Excelente ubicación y precio muy asequible
Desayuno poco variado pero muchas cosas eran caseras(bizcochos, zumo...)

amazing value for money, lovely friendly staff and had my bed made every day - felt more like a 5* location if it wasn't for all the steps to my room ! ha ha ...after a full day of walking I must admit the stairs often felt exhaustive !

This place is very central and close to the metro station. Neverthesell ist is very silent because it opens to an inside patio and not to a road. Lots of tapas and small restaurants around it. The hotel offers very nice and individual rooms, some with bathroom some without. The furniture is characteristic and very well thought of. Nice colors and tissues. Breakfast was also quite good and sufficient variety. Personnel is really kind and helpful. You will not find a safe in the room and the wifi is rather weak.

Beautiful hidden guesthouse in Alfama with friendly people. Some rooms have river view! It was quiet at night, great when you're staying in a big city. The basic breakfast is good, and the common places and terraces are nice and homey. Trams are nearby. Great place!!!

Absolutely lovely place! Nice staff and very helpful. My friends and I we stayed for three nights in this place in the end of April and beginning of May of this year.The accommodation was realy nice, the food also, nice, but not like all inclusive-small portions and limitated offers! The beds were really comfortable, the room small but clean. During the night we had to use the air condition just because at that time there was still cold nights.
Anyway who is looking for a nice comfi clean room this is the nice place. The price realy worthed for what have we got.

Très très moyen, literie déplorable, petit déjeuner très modeste, l'ensemble pour un prix somme toute au dessus du service. Mais bien situé pour les amoureux du Lisbonne le plus ancien.

El sitio esta cerca de la estación de tren y a 10 minutos andando del centro. Las zonas comunes son muy bonitas y el desayuno copioso. Pero la limpieza de las habitaciones es pésima, si miras debajo de las camas hay dos centimetros de polvo y pelusas. No creo que volviese alli

This was a wonderful place to stay! As soon as my husband and I walked into the reception, we were given lots of helpful advice on how to get around the city, a map, and a pleasant tour of the place. We felt like honored guests in the quaint little antique palace. It had a very homey feel to it. They even prepared a breakfast to go for us the night before when they learned we were leaving too early for the complimentary breakfast included with the price. The only reason this isn't getting a full 5 stars is that the beds were two twin beds in a bunk bed set up - which wasn't ideal for my husband and I. BUT everything else made it a very pleasant and wonderful experience and definitely enhanced our brief stay in Lisbon.

Nous avons été ravis de notre séjour au Palacio Vila Floor de Lisbonne. Contact et accueil super dès la réservation. Il est très bien situé, facile d'accès et au calme au début du quartier de Amalfa. La villa appartement était très bien pour 3 adultes et 3 enfants. N'hésitez pas à demandez conseil pour les chambres et villas si vous avez des enfants.

I did a booking through
Booking.com. They asked me to do a prepayment. My booking was fully refundable. Unfortunately I had to cancel my booking. Even after an email and a phone call I didn't get an answer on when I can expect my money back. It seems to be very hard to get your money back. Very untrustworthy.

Excellent emplacement dans une petite ruelle d'Alfama, ancienne maison de maître, très bien rénovée et entretenue, un calme incroyable, des petites terrasses ombragées, l'accueil multilingue, le personnel charmant et attentionné, des prestations de haut de gamme. Nous recommandons chaudement

+ Good location, in the middle of old Lisbon area, friendly staff
- bathroom need some updates, the bathtub is very used and dirty,
- the sheets must be chanced
- it is quite cold and the AC it is not enought
- you may have problems with internet, it is not working all the time
- for check in after 8 pm you have to pay extra money.

Posizione ottima, personale amichevole e cordiale.
Bello il cortile interno e buona la colazione.
Unici problemi sono il bagno cieco e le camere disposte su 2 soppalchi che per i bambini non sono il massimo della sicurezza.

The staff were very kind. There was a shared bathroom, but wasn’t an issue. It’s an experience of staying in an old themed location.The food and breakfast was delicious.

Schöner Ort, toll für's Auge u. mitten im Geschehen, aber leider teilw. laut durch einheimische Kinder. Nettes Personal, allerdings keine Reinigung der Räume zwischendurch. Das Frühstück war recht spartanisch

Das Zimmer war sehr klein und lag direkt am Frühstücks Raum, aus diesem Grund wurden wir leider jeden Morgen ab halb acht von Geschirr-Klirren und Stimmen-Gewirr geweckt. Das gesamte Haus war sehr hellhörig. Der Innenhof war sehr schön zum Sitzen und die Lage mitten im Herzen Alfamas unbezahlbar. Das Frühstück bot allerdings eher wenig Auswahl.

Me gustó la tranquilidad del lugar, lo pintoresco de la ambientación, la limpieza y sobre todo la calidez del personal. Muy recomendable para el que quiere conocer algo nuevo. Está bien ubicado para llegar a cualquier punto de Lisboa ya sea caminando, en bus hay muchas lineas a 100 metros. Lo bueno es que si vas a la playa de Cascais o Estoril con poco dinero del boleto de tren llegas sin ningún problema. Es más el tren sale repleto de turistas hacia esas bellas playas.

assez déçu gros problème d'isolation phonique un horehr le soir quel dommage car le lieu est bien situé et très jolies l'extérieur après il y a besoin d'un petit rafraîchissement dans les chambre et un petit déjeuner plus local

The host was polite and welcoming. At first we were unable to find the place as it’s entrance is in corner. Room was clean, air conditioned and spacious and had a small balcony with a cruise ship terminal view. The bathroom and toilet was clean. Breakfast buffet was served. Not a big buffet but there was good choice of fresh food. Close to local fado restaurants where you can enjoy local food and wine at a reasonable price.
The staff was friendly. We had early morning return flight and the staff made sure we had something to eat in the morning so they made packs of food with some fruit.

Not suitable for business. I stayed here for business and found the property not up to standards. When I asked the owner about old bathrooms, he became combative and told me that although the bathrooms are old, they do not need upgrade. Is that an oxymoron? Breakfast is a joke.

We have travelled all over Portugal and Spain and this is the only location that let’s us down. Wonderful people and hosts everywhere who go out of their way to help us with maps and locations to see. Here the host showed us the room and provided no help. Rising check in fees by the hour starting at 8 pm. No maps and no help. The building is dated and not worth the money. Pictures are photoshopped. Very disappointed.

Dated building. Dated baths. In need of serious upgrade. Minimal breakfast which was stale. Not worth the price. Reviews are to be treated for improvements and not to bw taken personally.

no es un hotel, no atienden 24 horas, tenia reservacion pagada, llegue a la medianoche y no pudimos entrar, no prestaron el servicio pero si cobraron. A esa hora, cansados y con equipaje, tuve que conseguir otro hotel.

Altes, gemütliches Haus. Etwas kalt im Winter, sonst sehr gemütlich und altmodisch. Das Frühstück ist nur bedingt zu empfehlen, es gibt bessere Alternativen in der Umgebung.

Well located, clean, quiet (no noise from outdoors at all in my room), artfully shabby chic, well priced, comfortable, basically furnished and it seems like about 3 or 4 rooms to 2 bath/showers where I am (I chose a room with shared shower). Bathrooms nicely renovated. Feels quite a lot like a Moroccan Riad (which is a good thing) with the central courtyard and for all I know the building could be Moorish. They are a small place and don't advertise the fact that if you arrive late at night there is a surcharge. Not until you've booked, that is. Anyway, it's a very nice place to stay, so far, and I'm looking forward to the next 3 nights

Buen hotel con buena atención tuvieron en cuenta nuestra hora de llegada con el vuelo y nos dejaron entrar antes buen desayuno copioso y con variedad de alimentos ubicación inmejorable a restaurantes con espectáculo de fados cafeterías típicas portuguesas y a dos calles de restaurantes portugueses de comida popular una buena opción para un hospedaje diferente

I really enjoyed my very short stay at Palacio Vila Flor. I was very quickly in-and-out in less than a day, but I got a wonderful impression of the location and wished I had longer. I could easily imagine sitting in one of the courtyards in the afternoon or evening for a break, drinking a cool glass of something good. The staff were great, super friendly and spoke great English at the front desk.
As icing on the cake, since I was leaving so early and before breakfast, the staff packed a "to-go" picnic breakfast for me!

Schönes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Gästehaus mit sehr sauberen Apartements um einen schönen Innenhof. Von sehr netten, hilfsbereiten Inhabern selbst geführt und super gute Lage in Amalfa.
