Hotellet är nog bra .rummet är väldigt lite. Vi har fått det värsta rummet, när det gäller utsikten, ser rakt in i en betongvägg .Är fruktansvärt besviken.Det här hade jag inte förväntat mig.

Good 4* tourist hotel close to Marques de Pombal.
Rooms are decent though the TV set is tiny compared to hotels in the same category.
Breakfast without being extravagant is good given the price of 10€/person.
Staff is friendly.
Prices of the rooms may however rapidly climb during the high season and then you're clearly paying the high demand of accommodation.

Eine solide Unterkunft für eine oder 2 Nächte. Der Kaffee ist nicht so toll und der Saft nicht frisch gepresst. Der Duschkopf hält bei zeiten nicht was er verspricht und der Fernseher ist für meinen Geschmack etwas zu klein....Alles in allem gehört das Hotel renoviert.Das Personal ist aber sehr freundlich und versucht immer zu helfen wenn möglich :)

Buon rapporto qualità prezzo, nelle vicinanze ci sono due stazioni metro e molte fermate degli autobus. Il centro si raggiunge in 20 minuti a piedi. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione dato che nelle vicinanze è pieno di bar ( vi consiglio di provare i tipici pastel de nata)

Nahe bei der Metro. Altstadt ist zu Fuss erreichbar schön unter den Bäumen der Avenida da Liberdade mit kleinen Bars schlendern bis nach unten ca. 2Km.
Freundliches Personal. Zimmer sauber, Frühstück normal. Wenn man lieber nicht so viel Strassenlärm möchte, Zimmer oben gegen den Innenhof wählen. Kein Hotel mit Aussicht!

Das Zimmer war sehr klein, auch das Bett hätte größer sein dürfen. Das war auch mein erstes Feedback, worauf das Hotel schrieb, sie hätten es mit mir vor Ort geregelt. Glatt gelogen.Das Frühstück ist nicht zu empfehlen - der Kaffee ist unterirdisch. Für gleiches Geld kann man in der Umgebung exquisit frühstücken, für weniger Geld noch gut. WLAN hatte gute Signalstärke, der Durchsatz aber war sehr schlecht, einfaches surfen wurde zur Geduldsprobe.Die Lage ist gut, wenige Minuten zur gelben oder blauen Metro, mit der man schnell in Almafa oder Bairro Alto ist.Preis-Leistung insgesamt ist ok.

Fast alles gut. Zimmer, Empfang, Bad und Ausstattung waren super.Bett und Fernseher könnten verbessert werden.Was nicht so schön war, waren der Lärm von der Straße, oder wenn wir das Fenster schlossen die Klimaanlage.

Horrible. When I asked if they had AC they said no because it was winters. room was too small. bed was too small as well. Could not sleep most of the night because the room was too hot. Woke up in the morning from noise made by house keeping slamming the vacum against the wall of the room next door.
bathroom was clean.
will not stay there again.

Calidad precio bastante buena, aunque tiene cosillas a modificar... Los tapones de los baños no funcionaban muy bien y el bidé estaba demasiado arrimado a la pared por lo que su uso no es cómodo. Me gustó mucho el detalle del cordon SOS de los baños y que puedas poner musica/radio ambiente. La cama muy cómoda y la habitación bastante limpia aunque no muy bien insonorizada (pero aceptable). El desayuno buffet regulin, no tienen "leche" para alérgicos a la lactosa y la reposición de los alimentos, si la hacen, es muy lenta. La atención buena.

I didnt try the breakfast but everything else was great basicly, the staff was really friendly and easy to talk to, clean sheets and i really liked the fact that u were able to make some tea or coffee on your own! (the xmas gift with the chocolates made me give the 5th star cause its the details that matter ^_^ )

Schlechtestes 4Sterne Hotel das ich in über 40 Jahren besucht habe. Kleine veraltet ungepflegte Zimmer. Frühstück mit abgepackte Wurst und Käse. Kaffee und Säfte aus dem Automaten. Personal nicht motiviert. Nie wieder!!!

Un buen hotel, muy bien comunicado, confortable y limpio. El personal pasaba un poco del tema, tres días q estuve allí tres veces q avisé q se habia fundido una bombilla y me viene a oscuras. Les diría al personal de recepción q no recomendarán el restaurante La Cisterna, deja mucho q desear. En los alrededores hay restaurantes típicos q sirven una comida buenísima y a muy buen precio.

Das Hotel ist gepflegt und sauber. Mein Zimmer war recht geräumig und sauber. Es wurde jeden Tag gewissenhaft geputzt. Es gibt kostenloses WLAN. Die Betten sind ziemlich bequem und der Standort des Hotels ist günstig gelegen sodass es auch nicht laut ist. Das Frühstück lässt jedoch Wünsche offen. Das Personal ist freundlich und aufmerksam. In der Nähe gibt es eine Metro Station sowie einige gute Restaurants und einen Supermarkt. Der Gang in die Altstadt zu Fuß nimmt etwa 30 Minuten in Anspruch... lohnt sich aber auch. Das Hotel ist empfehlenswert.

Das Hotel war tip top, wir hatten ein Auto und waren deshalb schnell im Zentrum. Die Better waren sehr bequem, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Frühstücks Buffet exzellent. Ich würde sofort wieder dort absteigen!

Отличное местоположение - центр (но не старый центр). В пешей доступности много классных мест разной кухни - от итальянской, до китайской. Завтраки очень хорошие. Wi-Fi в целом хорош, но в пиковые часы был средним. Есть парковка (но не дешевая)
Странная система климат-контроля - было достаточно жарко в номере в ноябре, хотя ставили климат даже на охлаждение на 19-20 градусов - это не помогало, время от времени он все равно дул горячий воздух. Пришлось отключить его полностью, тогда проблема относительно решилась.

Aufenthalt vom 02.11.18 bis 05.11.18. Ich muss zugeben am Anfang hatte ich Angst, dass das Hotel schlecht sein könnte. Die Bewertungen im Oktober von anderen besuchern waren eher negativ. Muss aber sagen, ich kann es nicht verstehen. Wir fanden das Hotel soweit ganz gut. Personal war nett und haben immer geholfen. Das Hotel an sich ist meiner Meinung ein sehr gutes 3 Sterne Hotel und leine 4 Sterne. Aber je Landeskategorie sind die Sternebewertungen anders. Gefrühstückt haben wir nicht im Hotel, aus dem Grund könnnen wir das Frühstück nicht bewerten. Mein Freund hat aber mal nachgeschaut, ob die Bewertungen gerechtfertig sind, ist es wohl anscheinend nicht. Es gibt das normale Frühstück wie in anderen Städten auch. Man sollte da nicht soviel erwarten, es reicht aber um satt zu werden. Dafür gibt es sehr viele Cafès wo man frühstücken könnte, dafür zahlt man jedoch etwas mehr als 10 Euro pro Person. Das Frühstück im Turim kostet 10 Euro pro Person am Tag. Wir habenbei diesen Aufenthalt nichts zu bemängeln.

Die Räume sind sauber und die Betten sind sehr angenehm. Es gibt eine kostenpflichtige Minibar, aber kein Balkon. Das Bad ist ebenfalls sauber und es gibt zusätzliche Artikel wie Duschhaube, Duschbad, u.ä.. Da das Hotel eine zentrale Lage hat ist der Verkehr draußen zu hören. Die Klimaanlage ist selbst auf dem niedrigsten Level sehr laut und es gibt Musik im Zimmer und Bad. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist OK. Die Auswahl ist groß, aber nicht hochwertig: alle Getränke sind aus der Maschine (der Saft ist eklig), es gibt z.B. auch keine Nuss-Nougat-Creme. Der Kuchen ist gut und es gibt eine große Auswahl an Kuchen und Obst. Essensaal ist ungemütlich und es zieht. Das Parken in der Tiefgarage ist mit Aufpreis möglich, aber sehr eng.

The hotel is located about five blocks away from the Pombal Metro station. There were lots of restaurants within walking distance. We had a refrigerator and a coffee pot in our room. Wi-Fi was good. Parking on the street is free from Friday 7 P.M. to Monday 9 A.M.

Utilizzato una sola volta per 3 gg. Buona organizzazione, Personale cortese, stanze pulite, bagni discreti. Colazione mattutina probabilmente valida dato che un nutrito gruppo di turisti Cinesi la esauriva in pochi minuti....Localizzazione comoda per vicinanza Metro e mezzi pubblici.

Very nice and cozy hotel located 10 minutes from Avenida Liberdade (walking distance) There are several petit restaurants and coffee shops close to it.The rooms are very comfortable, clean and have s good size. The hotel staff is very nice and provides great service. Breakfast is included.

Dieses Hotel ist beim besten Willen nicht zu empfehlen. Die Einrichtung ist nicht einmal 3 Sterne wert. So hat man in einem Doppelzimmer nicht einmal einen Stuhl!!! Das Personal grösstenteils unfreundlich und desinteressiert. Aber das schlimmste sind die Stechmücken, welche durch die Lüftung in die Zimmer kommen.

The hotel is near two metro stations and a huge park, so it's almost perfectly placed. The rooms were clean and the sizes were enough for us too (2 twin bedded rooms). They had tea and coffee with the room and a water boiler. The staff was friendly although they pointed us to a closed restaurant on our first night.

Wonderful staff! They are always willing to help. The staff makes great effort to help out their guest. They make good recommendations on where to go, where to eat, etc. The hotel is centrally located where the subway is accessible and plenty of restaurants near the hotel.

Vorab die positiven Eindrücke:
+ Personal sehr freundlich
+ Lage ist auch gut, Metro Station ist in der Nähe und man kann aber sonst auch zu Fuß in den Stadtkern laufen (ca. 30 Minuten)
+ Zimmer war jeden Tag sauber -> Putzfrauen machen einen guten Job
Nun meine negativen Eindrücke:
- das Frühstück ist defintiv nicht 4-Sterne wert
-> der Kaffee ist so grauenhaft, dass man ihn absolut nicht trinken kann (kommt aus einem komischen Automaten, zuerst kommen Stückchen und dann heisses Wasser.. vermutlich Instantkaffee)
-> das Rührei war auch absolut nicht genießbar
-> Die Auswahl an Käse und Wurst war absolut nicht 4 Sterne wert. (1 Sorte Käse (jeden Tag der gleiche Plastikkäse, den man kaum auseinander bekommt) und 3 verschiedene Wurstsorten, auch jeden Tag das gleiche
-> frisches Obst war teilweise vorhanden, an manchen Tagen war auch nur Obst aus der Dose am Buffet
-> Brotauswahl ist gut, aber das gleicht den Rest auch nicht mehr aus
- die Zimmer sind sehr sehr klein, genauso auch das Bad. So ein kleines Bad hatte ich tatsächlich noch nie (zu zweit keine Chance sich darin aufzuhalten)
- In unserem Zimmer roch es nach dem Duschen nach Schimmel (nachdem das Zimmer sauber gemacht wurde, roch es nur noch nach Duft.. muss wohl ein ziemlich starkes Parfum sein, dass sie dort versprühen
Insgesamt okay, aber definitiv keine 4 Sterne wert. Werden wir sicherlich nicht mehr buchen und können wir so auch nicht weiter empfehlen.

This hotel was just perfect for me as a single traveler. The room was clean and cozy with decor I found to be very comfortable and relaxing (dark woods and reds). Great shower, safe neighborhood, quiet (just the right distance from a main street), all for a very good price. Staff was wonderful, helpful, and friendly. I would absolutely stay here again.

Turim Europa Hotel mi ha soddisfatto in quelle che reputo le cose essenziali che un Hotel deve offrire: pulizia, letto comodo, colazione di qualità. Quando vado in albergo non ci soggiorno a lungo perciò gli altri servizi che possono venire offerti non mi interessano molto, ma sulla qualità del letto, della colazione e soprattutto della pulizia non transigo. Turim Hotel ha superato le mie aspettative. Ampi margini di miglioramento vanno segnalati all’arredo forse un po’ “vintage” e la camera un po’ piccola.

Hotel muy bien ubicado, si se busca alejarse un poco del centro histórico, pero en plena ciudad, a 15 min., paseando. Limpio, buenas habitaciones y baño, magnífica atención de su muy amable personal, que con su excelente trato y ayudas, compensa cualquier detalle para mi calificación con las 5 estrellas. Muy buen desayuno, todo ello con precios muy razonables.

La estancia ha sido agradable en una habitación no pequeña, aunque interior, con todas las comodidades que se le pueden pedir a un alojamiento exterior al hogar.La limpieza ha sido impecable y destacable.

Great place for a short stay. A double bed room very small, but if you in Lisbon for sightseeing then it's OK. Very good location to metro or a bus station. Delicious breakfast, hot and cold selection. I'd like to highlight Caroline for a professional service and very high standard of a hospitality.

Καλή σχέση τιμής παροχής. Το δωμάτιο ήταν καλό, θα το περίμενα πιο λειτουργικό. Το πρωινό όχι κάτι ιδιαίτερο. Αυτό που μου έκανε αρνητική εντύπωση είναι ότι το γυμναστήριο είχε χρέωση 10€ την φορά. Ήθελα να ρωτήσω τον manager που το σκέφτηκε την παροχή του γυμναστηρίου την βάζεις για να την χρησιμοποιούν οι πελάτες ή για να τους αποτρέπεις; Το λέω αυτό γιατί στις 30 πόλεις της Ευρώπης που έχω επισκεπτεί η επιλογή του ξενοδοχείου από μέρους μου γίνεται και με κριτήριο το γυμναστήριο του ξενοδοχείου.

Abbiamo trascorso in questa struttura ben quattro notti e ci siamo trovati splendidamente. La struttura si presenta abbastanza pulita, il personale cortese, le camere, non eccessivamente grandi, ma pulite e con un’ottima atmosfera. Il Turim hotel Europa si trova nelle vicinanze di ben tre stazioni metro ovvero : Parque, Picoas e Saldanha permettendo così di giungere facilmente verso le mete desiderate. Noi abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel nel mese di Dicembre, avendo così modo di prendere parte, per diverse sere, all’esperienza del Wonderland Lisboa. Nel giorno del check out abbiamo avuto la possibilità di lasciare i nostri bagagli custoditi in una stanza e di girovagare per qualche altra ora in questa città, prima della partenza, senza il peso della valigia. Portiamo nel cuore ricordi ed emozioni di posti fantastici resi anche tali dal nostro rilassante e positivo soggiorno in questa struttura.

Não sei se algumas das pessoas que fazem comentários deste hotel ficaram realmente hospedados no Turim EUROPA SITO NA RUA DE SÃO SEBASTIÃO DA PEDREIRA, visto que não se trata de todo de um hotel 4 estrelas. Os quartos são incrivelmente pequenos, limpeza que deixa muito a desejar, e uma casa de banho que não dá para estarem duas pessoas ao mesmo tempo. Lamento que o critério de avaliação dos hotéis em Portugal seja tão duvidosa e que o comentários sejam tão enganadores o que me faz acreditar que são pagos para os fazer. Sei que existem outros Turim pela cidade de Lisboa não garanto a qualidade de nenhum dada a amostra muito negativa que descrevi.

Las habitaciones bastante pequeñas y cuesta trabajo encontrar enchufes para dispositivos , me llamó la atención que en el baño tienen una cuerda que activa una alarma en caso de que te des un ranazo!!! ,el estacionamiento bastante caro 15€ por día y cuesta mucho estacionar coches medianos. Los cuartos en cuanto a limpieza están bastante bien igual que el ruido , me pareció bastante silencioso el desayuno buffet normal , ni mal ni bien y el personal en general muy servicial. Check in y check out muy rápido.

No geral o hotel é bom. Está bem localizado, próximo à Praça Marquês de Pombal, à restaurantes, supermercado, ponto de ônibus de linha normal e turístico. A atenção aos hóspedes também foi boa. A limpeza dos quartos é boa e os recepcionistas são prestativos. O café da manhã, ou pequeno almoço, como se diz em Portugal, é que poderia ser um pouco melhor. Pouca oferta de frutas e a falta de reposição de produtos perto das 10h são os pontos fracos. A diária não é barata e isso faz com que o custo benefício pese em desfavor do hotel, pois existem vários outros hotéis da mesma categoria e bem melhor localizados.

I stayed at this hotel for one night before meeting a friend. The decor looked ugly but was hopeful there would be basic standards. Sleep was limited as the hotel was quite noisy but the next morning I woke to no hot water. I had a cold shower and was so cold when I got out I tried to put the heating on. This was also cold. The hair dryer was one of those that overheats every 90 seconds. When I tried to call reception several times that morning there was no answer. I went down before breakfast and there was no one at reception. When I finally spoke to someone and asked for the manager he was only available later in the afternoon well after check out. Still waiting for promised call back. Don’t pay extra for breakfast you can get better in a bakery.

Das Hotel wurde uns von einem Reisebüro empfohlen, daher sind wir mit einem guten Gefühl angereist, wurden aber direkt bei Zimmer Bezug enttäuscht. Wir sind dann direkt aus der Besenkammer umgezogen in ein anderes Zimmer. Dennoch die Zimmer sind zwar sauber, aber sowohl das Bett als auch das Bad lassen sehr viele Wünsche offen. Wir müssten explizit nach einem twin-Bett fragen, da wir sonst in einem 120 cm breiten Bett zu zweit schlafen mussten. Das Bad hat auch etwas Renovierungsstau. Etwas schimmel Befall, aus dem Wasserhahn kam nur sehr wenig Wasser. Das Frühstück war ausreichend, aber ebenfalls mit viel Luft nach oben, der Service war ebenfalls nicht mehr als ok. Ich würde nicht nochmal in einem der Turim Hotels übernachten und kann es deswegen auch nicht weiter empfehlen.

Firstly the Breakfast was very poor. Not a choice, always the same. It felt like a ZERO STAR hotel. The staff were only a little helpful till the last day, when things really went wrong. We booked a transfer to the airport at 12 noon, and the receptionist called us down at 11.05, saying our taxi was waiting for us. We went down stairs to find no taxi. When it did eventually arrive the driver was on a phone call, and asked us to wait a minute till he was finished. His call lasted 15 minutes. I was by now wishing I had never heard of Turim Euroapa Hotel. It is a 4 star hotel, which in my opinion is not worth 1 star I will never again visit a Turim hotel again. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I am angry about the way we were treated

Это не 4 звёзды! Номера очень плохо освещены. Зачем-то играет музыка. Телевизор работает как метроном. В номере воняет освежителем. В ванной не работает вентиляция. Ощущение не убранности всего отеля. Под окнами метро, так что пробуждение будет ранним. Из плюсов в округе можно припарковать машину.

I was at Turim on the last night of my trip before going to the airport. At 6:30 am I woke up to a very strong smell of cigarette smoke coming in through the vents, even though they say it is a non smoking hotel. In the morning I let reception know and that it not only kept me up before my flight but gave me a horrible headache. The reception did nothing about this but say “I’ll have to ask the guest who was smoking”. I do not recommend this hotel.

O Sr. Daniel o bagageiro deste hotel é um funcionário 5 estrelas é um jovem muito divertido e sobretudo muito dinâmico. Enquanto lá estive hospedado tentou me sempre ajudar, enquanto estava de turno.
Epa desejo-lhe toda sorte neste trabalho porque é um miúdo muito top mesmo.
De resto a localização é favorável e alguns funcionários também, recomendo mesmo nota 10 sério.

Hospedei com minha família (esposa e 02 filhos nas datas de 03 a 06/08/2019). O hotel é um encanto. A limpeza é impecável! As camareiras merecem um aumento pelo belo trabalho! O delicioso aroma pelos corredores é um mimo. Fica um pouquinho distante do centro histórico, cerca de 2 km. Contudo, o conforto dos quartos e o atendimento compensam. Os corredores são silenciosos. Não almoçamos ou jantamos no hotel, todavia ouvi um turista brasileiro fazer elogios à comida. Os funcionários da recepção, que inclusive, são todos atenciosos, dão dicas de passeio e também vendem as passagens dos ônibus panorâmicos pela cidade. No penúltimo dia, como pegaríamos o avião de volta para o Brasil bem cedo, antes do horário do café da manhã, pedi ao pessoal da recepção se poderiam separar um lanchinho para nós, o que foi prontamente atendido. Deixaram tudo prontinho em 04 sacolinhas com frutas, lanche e sucos. Se você estiver procurando uma hospedagem em Lisboa, indico o Turim Europa Hotel.

Siamo rimasti abbastanza contenti di questo hotel in primis per la sua ottima posizione dato che si trova vicino a 3 fermate di metro ovvero Parque, picoas e saldanha; è molto semplice quindi spostarsi e raggiungere il centro anche se il quartiere in cui è situato è abbastanza nuovo e ha i suoi centri commerciali e ristoranti a 2 passi.
Camera spaziosa, dotata di tutti i comfort tra cui cassaforte e minibar; letti comodi, pulizia impeccabile e finalmente la presenza di un bidet in una struttura al di fuori dell'Italia.
La proposta della colazione è abbastanza variegata e ricca, sia per il dolce che per il salato.
Come difetti mancavano delle prese affianco ai comodini, e in generale il loro numero era insufficiente (per attaccare i caricabatterie abbiamo dovuto staccare la spina di una lampada della scrivania); da rivedere sicuramente il sistema di aerazione del bagno che si appannava tutto dopo un minuto di doccia.

Viajei com 12 pessoas para o meu casamento em Lisboa.
O custo/benefício do hotel foi o que mais nos atraiu. Pedimos para que o grupo ficasse todo no mesmo andar, já que haviam quartos vagos porem isto não foi possível. Ok.
Gostaria que houvesse maior atenção ao quarto dos noivos, porque foi um quarto que foi fotografado para o casamento porém não havia nada de especial e nem era um dos maiores quartos. Teria sido bacana fornecerem alguma cortesia aos noivos também, mas infelizmente isso não aconteceu.
O serviço de limpeza é bem eficiente e diário. O café da manhã sempre muito bom e os funcionários em geral são gentis.

Location was good to the centre. Breakfast was the worst i have ever seen , very basic and the same every day ,toaster was something else, had to brown one side of the bread and then the other ,took for ever .Should invest in new one that rotates.Staff never spoke ,had to set my own table one day . Instruction for the safe not easy to understand . Reception staff where the best to get anything .Cleaning staff very good .Bar shuts at 11pm .?Hotel is ok ,but only for a short break .

Hotel ma winde, jest klima aczkolwiek w pokojach troche duszno bywalo bo oni klime wylaczaja poza sezonem i jest tylko wentylacja. Troche glosno z ulicy tj by okno bylo nieszczelne ale sa bardzo grube zaslony jak sie zasloni jest duzo lepiej. Bardzo wygodne lozka. Telewizja nie posiada polskich kanalow, ale jest WIFI tylko czasami ciezko z niego skorzystac tak jest obciazone i praktycznie caly pobyt jechalem na wlasnym łączu .... The Hotel is located away from the center in a quiet area of the city! You can reach all areas of Lisbon by public transport from there. The rooms were small but at least clean! Breakfast was so so for my taste, others might like it but for me the variety of what they offered was too low! Typical Mediterranean breakfast! All in all it was a ok stay! Btw they have a nice little Hotel bar and a small terrace where you can sit outside and njoy a drink!

Was in Lisboa for 6 days a conference - hotel fitted in perfectly it is very close to the city centre shops and sights with Metro stations on all lines within the vicinity. Room was very clean and staff extremely helpful and always aiming to please. I am likely to stay there again the next time I visit the city .

Nice rooms for the price, and good location close to Metro stations fir the airport and city centre. My only issue was the patchy WiFi, which could be improved. Moreover my iPad showed this was WEP security, which really should now be WPA2.

So ein effizientes Hotel habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Nach der ersten Nacht durften wir ohne Probleme in anderes umziehen. Das Doppelbett (am Stück) war nichts für uns. So schnell konnten wir wechseln!

Preços bons, com serviço e conforto de acordo. O wifi é horrível e a iluminação dos quartos poderia ser melhor também. As paredes dos quartos são finas, é possível ouvir o barulho dos quartos ao lado.

Clean rooms and good heating. Quiet with amazing hot and cold buffet and fresh chocolate croissants buns and bread varieties. Friendly helpful front desk but rooms lacked face cloths and kleenex tissue. Comfortable twin beds only. No queen or kings. Great curtains and centrally located. Thirty minutes walk to old town. Take bus or Metro/subway to Belem and Discovery sites and must see Coach museum (24) along with amazing churches.

Hotel sicuramente pulito, ma con tanti difetti che vi elenco qui di seguito:
Nelle stanze si sentono sempre rumori, anche in piena notte
Ci sono spifferi dalla finestra ed entra vento
Non è collegato bene ai trasporti pubblici, come vogliono far credere
La colazione è misera rispetto a quanto si paga
Il personale nn è per niente cordiale.
Ecco qui la mia esperienza in una settimana di soggiorno

The hotel is nice, confortable, very clean, pretty modern and in excellent conditionsHowever they fail in small details which make it a bad experience:- very bas insulation, you could hear the people above walking (which isnt nice at 2am when you need to wake up at 6)- the plug to make a bath was missing so its basically a shower- the wifi is very weak and failing most of the time

Si bien tengo buena opinión de la cadena hotelera Turim, en este hotel en concreto nuestra experiencia fue mejorable. Habitación ruidosa, tetera y ventana que no funcionaban y que no cambiaron pero nos dijeron que si.. al final (5a noche) nos resolvieron todo, pero da la sensación de que tuvimos que pelearlo demasiado. Tienen la costumbre de limpiar las habitaciones por la tarde, cosa que nunca me había pasado. Tamaño de las habitaciones normal. Muy bien ubicado (varias paradas y lineas de metro y bus). Calidad precio aceptable.

Clean and spacious room. All round polite and helpful staff. Universal phone charging point in the rooms will complement WiFi. Fantastic restaurants are within minutes of the hotel. Groceries, superfrutas is nearby. Parque metro is behind the hotel. 1.85euros bus 783 fare from airport to hotel.(2 minutes from bus stop). Flat shoes is essential as Lindon is hilly and gentle in places. Day pass is about 6.50 euros covers bus,metro and tram. Parque Eduardo V11 is under 10 minutes away. Turim Europa is in a genuinely strategic spot which you can easily travel to any where in Lisbon.

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage. Man ist schnell bei der Metrostation Parque, an der die blaue Linie fährt, sodass man gut und schnell überall hinkommt. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war gut, hätte aber für ein Vier Sterne Hotel etwas abwechslungsreicher sein können. Trotz der guten Lage sehr ruhig, kein Straßenlärm.
