Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel 4 notti e 5 giorni.. Hotel vecchio Stanze con servizi praticamente nulli per non parlare dei bagni.. Esperienza assolutamente da non replicare..!!!

Albergo molto vecchio Manca di servizi essenziali ( abatjour armadio più ampio sedie mensole ) Anche il bagno è datato manca box doccia, la tenda e' out.A favore posso dire per chi non ha molte pretese che e pulito e si trova in una ottima posizione per raggiungere le principali attrazioni

Es una residencia bastante tranquila y no está muy lejos del centro, a unos 15 o 20 minutos andando entre los barrios de famara y el barrio alto. Tienen recepción las 24 horas del día. La cama era bastante incomoda y la almohada también pero la habitación estaba limpia además de pasar todos los días el servicio de habitaciones

Antes de comentar vim ver os restantes comentários. Muita gente deve pensar que tem o rei na barriga. Procuram barato e querem coisa do mais alto luxo.
Muito simples para quem pensa ficar alojado:
Tudo muito limpinho
Quartos dentro da medida padrão
Casas de banho pequenas mas com boa utilização (sou grande 1.80m com 125 kilos ) e não tenho qualquer problema.
Pessoal muito atencioso.
Sempre que voltar a Lisboa, será aqui que ficarei. Preço ótimo e resolve bem.

If you are on a budget and don't have high expectations this place will do it. There is no view nor natural light but the rooms are clean and the staff is really nice.

Ottimo hotel economico. Posizione perfetta: a 50 mt c è la metro, la fermata del tram e di vari pullman. Il tram 28 passa davanti all hotel. A piedi in 10 min si raggiunge piazza Rossio. La reception è 24h, sempre disponibili. La struttura non è nuovissima ed anche l ascensore è piccolo...però come rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo. Il forno a microonde è comodo per riscaldare un pasto veloce.

La ubicación es muy buena pero:
- las toallas súper viejas, de esas que ya son grises en vez de blancas.
- la cama ufff súper incomoda también .
- la ducha un lío.
Tiene potencial el lugar pero está muy descuidado , demasiado descuidado en cuanto a sus instalaciones, habitaciones y servicios .

We experienced power outages several time on our first night here which scared us so badly, but as small as the rooms could be, we loved that the bed was comfortable and that there was a shower and basin in our room. For location, it was just a few minutes walk to the nearby metro station.

Maravilhoso, recepção prestativa, quarto arrumado, limpo, banheiro TB, e fica em uma avenida principal a qual tem metrô a uns 150m Independente linha verde, fácil sair do aeroporto e chegar de metrô. E o custo super acessível.

Mały hotelik blisko stacji metra,do centrum również niedaleko.Bardzo miła obsługa,pokoje czyste i codziennie sprzątane. Meble trochę wysłużone,ale uważam,że na kilka dni szczególnie gdy się wraca do pokoju tylko wykąpać i wyspać to wystarczy.

Es el peor lugar en donde tuvimos la mala elección de caer. El edificio parece sacado de una película de terror y parece que se va a caer en cualquier momento, incluso te piden que por tu seguridad no salgas a la terraza, el señor de recepción y una chica de lentes muy amable. Por otro lado la chica de tono de piel oscuro muy desagradable y le molestaba elevadoratender. El elevador el cual parece que va a caer en cualquier momento, la habitación pequeña y el colchon mas incomodo que te puedas imaginar, acabamos con dolor de espalda, los muebles parecen que estan atorados en un bucle en el tiempo, la television antigua ty delamañao imperfecto donde ni los subtítulos se pueden leer, en pocas palabra lo unico adecuado es la ubicación, y eso si la pasteieria Delta que esta cruzando la calle donde se puede desayunar y comer riquisimo y baratisimo, el mejor balacao.

Estuvimos 2 noches en Lisboa en esta residencia, el lugar es céntrico a 10 minutos caminando calle abajo llegas a la zona turística, el alojamiento que contratamos fue una habitación con baño compartido y al momento de llegar a la recepción nos ofrecieron una habitación con baño privado por el mismo precio ya que había una promoción, así que genial, todo muy limpio aunque parezca un lugar antiguo, las empleadas muy amables y te aconsejan en todo en cuanto a turismo. Hotel bem limpo, quartos quentinhos e atendentes bem atenciosos. Infelizmente, a internet pega muito mal nos quartos e o espaço para armazenamento dos alimentos é bem pequeno para o contingente inteiro do hotel (um frigobar para o hotel inteiro).

Reservei baseado nas críticas. Para duas estrelas achei razoável
Sei que é um alojamento de duas estrelas mas nunca mais volto a pôr os pés. É ridiculo o espaço. Aconselho mesmo a porem isolamento nas janelas, se tivesse dormido na rua o barulho era o mesmo.
A casa de banho, nem pode ser chamada de casa de banho, nem papel higiénico dispensaram. O cheiro das camas e toalhas deixa qualquer pessoa enjoada.
A TV até fazia confusão aos olhos.
Dormi muito mal, ou melhor nem dormi, foi dinheiro deitado fora. Por 40€ acho q se esperava um mínimo de condições.
Valha-nos a simpatia das recepcionistas. É bom único ponto positivo.

In einem desolaten Zustand! Sogar die Matratzen sind seid Jahren ...Vielleicht seit der Eröffnung nicht mehr ausgetauscht worden! Die Federung hat mich die ganze Nacht begleitet. Gut dass es nur eine Nacht war. Für den Preis gibt es bestimmt in Lissabon bessere Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten!

Camere buone con l'unico difetto delle coperte troppo pesanti e il cuscino non troppo comodo, il wifi prende solo al primo piano ed ha una velocità minima, c'è una tv ma è vecchia e funziona solo con il digitale, quindi canali locali e quindi quasi inutile se si proviene dall'estero.

I spent my school vacation here. The rooms are not very big, but anyway enough. The bath is also small, but everyday they provide to clean it. There's also a cozy living room in the first floor. Great location, just 15 minutes by feet to the city centre.

Unerträglich laut. Das Hotel liegt direkt neben einer Hauptverkehrsstraße und die hört man auch. Polizeisirenen oder laute Motorräder reißen einen auch mitten in der Nacht aus dem Schlaf. Dazu kommt der Lärm aus dem Flur und den anderen Zimmern, der bestens zu hören ist. Wenn der Nachbar seinen Fernseher anmacht oder telefoniert, hat man das Gefühl, direkt daneben zu stehen. Die Matratzen sind durchgelegen und unbequem. Das WLAN funktioniert leider auch nicht. Zumindest das Personal ist ganz nett, das kann hier aber auch nicht mehr viel retten.

Un hotel central, foarte accesibil ca pret dar si ca locatie - la 100m de statia de metrou Intendente (linia verde).
Are un lift micut (de doar 2 persoane) destul de incomod pt claustrofobi, un superb lounge cu wifi (care are semnal puternic doar pe et 1 si partial din 2) si camere destul de incapatoare pt cate stele are hotelul (a mea a avut si un mic balcon). Baile sunt mici (construite in camere ulterior) dar macar sunt private, nu ca in alte parti - la comun. Are si aer conditionat, iar apa e fierbinte. Se face curatenie in fiecare zi!
Hotelul are o micuta chicineta + cuptor cu microunde. Au si fier de calcat si uscator de par - disponibile la cerere, la receptie.
E curat si dezinfectat, chiar miroase destul de tare a clor :)
Personalul din receptie f amabil.
Merita banii comparativ cu altele.

The service was great, checking-in and out went down smoothly and the room did fine with a good view. My only downside to it is the location as the metro station near it has a bit of a reputation for bad things.

We were really happy staying here! Budget but very clean, no wifi in the room but its fast and stable in the comfortable lounge downstairs. Value for money. But most of all the staff were SO nice. Great place!

It is a budget hotel. We had toilet and shower in our room and our window was toward rear of the house. The front of the hotel is toward a traffic intensive street. Noise sensitive people should avoid the rooms on the front side of the hotel. Staff was friendly. There are several small cafés around this area where you can get a breakfast for 3- 4€ (coffee, pastry with ham, a cake and a freshly pressed orange juice).
You can keep some food in the hotel's kitchen fridge but there is not much room and you won't find it comfortable to eat in your room.

Como classificar o que nao merece tal, o proprietário simpático pois é sua obrigação em prol do seu negócio, wifi sinal deficiente, o quarto limpo e pelo preço razoável, o funcionário que deveria abrir a porta à noite pois o serviço é de 24h, basta tocar a campainha esse mesmo deveria estar a dormir pois tocámos durante 15 minutos até que apareceu dizendo "fui a casa de banho qual é o problema nao esperam muito, pois não? "" pergunto nao poderia ter ficado um informação que ##volto já## , um único funcionário pode arruinar um negócio, o atendimento hoteleiro deve ser isento de conflitos' enfim "NÃO RECOMENDO! !!"

We only stayed one night here but for the price.. there was absolutely nothing wrong at all. It had a traditional feel abit rough around the edges but it made me feel like I was abroad! We got upgraded for free to an enduros and balcony room due too there being space in the hotel which was extremely kind of the manager/receptionist. Who also minds reception 24/7 which was perfect after a late dinner with friends! Would highly recommend for laid back couples, backpackers or family's on a budget. Would stay again 100%

The worst experience with hostel staff ever. Very unpolite, rude, unhelpful. We paid then the airport transfer and the person in charge for that never arrived, so we had to search for another one in 5 am in order not to miss the flight. They never refund our money, neither give any explanation or apologize. Terrible people!

Das Hotel liegt verkehrsgünstig. Bis zum Rossio sind es nur 2 Metrostationen, kann man auch gut zu Fuß gehen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Das Zimmer war sauber, wurde täglich gereinigt. W-Lan gab es leider nur im Aufenthaltsraum; bis in den dritten Stock leider kein Empfang.
Die Zimmer nach hinten sind ruhig hinsichtlich Straßenlärm. Andere Gäste hört man leider doch oftmals recht gut. Schöner alter, aber sehr kleiner Aufzug. Treppenhaus ist fein gestaltet.
Das Wasser in der Dusche ist den ganzen Tag über gut warm. Muss man morgens eine Weile laufen lassen. Im Winter ist der Raum leider nicht beheizbar (außer evtl. über die Aircondition, hab ich nur kurz probiert ohne Wärme zu spüren). Bei 14 Grad kann man zwar gut die sehenswerte Stadt erkunden, im Hotel bleibt nur das Bett übrig. Warme Decken gibt es aber genügend. Für den günstigen Preis ist das Hotel gut.

Ce nest pas le must niveau confort mais lhôtel est très mignon. Notamment lascenseur ancien et la décoration rétro portugaise. Le personnel est adorable, très accueillant et arrangeant. Le placement est idéal près de la station de métro intendente et du fameux tram 28. A 5 min de la boutique a vida portuguese une mine dor ... Je recommande !

Room accommodations were basic: bed, small TV and satisfactory bathroom with no fancy toiletries - just your basic towels and all-purpose liquid soap. Staff was very friendly. Free wifi was available at the guest lounge only, so I had to go to the first floor if I needed to connect my tablet or iPhone to the wifi. Not the most convenient wifi access, but it worked for me. It is a stones throw away from the Metro, which is a major plus. It is inexpensive but I really only needed a place to stay since I was out all day exploring Lisbon.

Un hôtel bien placé près d'une entrée de métro. Les chambres côté cour sont très calmes. Pas de possibilité de déjeuner le matin, mais pas de soucis, il y a tout ce qu'il faut sur le boulevard à proximité immédiate. Une très bonne alternative à prix modéré pour visiter Lisboa !

Tolle Stadt mit 1000 Hügeln, viel Geschichte. Diese Stadt lässt keinen Stress zu, mit den öffendlichen Verkehrsmittel ist jede Ecke der Stadt zu erkunden.Estoril ist mit der Schnellbahn in 30 min zu erreichen der Stand ist eine Reise wert zum EntspannenWir kommen sicher wieder

Das Zimmer (401) das wir hatte war direkt unter dem Dach und sehr klein. Die Wände habe auch schon bessere Zeiten erlebt. Das Bad ist ziemlich klein, in der Dusche konnte man sich gerade mal knapp drehen. Fazit: Wenn man den ganze Tag in der Stadt unterwegs ist reicht es gerade!

I stayed 3 nights over the Easter period for a short city break in Lisbon. The hotel is well located near the centre of Lisbon that can be reached on foot and the metro station is very close by. The staff is kind and the basic communication in English was fine. The room was comfortable enough for me and was cleaned daily. I definitely recommend this hotel for a cheap stay without compromising location and cleanness.

Clean twin bed room over street, small, functional show/toilet/sink, cramped with bags. Reliable Wi/Fi in salon. Most importantly, slept well, great location toMetro? tram 28 (must ride) & the Metro.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserer Unterkunft. Das Haus war von außen nicht so hübsch, doch wir erhofften uns ein schönes Inneres und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Es war sehr sauber und das Personal freundlich und bemüht. Meine Freundin hat sogar unabsichtlich den Schlüssel verdreht, doch es stellte kein Problem dar und er wurde sofort ausgetauscht.In der Lounge gab es wieder Erwarten WIFI, was uns sehr gelegen kam, um noch ein bisschen zu recherchiern. Da kein Essen im Preis inkludiert war, aßen wir meist auswärts und einmal aßen wir auch kaltes Abendessen in der Lounge, was kein Problem darstellte. Wenn man aus dem Hotel raus Richtung Zentrum kommt, stößt man gleich im Nachbarhaus auf eine Bar, die sehr günstiges Frühstück hat. Wir haben dort zu zwei nur 3 Euro bezahlt.

I chose Residencial do Sul for cost reasons - I wasnt looking for luxury or extra facilities, just a cheap, central place to lay my head at night, and RDS delivered!Right next to Intendente metro - which meant it was easily reached from Aeroporto with just one change from Red to Green lines in 30 minutes - it proved to be just what I wanted. A no frills, inexpensive, unfussy bedroom.Patricia gave me a helpful orientation when I arrived and didnt mind storing my bag until I could check in a few hours later.When I did check in, I was pleased with my room - top floor, at the back, effective air conditioning unit, very quiet (apart from the thud of the lift arriving). Basic facilities, shower unit, wardrobe, TV, all clean and in working order.No wifi, no bar, no breakfast room, but that was fine - Lisbon papers to be very well served by 3G anyway.Overall, its a 6-7 out of 10, for a two star hotel. Very happy to recommend to travellers on a budget who dont mind a basic level of comfort, to save money for Ginginha...

Our stay was very good, you need to leave your key at the desk whenever you leave and the front door is always locked, so you need to be buzzed in to gain entrance. Very good security measures, Lisbon is a city that has a shady underbelly so it was very nice to feel safe and secure at night. Good place, and very close to the metro to go anywhere in the city.

The only thing I didnt like was that pipes in the bathroom were all exposed and you need to be careful not to touch the hot water pipe or you will get burned!!! Other than that it was a reaaaaaally good deal!

zentrale Lage, Tram hält fast direkt vor Haustüre, Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sehr freundlich, geben kundige Auskünfte (in Englisch). Zimmer sauber und geräumig. Für Städtereisen sehr zu empfehlen. Einziges Manko: Betten sind sehr hart und eher unbequem.

Les chambres du 4ème sont mansardées donc pas de vue sur lextérieur un peu dommage, sinon lhôtel est propre et le personnel aimable et sympathique. Situé près dune bouche de métro, cest pratique pour aller visiter Lisbonne. Lascenseur étant très étroit, je ne recommande pas cet hôtel pour les familles.

This is a bed only hotel. You need to go elsewhere for meals but there is a convenient bfast available next door. Our room was clean, airconditioned and towels were changed if necessary. There was a small limited size wardrobe and no chest of drawers. The bathroom was tiny but clean with a reasonable shower. The staff on the 24/7 reception were very helpful. Bring your own plug for the washbasin.

Was will man mehr - hier stimmt das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Mit der Metro in 20 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt - Haltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel; ebensfalls die Haltestelle der legendären Tram-Linie 28.

Perfectly serviceable hotel. Clean and functional. Air conditioning good, no real quibbles on room as long as you are not expecting 5 star comfort. An excellent point would be the cheap drinks available at reception with none of the usual hotel mark-up.Minor problem on day of departure. Asked for a taxi booking to take us to the airport at 6am, not booked and we ended up having to flag one down on the road.

Gute Lage 10min vom Stadtzentrum, direkt an der legendären Straßenbahnlinie 28 und direkt an der Metrostation.Wir hatten Zimmer nach hinten, deshalb sogar recht ruhig.

We stayed here for three nights and we were very pleased, the staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean, there was daily housekeeping and clean towels (even if they were a bit old). The TV was ancient, but we were there to enjoy the city and its sights so that didnt bother us much. The hotel was a short walk from the metro station, but if you dont mind walking for 20 minutes you can get to Placa de Rossio on foot (which we did every day).

Nice small hotel, stuff is very friendly, manager speaks excellent English. Room was small but nice,sufficient for couple of nights. Nice view out of the window. Price is more than acceptable.Hotel is in walking distance form downtown. Good chicken place near by.

Ne vous fiez pas au petit prix, les chambres sont très correctes, certes pas immenses mais propres avec une salle de bains privative et la climatisation. Espace commun avec wifi gratuit un peu capricieux toutefois. Le personnel est agréable et lhôtel est situé à 15 minutes à ped du centre, sinon le métro est à 2 pas de lhôtel.

For the price, the hotel was good.The location is good, quiet and near enough to the centre of Lisbon to walk. The areais slightly dodgy, with many ethnic minority groups congregated on street corners and police in the nearby supermarket at closing time!!It is nearby to the Interndente Metro station and close to the Tram 28 stop.Our room was on the 4th floor and the lift was so tiny only 2 people or 1 person and 2 cases could fit inside. It did, however have a private bathroom with shower, not all rooms do apparently.We asked the staff to order a taxi for our return journey, which they did not do, instead suggesting we flag one down in the street, which we did - not ideal on the way to catch our flight.The room was very clean, but had almost no furniture and a sloping roof which limited the headroom dramatically, the shower was also in the sloping roof area, so was very cramped.We noticed a sign in the lobby mentioning Breakfast vouchers, but were given no information about these - ? There are no facilities for Breakfast in the hotel.

Excelente custo beneficio, localização otima, a poucos metros da estaçao de metro Intendente. Achei o acesso wi deficiente, pois o sinal é fraco e nao pegou no quarto, alem disso achei caro
