Un hôtel à l'écart mais avec le bus et le tram très proche. Belles chambres, super petit déjeuner en terrasse. Un très bon endroit à partir duquel découvrir Lisbonne. Sa proximité avec la gare facilite les déplacements extérieurs.

The hotel is very nice and cosy, located in a quiet area in Lisbon, but easy access to most of the tourist attractions. The surrounding area has more characters and relatively less touristy, highly recommended for anyone who would like a quiet and relaxing stay. However there are 2 slight negative comments with our stay, 1) the hotel did not make up our room on our 4th day and 2) we asked the hotel for dinner recommendations in our surroundings area, the women at the reception suggested a restaurant immediately and said it is Portuguesa food. We turned up and it was Brazilian grill, the food was nice but not Portuguesa at all. Since then, we did not go back for her advice. We were lucky to stay for a few nights, otherwise it would be a big disappointment if we only had one night to have Portuguese food. The close by restaurants Raizes and Petiscaria Ideal are amazing, both a “must try”.

This is a lovely boutique hotel with big, modern rooms and nice amenities. Despite being modernized, it keeps the charm of an old building. I can't say enough about how helpful the staff was. It's not in the middle of town but the desk can call a taxi that will be there in minutes; it's about €5 to town.

wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt, das Haus ist stilvoll und gemütlich, der Innenhof und die Dachterrasse sind wirklich toll das Frühstück lecker und vielseitig.....wir kommen wieder!!

Piccolo hotel di charme in posizione centrale che sembra un elegante appartamento d'epoca. Camere ristrutturate, confortevoli e funzionali, corredate perfino di una bottiglia di porto offerta ai clienti. Il breakfast è vario e a disposizione fino alle ore 12.
Non è presente un servizio ristorante per il pranzo e la cena.
Le ragazze dello staff sono particolarmente gentili, disponibili e preparate.

Très bon hôtel, excellent rapport qualité prix.Relativement bien situé, accès facile au centre et à Belem en bus ou en tram.Les chambres sont grandes et propres, la décoration est vintage mais récente.Le service est très bon, souriant et serviable. Très bons avantages si vous êtes Expedia VIP.Les points damélioration : manque de pression dans la douche, sèche-cheveux faiblard, fontaine dans le patio trop bruyante.

This a gem. The best boutique hotel one can imagine with great value in the best location, far from the crowds but close to all places. Amazing view from its terrace where the comfortable and cosy library is located. You can sip your morning coffee or read your book or have your drink while admiring the view. Rooms are elegant and comfortable.

Located directly next door to the ancient arts museum, this hotel has a bus stop just a few steps away. The 15 trolley is a couple of blocks. Both offer easy access to the city center. Our room was spacious and very quiet. The staff was very helpful with making restaurant suggestions within a couple of blocks and setting up reservations. They explained the transportation options plus set up our taxi to the airport at 4:30am after our 4 day stay. The hotel is scrupulously clean. The breakfast is tasty with many options-available from 7:30 to noon. They graciously offered to provide breakfast for us before 4:30am on our checkout day. We declined but when they saw us with dessert that we had brought to the hotel the evening before, the housekeeping staff scurried to bring us plates and silverware and ice. All of these items were available self-serve in the beautiful 4th floor library-deck area, but the staff person in the living room/breakfast room area saw us and brought them to us. Exemplary service throughout the hotel. Also included is free admission to the museum next door and a few others in the city. Just a lovely hotel!

We stayed at Janelas twice during August and really enjoyed the hospitality and the service provided by the staff.
It is a delightful boutique hotel that is a short walk to the waterfront.
We particularly enjoyed the breakfast served in the secluded garden, which was the perfect way to start the day.
My husband and I would definitely stay here again on another visit to Lisbon

Du personnel accueillant et discret. A notre arrivée, la chambre avait 2 lits séparés. Nous les avons mis côte à côte mais nous avions 2 couettes séparées. Le lendemain sans rien demander, la femme de chambre a rajouter un sous matelas ainsi qu'une grande couette ! Tous les jours les cafés et tisanes sont à disposition gratuitement ainsi que des petits biscuits. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et varié. L'hôtel est au calme très propre. 10 serviettes de toutes tailles pour 2 personnes ainsi que 2 peignoirs! Journal le monde à disposition tous les jours et la chaîne M6 pour la tv. Voilà je crois n'avoir rien oublié

Pequeño hotel donde cuidan cada detalle con mucho mimo.
Decoración antigua y elegante. No hay mini bar pero tiene una sala de lectura con bar donde tu mismo te sirves y anotas tu consumición.

Home, sweet home! Edifício secular bem restaurado. Limpeza impecável, atendimento familiar e duma solicitude ímpar, áreas comuns espaçosas, vista da varanda do 3° andar espetacular. Café, chá e bolinhos disponível durante todo o dia. Quarto espaçoso confortável, bem como a casa de banho, amenities Molton Brown. Pequeno almoço muito básico, esperava mais variedade. Hotel was lovely, our rooms were clean, so well maintained and comfortable. The decor ad vibe of the hotel was relaxing and a old skool kind of chic. Breakfast selection was lovely amd delicious and staff were so helpful ad pleasant. The location was also very convenient for us, with great transportation. Looking to go back soon. Oh and the complimentary Port was very much appreciated.

Cometimos un fallo con la reserva. Sin embargo, en 5 minutos la recepcionista ya había realizado varias llamadas y nos ofreció una solución inmejorable.
Estamos muy agradecidos.
Recomiendo este hotel a parte de por lo bonito y elegante que es, por el trato tan cercano y la disposición a ayudar de sus trabajadores.

It felt like home. The young lady at the reception was so kind and welcoming. The room was like a bedroom. The rest of the property felt like a house. There was a garden, living room, sitting room on the first floor. There was coffee, tea, and water for your enjoyment. Even cookies and little pasteis de nata for snacks. The top floor has a terrace with snacks and beverages. You walk through a beautiful library to the terrace to get a view of the river, bridge and Cristo Reí. I loved this property!

Hotel muy limpio y acogedor. Desayuno buffet. Las habitaciones son comodas y permiten "elegir" dureza de colchon y almohada, aunque yo no he tenido que cambiar, me ha resultado comodo. El personal del hotel es muy agradable y familiar. El garage es pequeño y esta en la parte baja del edificio. Si se tiene pensado aparcar en el es mejor avisar con antelacion (no abundan los sitios para el estacionamiento en la calle... Gorrillas cerca). Esta situado en una zona tranquila. A una media hora andando de la zona mas historica (castillo de san Jorge) y a una hora y media de la torre de Belem. Pero tranvia y bus cerca.
Sin lugar a dudas... Totalmente recomendable!

Increíble, tranquilo,... un lugar para desconectar, todo muy bonito, estilo clásico pero perfecto, muy amable el personal, tiene café, dulces,etc gratis ... es increíble que este tipo de hoteles exista.. las habitaciones muy buenas y bonitas, la librería increíble, y la terraza perfecta. Recomiendo 100% .. estuve 4 días y todo bien. Gracias

Top floor library with “honesty” bar for drinks and kitchen area for coffee, beautiful deck with views to the water. Great bus line straight into Lisbon city center or to Belém in the opposite direction. Thoroughly recommend this gem of an historic hotel

We loved our stay here. The staff was friendly and very helpful with any requests we had. The rooms were clean, comfortable and the embroidered linens and towels were a wonderful touch. All the amenity rooms were warm and welcoming. Plenty of great food options within walking distance. Walking distance to the Time Out Market and the Metro station, but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful at night. Plenty of bus lines also if you dont feel like walking to the Metro. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Zimmer sind sehr gross und sauber.
Dachterasse und viele allgemein zugängliche Räume mit kleinen Bars bilden ein schönes Kontrastprogramm zum hecktischen Treiben im Stadtzentrum.

Chambre petite mais jolie. Beau bâtiment avec beaucoup de cachet dans le différentes pièces. Personnel très chaleureux. Plusieurs cocktails offerts. Jolie vu de la terrasse et la bibliothèque. Malheureusement un peu loin des secteurs des restaurants (15-20 minutes de marche).

un rare plaisir: petit hôtel romantique déco fin 19ème. très confortable et très cosy.
notre chambre, calme et spacieuse, était sur le jardin au 1er étage. petit déjeuner jusqu'à midi, varié, abondant et de qualité. boissons diverses à discrétion: du whisky, soda, vin..... à la tisane, expresso, en cas toute la journée, à siroter dans la bibliothèque au dernier étage ou sur la terrasse avec vue sur le Tage. Le jardin dans la cour doit être très agréable aux beaux jours.

La capitale del Portogallo, Lisbona, sorge sulla costa ed è caratterizzata da un territorio collinare. Dall’imponente castello di São Jorge, il panorama si allarga sugli edifici in tinte pastello della città vecchia, sull’estuario del Tago e sul ponte sospeso chiamato Ponte 25 de Abril. Poco distante, il Museo Nazionale Azulejo espone cinque secoli di piastrelle in ceramica, mentre appena fuori Lisbona si trova la striscia delle spiagge atlantiche, che va da Cascais a Estoril.

Wir habe uns sehr wohl gefühlt, wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, es wurde uns sogar noch das Frühstück am Anreisetag, wir kamen vormittags und baten die Koffer abzustellen, angeboten.Sehr gutes Frühstück, toller Obstsalat. Die Zimmer waren sehr gepflegt und sauber.Schöne Bibliothek mit Bar im Dachgeschoss mit Terrasse. Zu jeder Tageszeit konnte man Kaffee und Gebäck nehmen.

Loved the hotel. It had the most beautiful patio for breakfast. All personnel was really kind and helpful. We had a beautiful, ample room with a spacious bsthroom with a great bathtub. And a Port decanter free of charge in your room is always a plus. Everything bright and full of light. It wasnt exactly central, but decidedly either walking distance or near public transportation to go anywhere. Loved the fact the room was very quiet. And theres coffee, tea, lemonade and cookies in a table 24 hs by the very comfortable lounges in the ground floor. That was very welcome after hours of walking.

My husband and I stayed for two nights. The hotel has an elegant and old fashioned style but everything was up to date, clean, and nice big bathroom. Free coffee/tea bar was great for middle aged tourists who come back tired and thirsty. Honor system bar was perfect and you can sit is a lovely sitting room or in the garden. Breakfast was wonderful. Staff very helpful. It is about 30 minutes from the airport in normal traffic and about a 15 minutes walk from the Praca de Commercio. We did not enjoy walking along the river at night.

Gratamente sorprendidos, somos tres prejas, que vinimos por primera vez. La atención, inmejorable, así como las menities que ofrece ( excelentes: café, te, masas, todo tipo de bebidas, etc...) tanto en el salón como en la biblioteca y balcón superior. No falta nada! Por supuesto, absoluta limpieza. Habitaciones protegidas de los ruidos con doble ventanas. Un botellon con un riquísimo Oporto en la habitación. Y finalmente a lo que conduce todo esto, es a una increíble comodidad. Definitivamente es un ejemplo de servicio. GRACIAS! Por hacer nuestra estancia inmejorable.

È un gioiello. Elsa in reception è professionale e simpatica. Le camere sono raffinate. Il bagno pulitissimo e super accessoriato. Colazione abbondante, varia e di qualità. Sala lettura elegante, giardino curato. Parcheggio interno un poco piccolo, meglio prenotare, sono 15 euro al giorno. Accoglienza in camera con una bottiglia di Porto a nostra gratuita disposizione. Das Personal ist sehr sehr sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist gut und die Bibliothek, die gleichzeitig eine Bar mitSelbstbedienung ist, super. Aussicht wunderbar und das Vertrauen des Hotels in die Gäste (dass sie alles was siekonsumiert haben auch angeben) ist sehr gross. Ich würde jederzeit wieder dort buchen.

4 jours et 3 nuits pour découvrir Lisbonne en Avril. Le personnel est très serviable, sympathique et discret. Toute les bonnes infos et réservations (taxi, resto, fado, etc.) avec la réceptionniste qui fait son travail de concierge à merveille. L’hôtel est très agréable, la chambre dun charme très Lisboete est très propre, grande salle de bain lumineuse et propre.Le petit déjeuner copieux et varié reste ouvert jusquà midi.Ne pas manquer le charme explorateur, navigateur, aventurier du salon du 3 ème étage avec son bar et sa superbe terrasse donnant sur le Tage.Un arrêt de tramway à 100 m de lhôtel nous emmène directement au centre sur Baixa et Alfama

Hotel poco fuori dal centro storico, fermate di metro da praça do commercio e due di autobus. Dal centro e da Belm è raggiungibile con il bus 728 o 714. Le camere sono davvero pulite nonostante la moquette, come omaggio si trova una bottiglia di porto in camera. Il bagno è molto ampio ma non ha la finestra, oltre al completo di asciugamani e al telo doccia, si può usufruire anche di un accappatoio. La colazione é inclusa nel prezzo, a buffet dolce e salato per tutti i gusti. Per il caffè a disposizione degli ospiti si trova una macchina espresso con cialde marca nespresso.

Nous avons passé 6 jours dans cet excellent hôtel à mi distance de Belem et de la praça do comercio sur la ligne de bus 174.Pour diner un endroit très sympathique le mercado da Ribeira à 15mn à pied ou toujours par le bus 174.Le système pour les transports nétant pas très clair nous avons opté pour la carte 7 colinas (rechargeable du nombre de voyages voulus) et la carte viva viagem (rechargeable pour aller à Sintra ou Cascais par exemple)A Sintra si vous montez à Pena prenez les tuk-tuk (10€ aller retour pour 2personnes) sinon cest la foule pour le bus !!!!

Accueil aimable et agréable.L’ambiance de l'hôtel très 'confort' et 'cosy', beaucoup d’attention à la clientèle. Le personnel de la réception (Anna et ses collègues) est toujours prêt à vous aider et à vous informer avec plan à l’appui.L'hôtel vous offre des invitations pour 2 musées dont le plus grand de Lisbonne situé à 50m de l'hôtel. L'hôtel est calme, un peu excentré, et les bus passent devant l'hôtel.À noter particulièrement, le Salon de lecture du 3e étage avec terrasse sur le Tage, meublé très 'anglais', ainsi que la pièce où à n'importe quelle heure on peut se faire un café, cappuccino,... gratuitement. Inhabituel, la chambre est même équipée d’un parapluie au cas où…Le Buffet complet, sucré/salé reste ouvert jusqu'à Midi,... bon et super pratique.Chambre et salle de bain, propres et grandes. Notre chambre était équipée de doubles fenêtres très efficaces.Une seule chaîne française sur la TVBref on s’y sent bien.

Lhôtel est situé dans un endroit stratégique. Près dune piste pour les sportifs, Près du métro pour laéroport. Près des bons restaurants, et à 15 minutes à pied du centre ville. Pour le mois février vous avez la pluie en cadeau ( tout de même supportable)...

This is a fabulous hotel. The staff are amazing. The facilities are just beautiful. A great library upstairs with a balcony and view of the river. It is a wonderful place to sit. The rooms are comfortable and charming. The breakfast is great. Great walking distance to sites. Great history to the hotel as well.

Sintra var den mest fantastiska upplevelsen. Hotellet bokade resan. Guiden (Andrea) var suverän. Spårvagnsresor var en upplevelse. Cristomonumentet (båt över floden) var också en fin upplevelse. Belém naturligtvis och mycket annat. Fint väder hade vi. Sol varje dag och förhållandevis varmt. En härlig resa i januari.

La recepción ofrece un aspecto que en nada concuerda con lo que uno se encuentra dentro. Desmerece un poco. Los detalles que tienen en el hotel son muy buenos, mesa con café y aperitivos dulces gratis en la zona del vestibulo y en la zona de la biblioteca. No disponen de bar propiamente dicho, pero tienen a disposición del cliente dos mesas, en el vestíbulo y en la biblioteca con todo tipo de bebidas para tener una velada agradable, esto no es gratuito. La biblioteca tiene una vista muy bonita sobre el río. Dispones de una botella de vino de Oporto en la habitación, cortesía del hotel. Proporcionan un pase al museo de Arte Antigua que esta pared con pared y es altamente recomendable visitarlo.

Hotel muy acogedor, muy buena atención, con detalle de bienvenida (licor de oporto). Habitaciones muy cuidadas y limpias, wiffi gratis, tv y DVD (en algunas habitaciones). Desayuno muy rico y de buena calidad. En el último piso una biblioteca muy acogedora con una terraza ideal. Un jardín coqueto en planta calle.

Nice hotel in a quiet neighborhood but close to the old section of town and a great view of the port. Love the third floor library and kitchen, the staff were fantastic. I booked it for an 18 hour layover in Lisbon, wish I could have stayed longer!

I originally found the hotel on Trip Advisor but booked it through Orbitz. It is hidden away on a quiet street adjacent to the National Museum of Ancient Art (Go visit. The hotel gives you free admission). The hotel rooms are pretty and comfortable. The garden is beautiful and is where they serve their awesome breakfast each day. On the third floor is the library, a beautifully appointed room offering round the clock beverages and snacks. Take you drinks out onto the balcony in late afternoon and enjoy the cool breezes and the magnificent view. We cant wait to go back to Lisbon if for no other reason than to stay at the Janelas Verdes Hotel.

séjour pour découvrir une capitale européenne et passer dune année à lautre en douceur.Etablissement très accueillant avec un esprit familial qui lui donne tout son charme, on se sent comme à la maison...la pièce magique est celle du troisième étage.petit bémol : lorsquil y a affluence au petit déjeuner on peut se trouver inconfortablement installé faute de place aux tables et chaisespersonnel très charmant et efficace.

Accueil dune remarquable gentillesse et très professionnel qui nous a permis de passer un séjour à Lisbonne dans les meilleures conditions possibles.Lhôtel et calme très cosy et on sy sent bien. Il fait bon passer un moment en buvant un thé dans la bibliothèque avec une vue sur le stade sur le Tage splendide.Tout est fait dans cet hôtel pour passer un séjour inoubliable.

Très agréable séjour dans cet hôtel à taille humaine. Confort bourgeois, beauté du lieu et vue sur le Tage, de belles attentions, bon petit déjeuner... Il est un peu excentré mais de nombreux bus permettent laccès un peu partout : se renseigner à laccueil et prendre la liste des bus qui passent à côté.Si je reviens à Lisbonne aucune hésitation, je reviens là.

Man wähnt sich beinahe eher in einer privaten Stadtvilla zu Besuch.Trotzdem sind die Hotelleistungen gewährleistet und die Concierge-damen äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit.Jeder Raum des Hauses, ja jede Ecke ist äusserst stilvoll und mit poetischem Geschmack gestylt....Wir ( Lyrikerin und Jurist ) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, und werden dieses hübsche Hotel wieder wählen.

This hotel was an awesome find. It is away from the central part of the city of lisbon so plan on walking, bussing, and cabbing it to the main tourist attractions. Rooms were small but very comfortable, the breakfast was yummy, and the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable.

Wir waren drei Nächte in dieser tollen Unterkunft. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir von der Dame am Empfang freundlich empfangen und mit allen wichtigen Informationen versorgt. Wir hatten ein tolles Zimmer, nicht allzu gross aber sehr ruhig und mit Blick auf den Tajo. Das Hotel hat im obersten Geschoss eine schöne, kleine Bibliothek mit grandiosem Ausblick. Zu erwähnen ist das tolle Frühstück, auf das wir uns jedes mal gefreut haben. Das Servicepersonal ist hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Mit dem Bus, hält vor dem Hotel, ist man in wenigen Minuten in Lissabons Altstadt. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Es waren tolle vier Tage.

As Janelas Verdes makes you feel like home. The location is pretty convenient by taxi, bus, or just walking. The library on the third floor has a self-serve 24 hour bar with unlimited free tea, coffee, and other drinks charged at very fair price. All of their staff are very help. I will totally go back again next time.

Charming hotel with friendly service and a few extra touches that made our stay most comfortable, such as the free access to coffee and custard tarts all day, the honesty bar, the carafe of port in the room, etc. Theres a stunning view from the library and terrace. Our room was meticulously clean, cozy and quiet, despite it facing the street. The buffet breakfast was varied and available until noon--perfect for a leisurely holiday. The location suited us very well--we especially enjoyed the (relative--about a 15 minute walk) proximity to the new market hall near the Cais do Sodré station, the Mercado da Ribeira, which is a haven for foodies open all day. Were hoping to be back.

Very nice and accommodating staff but sadly hotel is way past its prime with old uncomfortable beds, thin towels,etc. Thin walls and tiny ants if you left any food, even an empty used tea cup with no sugar. The hotel is inconveniently located to almost all of the tourist spots. I am very sorry to give this review as everyone at the hotel was so nice to us.

Couldn't be better. On arrival we were upgraded and given a complimentary bottle of port, super friendly staff and receptionists, helped with adapters, room service, late check out etc with no problems. The hotel has a ski chalet feel with a large and interesting common room with an honesty bar with free snacks and cakes each afternoon. The building also has a walled garden to enjoy breakfast in. Overall a superb hotel and will be staying there again on our return to Lisbon.

In diesem Hotel sind wir wie alte Freunde aufgenommen worden. Das Hotelpersonal hat alle unsere Wünsche sofort erfüllt, so dass wir zu keiner Zeit Grund hatten, unzufrieden zu sein. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist exzellent und erfüllt alle Erwartungen an ein kuschelliges Heim. Schade nur, dass das Haus lediglich als Hotel-Garni geführt wird. Die Voraussetzungen für ein Restaurant wären u. E. gegeben. Also: alles Super!

We enjoyed the quaint charm of the hotels common areas. But I have to mention the beds. When we reserved a room we asked for a queen or king bed. When we checked in hotel said they only have rooms with twin beds. My husband and I had 2 twin beds pushed together but we could not lay side by side lest we would fall into the gap between the beds. Also, the beds were hard as a rock. It felt like we were sleeping on the floor.

Our stay at the hotel was not what we expected. We had booked several weeks in advance. We arrived early and made the check-in. As there was no room available yet, we left our bags and went to enjoy the city. Arriving in the afternoon, we were allocated in a room with 4 beds, barely space between them. After asking them to look for a more proper room for a couple, we were offered a double bed of just 1.35 meters, very tight, that we suffered during our stay. Trying to get back to our previous room, it was not available.
Along with this, the bathroom had leaks and a large puddle in the middle. After calling reception, we ordered some dinner out of the room while they were trying to dry it. As the problem seem to came from the heater, we spent the night without it till it was fixed the next day.
The staff was attentive, but not bother to compensate for the inconvenience, we were just mentioned that the hotel was full.
At least at the check-out they could have had some details for the inconvenience, as for example not to charge us for the sandwich we took while waiting for the bathroom the get dry-up, but they charge everything.

We had a very enjoyable break thanks to the attention to detail afforded by a very welcoming and obliging staff for whom nothing is too much trouble. The receptionists knowledge of Lisbon was so good we had no need of a visit to Tourist Information.The breakfast was excellent, as was the level of comfort in the public rooms. Our room was spacious with access through french windows to a small balcony. Lovely outside spaces! Lovely hotel!

Dem Vorteil der Fußgehweite zum Zentrum stand der Nachteil der Lage an einer sehr lauten Straße entgegen. 4-fach Verglasung half den Lärm zu dämmen, aber lüften während der Nacht kann man vergessen. Es empfiehlt sich dringend Zimmer zur Flussseite zu nehmen. Ansonsten ist das Hotel empfehlenswert. Klein und gut gelegen bietet es guten Komfort in einem historischen Gebäude

I agree wholeheartedly with the other reviewers. I had a recent 6-day business stay in Lisbon at this hotel and it was a delight. Others in the group staying elsewhere were jealous when they joined me for a sunset drink on the library balcony! Staff hugely friendly and attentive. Deserves the stars.

Wir haben uns vom ersten Augenblick an sehr wohl gefühlt in dieser kleinen Oase inmitten der Großstadt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und solide ausgestattet (eher ältere Einrichtung, aber sehr gut in Schuss). Begeistert hat uns die gemütliche Bibliothek/Salon mit einer kleinen Selbstbedienungsbar (zu sehr fairen Preisen) und die Dachterrasse mit Blick auf den Tejo. Hier konnte man sehr entspannt den Tag ausklingen lassen. Insgesamt ist die Einrichtung sehr stilvoll und sorgt für eine sehr persönliche Atmosphäre.Das Personal ist diskret, aber sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, wenn man ein Anliegen hat. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut - mit Straßenbahn oder Bus ist man in 5 min im Zentrum. Für Lissabon würden wir in jedem Fall wieder im As Janelas Verdas buchen.

We stayed for 7 nights in the middle of December, 2009. My wife and I really enjoyed this place. The staff was very helpful and the breakfest buffet was something we looked forward to every morning, great American coffee and the pastries were so good! We slept with our windows open and it was a little loud, a number of new clubs are in the area, but still not a bother. We walked to down town, about a 15 minute walk, and an easy walk to the river. There is a bus stop right out side the front door of the hotel. If you want to have a nice experience in Lisbon we highly recomend Janelas Verdes!
