Primeiramente este Hostel não tem recepção, obrigando mandar uma mensagem para que te enviem um código de acesso ao prédio, apartamento e quarto . Ponto positivo: localização excelente , limpeza do ambiente boa , wifi de boa velocidade. Ponto negativo : banheiro não é no quarto , tem 2 que são compartilhados com 6 quartos ;Cama e travesseiros não são bons , são finos e desconfortáveis ; Não há limpeza e troca de roupa de cama e toalhas ; não tem ar condicionado somente um ventilador de teto ; Barulho da rua , o quarto é bem barulhento ; o quarto é minúsculo ;escadaria para chegar no apartamento, pois não há elevador ,: tem lixeiras bem na entrada do prédio deixando um cheiro horrível na entrada. Na segunda noite que estive hospedado teve uma festa/ boate no apartamento de cima, com um volume muito alto , que não dava para dormir e tremia todas as paredes e cama com som , tive que chamar a policia , pois mesmo tentando contanto com os responsáveis do Hostel fui ignorado , inclusive no dia seguinte nem responderam minhas mensagens . Ainda tem uma mensagem na parede do quarto solicitando que se eu não tivesse gostado da estadia , não avaliasse negativamente o Hostel, o que não acho correto , pois se não querem ser avaliado negativamente consertem os erros e ganhem uma boa reputação por mérito .

Le lieu est propre et bien placé. C'est un peu bruyant et pas forcement joli mais vu le prix...

My boyfriend and I stayed here for three awful nights. There were so many problems! To start, the place was not easy to find, and even when we went inside we thought it was the wrong place. The smell was horrifying. Full rubbish bins are kept inside the doors, so the first impression of the place was bad. The entrance itself was dark, and even with the lights on, it is hard to see the two first steps. Finding the right door on the stairway was even worse. It isn't marked AT ALL, so the only indication that it might be the right door, is the code pad. When inside, it isn't bad. It looks clean and nothing wrong there. However, there are many things that got to me. There is no mattress protector on the bed, and the sheets are too small for the bed, so I woke up every morning on a bare, yellow mattress. It was really disgusting. I woke up several times during the nights and pulled the sheets back down. That was probably the worst thing. In the bathrooms, despite being cleaned every day, there was mould between the tiles. It's not that hard to get rid of so I'm not sure why nothing has been done about it. The light switches and doors also need to be cleaned. Another thing - they say that they can supply rental scooters, however when we messaged and asked, they referred us to a company that was super expensive. 45€ per day. We found a place for 25€ per day. GUYS, KNOW YOUR MARKET! So this basically sums up the issues we had. This last one is actually the reason I spent time writing this. They asked us NOT to give them a bad review online. Sorry, but for me this is morally wrong. I wish there had been more bad reviews so that I could have had a fair chance to choose the place that I wanted to stay at in Lisbon. Asking people to lie is not okay. If you want good reviews, fix the problems. Build trust in an honest way. Sorry about the long post but the stay was just so disappointing. Unfortunately I can't add pictures to this. I had taken some as proof.

Clean rooms and perfectly central, needed some repairs to the door but otherwise cheap place to stay, much better than a hostel but priced like one

Buena ubicación , en el centro de Lisboa, limpio, con cocina y baño compartido. Hay una cafetería cerca donde sirven buenos desayunos, si tienes algún problema enseguida te contestan vía WhatsApp. El baño es compartido pero siempre está limpio y tiene productos de higiene. La recepción esta en un lugar distinto de dónde está el hotel , así que si vas muy cargados llama primero por teléfono por si te pueden indicar las instrucciones a través del móvil. La habitación es normal, parece más grande en las fotos de Booking de lo que realmente es , si quieres con vistas al mar, confirma primero por teléfono, porque nosotros creímos que la cogimos así, pero no... En fin, la experencia en general bien , lo importante es la ubicación. Por cierto, en el edificio donde nos alojaron ( creo que hay más de uno) no hay acceso para minusválidos, es un 3° sin ascensor.

Ausreichend großes Zimmer, sehr freundliches Personal, sauber, tolle zentrale Lage. Straßenbahn laut und dröhnend, Lokale gleich um's Eck
