Excellent service! Very helpful and friendly staff who are very welcoming to tourists. The room I stayed in was exceptionally clean and organised, and the restaurant on the ground floor has amazing burgers and chips! Would highly recommend to anyone travelling to Lisbon.

Great place to stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the women on the front desk. We arrived before check in after flying from Australia (24 hour flight) and were able to check in early. My family and I had a 2 bedroom apartment which was plenty of room for 4 adults. The apartments were big, spacious and had a kitchenette. The daily breakfast was delicious. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m visiting Lisbon.

What can I say about this property other than excellent in all aspects. Great Location a short what to the metro which will take you to city centre in about 8 minutes. Very good restaurant for both breakfast lunch and dinner , a super market across the road, roof top pool and bar room with comfortable apartments fully furnished with everything you need in kitchen , washing machine , dishwasher, fridge freezer ,microwave and hob, rooms cleaned daily to high standard. But in particular the biggest asset of this property is undoubtably the friendly efficient and pleasant reception staff in particular VICTORIA, you went out of her way to be helpful and also went out of her way to make sure that you fully understood her, always with a smile, she is truly one of the best assets of this property

Hotel elegante y bien situado, muy cerca del Estadio de fútbol del Benfica y de un supermercado. Aparcamiento de pago o apartamento exterior en zona de residencia de pago. Metro a 5 munutos. Habitaciones familiares son pequeñas con cocina moderna y mucho ruido en el baño con por el ventilador. Lo mejor la piscina en la azotea del hotel.

Very nice hotel. The rooms are awesome and the reception staff extremely friendly.. I absolutely love the air freshener at the reception and the huge bed in my room. The only bad thing I can say is that I had bad experience with the staff in the restaurant when it comes to order an espresso or capuchino. It was taking too long and I had the feeling like I am asking for something very complicated.

Hotel appartement tres chic. Appartement spacieux bien équipé. Grande chambre avec de nombreux rangements. Belle salle de bain. Climatisation. Je regrette juste le manque de verre classique en cuisine mais surtout l absence de micro onde. Tres propre. Jolie deco. Accueil chaleureux et disponible. Petit dejeuner un peu cher. Piscine de taille correcte avec transats et bar situé sur le toit et avec une vue sur le stade. Manque néanmoins d insonorisation au niveau de l entrée car on entend facilement les voisins. Salle de sport classique. Hôtel sécurisé. Possibilité de laisser les bagages en bagagerie. Satisfaite de mon sejour au sein de cet hôtel d une grande qualité.

We were here a month ago, fantastic experience except the cleaning staff kept taking our key which powers the entire room. Was annoying because we would run laundry in the laundry machine before we left and come back to have to redo it. Other than that, great!

Aparta hotel bien comunicado. Con un buen desayuno tipo bufet. Habitaciones grandes, cómodas y bien equipadas. Algún fallo de diseño en los baños, que hacen que haya que tener cuidado al ducharse para no inundar la habitación. No tiene bañera. Bonitas vistas al estadio de la luz.

Sehr schönes Hotel und sein Geld auf alle Fälle wert. Direkt gegenüber vom Benfica Stadion und die Metro ist auch nur 10 Min. entfernt. Man ist in ca. 15 Min. in der City. Ein Einkaufszentrum ist auch in der Nähe. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist sehr schön und auch beheißt und bei schönem Wetter wird auch das Dach aufgemacht. Zimmer groß und sauber, kann man nicht negatives sagen. Wir würden wieder dort hin fahren.

There is a sign on the door that says "were here to make you happy" and that is exactly the truth. Everyone is nice and will go out of their way to make you happy. The room is beautiful, and fully stocked with all kitchen appliances. Comfortable bed, and nice decor. The small issue we had was with the air conditioner, which kept me up for a few hours in middle of the night, but would still rate this a 5 star.

Metro dichtbij richting het centrum En met de taxi binnen 10 min terug uit het centrum terug voor nog geen 10 euro Top allemaal!!

Air conditioning did not work and they were not interested in solving it. I complained twice. The first day they said it was necessary to wait for it to cool down. On the second day they said it was locked on the computer, and that they would unlock it. They did not unlock nor did the AC work during the entire stay.

O flat é aconchegante. Na minha estadia tive um pequeno transtorno, em alguns dias tive que pedir para arrumarem o quarto, pois as camareiras esqueciam de arrumar, e em outro esqueciam de por toalhas, do ruim somente isso. A piscina é coberta e aquecida, o café da manhã não varia, todos os dias são os mesmos doces e frutas.

Nach 2x Nachfragen ob wir bitte auch für's Kind ein großes Handtuch haben könnten wurde es einfach ignoriert und das bestellte Beistellbett gab es auch nicht! Das Schlafsofa war bezogen mit einem dreckigen Leintuch und wurde auch auf Anfrage nicht frisch bezogen, auch sonst ließ die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig! Die zwei Sterne vergebe ich nur für das gute Frühstück und auch am Abend isst man gut!

以服務式apartment來說，這間品質可說是相當不錯。從進來那一刻就有free lemon water可供飲用。房間每天都有打掃，且相當仔細。床quality也很好，室內有溫控。他的屋頂游泳池有很好的景，可以看到盧斯球場。一樓有一個小一點gym. 地下室有self-laundry Service,免費。小小的缺點是地點位於山坡邊，離Metro約600公尺，提大行李坐Metro有點吃力。開車很方便，就在高速路旁，且有車庫可用。早餐也很好，很多選擇，可頌，水果切片，吐司跟麵包，五種果汁，煎蛋，炒洋菇等，公寓旁還有一間新開中餐廳。

¡Qué maravilla de sitio! Tanto su úbicacion, como los servicios o el trato de su personal es excelente. Hemos pasado la Nochevieja aquí y ha sido un gustazo. El apartamento era para tres y estaba muy bien equipado. La cocina tenía prácticamente de todo, lo que nos ha facilitado mucho la vida. Lavaplatos, horno, vitro, utensilios de cocina, platos, vajilla, cafetera, etc. Además de cortesía, te ponen dos pastillas para el lavaplatos y dos cápsulas de café y algunos sobres de descafeinado y tal. Muy cómodo todo y limpio. Asimismo, cuenta con otros servicios como gym o la piscina cubierta. El parking creo que es gratis para los huéspedes o, al menos, a nosotros no nos han cobrado durante la estancia. puedes desayunar en el hotel buffet libre por 12€, pedir que te lo lleven a la habitación o lo que quieras. Hay lavandería, salas de reuniones, sala de juegos y el wifi es gratis. Está muy cerca del centro comercial Colombo, que cuenta con supermercados, aunque justo en frente del hotel hay otro (pingo doce) para hacer la compra y estar como en casa en el apartamento. Y el metro pilla a unos 200m andando por lo que está bastante bien comunicado. Vamos, que lo recomiendo si se va con la idea de relajarse y estar a gusto.

We loved the rum! We had booked a studio, but got an upgrade as soon we checked in to the hotel and got a 1-room apartment instead - way bigger and with a stunning view against the Benfica Football Stadium. The food was lovely, the staff was very helpful when it came to suggest transport means accross the city and sightseeing options. Plus that its location is simply the best: 5 minutes walk to Alto dos Moinhos subway station and 5 minutes walk to Colombo Shopping Center where you can also take the subway. I highly reccomend this hotel and would definitely come back next time were in Lisbon!

Have abosolutely loved staying at the Upon Lisbon Prime Residences. Travelling as a family we wanted the flexibility of having some meals at home and also just somewhere to lounge around comfortably in between tours and commitments. The apartments were of a high finish and had all the things we needed to make our stay more than a comfortable one. If there was anything missing a call down to reception ensured they were on the case immediately to resolve and accommodate. Set within a residential area it is placed just right opposite the Benfica stadium with a great view from our balcony (7th floor). The rooftop swimming pool was lovely both during the day and evening with bar open in the weekends I think. Pool may have felt a little cold sometimes but it is heated and roof can be closed to contain heat...kids were never put off. There is a supermarket right opposite too for convenience. There is a restaurant and bar menu should you fancy and some cafes/pizza place a short walk away. The Colombo shopping centre is also just a ten minute walk away and has great shops, cinema,bowling alley and food hall. Back to Upon Prime the staff were brilliant and very helpful. Daniel helped us settle into our apartment at the beginning and helped with getting our bearing of where we are located as well as shared any tips that would help our travel or accommodation needs during our stay easier. We also had another team member whose name I am unsure of but he helped us with multiple requests going up and down the elevator but always with a smile. The night before we left David and reception also tried his best to help us get late night pizza delivery. The cleaning team were great servicing our apartment daily and we always came to a lovely spic and span apartment. Stayed for just a few days but we will surely miss it and look forward to returning next year. Thank you to all the team at Upon Lisbon Prime Residences from the whole family.

Pode ser considerado um aparthotel pois os quartos dispõem de cozinha totalmente equipada, são espaçosos e com uma sala. A localização é excelente com vista para o estádio da Luz. Fica a uma pequena caminhada do centro comercial Colombo.

Es un hotel lejos de todo, lo unico cerca es el estadio del benfica. Es un hotel cuya relacion precio calidad es exagerada. Es decir muy costoso para el tipo de hotel que es. No tiene nada especial y el restaurante y la recepcion huelen todo el dia a pescados o mariscos.

Très bien située à côté du Stade Benfica Lisbonne. Chambres très confortable. Four,lave vaisselle, plaque de cuisson à induction, réfrigérateur et toute la vaisselle nécessaire pour cuisiner. Une superbe piscine sur le toit. Métro à 10min de marche distance de l'hôtel 650m. Le grand centre commercial COLOLOMBO est derrière le stade Benfica à une distance de 700m. Il comporte 340 magasins. Les circuits Yellowbus à ne pas rater. Je vous conseille le billet 72heures piur profiter de tout les circuits touristiques.

Les chambres sont minimalistes en terme d’espace (porte de placard pas ouvrable en entier sans heurter le lit). La chambre que nous avons eu présente des défauts (paroi gonflée par l’eau, porte de sdb difficilement fermable, joint de parquet). Le personnel est sympathique, mais le service est long. Je ne recommande pas spécialement cet établissement.

Wunder schönes Hotel mit Super Blick auf das Stadion von Benifica. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der nahe (Colombo Center und ein kleiner Supermarkt gegenüber.) Zimmer sind super aufgeteilt. Es gibt ein Wunderschönes Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche. Was nicht so gefallen hat war das es leider immer das selbe zum Frühstück gab. Das der Roomservice immer unregelmäßig kam um die Zimmer Sauber zumachen. Dabei noch Handtücher vergessen hat uns wieder hinzulegen. Und das es 2 Spülmaschinen Tabs gab die man in der Küche benutzen konnte, danach könnte man die Tabs käuflich erwerben für einen Euro pro Tab. Außerdem wurde überall im Hotel damit geworben in das Hotel zu Investieren. Ein kleiner Flyer hätte gereicht wo man alles nachlesen kann aber in den Fahrstühlen damit Werbung zu machen ist schon ein bisschen to much. Was ich vergessen habe zu erwähnen dort gibt es einen fantastischen Pool mit Blick aufs Stadion und ein Super Restaurant wo man abends sehr lecker und viel zu günstigen Preisen essen kann. Fazit: nächstes Mal werde ich dort definitiv wieder übernachten

An sich alles gut, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und das Preis-leistungs-Verhaltnis war gut. Dennoch 1 Stern Abzug wegen der folgenden Mankos: 1. Mitarbeiter: es gibt zwar viele Mitarbeiter, jedoch hat man den Eindruck dass viele eher untereinander oder mit sich selbst beschäftigt sind. Oft kein System erkennbar: Zimmerreinigung nicht planbar; am Pool muss man sich zur Bar Bemühen um zu bestellen, dann wird einem das Getränk aber wiederum an den Platz gebracht. Reinigungskräfte versuchen, Kopfsteinpflaster und Holzbohlen mit dem Mopp zu reinigen, usw. 2. Frühstück: ist OK aber könnte besser sein, sowohl organisatorisch (Aufgabenverteilung der Mitarbeiter) als auch von der Auswahl her (z.b. keine Marmelade, Milchschaumgetränke). Fruchtsalat an manchen Tagen frisch, an manchen nur aus der Dose. 3. Pool: schließt aus unerfindlichen Gründen (Lärmschutz?) schon um 21 Uhr. Schade! Liegen sind festgeschraubt, Sonnenschirme gibt es nicht. 4. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer war nicht optimal, vielleicht auch weil alles sehr dunkel gehalten ist - im Bad meiner Meinung nach ZU dunkel. Es gibt dementsprechend auch viele stellen im Bad auf denen sich bereits massig Staub gesammelt hat. 5. Wasser dürfte ruhig jeden Tag aufgefüllt werden, Leitungswasser ist dort ja nicht trinkbar und man muss immer daran denken im Supermarkt neues zu kaufen. 6. Es darf nicht geraucht werden - das ist ok. Leider rauchen aber die Mitarbeiter regelmäßig hinterm Notausgang auf dem Pooldach, was dazu führt dass der Qualm in die Klimaanlagen der Zimmer zieht und man sich wundert warum es in der eigenen Dusche auf einmal nach Rauch stinkt.

Nice place for business stay. Stayed 3 days in Jan. Compact studio apartment with all the necessities and serviced daily. Well laid out place with a spacious bathroom. Clean and well maintained and located not too far from metro station Strangely, no microwave though there is a cook top and an oven! The closet space is a bit small without enough space to stash your bags or clothes neatly. Could have used some more room there. The breakfast buffet was the best part with plenty of options both hot and cold, prepared fresh and stocked frequently. Best coffee I've had outside of an actual cafe and fast and friendly service. Definitely the high point of my stay!

Abbiamo soggiornato per 9 notti nel periodo di fine anno. Stanze davvero sporche, polvere ovunque, peluria dappertutto. Pulizia inesistente. Come se non bastasse, appena rientrati in Italia, siamo stati addirittura contattati dalla struttura ed accusati di aver sottratto il phon dalla stanza.. Peccato però che questo ipotetico phon non è stato mai presente sin dal primo giorno... Unico nostro errore è stato non segnalarlo appena arrivati (avendo il nostro personale non ne avevamo l'esigenza). Statene alla larga!

Excelente hotel en la ciudad de Lisboa, situado frente al estadio de fútbol Da Luz, donde juega como local el Benfica y a pocos metros del centro comercial Colombo. Posee unas instalaciones muy modernas y muy cuidadas, piscina en la azotea del hotel con agua templada y muy bien comunicado para acercarse al centro, estación de metro a unos escasos 500 metros . Recomendable disfrutar de una estancia aquí.

Our apartment was large and stylish. The kitchenette had everything one could need. You need to take the underground to get to the city centre (it takes about 25 minutes to get to the centre). The breakfast buffet was really good and there was a big choice of different dishes.

Myself and my boyfriend stayed here for 4 nights, and we could not fault it! We have visited many cities in Europe and this hotel was definitely in the top 2! Super friendly and helpful reception staff, lovely restaurant staff - and delicious Our room was very clean, modern and HUGE! We had a bedroom with a TV and a lounge/dining area with a TV! The kitchen was great as we did not pay for breakfast at the hotel and there was an oven, hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. With the shop accross the road, you can stay here and spend very little on food. The metro is about 8 min walk from the hotel and so easy to use in comparison to London underground. You can reach the heart of Lisbon in about 15 minutes. A beautiful city and so much to see and do. This Hotel is a great find for the price and we are so glad we stayed here!

Die Lage gegenüber vom Fußballstadion ist super, auch die Metro ist gut in 10 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Das Zimmer das wir hatten war schon sehr abgewohnt und einiges defekt, die Größe und Ausstattung ist super. Es wurde auch nichts nachgefüllt, kein Kaffee, kein Zucker, keine Badutensilien. Das Frühstücksbüffet war okay, für jeden etwas dabei. Auf Nachfrage, zwar mit teilweise langer Wartezeit, wurden auch Extrawünsche erfüllt. Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter war tadellos. Der Pool am Dach ist auch sehr schön, nur die Liegen sind zum Teil kaputt oder eingerissen.

Hotel liegt direkt am Stadion von Benfica Lissabon ! Schneller, freundlicher Check-In ! Zimmer sauber und geräumig mit Safe und Küchenzeile ! Der Zimmerschrank ist klein und sehr schwer zu öffnen ! Technisch (Telefon, TV) gabe es kleine Probleme ! Das Personal ist freundlich und bemüht ! Frühstück ist gut u. reichhaltig (kaltes u. warmes Buffet u. Kuchen). Auch Sonderwünsche werden erfüllt ! Zeitweise musste man auf Kaffee o. Saft etwas warten ! Aber man ist ja im Urlaub !! Metro ist ca. 500 m entfernt ! Auch mit Bus 768 (Haltestelle Treppe vor dem Hotel hoch) erreichbar. Ein Discounter ist gegenüber. Das EKZ Colombo ist ca. 1 km entfernt (Weg vom Hotel durch das Stadiongelände. Alles in Allem eine sehr gutes Hotel, was ich jederzeit wieder buchen würde !!

Bad location, bad customer service We have traveled many countries and NEVER post negative reviews. However, after lived with the hotel for 8 nights, I think that I had enough ! After arriving we were told breakfast was not included and there was nothing on there system saying we had paid for it, eventually after showing them proof of payment they apologized and corrected there system. Air conditioning didn't work in our room which resulted in us moving to another room. Internet didn't work in this room which resulted in a new modem needed to be fitted. Bathroom fan wouldnt switch off, ran all through the night. Tv channels were too badley distorted to watch (weak signal kept appearing on the screen) Hotel room telephone didnt work (could only recieve calls from the reception) After reminding the reception every morning, they forgot housing keeping twice. Bad location 40min from all main attractions. Kicked out of the swimming pool because our 3 year old daughter accidently peed in the pool. please stay away from this hotel!!

Loved the stylish one bedroom suite, spacious and well cleaned each day. All staff were friendly and helpful. There was a lovely female waitress in the restaurant, sorry I didnt get her name, but she got me eating cucumber ice-cream, unusual, but v refreshing Thankyou for a lovely stay.

Upon Lisbon is a very nice and comfortable hotel. Kitchen is nicely appointed and had everything we needed to make dinner there. Grocery store right across the street too! In room wifi is slow by US standards but much better than what I had in Spain. One big highlight of my stay was Charles in the restaurant. On my first day I banged my thumb pretty good and he gave me ice then anytime he saw me during my several day stay would check up on me. He was really nice and friendly all the time, and apologized on behalf of another staff member he thought wasn't friendly or polite enough. I always felt even more at home seeing Charles in the restaurant even if I didn't go in to eat (also tip for US visitors, the 2 Euro Imperial beer is pretty darn good for the price!)

This hotel is very expensive for what it is. It is similar to a premier Inn. It does have a pool. The gym is terrible no working air con. No water. No tissues. No assistance even though we asked. There rooms are depressing dark. The extra bed wasnt made up for our arrival or was a 30th gift for my daughter and the whole place was terrible. Not 4 star for sure. The breakfast was minging. Warm to cold offering no fresh English breakfasts to speak of. Great hotel for business use only. We wish we would have gone for holiday Inn in the city centre.

Em Lisboa esse e o melhor Lugar, sem sombra de duvidas. Proximo do aeroporto, com preco justo, estacionamento incluso na diaria, mesmo que longe do Centro, era proximo do metro e se estiver de carro, o acesso a qualquer Lugar e facil. O hotel fica em frente ao estadio do benfica, possui supermercado em frente e um shopping a poucas quadras. Atendimento tb muito bom. Se for a Lisboa, fique no upon, vc nao vai se arrepender.

Overall we recommend this hotel for sure! We are a family: 2 adults and 2 kids(3 years and 1 year) and a double buggy. So we booked a appartment room in august for 3 nights. The location I would not recommend when you are a family like us and travel by metro. Metro “alto dos moinhos” is most closeby, but has no elevator. So we had to lift our buggy all the time. As it is not a busy station there were not alot of people who could help us. Also to enter the hotel it’s is so ilogic. You can ride uphill with the buggy, but halfway the road stops and you must lift the buggy bevause of the stairs. Or walk uphill around the building. But the welcome of the reception(Lara) and (Elder) were very friendly! They speak very good English and are very helpfull. We were an hour early, but could enter our room already. The room is very lovely! Enough space and everything was very clean. They clean up every day by lovely cleaners who are so super friendly! And we had a beautifull view at the stadium of Benfica. Only improvement suggestion: the bedroom has a double curtain which makes it dark, but in the livingroom where our boy slept at the bedcouch was a single curtain. Which wakes him up early cause of the sun. AND BECAUSE WE HAVE A BABY WHO CRAWLS AROUND ITS DANGEROUS WITH THE POWERPOINTS WHO ARE NOT SAFE. Also at the rooftop there is a lovely swimmingpool with a bar and a wonderfull view over the stadium and a part of Lisbon. The rooftop is not that big, so it’s already crowdy quickly and the beds are mostly Breakfast also very good! In the elevator they give recommendations of what times best to go. Very good! We experienced there is enough space to sit outside, inside it is small. But because the wheater is lovely we sit outside. The variety is very good, there is fruits, yoghurts, drinks, breads, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs etc. 10 minutes walk downhill there is a shopping mall “Colombo” which is perfect if tou like it. But you have everything there, all different stores and brands. Enough food and drinks. But this is it in the neighbourhood what you can do. Although I don’t recommend this place to families as we are with the goal the visit the city by metro, the staff and hotel is very child friendly!

Belle Hotel moderne avec des équipements de qualités. Petit déjeuner copieux disponible de 7h à 11h! Malheureusement l’insonorisation des chambres est une catastrophe, du couloir au chambre voisine, en passant par certaine incivilité de client se pensant seul ! Dans les chambres, ils manquées quelques petites choses (un kit vaisselle ou la petite bouteille d’eau normalement prévu, plutôt agréable après le voyage) Les femmes de ménage efficace tous les jours! L’emplacement assez éloignées du centre ville mais il reste accessible par une petite marche jusqu’au metro. N’hésiter pas à utiliser la passerelle du stade situer juste en face pour trouver l'accès au plus grand centre commercial du portugal ! Concernant la piscine du roftop plutôt sympas surtout qu’elle peut être couverte !

Check in before arrival so was quick at reception, excellent apartment, good size bedrooms and with all facilities that you need, location:less than10 min walk to metro station, supermarket right across the street, Colombo shopping mall near by (less than10 min walk) hospital and clinics near by, will stay again if in Lisbon and recommend to families.

Das Hotel war modern eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet.Apartment mit Küche und zwei Schlafzimmern.Einzig die technische Instandhaltung einiger Dinge (Fenster , Fernsehempfang ) waren nicht dem Standard eines 4 Sterne Hotel entsprechend. Ebenso die Sauberkeit.

Das Hotel liegt neben dem Benfica-Stadium und einem kurzen Fussmarsch vom Riesen-Einkaufstempel „Colombo“ entfernt. Die Metrostation ist in 7 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen und hinter dem Hotel würde auch ein Bus fahren. Wir benutzten aber nur die Metro, da die blaue Linie direkt ins Zentrum führt. Die Betten sind fantastisch, ich schlief wie ein Baby!In den Badezimmern wäre eine Ablagefläche mehr, z. B. ein Regal, wünschenswert.

Catastrophe !! Très mal insonorisé, la porte de notre chambre ferme mal, un ascenseur sur deux (voir, tous les deux), en panne. Beaucoup d'interrupteurs sur les murs, et on ne sait pas trop qu'est-ce qu'ils allument, et une climatisation qui s'éteint toute seule !? Et on ne compte pas la foire que tiennent les locaux, dans l'arrière-cour, tard le soir. J'oubliais, on a reçu, à coups de sonnettes, les gâteaux de "bienvenue" à 22h30, quand nous étions, mon enfant et nous, déjà couchés. C'est pas comme si nous étions arrivés à l'hôtel à 16h30... Bref, à vous de voir si ça vaut 4 étoiles ! Sinon, le petit déjeuner est bon et copieux ;o)

I had certain expectations for this hotel and I must say overall it really missed the mark and I wouldn't stay again. In general the staff was very sweet, always smiling, willing and eager to help. HOWEVER, it doesn’t make up for the lack in comforts we expected. I was willing to give up a central location closer to Lisbon's popular neighborhoods in exchange for a "home away from home" feel and more space. We are 2 adults one child, we arrived early and they checked us into our room at 2pm instead of 3pm and we were able to wait by the pool (much appreciated). When we went in, I opened the child day bed under the couch and was disappointed to find it was not cleaned. It had stains and hair (I'll spare you the photos). The spare pillows in our closet all had what appeared like dirty shoe prints. Maybe they were rushing to get the room clean for us?! Either way, it is NOT what anyone wants to be welcomed to after a day of travel to Lisbon. Housekeeping came, changed everything and actually fixed the bed which is how it should have been from the beginning. The aesthetic overall tries VERY HARD to be modern and clean. I found it to be uncomfortable, we are 3 small petite people and i felt I was going to knock down my toiletries. BRING A HANGING bag for toiletries there is virtually no counter space. The shower has that open floor plan thing except there is no lip and no slope so after the 3 of us showered the floor was soaked and water was going into the hallway. We asked for extra towels right away just to wipe it all up. This continued every single day. There are no wash cloths, I use a separate wash cloth each day for my face so I was annoyed by this. Bed was pretty hard, pillows were nice and there was a variety. Something which I think is huge for families!!!... You cannot bring breakfast from the included buffet up to your room. There was a mom trying to bring a plate of fruit up to her kids and they wouldn't let her. Also there is a 50% upcharge on every single item you order for room service or if you buy lunch or dinner and bring it up yourself. So if a burger is $12 Euro its now $18 Euro. This Sucked! After some days of walking and tours we just wanted to shower and relax and eat in our room. Ya know the room with a full kitchen and eating area??!!! Yea, that's apparently for when you grocery shop in Lisbon. There is not much of anything around here so bring leftovers from your day if you want to eat in your room or plan on cooking. (The location did feel very safe and it was a short walk to the metro!!!). Half the machines in the gym are BROKEN. No elliptical, no treadmill working!! UPDATE: we THOUGHT self service laundry would be a huge plus but there are only 2 washers and 2 dryers and the dryers are both broken!!! And they “can’t find anyone to come fix it” Basically every amenity I paid for didn’t work. Today at breakfast, they tried telling me I had only paid for 2 people to eat instead of 3 even though we’ve been having breakfast together for 4 days. Stress stress and annoyance not a relaxing vacation. Stay elsewhere! I expected such a different experience from an "apartment style hotel." Things like cleaning up water after every shower, no room service, no wash cloths, and little storage in bedroom / counter space in the bathroom REALLY took away from the way I normally feel while i"m on vacation. Such. A Shame.
Breakfast is nice and has a variety which we all loved, and you can ask for a cappuccino for free!! I would have appreciated knowing all of this, so there ya go!

The Positives: 1. Joao at the rooftop bar was great and went out of his way to make us feel welcome. 2. The team at the front desk was great. They were very generous with their time in answering our questions about tourist attractions, etc. 3. The staff at the restaurant were very good. To my surprise, one staff member even brought me my double espresso during breakfast after recalling that I had ordered the same on the previous two days. I wish I could remember her name. 4. The proximity to the supermarket (walking distance) made this location extremely convenient. The Negatives: 1. The gym was not great. Rather small. The treadmill was broken and was awaiting repair. The elliptical machine needed serious tightening. It was bordering on dangerous. I mentioned that to the front desk who said they would sent maintenance. I honestly didn't go back after, so I'm not sure if they fixed it. I ended up using the stationary bike that same day but the seat creaked horribly while I used it. The gym definitely seems like an afterthought. 2. Housekeeping was just ok. They didn't replenish our toilet paper and bath soap (in a dispenser inside the shower) on separate occasions and we had to call the front desk for help.

Great rooms and beds. This place gets a 1 star based on two things. 1. The wifi is nonexistent. I spent seven days in the hotel and I was not able to connect to a functional wifi. If you are a business traveler that needs internet connection, I'd stay away from this place. 2. The gym is useless. It only has one treadmill, which was out of service for the seven days we were there.

La chambre était parfaite elle était suffisamment vaste pour avoir 2 chambres séparées avec le salon cuisine au centre je recommande cette chambre pour un en couple avec enfants. La piscine sur le toit de lhôtel était parfaite également.La propreté, à notre arrivée, laissé un peu à désirer des poils dans la salle de bain..... la cuvette des WC endommagée des tâches sur le canapé..... Je nai pas aimé le buffet du petit-déjeuner qui ne valait de loin pas le 4 étoiles de létablissement.Les plats quelconque qui étaient servis au restaurant de létablissement qui ne valait le 4 étoiles et dont la diversité laisse à désirer. Dautre part la nourriture nétait pas représentative de celle quon trouve au Portugal. Le nombre de plats à choix était plus que limité pour un 4 étoiles.Hormis la chambre je trouve que létablissement était de qualité très moyenne.

Mto bom, apart hotel, tinha serviço de quarto e limpeza diarias, piscina que não usamos na cobertura, o apartamento era novo, espaço amplo no segundo quarto que pegamos, pois fizemos duas reservas, mesmo o apartamento menor era satisfatório da primeira diária lá, ja o apartamento grande era fantástico. Utensílios de cozinha novos e tudo muito higienizado. Voltaria com certeza, mesmo nem sendo fã do Benfica, pois o quarto tinha vista para o estádio. Aprendam franceses, é assim que um hotel precisa ser.

The place was good and well located, one dowside, there is no housekeeping on the go, you do it youself, if you are looking for a stay with daily housekeeping included, this is not the place. Onother one, if you miss the apointment time to pick up the key for any reason, you may be disapointed as you may find yourself waiting for hours before the property management may have a slot to see you again for the key. I had a bedy experience on this eventualy resolved but I hope no one ever goes to the same. Keeping the specific details away but trust me can be desapointing.

Отличный Отель, новый, с просторными номерами и небольшой встроенной кухней в номере. На восьмом этаже есть большой бассейн, с баром и dj, на лето крушу бассейна открывают. Расположен не в центре, но рядом есть метро, на котором до центра 15 мин. Так же рядом есть большой торговый центр, стадион, много различных кафе и ресторанов, район тихий, не шумный. Вкусный завтрак, хороший сервис, уборка номера отличная. Рекомендую.

Sehr modern eingerichtete Hotel. Schöne Ausicht auf den Benfica Stadion. Zimmer sind sehr gross mit gut eingerichtete Küche ,inkl. Backöffen und Waschmaschine wo bei längere Aufenthalt gut zu gebrauchen ist.Durch eine Brücke ist schnell erreichbare riese moderne Einkaufzentum Colombo mit Metro Anschluss.Hotel Zimmer waren jeden Tag perfekt gereinigt und die Personal sehr nett und immer bereit bei jede Frage zu richtig erklären. Wir werden diesem Hotel auch nächstes mal buchen und empfehlen .Hotel und auch Personal verdient sicher5 *****.

Contra: - Im Bett haben wir bei Erstbezug des Zimmers eine Menge Haare finden können, das fanden wir nicht so toll - das war es dann aber auch mit dem NegativenPro:- sehr modernes Interior, alles neu keine Abnutzungsspuren, hochwertige Kücheneinrichtung- wir haben bei Ankunft ein kostenloses Zimmerupgrade bekommen, Was uns sehe gefreut hat- beheizter Pool auf dem Dach mit grandiosen Ausblick, Handtücher liegen direkt am Pool bereit- Frühstück für die Größe entsprechend gut, Alles wird nachgefüllt bevor es leer ist (aber ein Kaffeevollautomat im Gastraum anstelle einer Thermoskanne wäre schön gewesen)- Lage: ca. 10 Gehminuten von der U-Bahn Station entfernt, ruhige Wohngegend, Supermarkt direkt gegenüber, mehr als Genügend kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten für den Mietwagen direkt vor und hinter dem Hotel Insgesamt: eine tolle Unterkunft zu einem guten Preis, mit gutem Service und grandioser Ausstattung - wir würden gerne wiederkommen!

Altamente recomendado. Localização excelente com vista soberba para o estádio da Luz. Os quartos são fantasticos: bem equipados, decoração moderna,.acolhedores..optamos pelo regime de PA..superou as expetativas em diversidade, qualidade e sabor. A estadia apenas não foi totalmente 5 estrelas porque a piscina interior, estava encerrada para obras..foi uma grande desilusão para as crianças..regressarem certamente

Fraquinho. Começa pela atribuição de um estúdio tão pequeno que nem tinga espaço para cabides ni roupeiro, além de que não aparece em nenhuma foto. Camas muito estreitas. Pequeno almoço paupérrimo: nem 'sumo' de laranja havia, estava esgotado. Não vou repetir

Rooftop: De um lugar com aquela localização já esperava preços de esvaziar a carteira, e assim foi. Serve para tardes de relax esporádicas, mas não para para abusar. O espaço também é pequeno, a piscina ocupa uma grande área do rooftop o que nos dificulta aproveitar a varanda e vista bem de perto. Não gostei também da cerveja ser servida em copos de plástico. Sim, tudo bem, tem uma piscina e tal, é perigoso... Mas pagar bem para tomar numa bebida num rooftop e levar com copos de plástico não agradou. No entanto, pretendo voltar com sol e boa companhia :D By Route 92

Pretty good place, only a couple of hiccups (AC isn't the best, noticeable wear on some kitchen things). Parking can also be sparse at times, but street parking is typically easy to find. Neighborhood is industrial, but nice. Rooms are clean, well-furnished, and generally well-kept. Staff is generally friendly and helpful. Almost all speak English.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Zimmer genau so schön, wie auf der Homepage abgebildet.U-Bahn Station in der Nähe. Taxi und Stadt allgemein sehr preiswert. Lage direkt neben Fussball Stadion.

Wir haben dieses Hotel gewählt weil wir ein Fussballspiel im Estadio da Luz (Stadion von Benfica Lissabon und auch für Spiele der portugiesischen Nationalmannschaft) besuchen wollten. Wir hatten vom Hotelzimmer aus direkte Sicht auf das Stadion! Das Zimmer war sehr gross mit einem Schlaf- und einem Aufenthaltsraum. Das Hotel liegt etwas ausserhalb des Zentrum. Dieses ist aber mit der Metro gut erreichbar. IM Restaurant kann man gut essen. Das Frühstückbüffet war etwas spärlich aber dem Aufpreis entsprechend OK. Ich persönlich würde gerne etwas mehr bezahlen für eine etwas grössere Auswahl.

Espaço agradável amplo e com bastante espaço entre mesas. Penso que seja ideal para um evento privado A vista não se compara com outros rooftops da cidade, mas compensa pela tranquilidade e os seus preços um pouco mais atractivos Empregado simpático no entanto sem serviço de mesa

Hôtel récent mais mal entretenu. Ménage mal fait. Armoire mal disposée, robinet douche cassé et coffre ne fonctionnant pas. Restauration, petit déjeuner médiocre.

The appliances in our unit didn't work properly which wasted about €15 on groceries we purchased to cook. The hotel refunded us and bought us a meal at the in house restaurant.

Стильный и функциональный интерьер. Телевизор на поворотной полке можно смотреть как из "спальни", так и из гостиной. Полноценная кухня со встраиваемой техникой вплоть до посудомойки и индукционной плиты. Гибкое управление освещением. Внутри бассейн и тренажерный зал. Рядом в двух шагах стадион Estadio da Luz, мимо которого можно пройти к огромному торговому центру Columbia, непосредственно из которого можно попасть в метро. Удивило лишь то, что в шкафу не было ни одной вешалки.

Bien situé avec accès sur le stade de Benfica les chambres sont propres super fonctionnelles et modernes. La piscine et le bar sur le toit de l hôtel offre une vue imprenable sur le stade . juste un bémol pour l accessibilité de l hôtel quand on prend le métro; avec les valises les escaliers sont raides!!!Je n hésiterait pas a revenir ici c'est vraiment top!!!
