The only thing is they had one hotel computer available to guests and it did not connect to the internet so I do not know why it was there. It may have worked sometime for some guests but it didnt work for me on 3 occasions on different days and they still didnt see that it was serviced.

Bon hotel bien placé. En plein quartier touristique il faut s'attendre au bruit quand on ouvre les fenêtres, mais la rue est assez calme la nuit et les vitrages et volets performants. Personnel accueillant et serviable, literie confortable, chambre et SdB propres et bien équipées. Petit-dejeuner buffet bien garni et varié. Emplacement impeccable pour attraper les principales lignes de bus et trams.

Really nice place with the best personal I have lately met. I had a small problem with the room and the personal helped me immediately and changed the room for me. Nice rooms. The hotel is in the middle of Lisbon. Thank you for the nice accommodation in Lisbon! Next time will book here again

Good hotel, with an excellent restaurant. The rooms have air conditioner, TV, a small freezer with snacks, a minimal closet, a chair, and even a digital weighing scale in the bathroom. Nevertheless, the rooms are small, the bed is small (queen size, for two persons), and you can hear steps above, like walking on a wooden floor, from the upper floor.
In general, the hotel services are very good, the elevator is digital and advanced, and I recommend the day meals in the restaurant. Besides, the hotel location is convenient, between Figueiras Square and Commerce Square.

We had a very pleasant stay here. Hotel was nice and clean, excellent location in the old city centre close to many attractions and restaurants. Staff was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was also exceptional, I will always remember their juice with pineapple and watermelon. 10/10 would come again.

Habitaciones muy pequeñas. Pretendían meternos dos personas amigas en la misma cama y en un espacio q no se podía ni abrir las maletas. Después de hablar con la agencia en España nos cambiaron al 2º día. Por lo demás bien situado. Limpio.

Localização excelente! Hotel com boas instalações, staff educados e atenciosos com o o hóspede. Cama confortável, banheiro e chuveiro mto bons. A única coisa é q , em alguns momentos, sobe um cheiro de fossa, causando odor desagradável no banheiro. Fora isso, só elogios! Inclusive, recomendo e pretendo voltar!

Due stelle per il rapporto qualità prezzo.
La camera è pulita, ma ha un difetto : è microscopica. Non siamo riusciti a trovare l'armadio, poi abbiamo capito che si trattava dei ripiani a vista ricavati in una nicchia del muro. Il bagno è nello stesso stile, definirlo piccolissimo forse non basta.
La cena al ristorante è piaciuta, servizio e qualità OK. Prezzo OK.
Anche la prima colazione è OK.
Il problema sta nelle dimensioni della camera che, a mio parere, non può essere classificata a 4 stelle.
Posizione dell'hotel centrale, quasi tutti i luoghi da vedere possono essere raggiunti a piedi.
Può andare bene per una notte.
Una chicca: la sera ho chiesto alla reception di chiamare un taxi per il mattino seguente.
Quando il taxi è arrivato la reception mi ha chiesto 4 € per il servizio reso...

Position au top !!!! En plein centre, juste à côté de la rue pietonne principale, de l ascenseur, de la place du commerce etc. tout est faisable à pied depuis cet endroit !
Acceuil très agréable, chambre légèrement petite mais comme c est seulement pour dormir, cela suffit amplement. Surtout qu elles sont propres, bien soignées et bien décoré ! Une petite attention gourmande et pétillante pour un anniversaire, donc un grand merci !
Petit dej ouvert tôt, ce qui est pratique pour partir à l aventure de bonne heure, bien diversifié et très bon !
N hésitez pas, vous ne serez pas déçu !

Razoável, a nível de restaurante é bom e agradável, também uma boa esplanada, ponto extremamente fraco é o estacionamento, só em parques com preços exorbitantes e estúpidos, é um caos completo, o serviço do hotel também não demonstra preocupação com isso, entramos e nem sombra de alguma ajuda se necessário.
Outra coisa contra é que nem uma sala pequena existe se necessário reunir para conversar algo com alguém.
No entanto o pessoal da recepção e restaurante são simpáticos e atenciosos e tentam minimizar dentro do seu possível o que alguém de relevo no hotel! Descura!
Resumindo, não se pode descurar certas coisas e querer só estrangeiros no hotel, para passear! que no caso eram estrangeiros mas para nível de negócios, comentam e depois não voltam! Escolhem outro talvez que se preocupar com certos pontos bastante importantes também.
Os Portugueses também são gente!
Por isso, aos ditos funcionários que dão a cara! Dou os meus sinceros agradecimentos! De resto! Fico por aqui.

Mehr im Zentrum und trotzdem ruhig geht wahrscheinlich nicht. Nicht ganz billig aber angemessen. Wichtiger ist allerdings der gute Service. Freundlich, hilfsbereit und kompetent. Klasse ist auch das Lokal. Wo morgens das Frühstück serviert wird, gibt's Abends lecker Essen. Tisch bestellen! Preis für die Qualität günstig. Lissabon und alles zu Fuß erreichen? Dann ins Lis Baixa!

Уютный отель, главное, не экономить на номере. Номера эконом-класса маленькие, вдвоем очень тесно (наши друзья разместились в таком, были не давольны). Хороший ресторан, в меню блюд не много, но все очень вкусно. Завтраки достойные. Достопримечательности этого района Лиссабона в шаговой доступности. До лифтового подъемника Санта-Жушта 5 мин пешком.

Tres bon hotel, tres bien placé en plein centre ville, beaucoup de chose à proximité. Petit dejeuner copieux, mais manger quasiment la même chose pendant 5 jours c'est pas top. Chambre tres petite, peut etre du 12 m
Carré, mais tres confort. Manque de rangement par contre. Le ménage est tres mal fait, drap non changé pendant quasiment toute la durée du sejour, meme pas un petit coup de linge sur le lit pour nettoyer. Personnel fort sympatique. Je recommande malgré tout.

J'ai beaucoup lu de commentaire sur cette hôtel et j'ai failli regretter mon choix à plusieurs reprises, je loge au lis baixa pendant 4nuit et j'en suis ravie, un hôtel très bien situé géographiquement, un petit dej très copieux et varié j'ai adoré Mmmmmmmll trop bon, le personnel de la réception très a l'écoute et très gentil, il est vrai que la chambre est très petite mais tant que c'est sans enfants et que c'est juste pour dormir elle reste confortable, (je ne me verrai dans cette chambre avec mes deux bébés) donc en conclusion je recommande cette hôtel vivement

Had a mini double room with street view which was very comfortable.
No noises from the street, comfortable bed, good breakfast with fresh pastéis de nata and perfect location and metro stops nearby.
Could leave my luggage at the reception after checking out for "as long as you need".
I really enjoyed my stay.

Très bel hôtel situé en plein centre de Lisbonne dans le quartier BAIXA. A proximité des centres d'intérêts, des commerces, resto, du métro, du tram... Le petit déjeuner est très copieux. Le personnel est sympa.
Deux points négatifs malheureusement, la petitesse des chambres qui ne permet pas de circuler et d'être à l'aise, la salle de bain est petite, pas de rangement suffisant pour 2 personnes et le bruit de la rue qui est infernale de jour comme de nuit.
Dommage....

If your are a tourist think twice before booking!!!!
Be careful ! They just steal your money, they aren’t friendly at all! It is better to book a 2 star hotel than to waste your money thinking you will have a 4 stars one!
Room without window, reception people are very rude, the manager is the worst I have ever seen (I wonder how someone like that can be a manager) !

if you are willing to spend this much money for accommodation, there are for sure more tasteful hotels in lisbon. furthermore rooms are tiny and the breakfast is not overwhelming either. the central location - which seems to be the only argument speaking for the hotel - is not really needed for a stay to discover the beauty of lisbon.

Our first room had a terrible odor (like a sewer issue). The hotel staff did switch us to another room, though.The room was incredibly small, even by European standards. The bathroom door was incredibly loud/squeaky, which was only a big deal because of the size of the room (it was amplified).Positives: The hotel is in a great location.

Scam. Avoid at any cost. We booked a twin room with my brother, they gave us a double bed so tiny that we spent most night awake. They said they couldn't fix it, neither give us a refund but promised to change the room the next day. Then they failed to do that too and were extra smug and rude about it, lying left and right. Absolutely terrible service, no regards for customers whatsoever. Filing complaints with the authorities as well.

Very small rooms and balcony is french style. No chair fits. TV not working. Bed ok. Booked twin bedded, got 1 double. Breakfast too crowded and far to small for the amount of people. Skipped it. No seats available.

We booked their standard room however upon going up to the room, we found it very small for our needs. We preferred a king/two twin beds and a washroom with a bath tub. We went down to the front desk where they upgraded (extra 30 EUR/night) us to a room that met our needs. We were very pleased with the new room. Included breakfast was delicious.

Das Restaurant ist echt okey.
Ich bin enttäuscht, wir haben Putensticks bestellt. Und auf der Speisenkarte stand nirgendswo das Bacon dabei ist. Erste Bestellung kam mit Bacon, haben die wider zurück geholt. Drittes wider mit Bacon ♀️
Bis ich nochmals gesagt habe ohne bacon.

El hotel está muy bien situado, pleno centro de Lisboa. Es un hotel moderno, con personal muy atento y competente. La habitación está bien, te ponen albornoces, zapatillas y una botella de agua grande de cortesía. Los amenities son de uriage. La cama es cómoda aunque se oye algo el ruido de la calle si la habitación es exterior. El desayuno es bueno, pan, bollería, huevos revueltos con bacon o salchicas, embutidos, yogures, pasteles de belem, y el zumo de naranja es natural. De todos modos, si vuelvo a Lisboa repetiría hotel y si tengo que recomendar alojamiento también lo recomendaría.

Hôtel charmant ,personnel plus qu'agréable .
Situé au milieu du centre de Lisbonne à deux pas des transports principaux (trams,métro,bus).
L'hotel est très propre et bien entretenu et le petit déjeuner au top.
Chambres un peu petites (mais on ne va pas à Lisbonne pour rester enfermé) mais la literie est vraiment bonne.
Je le conseil les yeux fermés.

The best feature of the hotel is defiinitely the loacation - directly in the heart of Lisboa and easy to reach by public transport. A good feature is also the very good breakfast. Standard rooms and mini rooms are really very small. Very littel space to put your belonings somewhere. If you are out the whole day, then its OK.

The hotel staff were so helpful and kind. I plan on going back to Lisboa in June and I will be staying there again. It was wonderful.

Die Lage ist perfekt und das Hotel stellt einem eine Parkkarte für ein nahe gelegenes Parkhaus für ca. 20 Euro / 24 H zur Verfügung. Geschlafen haben wir gut, leider war das Zimmer sehr klein und auch das Restaurant für das Frühstücksbuffet war rasch überfüllt. Das Frühstück war aber gut, das Personal nett und hilfsbereit und für einen kurzen Städtetrip würde ich das Hotel jederzeit weiter empfehlen.

É bom, atual, com restaurante exclusivo mas com acesso a clientes pelo exterior.
Um grande senão: O ar esforçado (não é condicionado) dos quartos só funciona deste que ativado na receção. Depois de ativado, se sair do quarto, ao voltar, tem de se ter o cuidado de voltar a ativar, pois o hotel desliga.

The overall stay was good. It’s a basic hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel rooms are EXTREMELY small. Not sure if all hotels in the area are like this. The breakfast was pretty good. The location was the best part. It’s right in the center of shopping, restaurants and tourist areas. 10-15 min walk to the water. Prime location.

Unser Zimmer war leider für einen 7-tägigen Aufenthalt viel zu klein! Auf Anmerkung wurde uns kein Upgrade auf Superior angeboten. Deutsch ist im Hotel und vor Ort eine „Fremdsprache“! Sauberkeit war Spitze. Zentrale Lage sehr gut! Schlafen nur bei geschlossenem Fenster, zu laut!

Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist super zentral. Das Personal ist super nett und das Frühstück wirklich reichhaltig und lecker. Die Badezimmer waren schön groß, die Betten bequem und es war sehr ruhig auf den Zimmern. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

A wonderful stay at Hotel Lis! Steps away from many restaurants, bars, and transportation but quiet inside. The hotel staff was exemplary and arranged transfer to and from the airport. The hotel is right next to an excellent tapas bar. I was upgraded upon arrival and the suite was exquisite. Highly recommend!!

Hôtel très bien situé, à deux pas de la place du Figuier, point de départ de nombreux trams 12E, 28E et 15E, et de la place du Rossio. Sans compter la rua Augusta, avec la place du Commerce et le Tage, et l'ascenseur Santa Justa à deux minutes !
Les chambres sont calmes et confortables, et le petit déjeuner composé de bons produits, beaucoup de choix et copieux. Je recommande.

Un bon niveau de prestations. Très bon emplacement pour visiter Lisbonne.

Peignoirs et chaussons et un pèse personne ! Pas pour les kg prix à déguster les spécialités locales mais bien pratique pour les valises éventuellement alourdies d'achats locaux ! Belle qualité de linge de toilette.
Nombreux produits d'hygiène Uriage.
Placards assez grands et fonctionnels.
Grand lit. Literie de très bonne qualité.
Chambre assez grande.
Propreté.
Bonne isolation phonique du bruit de la rue ce qui est indispensable dans ce quartier (circulation, travaux, tram, restaurants...)
Bémol : porte de salle de bain qui grince.
Personnel sympathique mais comme bien souvent il vaut mieux savoir se débrouiller un minimum en anglais ! Même au Portugal le français est peu parlé !

The hotel was in a fantastic position, in the Baixa district, within walking distance of the sea, shops, restaurants. It was also an easy location to travel from to other places of interest, using the Tram, bus and Metro. The hotel itself was clean, well appointed and the breakfast very plentiful and delicious. We did have one reservation, our room was small so we upgraded for €60 a night to get a lovely spacious room (305) which we enjoyed. By day, with the windows open you could here the bustle of the city trams, but by night complete quiet when the windows were closed. The staff were friendly and helpful. We would recommend this hotel.

Piccolo hotel in pieno centro storico. Comodissima la posizione, che consente di raggiungere a piedi gran parte dei luoghi di interesse artistico di Lisbona. Pulizia e cortesia davvero apprezzabili. Le stanze sono piuttosto piccole, ma pare che sia normale nel centro dell città.

Bellissimo hotel in pieno centro a Lisbona da cui si può raggiungere comodamente A piedi praticamente tutte le principali attrazioni della città. Con meno di 5 minuti a piedi sarete lungo l'oceano è in Piazza del Commercio mentre con una camminata di 10 arriverete al Castello di San Giorgio e in tanti musei. Le camere sono un po' piccole ma ristrutturate di recente e molto pulite. Ottima la colazione con tantissimi prodotti diversi e tutti freschissimi.

La habitación enana y daba a un deslunado muy sucio y lleno de aparatos de aire acondicionado . Solo tenían dos plazas de parking y les dije que me avisaran cuando tuvieran una libre y no lo hicieron , tuve que estar constantemente preguntando ( cuando había quedado una libre ) . Si no contratabas el servicio de desayuno no podías tomarte un simple café , tenías que inter a otro establecimiento . El personal muy poco atento.

The staff was extremely helpful. We had a booking problem caused by myself but the staff sorted it out quickly and efficiently. We stayed in the loft floor 5 and thought it was marvelous. We hope to go back again.

Good location , friendly staff.Clean rooms but some small touches missing. No complimentary water after day one, toiletries not always refreshed each day , floor cleaning a bit hit and miss, a cotton bud was on bathroom floor when I arrived and stayed there 3 days.

The Hotel Lis-Baixa is a very nice hotel and very centrally located in the Old Town. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and looked very new with good amenities. The breakfast was really good with many choices. Couldn’t have picked a better hotel!

Nice location and staff seem nice enough.
However the room #101 was the worst I have ever stayed at. Extremely small, no space to even sit a laptop, or for anything else and the bed was against the wall that must have been right next to the whole Hotels AC unit. Not only was it constantly noisy but the whole wall and also the bed was vibrating to a point where I got motion sickness.
Unfortunately the hotel was fully booked so they could not provide an alternative room. I was forced to walk to a nearby hotel and get a new room, as the room #101 was not to any standard and should not be let out EVER.
Very Disappointed.

We can not stress enough how great our stay was. The airlines lost our luggage and we had a member of our group fall ill. The hotel was so accommodating and truly went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable including finding us things we did not have due to the lost luggage. The location was excellent...walkable to so much. Our stay was wonderful at the hotel.

Great location for downtown Lisbon, bathroom door noisy and heavy... Didn't eat in restaurant other than breakfast which was unimpressive - toaster did not work, staff imposing etc. Restaurant only serves very limited menu of traditional Portuguese food. Housekeeping is attentive, reception staff polite and helpful.

Das Hotel hat den gleichen Charm wie die Lissabon selbst. Es passt optisch perfekt in das Stadtbild und ist von der Inneneinrichtung dennoch modern. Die Lage kann nicht besser sein. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit diesem Hotel!

Ich habe ein Zimmer mit KingSize Bett und Balkon gebucht, bekommen haben wir eine etwas größere Besenkammer, ein 1,40er Bett und ein Gitter vor der Balkontüre. Für den sogenannten Balkon habe ich pro Tag extra bezahlt! Der Safe hat nicht funktioniert bzw. war nicht einmal montiert. Den hätte jeder im Koffer mit rausnehmen können. Das Personal erklärte uns dann irgendetwas.....Wir Touristen raffen es ja eh nicht.Das Frühstück, welches es ab 07.00 gab, war nie fertig. Wir mussten immer auf irgend etwas warten. Es War nicht recht viel Auswahl und jeden Tag das gleiche. Vom Kaffee rede ich mal gar nicht. Es ist super Zentral gelegen, das Abendessen wirklich super toll, aber das war es dann auch schon. Schade, denn so wäre es ein sehr fein eingerichtetes Hotel.....

Rooms are very small which is normal for Europe but these ones are not practical. Also is a tremendous and super loud construction next door and starts very early in the morning lots I mean lots of noise. I would never recommend this hotel If you were my friend.

Camera piccola, bagno scomodo senza bidet, odori stagnanti che risalgono ai piani superiori provenienti dal ristorante comune al piano terra,prezzi alti per le stanze senza averne motivo ..... non si riesce ad aprire l'armadio senza rimanere incastrato tra le porte e parlo di una stanza più grande ...si può a mala pena girare intorno al letto,risulta un 4 stelle ma non ne ha le qualità, colazione 12€ a persona quando puoi farla abbondantemente con 5€ al massimo. Personale gentilissimo e posizione ottima
Poi oggi ci hanno chiamato un tassista per l'aeroporto che non era regolare e che ha preteso ben 18€ senza ricevuta quando gli altri chiedono la metà secondo tassametro . Grande Delusione

Great location, right in the middle of the old town area. As it's an old building, the rooms are small but that's to be expected. It's modern and clean inside though, so I guess there's been a renovation in the recent past. The breakfast is reasonably good too. Although it's on a one-way street, the road is quiet so it's easy to get an Uber to and from the hotel. The hotel offered an airport shuffle for 45 euros, but the Uber cost about 8 euros...

This hotel is a boutique hotel located in the heart of Lisbon with all the happening places within 10 minutes of walk! The pracas are 2-5 min walk while chiado is a 10 min easy walk. The service was amazing with friendly staff. The room was a bit small but i guess thats how all European rooms are!

Das Hotel Lis Baixa ist ein sehr schönes und stilvolles Hotel im Herzen von Lissabon. Die Lage ist optimal, denn alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Aussichtspunkte sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Auch die Bahnhöfe nach Sintra, Belem oder Cascais befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Hotel ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit Street view und Balkon, ein sehr bequemes Bett (nicht zu weich), alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut, frischer Orangensaft, Früchte, Obstsalat, warmes Frühstück, Gebäck, Croissants...Mittags und Abends kann man im Hotel-Restaurant Taberna Lis auch sehr gut essen. Das Restaurant ist sogar bei externen Gästen sehr beliebt. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, und sehr gut auf Englisch zu verstehen. Sehr aufmerksam zudem war der Geburtstagsgruss für mich, Portwein und Schokoladenkuchen wurden liebevoll auf unserem Zimmer serviert. Wir hatten eine perfekte Zeit im Hotel Lis und würden es für einen nächsten Lissabon-Trip wieder buchen.

Centraal gelegen, nabij openbaar vervoer als bezienswaardigheden. De kamer is iets aan de kleine kant, maar daar kies je vooraf voor. De kamer is perfect schoon. Geluiden van buiten zijn niet hoorbaar. Wel enige overlast ervaren van andere hotelgasten en een enorm krakende vloer.
Het restaurant op de begane grond is van een andere eigenaar. Je krijgt als gast een kleine korting op diner.
Het ontbijt is prima, wordt hartig en zoet beleg geserveerd. Veel keus, ook vers fruit en sappen. Diner en dessert in het restaurant is ook zeer aan te bevelen. Het personeel van het restaurant is zeer vriendelijk en attent.

Muito bom o local, os quartos, a recepção, mas escolhi este hotel porque tinha restaurante 24h, ao chegar no hotel, já não pude jantar porque o restaurante que fica no hotel , não é do hotel....estranho isto..e não fui bem recebida no restaurante por alguns.hj desci a noite para jantar e mais uma vez não pude jantar pq tava reservado p outras pessoas que NÃO ERA HÓSPEDES, tive que sair as 22h horas para rua, quando as 22horas tudo fecha na praça do Comércio .
Estranho vc escolher um hotel caro, supostamente muito bom, mas que já te ilude na reserva e vc constata que não existe o que procurou!
Hotel é bom...MAS NÃO TEM RESTAURANTE!!
Outra fato , a TV só tem programação Suíça , alemã e americana, 1 canal de Portugal jornal E nenhuma do Brasil, achei uma falha do hotel.
Também o sistema do hotel em despertador é muito falho e deixaram de me acordar na hora solicitado, fazendo com que eu perdesse o café da manha.
Outro fato importante é que o aquecimento é geral , tive noites em que o quarto estava muito quente e não tinha como eu modificar a temperatura que eu desejava.
Enfim , vou a Lisboa anualmente e com certeza neste hotel não ficarei mais.

Ein exquisites Hotel mitten in der Altstadt von Lissabon. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, die es in der Ober- und Unterstadt gibt, sind fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Ein Zimmerupgrade auf ein größeres Zimmer lohnt sich. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und höflich.

Ein absolut zentral gelegenes, gemütliches kleines Hotel mit ausgesprochen freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeitern, die alles tun, damit man sich wohlfühlt. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut - wir waren so von dem Restaurant angetan, dass wir auch gleich noch zu Abend dort gegessen haben. Ich hatte die kleinste Zimmerkategorie gebucht, und die war dann auch wirklich ziemlich klein. Mit einem grossen Koffer hätte ich es eher eng gehabt.

Pela segunda vez estive hospedada no Lis Baixa em Lisboa. Mais uma vez pude confirmar a boa escolha. Ambiente aconchegante e muito agradável, bom gosto, limpeza e funcionalidade na medida certa. É muito bem localizado. No coração do centro histórico, porém, numa rua tranquila que permite descansar e restaurar as energias para depois continuar explorando cada cantinho de Lisboa. Fica perto do metrô Baixa-Chiado e da praça da Figueira, onde passa ônibus para qualquer parte da cidade. Cabe ressaltar o ponto alto do hotel. As pessoas! Os funcionários, todos, são muito acolhedores, atentos e cordiais. Não medem esforços para atender a TODO tipo de solicitação dos hóspedes. Outro grande diferencial que merece destaque é o restaurante anexo. Um menu delicioso para qualquer momento do dia. Aí os funcionários também fazem TODA a diferença. Reúnem cordialidade, competência e simpatia na medida certa. A gente passeia pela cidade, mas tem vontade de voltar pra comer tipo “em casa”. Por tudo isso, super recomendo o Lis Baixa!

Un cuatro estrellas a buen precio. El servicio es excelente, la limpieza es impecable y las habitaciones muy cómodas. Nos permitieron dejar la maleta durante horas sin ningún tipo de coste adicional. Si volvemos a Lisboa seguramente repitamos aquí. La relación calidad precio es inmejorable. La ubicación es lo mejor. A muy poca distancia del centro y con el ascensor como referencia.

We loved our stay here! Our room was on the 3rd floor on the corner. Amazing view of the plaza below. Room was clean and updated. Breakfast featured eggs, fruit, cereal, yogurt, meats and cheeses and assorted pastries . Front desk was friendly! On e woman in particular helped with finding our lost luggage and giving beach recommendations. This was a great location! Close to shopping and dining. We would definitely stay again!

Inaccurate listing of available parking on booking site. Front desk very disappointing, put us in a room without a door on the bathroom. When asked front desk about it was told the room was in maintenance, and could not move us, we had to deal with it. Hotel antigo, mas reformado destaca-se por sua localização privilegiada. Situa-se próximo dos principais pontos turísticos e de estação de metrô. Seu restaurante é maravilhoso e a comida excelente.

Das Zimmer war viel kleiner als auf dem Foto, auch das Bett wurde als Kingbett verkauft war aber nur 1.40 m breit für mich kein Kingsize Bett schlecht. Früstück war gut aber zu wenig Platz für alle Gäste wir mussten warten bis etwas frei war.

El hotel tiene su encanto por su decoración y por la ubicación excelente, es una lástima que las habitaciones sean tan pequeñas que hizo que nuestra estancia no fuera cómoda y eso que casi no estuvimos en el hotel.

Ótimo hotel, péssima experiência... O hotel é muito bom, embora possua quartos pequenos é tudo muito confortável e bem decorado. O restaurante é delicioso, possui um ótimo café da manhã (pequeno almoço). Contudo, o quarto da minha mãe foi saqueado. Os cofres são duros e difíceis de fechar, e minha mãe (uma senhora da terceira idade) não conseguiu fechar direito o cofre dela (como o cofre é velho ele travou e parecia ter fechado) e teve €400,00 roubados de dentro do cofre e $100,00 dólares roubados de dentro da mala. Não tivemos nenhuma resposta do hotel relacionado a isso. Uma pena...

séjour réservé via LASTMINUTE avec petit déjeuné.
A l'arrivée on nous signale que le petit déjeuné n'est sois disant pas comprit. Lastminute nous confirme à plusieurs reprise que le petit déjeuné est bien comprit dans la reservation.
Nous avons quand même du régler une deuxième fois les petits déjeunés ( 90 euros ) et LASTMINUTE et l'hotel ce renvois la responsabilité.
En attendant moi j'ai perdu 90 euros

Das Hotel ist sehr einladend..der Empfang zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit! die Lage ist Top, sehr zentral aber doch in einer ruhigeren Strasse. Man erreicht alles nötige zu Fuss oder hat innerhalb von 5-10min eine Metro/Bahnhof etc.Das Frühstück überzeugte in voller Linie und bot eine grosse Auswahl! die Zimmer waren sauber und wurden auch täglich gereinigt, leider haben sie bei mir eine Ersatzrolle fürs Toilettenpapier vergessen. würde definitiv nochmals dieses Hotel buchen wenn ich wieder in Lissabon bin :)

Litet hotell med bästa läget i gamla stan. Mycket trevlig personal både i lobbyn och köket och god frukost!Ett litet restaurang i hotellet med något enklare mat, stort barutbud och med supergod service! Bra förbindelse till stranden.

Das Hotel liegt zentral in einem interessanten Stadtteil. Die nächste U-Bahnstation liegt ca. 500 m weit weg. Ebenso das Wasser.Die Einrichtung des Hotels ist optimal für einen Städtetrip. Das Bad wurde neu saniert. Das Zimmer ist eher klein, aber zweckmässig eingerichtet. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich kann das Hotel weiter empfehlen. Preis-Leistung stimmt. Ich würde das Hotel wieder buchen.

Kinderlose Ferien, das wollten wir wiedermal machen und haben uns für Lissabon entschieden. Eine schöne Stadt mit vielen kleinen Gassen und kleinen Cafes und Läden.Das Hotel ist inmitten der Altstadt gelegen, super, doch wir waren froh, dass wir nur zum schlafen im Zimmer waren, da es wie eine Dunkelkammer war. Das Fenster konnte man kaum öffnen und die Aussicht war eine Fassade des anderen Hauses. Das war aber wirklich das Einzige, was zu bemängeln war. Der Service war tadellos und das Frühstück war auch OK.

Went on a city break with a friend. The hotel was excellent, brilliant location and lovely rooftop views from our room. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included in the rate and it was delicious. We lived Lisbon, very clean and we felt safe as 2 women travelling. No problem walking around and the main sights were Close by.

Hotel Lis is in a great location. The standard room with balcony was small, but if you have done your homework you would have seen many reviews saying the same. So if you want a larger room either pay the extra for another room or go to another hotel. You only sleep in the room so it was not a problem for us as we spent all day taking in the wonderful sights. The bed was so comfy. The hotel supplies slippers and bathrobe. You also have a small fridge with a few complimentary items. And a safe in your room.The staff were all lovely, always had a smile, and would go out of their way to assist you in anyway.Had a great stay. If room size not a issue for you then this is the hotel.

El hotel esta en muy buen estado y muy Buena ubicacion. Las habitaciones estan muy bien mantenidas y decoradas, pero son muy pequenas e incomodas para mas de una persona.

ein tolles Stadthotel, Zimmer relativ klein, entsprechen der Grösse wie man es von Stadthotels gewohnt ist, super zentrale Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, Frühstücksbuffet war vielseitig und ansprechend, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind entweder bequem zu Fuss erreichbar oder aber man erreicht in wenigen Minuten die nächste Bushaltestelle / Metro. Der Bahnhof für die Züge Richtung Cascais/Estoril ist ebenfalls in der Nähe. Ich kann das Hotel durchaus weiterempfehlen.
