Great location by the river. Hotel staff were very helpful. The room had a fabulous view over the river. It was a quiet and peaceful place to stay.

Der Aufenthalt in dem neu revovierten Hotel war super. Das Zimmer groß , mit Blick auf den Fluss. Kein Straßenverkehr direkt vor dem Hotel. Das Frühstücksbuffet war mit Auswahl an Süßem (Kuchen, kl. Pfannkuchen , kleinem Gebäck) und Herzhaftem ( Wurst und Käse, Rührei, Speck) und einer Auswahl an frischem Obst mehr als ausreichend.

Buen hotel con una habitación limpia y un buen desayuno. No le doy 5 estrellas porque tenía un par de cosas que no me convencieron. Una la ducha, no había mampara y salía toda el agua. La otra cosa que noe gustó fue que el grifo estaba roto y se salía y tenía que arreglarlo cada dos por tres.

Je suis très mécontente du service client de cet hôtel qui est inexistant. J'ai du malheureusement annuler ma réservation, j'ai pris le soin d'appeler la gérante de l'hôtel qui m'a dit qu'il n'y avait aucun problème et qu'aucuns frais ne seraient appliqués. En réalité, j'ai été crédité de l'ENSEMBLE de la réservation 2 jours plus tard. GROSSE ARNAQUE !

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Frühstück frisch und ausreichend. Täglich frische Handtücher. Raumgröße ausreichend, jedoch Blick seitwärts in die Gasse nicht so schön wie nach vorne zum Platz und zum Tejo. Schallisolierung naturgemäß nicht optimal.

Très belle chambre avec lit XXL, literie super confortable; jolie vue sur le Tage, dans un quartier calme, près du centre et des transports. Personnel très sympa, souriant et à nos petits soins, bon petit déjeuner varié, servi de 7h30 à 10h30 permettant de faire la grâce matinée si on le souhaite. Je recommande cet hôtel à mes amis et j'y reviendrai avec plaisir. Très bon rapport qualité/prix à cette période.

Soggiornato nella prima settimana di agosto. Caldo africano torrido e imbarazzante. Fortunatamente il clima ha funzionato alla perfezione. La camera aveva l'affaccio sul retro dell'hotel, nessuna vista, silenzioso, eccetto le due notti in cui ilservizio di nettezza urbana ha prelevato il vetro. Questo è stato l'unico problema del soggiorno. La colazione sempre molto abbondante e buona. Le signore addette alla sala sono state sempre molto attente a rifornire continuamente cibo e bevande. Il personale che si è alternato alla reception è sempre stato molto cortese a tutte le nostre richieste.

Uns hat das Hotel sehr gut gefallen, es ist nur wenige 100 Meter von der Metro Station Terreiro do Paco entfernt und eine Bushaltestelle ist noch näher. Mit einer Zapping viva viagem Karte kann man somit die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel super nutzen, um Lissabon zu erkunden. Das Hotel hat außerdem eine super Lage in dem Stadtteil Alfama und direkt am Tejo, es gibt viele kleine Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe, in denen man auch den klassischen Fado Gesang von Portugal anhören kann, nebenan gibt es auch ein kleines Geschäft mit Getränken und Kleinkram. Nebenan gibt es auch noch ein sehr tolles Geschäft mit bemalten Fliesen und sehr schönen Erinnerungsstücken. Der Mann an der Rezeption, die 24 Stunden erreichbar ist, hat uns beim Check in schon sehr viel erklärt und auf der Karte gezeigt, Personal sonst sehr freundlich. Die Lobby ist hell eingerichtet und mit einer kleinen Selbstbedienungsbar versehen. Mit einem Aufzug sind wir dann in den 4.Stock zu unserem Zimmer gelangt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und schön hell eingerichtet mit Laminat Boden. Zwei große Fenster zu einer Seitengasse, keine große Geräuschkulisse. Ein Kühlschrank, Safe und ein Fernseher mit einem deutschen Sender, durften natürlich nicht fehlen, die Klimaanlage funktionierte super und ist einfach zu bedienen. Ein Schreibtisch hat das Zimmer ebenfalls und ein großes Doppelbett. Die Handtücher wurden jeden Tag neu aufgefüllt und das Zimmer wurde sauber gemacht. Das Badezimmer ist auch sehr schön, es gab kostenlose Pflegeprodukte und es hat sogar ein kleines Fenster. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut, es gab eine große Auswahl somit für jeden etwas dabei war, von gebackenem Ei und Speck, bis frische Wurst und Käse Marmelade und Nutella, Brot, Brötchen, Crossaints, frisches Obst, Gebäck und andere Köstlichkeiten Alles in allem würde ich dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen, für einen Städtetrip lohnt es sich auf jeden Fall!

מלון מעולה: 1. מיקום - המיקום במרחק הליכה (כרבע שעה - לא מרגישים את זה אפילו) מה-timeout. המרחק לשכונת רוסיו קצרה אפילו יותר. גם כשהלכנו לפאבים הצעירים, זה הסתכם בכעשרים דקות. 2. שירות - צוות המלון אדיבים להפליא! כדאי ומומלץ להתייעץ איתם על מקומות, שעות פתיחה וכו'. 3. ניקיון - החדרים נקיים מאוד, פשוט רמה גבוהה. 4. אוכל - המבחר טוב, לא יותר מדי גדול אך אפשר לבחור בין ארוחה מתוקה (מאפים), חביתה, נקניקים, מוזלי ופירות טריים וחתוכים. לסיכום, המלון מתאים למי שרוצה מלון שקט ונעים, קרוב למרכז העיר בליווי צוות אדיב.

Experiência maravilhosa. Gente muito humana, e simplesmente gentil. Esqueci do nome do senhor responsável que fica na recepção, uma pessoa maravilhosa. Já ficamos por duas vezes e foram duas estadias maravilhosas. Na primeira vez que ficamos saímos muito cedo, e eles gentilmente prepararam um lanchinho completo para levar num saquinho de papel. Foi uma enorme delicadeza. Obrigada.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral direkt in der Altstadt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Flussblick gebucht, traumhaft. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück super lecker und unser Zimmer hell, groß mit gemütlichen Betten. Eine perfekte Unterkunft, die wir nur weiterempfehlen können.

Hotel ist für einen Städtetrip absolut empfehlenswert, die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, mit Blick auf den Tejo. UBahn und andere öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in unmittelbarer Nähe.Sehr freundliches Personal. Overall this was a perfectly fine hotel for my stay in Lisbon. It is situated 3 minutes' walk from the Azul metro line, and just on the outskirts of Alfama so you can walk to many things (Praça do Comercio, Chiado). It is also particularly convenient to a few good fado houses on Rua de São João da Praça. The hotel is very clean and tidy and the staff was pleasant. The breakfast was a typical European spread, with the addition of pasteis de nata, of course. :)My negatives are all very small things about the room. Although the room itself received lots of natural light, the lighting in the bathroom was terrible which made it hard to do makeup. The bathroom only had one usable outlet, and there were no usable outlets next to the bed. Also they did not provide small washcloths, only hand towels.As I said, overall this was a fine choice for my stay in Lisbon, and I have no major complaints beyond what I mentioned above.

The staff was so warm, friendly and helpful! You only had to say the word and they were on it! The breakfast spread was full of options for all tastes. Very small and quiet hotel, perfectly placed in walking distance to many landmarks but easily accessible to everything else using public transit.

Small family run hotel with care being taken over every small detail. We had a spacious room with great views over the river. My favourite bit of decor was the hand painted tiles in the bathroom. Great location close to sites, restaurants and shops to visit. Conveniently placed for public transport. Looking forward to our next visit!

Hotel itself was very nice...small and personable. Rooms were modern and clean. No noise from other rooms or hall. Good breakfast. However, when walking to and fro or sitting out front in the evening, there was constant drug solicitation, although I never felt unsafe. Heads up to families with kids! Would have rated higher if not for this

Lovely little find. It’s been nice to stay in an independent family run hotel. It is situated on one of the quieter squares but still super convenient for all the attractions and amenities. Breakfast was tasty and the room was turned down each day. Perfect!

This property was in great condition and located in a great spot in Lisbon. It was close to the water, transport options and bars and restaurants. What set this hotel apart though was the professionalism and kindness of their staff. So helpful and friendly, they were more than happy to accommodate any requests.

Klein hotel aan de rand van de stad. Kamer is prima in orde, klein koelkastje aanwezig, badkamer is fijn, genoeg ruimte, lekkere douche. Ontbijt is simpel maar erg fijn, voor elk wat wils. Voor een 3 sterren hotel alles dus prima in orde.

Es un Hotel pequeño delicadamente decorado y muy agradable. Las habitaciones no son tan grandes pero muy cómodas. Moderno y seguro con un excelente servicio, destacando en la recepción al señor MIGUEL. Al lado del hotel se tiene una tienda de recuerdos de Lisboa que vale la pena mirar y comprar, con unos costos muy asequibles. También están cerca la Praça do Comércio, Casa dos Bicos - Fundación José Saramago y la Catedral de Lisboa. Hotel 100% recomendado cuando se visite a la capital de Portugal.

No le puedo dar las 5 * porque nuestra habitación tenía una pequeña filtración de agua en el baño pero debo decir que aq no nos cambiaron de habitación porque no había disponibilidad hicieron todo lo posible por agradarnos. Nos regalaron una botella de vino Papa Figos, nos pusieron muchas toallas para que pudiéramos estar cómodos por esa incomodidad de la fuga, se les vio preocupados por el tema

It was very pleasant stay. All of the staff was kind and I can feel the warm hospitality from them. The room condition was great. The room temperature was perfect and it was clean. Comparing to other hotels, the price was also affordable. Posición perfecta para moverse por el centro de la ciudad. LS habitación son un poco pequeñas, pero los baños están nuevos. El desayuno correcto propone tanto salado como dulce. Para 3 estrellas es correcto, aunque un poco caro. Personal muy gentil y servicial.

Guter Service, freundliches Personal. Lage sehr gut, gegenüber befindet sich eine Metro Station sowie eine Bushaltestelle. Restaurants, Bars und Kaffe quasi um die Ecke. Die Festung und die bekannte Strassenbahnlinie 28E sind in Minuten zu erreichen. Von unserem Zimmer hatte man einen schönen Ausblick auf den Tejo.

Evitez ! L'hôtel se trouve à 100 mètres à vol d'oiseau des quais qui sont un axe routier très passant - et très bruyant ! La circulation ne s'arrête vraiment qu'entre 1heure et 5 heure du matin. En plus en ce moment il y a de très importants travaux sur la place située juste devant l'hôtel (ils se poursuivront au moins tout le printemps et tout l'été). Les engins de chantier commencent à 8 heure du matin et terminent à 8 heure du soir. Vous l'aurez compris chers amis de la communauté, l'hôtel est situé dans un environnement très bruyant. On a essayer de fermer la fenêtre et de mettre la clim mais le double vitrage est peu performant et on entendait le passage des voitures au moins jusqu'à 1h du mat. Vu les prix élevés de cet hôtel je pense que vous pourrez trouver mieux.
