu petite le Week-end. ...mais les autres jours ça va !!!... la Piscine a l'avantage d'exister....un peu petite...mais à cette époque ....presque que pour moi !!!

Heel mooi hotel. Nogal kil qua moderne witte look maar vriendelijk nogal onervaren jong hotel personeel. Het ontbijt is te beperkt voor de prijs. En 'gebakken' eitje is al te veel gevraagd laat staan spek oid. Wel jammer dat laatste.

Pluspunkte:- Wirklich leckeres Frühstück- Das Zimmer war sehr sauber & komfortabel- Das Hotel ist modern und stilvoll. Highlight war das Pool am Dach!- Einen U-Bahn Station gleich vor der Tür! Minuspunkte: - Die Wände sind sehr dünn. Wenn man in seinem Zimmer ist, hört man die Leute auf dem Gang sehr deutlich- Der Ausblick aus unserem Zimmer war alles andere als schön. Wir haben auf Hausmauern und einen wirklich lauten Kompressor blicken müssen. Somit war es unmöglich das Fenster offen zu haben- Der Service war ok. Das Putzpersonal hat man gar nicht mitgekriegt. Nach dem Frühstück war das Zimmer wieder schön gemacht :-) - was leider meiner Meinung nach, wirklich komisch war, als ich bei der Rezeption nach einem Flaschenöffner fragte, meinte das Personal, dass alle ausgeborgt seien und sie keinen mehr haben. Alles in allem war das Hotel in Ordnung. Für einen Städtetrip ok!

Een smal hotel hotel wat prachtig is opgebouwd. Zo zie je wat er mogelijk is met weinig ruimte. Prima ontbijt. Parkeerplaats aan de overkant inpandig. Moet je wel extra betalen. Kortom prima hotel en een aanrader voor Lissabon.

Hotel blanc design, neuf; bien situé entre aéroport et centre ville de Lisbonne. Personnel parfait.Petit dej simple mais suffisant. Pas de restauration mais super restaurant de poisson à proximité.Dommage que la piscine ne soit pas chauffée.

Hotel nuovo, è posto sulla linea della metro per e dall'aeroporto (15 min). Comodo, silenzioso, pulito, in stile moderno, camere ampie, offre anche una piscina sul terrazzo, utile d'estate per riposarsi dopo una giornata in giro per Lisbona. Circondato da locali sia per cenare che per fare ottime colazioni (queste ultime ad un costo molto inferiore a quello praticato dall'hotel), permette di cogliere la vita dell'area universitaria della città ed è una ottima base per esplorare i restanti quartieri.
