Hotel war sehr schön, Personal nett Frühstück himmlisch mit viel frischem Obst und nicht so überladende Wurst- und Käseauswahl, immer alles frisch und reichlich.Zimmer und alles sehr sauber.Nur nachts wegen Altstadtlage sehr laut.

Highly recommend,it's a Lovely place, great for a nice relaxing holiday close enough to everything, especially in the restaurant area is super clean and have a friendly staff perfect spot.

Hôtel très bien situé au centre de Lisbonne et des transports. Hôtel très propre et le personnel très gentil. Je recommande et je reviendrai lors d’un prochain séjour.

A great stay in a fantastic location. Staff are all friendly and rooms are lovely and clean. Located only a few minutes from Terreiro do Paço metro station and with plenty of bus and tram options nearby, a perfect place to spend a few nights in Lisbon right in the middle of the old town. Breakfast was decent and included in the price. The only criticism we had was the bathroom situation and the sliding glass door, if you are sharing with someone consider somewhere else otherwise a fantastic stay.

Pro: Super Lage am Fuße der Altstadt, Schönes großes Zimmer (superior Suite), Sehr gutes Bett (komfortabel), guter Wifi Empfang, Zimmer gut abzudunkeln, preis/Leistung passt Negativ: kein Wasserkocher (für Tee) und leider kein Kühlschrank/Minibar im Zimmer um Getränke zu kühlen, ziemlich hellhörig (man hört wenn der Zimmernachbar den Wasserhahn aufdreht), relativ laut weil mitten im Zentrum

Das Hotel ist wunderbar überschaubar, gemütlich und sehr gut durchdacht. Liebevolle, praktische Details haben den Aufenthalt dort sehr angenehm gemacht. Es liegt zentral in der Altstadt und alles ist super gut, zu Fuß zu erreichen. Rundherum befinden sich die tollen Tapas-Bars und Restaurants. Das Frühstück war in einer gemütlichen Atmosphäre und sehr frisch und lecker. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch das Angebot, am Nachmittag Kaffee oder Tee mit Kuchen zu sich zu nehmen, war sehr zuvorkommend.Wir empfehlen das Hotel gerne weiter.

Super Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis! Ausgesprochen freundliches Personal. Bequeme Betten, ordentliche Dusche. Frühstück immer gleich, Putenschinken, Scheibenkäse, Weißkäse, Tomaten, 3x Marmelade, Honig, Cerealien, Obstsalat und Quark. Guter Kaffee! Im vorderen Bereich kann man nachts kein Fenster offen lassen, zu viel Straßenlärm. Den ganzen Tag über wird Kaffee und Kuchen in der Lobby angeboten.

We stayed here for few days on the last week of January. The hotel is easy to find and our check-in experience is great. We were able to get our room before 3pm (we mentioned when booking we'll be arriving early). Our room is clean and bright. Breakfast is good with some variety. There are attractions near our hotel, supermarket and bus station/metro/tram.
Our room is on the 1st floor though, so we hear quite a bit of noise at night (there's a restaurant across the street). But the hotel itself has 5 floors :)

as its a small place, when neighbours come back to their room, you will hear them and you will wake up from them. Also, there is breakfast delivery (for free) in the room, so anybody picking up their breakfast will again disturb the others (sometimes quite early in the morning). plus the breakfast is quite limited (scrambled eggs, 2 types of cheese and 2 types of ham, yogurt, cereals and pastels/croissant, bread, orange juice, milk, coffee and tea). So if you like to sleep in or quiet places, I wouldnt recommend it. However, its quite central and it makes it easier when you dine out / visit the center.

We are currently staying in this hotel and it is perfect! Breakfast in bed, complimentary coffee and cake in the afternoon, lovely guy on reception, gorgeous rooms with french doors offering great soundproofing from the city, comfy bed, the list goes on. Great value.

Loved it..staff were super friendly, knowledgeable about the area..1 min walk to lovely square and main street where we had lovely food and drink or onto time out square where there is even more food and markets. Hotel is close to the tourist tram cars where you can take the tram to Castle de Jorge and look over the old city. Around the corner from the hotel is a lovely restaurant that played Fado music. On your travel go a little further to Solar dos Presuntos delicious food and staff or onto OGilins Irish bar for an auld sing song and a pint .The weather was fabulous, people were amazing and the memories will last a lifetime..

Delighted to be hosted by them. Services were at zenith. Friendly and warm welcome. Francisco was very helpful and generous. Place is located in centre of vicinity to have ease tour. Must recommend. Will stay again on my next visit.

Excellent location in the old town walking distance to historical attractions. The property is brand new and staff are very helpful. Kudos to all of them. Breakfast is awesome, although I would like to recommend that they change their menu after 3 or 4 days for those who are staying 5-7 days. If you dont need a big room (American size standard hotel rooms), then you should be fine.

Unico. In una sola parola si può sintetizzare questo meraviglioso hotel. Posizione eccellente. Personale super disponibile. Stanze stile urbano minimal ottime. Colazione internazionale sia dolce che salta. Davvero consigliato per chi vuole visitare la splendida Lisbona!

Wij verbleven hier vorige week van 12 tot 15 december . Top hotel , met een zeer goede crew. Hygiëne 10/10 in heel het hotel, ontbijt top, en mogelijkheid op de kamer te nuttigen is room service. Personeel receptie is top.een aanrader dit hotel voor Lisboa..

Central location which is near the big square. Lots of little shops and restaurants near the hotel. As I walked in the room, it smelled so clean and new. The size of room was small however it was very modern and cosy! It does feel like home. I had a great sleep as the bed was comfortable. I loved the powerful shower. The breakfast had simple choices like scrambled eggs, deli meats, pastries, fruits and cereals - they were very tasty. Definitely will stay here when back in Lisbon.

The location was amazing - steps from the waterfront plaza, and a 10 minute walk from the train station. Walking distance to castle of St. George. Plenty of good restaurants around and a quiet neighborhood! If you are coming to Lisbon for the first time would highly recommend staying in Baixa, which is where this is.

Tout est parfait : Accueil, situation, propreté, petit déjeuner continental en chambre ou en salle. Le café (Nespresso) le thé et la collation sont à disposition gratuits
nuit et jour dans la salle à la réception.

Le petit déjeuner très copieux et varié. Un petit café thé toute la journée quand l envie vous prend. Les peintures de l établissement ont été refaite. chambres refaite également.

Das Hotel war klein, aber fein! Zudem hatte es eine gute Lage, war sehr schön eingerichtet und war sehr sauber. Die Sauberkeit war uns persönlich am wichtigsten. Das Frühstück war auch gut. Der einzige kleine Minuspunkt war, dass man die Schritte und die Dialoge der weiteren Gäste im Flur hören konnte.

The Hotel had a very good location, near the old city, the metro station and near the most of sightseeing places. The staff is very welcoming and the rooms are so cosy, you truly feel like at home. I highly recommend this hotel if you travel to Lisbon. I'll surely stay at this hotel everytime I come to this lovely city

Highly recommended! Great location! Only 5 minutes walk from the Arc Triumph. Friendly staff and super clean renovated rooms!
