Dirty linen and rooms and long checkout lines (no fast track available). Cleaners make a huge noise before 5am and wake the guests. Paper thin walls. Breakfast was great though.

Relatively small rooms. Not well planned. Charging points are at inconvenient places. No tray in the shower are to hold the little bottles of shampoo etc. No tea coffee maker. Worst part is that there are no drinking glasses either. Couple of cheap plastic cups.

The hotel is a little out of the main tourist areas but it is located near a lovely park and is not far from a metro station, tickets are not expensive. The rooms have been recently refurbished in a fresh light look with bright colour accents. The buffet breakfast is good and the air-conditioning works well. But note that this hotel caters for bus groups and can be congested and noisy at times.

Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und gut. Der Kaffee hat nicht geschmeckt. Dies ist eine rein subjektive Einschätzung aber wir haben alle Varianten versucht und kamen in der Woche zu keiner trinkbaren Lösung. Sehr angenehm war die Anbindung an die Metro, die nur einen kurzen Fußweg entfernt war, so dass man auch in wenigen Minuten im Altstadtzentrum war.

Comfortable place with a good location. The front desk gets a bit overwhelmed when busy, though they are eager to please. Room is spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is typical for a buffet.

Good location, close to Metro only 5 minutes walk, so can get the train from the airport and travel easily to the old town. Not a 4 star as reported. No iron available at all. Room was clean and comfortable. Air con worked well. Wifi also worked very well. Reception staff need more training. Great little coffee shop across the road.

Abbiamo soggiornato nei giorni dal 13 al 15 marzo.situato in una buona situazione,ottima pulizia ma siamo stati in una camera con la finestra bloccata e non hanno provveduto ad aggiustarla.nonostante avessimo la colazione pagata l'abbiamo pagata come extra dato che l 'abbiamo chiamata in camera.per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato di sicuro avremmo trovato di meglio.

Ci sono stato tre volte,pulito,colazione al buffet per tutti i gusti:nel 2017,ho visto,a colazione,che servivano ad una famiglia francese,qualcosa adatto ai Celiaci.
I servizi che mi occorrevano mi sono stati forniti.
La posizione,per il mio modo di muoversi vá benissimo:é a 10 minuti dalla metropolitana,e da lí vado ovunque.
Se si sta fuori oltre le 24:00 é necessario tornare col taxi,se siete andati fino a Belém o Alcantara,potete sperare di arrivare coi mezzi fino alla Statua del Marqués de Pombal,poi dovreste farvela tutta a piedi....

Aunque está un poco retirado del centro la comunicación es estupenda, tienes el cerca el metro. El personal muy amable y las habitaciones espaciosas. Por poner un pero diría que la moqueta pero porque soy alérgica y no me gusta, aunque la limpieza era muy buena. Estuvimos muy agusto en este Hotel y no descartamos volver.

That was really good and very comfortable stay in Lisbon! The staff was very nice and helpful, Rute at the reception gave us the room at 9-th floor with the terrace, room was big enough, beds were very good and the bathroom was really exceptional – all white and in sharp modern design, with big shower stall! Thank you for everything and hope to come back!

Das Hotel entspricht einem guten 3* Haus, 4* ist etwas übertrieben.
Freundliches Personal, aber das sollte selbstverständlich sein.
Die Zimmer sind einfach, lediglich die Badezimmer sind neu und gut. Hat man ein Zimmer zum Hof, hat man das Vergnügen der 24h Dauerbeschallung der Lüftungsanlage.
Das Frühstück ist ok, einfallslos und jeden Tag das Selbe. Warme Speisen waren grundsätzlich lauwarm bis kalt.
Die Bar hat mal null Atmosphäre und die Getränkeauswahl ist so lala...
Alles in allem ist es für einen Städtetripp ok, aber mehr auch nicht!

Trato excelente de cada uno de sus empleados. Desde recepción hasta los camareros. La amabilidad personificada. Un placer haber estado hospedados allí,nos hicieron la estancia súper agradable. La comida del buffet del desayuno impresionante. La cena también tipo buffet estupenda y variada.
La ubicación perfecta. Está muy cerca del metro y hay muchísimas cafeterías y restaurantes en la zona.
El parking del hotel a muy buen precio.
Sin duda si vuelvo a Lisboa volveré a este hotel.

El hotel es fantástico, por la atención y servicios que tiene debería ser un 5 estrellas. El personal es agradable, atento, servicial, viajo mucho y el trato en este hotel ha sido insuperable. La comida es de calidad y el desayuno espectacular. Tiene parking muy económico y está perfectamente situado. La parada del metro está en la esquina y la zona es perfecta para pasear y para visitar los restaurantes que ofrecen comida muy variada. Sin duda repetiré cuando vuelva a Lisboa. Gracias al personal por su atención, ha sido una estancia maravillosa.

Boa região para quem quer ficar longe do agito, mas perto do metro. O atendimento é muito bom, mas o hotel necessita de reformas urgentes. O carpete de madeira não é nada acolhedor, os móveis são antigos (não no sentido vintage do termo), a cama é confortável porém baixa (discopatas, evitem a qualquer custo) e faltam comodidades para quem está a trabalho, como tomadas e uma mesa na qual se possa trabalhar com um mínimo de conforto.

Bueno llegue temprano y deje maleta en recepción y m fui a dar una vuelta 4/11 9am luego cuando comienzo a sacar cosas m faltaba una prenda de vestir pense q la habia dejado en casa pq mi equipaje de mano estuvo todo el rato conmigo y vaya decepción he llegado a mi casa y no la encuentro asi q muy mal m sabe decir esto pero m la sacaron de la maleta asi q tienen q tener mas cuidado pq donde se deja el equipaje en recepción hay mas personas q tienen acceso

Fluglärm bis 23.00 Uhr und ab 5.00 Uhr morgens. Die donnern alle über die Stadt also auch sicherlich andere Hotels betroffen. Lissabon boomt! Für einen Städtetrip ist das Hotel gut. U Bahn Anbindung zwei Straßen weiter, 4 Stationen bis zur Altstadt 10 bis 15 Minuten. Einkaufszentrum und Park in der Nähe.

This is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed at. When my wife and I first checked in my wife was unfortunately sick with a stomach bug and the hotel staff from the start were all so helpful they called the doctor in to our room to treat my wife's illness. Our room was on the 7th floor and it was again one of the best rooms we've ever stayed in. The bathroom is big . The tv has awesome it has a diverse range of channels like movies, sports (nba) and most of them are in English which was a plus for us. Overall this hotel made me feel like I was at a 5 star hotel and could've not asked for a better experience. Oh and the breakfast buffet is awesome so much variety.
I thank the entire staff for thier help. If anyone wants to book a hotel in Lisbon . Book Olissippo hotel you will not be disappointed .

Bell' hotel moderno, a 5/10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metropolitana Sao Sebastiao. Colazione ottima e abbondantissima. Personale molto gentile. Bel bagno con grande doccia e grande telefono doccia! Camera pulita. Se proprio devo trovare un difetto nella mia camera non si poteva aprire la finestra per motivi di sicurezza e perché accendevamo l aria condizionata, ovviamente. E neanche in bagno c' era una finestra. Questo a me personalmente ha dato un' idea di chiusura che mi ha disturbato un po'....Per il resto, frigo, televisione ecc...tutto ok.

Le doy 5 estrellas porque la atención fue excelente. Algún problemilla que tuvimos lo solucionaron al instante y te aconsejan bien sobre Lisboa. Esta bien situado aunque hay que coger taxi o metro para ir al centro. Pero esta relativamente cerca. Desayuno buffet correcto. Cena en el mismo sitio, con descuento por estar alojado en el hotel y más completo que el buffet de la mañana. Aunque no varía casi nada de un día para otro. El acceso al parking es correcto pero para salir hay que hacer una maniobra extraña. Si está un poco lleno y tienes que aparcar donde haya sitio es complicado ya que el paso por algunas columnas es justo. Pero está bien de precio. Volvería a este hotel.

Estupendo hotel, gran staff en recepción, restaurant, conserjes, etc. Junto al metro Sao Sebastiao ( línea aeropuerto) frente al corte inglés y a un paso del centro. En una zona de oficinas y negocios, alejado del bullicio. Buenas camas, completamente actualizado, baños estupendos, todo muy limpio. Parking económico, buenas plazas aunque las maniobras pelín complicadas. A 19 min del aeropuerto en coche. Muy recomendable.
La única pega es k Las puertas de las habitaciones que son nuevas y pesan mucho, tienen un muelle para cerrar y golpean muy fuerte contra el marco. Les aconsejo que lo revisen e intenten solucionar. Bufet de desayuno correcto aunque siempre es el mismo. La cena mejor de variedad, 16€ sin bebidas.

Das Personal ist sehr nett. Zimmer sind sauber und gut ausgestattet. Restaurant essen ist jedoch nicht zu empfehlen. Das Rührei am Frühstücksbuffet war kalt und hat noch nie einen Salzstreuer gesehen. Auch das Abendessen eher fade und bestenfalls lauwarm.

Seul reproche: la salle d eau d une des chambres qui est systématiquement inondée en raison d un gros défaut de conception de la douche .l hôtel le sait même s ils ont feint de le découvrir.aucun geste commercial proposé malgré la gêne occasionnée (j ai dû éponger tous les jours l eau passait sous la porte dont la partie inférieure s est déformée à la longue et pénétrait dans la chambre)dommage pour un hôtel de cette classe

La ubicación es muy buena, no está en el centro histórico, pero sí en el centro de la ciudad, en un agradable paseo por la avenida das Liberdades se llega al casco histórico, también hay boca de metro a poca distancia. Cómodo y limpio, personal muy profesional.
El desayuno suficiente y variado. Entramos bastante tarde y cenamos en el hotel, tenían un bufet, nos habría gustado más cenar a la carta pero para 1 noche está bien.

I stayed 4 days at this hotel. The staff at the front desk and throughout the hotel were excellent . The room was of nice quality as was the breakfast. A nice hotel overall - it was the first hotel of a tour. The only reasons for a star off is that the hotel isn't very centrally located (15 min by metro to Rossi Square for example) and I came down right at 7 for breakfast, then stayed nearly an hour the first day and there was never any bacon. This was even more disappointing when I discovered it was good, crispy bacon the next day.
Overall, good bed comfort, clean, friendly staff and the area is nice if you're not bothered about being centrally located. We return back here & I'm not disappointed.

Easy access from the airport on red line. Buy a metro card for .50Euro. A trip is 1.50 Euro. Or pay 18.00 Euro for a 72 hour unlimited card and use buses, metro and trams all day anywhere. Candy and water in the lobby. Free WiFi. Parking below at 5.00 Euro a day validated by hotel. Be careful going down ramp, small.

This was an excellent hotel which was spotlessly clean with very good facilities and friendly and helpful staff who provided outstanding service The Breakfast was very good and there was a large selection to choose from and varied. I would have no hesitation in booking this hotel again if we were staying in Lisbon.

I had already paid for a ten-day stay in a Guest House on the same street, which had no air conditioning, and the temperature was 34 degrees Celsius and I could not sleep, and the heat had gotten me down. I saw this hotel passing by, found it on a website, walked over to see if I could book it directly - I couldnt - though the said I could use the free WiFi to book the hotel. It was amazing! I checked into the room shortly before 2 PM and checked out shortly before 12 Noon the next day. It was well worth the stay - the room was air-conditioned . The room was large, good proportions, well-furnished, television with many channels. Blackout curtains. Flatscreen TV with many channels. Very quiet - very appealing. The breakfast buffet was amazing - wide selection of anything you could want for breakfast - from eggs to fruits to vegetables to cheeses to breads, to juices - even with two espresso machines. The location of the hotel is superb - almost just across the street from the Gulbenkian, close to the Sao Sebastio Metro Station, close to El Corte Ingles, close to Lidl - and the most wonderful, most helpful, most amazing front desk staff. I tried to book more nights, but alas, they were totally booked. A very welcome respite from my non-airconditioned Guest House. I would gladly stay here again.

Its clean but very basic, one socket at the room , small TV, no iron , kettle available on request, breakfast is ok again quite basic stuff is very positive and responsive.
This place is ok for a night or two , for longer stay I would prefer something else

- There were no waters on the day we arrived, but they tried to charge us as if we had had them.- We had cokes (that i collected from the bar) and on the second day the empty bottles and dirty tray were still there in the bedroom.- if walking on bare foot they would be absolutely black, that floor did not see a good clean for a while- i asked on the previous night how much would be my bill at check out - never in my life i received the answer verbally, always received a paper draft; well, they did, just spat a list of charges- next day when i complained about the waters not taken, in very bad mood, the reception guy said but you asked yesterday, expecting that i wold have paid attention and understood the rushed speech... then pulled a face because it would be more work to cancel the invoice to refund me the difference...we had chosen it cause of the good reviews, but our experience was definitely not the same...

It is ok, but realy full. I had a room in the eight floor and needed a lot of time to reach it with the Lift. The Breakfast is good, but the same, full. You wait min. 10 Minutes to get a place on a Table.

My girlfriend and I chose this hotel as our last night in Portugal as it was highly rated, close-ish to the airport, had parking available, and was not exorbitantly priced. It did the job, but was just okay. I really don’t think it should be classified as a 4-star hotel (maybe it was in the 80s??) as it sets expectations a bit high despite the reasonable price—which was admittedly much cheaper than other hotels in Lisbon.Our booking was for a “Double or Twin”, which really meant “Twin” (kind of a bummer). Felt a bait and switch as the front desk made it clear they had only a few Double beds in the hotel and none were available.Walls were definitely thin, and noise from nearby rooms and hallways was a minor issue.Parking was available as advertised (5€ overnight) but it was the tightest garage I have ever seen. Get ready to scrape some paint off your bumpers if you have anything larger than a smart car.The staff left out a couple “welcome” juices and pastries for us which was a nice thought, but it was sometime after our afternoon arrival and after we had left for the city, so we didn’t get them until evening which meant the juices were warm and a little spoiled and the pastries were stale.Otherwise, the bathrooms were new and well appointed—shower was great, and the room was clean. If you’re just looking for a decent place to crash and shower, this is a well priced option in an expensive city.

Mooi hotel.Het is er netjes en schoon.Elke dag wordt je kamer weer in orde gebracht en alles aan gevuld.Goede matras met kussens.Het uitzicht is minder maar je dit ook in de stad.Het eten is goed.Als voor gerecht een koud buffet waar je van alles kunt kiezen of soep.Dan kun je hoofd maaltijd ook zelf uit kiezen.
En tot slot verschillende keuze uit de toetjes.Voor ieder wat wils.Er zijn 2 liften aan wezig.Een minibar in de kamer.Wat ik minder vind is dat je je paspoort moet inleveren. En daar zijn ze wat slordig mee.

The rooms are simple. The breakfast is almost ok. The garage is very small so be aware. The entrance (hall of the hotel9 is strange and small. Well located near Gulbenkian and some shopping areas. There are restaurants around.

Positives und negatives in Kurzform:Positiv = Willkommensdrink an der Bar und Köstlichkeiten im Zimmer, befühlte Minibar, Frühstück, nettes Personal, Nähe zur U-Bahn und Einkaufszentrum, Leider Negativ Zimmer 217 >> Minibar defekt - stinkt beim öffnen, Türschließer defekt bei der Eingangstür ( Tür blieb die letzten 10cm offen stehen und musste zugedrückt werden, Abluftanlage im kleinen Bad/WC war defekt-daher nach dem Duschen war alles dunstig und nach WC Benützung blieb der Geruch stehen.Schallisolierte Zimmer nur teilbedingt ( Straßenverkehr hörte man nicht aber das gegwatsche von den anderen Zimmern.

Hôtel de très bonne qualité tant au niveau de l’accueil, du service voiturier , de la propreté de la chambre et de la salle de bain, que du large choix au petit déjeuner (occidental). Tout est là pour notre confort . Les avions qui passent juste au dessus ne s entendent pas du tout dans les chambres si les fenêtres sont fermées. Tout l hôtel est climatisé ! Merci pour tout !!!!
L’hotel Est situé à 3 min à pieds de la station métro la plus proche qui nous amène au centre de Lisbonne en 5 min.

Hotel seems not bad. Location is good, design ok. Room and the bathroom very clean. However I do not know what are the walls and the doors made from but I virtually heard people moving in the beds im other rooms not to mention argueing kids on the other side of corridor. Acoustics are dramatic for me and I did not have a good stay.

Modernes gut ausgestattetes Hotel. Frühstück als Buffet mit internationalem Standard. Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb der City, dafür ist die Anbindung an die Metro sehr gut. Es liegt an zwei Metro Linien, die Metrostation ist fünf Minuten entfernt. Wer gut zu Fuß ist, kann in einer halben Stunde auch in die City laufen.

desayuno muy completo y de calidad. nos quiserion dar una habitación con 2 camas cuando reservamos habitación con cama doble, pero por nuestra protesta nos la cambiaron sin ningun problema. el baño sin extracción de aire y se queda húmedo mucho tiempo. parking público de pago (línea azul) cercano. estación de metro Sao Sebastiao muy cercana y bien comunicada al centro.

Funcionários muito atenciosos e um excelente pequeno almoço continental são o destaque da minha estadia. Menos positivo: o isolamento acústico dos quartos e a minha cama não ser de casal mas sim duas de solteiro juntas. A localização é boa tendo em conta a proximidade ao marquês do pombal, a avenida da liberdade e ao metro Saldanha. Na minha opinião o preço é demasiado alto para o que oferece.

Excelente hotel. Habitación amplia, cómoda, limpia, con minibar muy completo, el baño reformado y nuevo prácticamente, con una ducha buenísima. Amplio desayuno buffet, con un café excelente que es difícil de encontrar en Portugal. Bastante variedad, sin colas, y todo muy bueno. El personal muy amable. Nosotros aparcamos en la misma puerta sin problema alguno. A 2 minutos de la estación de metro San Sebastiao, que comuncia con Rossio en pocos minutos. Junto al Corte Inglés y en una zona transitada y moderna.

Jai été ravie de mon séjour dans cet hôtel, la chambre spacieuse et propre. Le personnel de la réception compétent, accueillant et surtout très discret.Lhôtel est situé près du métro, dun arrêt de bus favorisant ainsi le déplacement jusquau coeur de la ville. Différents restaurants aux alentours(végétarien, cuisine italienne, cuisine marocaine et indienne...) Le seul bémol de cet hôtel est le manque disolation phonique entre les chambres.

Com uma boa localização, perto dos jardins da Gulbenkian e dos transportes, embora não impressione, também não desilude. Destaca-se pela sua limpeza, excelente, especialmente nos quartos, das melhores que já vi em Portugal e fora. Pela sua localização, torna-se uma alternativa muito interessante para visitar Lisboa, deixando o carro na garagem e tirando proveito dos transportes públicos. Fica só a nota de que a garagem requer algumas manobras mais complicadas para sair, especialmente com carros mais compridos.

No se puede abrir ninguna ventana!!!(el aire es caliente y sofocante),el pomo de la ducha no es orientable, el mando a distancia Tv no funciona, no hay conexión wifi en la habitación.

Small room but quite adequate for the price. Excellent location if you want to take subway/metro to Parque das Nações, which to me is a must see area if you are interested in modern architecture.

This is a great place to stay when in Lisbon. A short walk from the metro and the huge El Corte Inglés store. Staff are very helpful and the rooms clean and in good order.

Sauberes, komfortables Zimmer in vernünftiger Größe und sehr guter Lage in Lissabon am Gulbenkian Park. Frühstück sehr ansprechend, gute Qualität. Ein Aufzug war defekt, das war etwas nervig, das ist aber das einzige was ich negativ anmerken muss .

Avec le métro à trois minutes le centre est à moins de quinze minutes.
Chambre impeccable, calme (j'étais sur cour).
Personnel professionnel, à l'écoute et aimable.
Buffet diversifié, café excellent (à la petite machine) et fraîcheur des produits.

Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig.
Duschkabine statt Duschbadewanne wäre schöner. Zimmer sind aber gut eingerichtet.
Die Akustik im Frühstücksraum ist sehr laut, wenn er zur Hauptzeit ab 8 Uhr aufgesucht wird.
Die Lage an der Metro-Haltestelle Saõ Sebastio ist ideal. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Lissabon.

Wir kamen aus einem 4 Sterne Hotel in Porto.Zu diesem Hotel war es ein Unterschied wie Tag und Nacht.Das Zimmer war klein und dunkel.Schrank und Nachttische waren aus Metall.Erinnerte an Kaserne oder früher Jugendherberge.Das Frühstück war vielseitig.Der Aufschnitt und Käse sah aus wie vom Discounter.Keine regionalen Spezialitäten.

tres bien situe a 5 mn d une station de metro .
hall d acceuil avec salon , tres grand avec son personnel tres agreable
chambres spatieuses ,soignees et tres propres literie tres confortable
restauration petit dejeuner et soir /buffets avec grand choix chauds et froids sales sucres et toujours varies Personnel tres professionnel et toujours agreable et a notre ecoute .Bar et son personnel :de qualite

It is close ( 2min walk) from metro station Sao Sebastiao. You can teach city center and airport in 20 minutes by metro. Breakfast is plenty and tasty and wifi connection was ok. We lived in 5th floor for 5 nights. Lisbon became one of our favorite capital. Behind the hotel there is a place with some tasty restaurants as well

The Hotel Olissippo Marquês de Sá was definitely a good choice.
Upon request, I was allowed early check-in, which was a great plus. The staff were very friendly during my stay, always with a smile on their faces.
The room I was given was spacious and had what you'd expect in a 4*, including mini-bar, a safe-deposit box, a large television and bathroom toiletries. The bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom were kept clean. The only bad thing about the room was the view - it wasn't bad, but I'm sure there were better views.
The breakfast was good and so was the lunch - provided as part of an event I attended to. The location of the hotel is near a subway station which gives you easy access to the rest of the city.
There's really nothing bad to say about the hotel. Definitely worth staying at next time I'm in Lisbon.

The hotell was not 4 star, but it was 3 star, The hotell was almost far from the metro. If I were to travel again to Lisbon, I would like to choose another hotell. Some of the staffs were kind.

Nicely decorated rooms and well kept. Very clean. I don't usually comment on the cleanliness because places should be clean but this placed smelt clean. Very impressed.
The mini bar was well stocked.
A little far away from downtown Lisbon but the Metro was very close by, maybe 250 metres away. Close by were many affordable places to eat.
The safety deposit box was disappointing. You had to get a lock form reception and was €3 a day. Sad face.

Perfect place to stay if your intention is to see as much of Lisbon as is humanly possible. Rooms are comfortable and yet small. The "double bed" consisted of two twin beds independently made and pushed together. Otherwise the room was comfortable. Breakfast buffet served each morning was expansive and included all of our favorites. What makes the hotel of 4 star is its proximity to many of the things you're going to want to see in Lisbon. You're planning on spending a lot of time hanging out in your hotel room this might not be the place for you.

Das Hotel liegt nur wenige Gehminuten von der U-Bahnstation São Sebastião entfernt. Mit der U-Bahn kann man vom Flughafen direkt zum Hotel und vom Hotel direkt in die Stadt bis zur Station Restauradores fahren. Dies haben wir als sehr praktisch empfunden. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer war OK, jedoch waren wir der Meinung, dass der Teppichboden dringend ausgetauscht werden sollte. Es hatte viele undefinierbare Flecken...Das Bett war einigermassen bequem, die Kissen jedoch nicht sonderlich.Das Frühstücksbuffet war OK. Es hatte verschiedene Brot-, Toast- und Marmeladensorten zur Auswahl. Es gab ebenfalls einige Müesli und Aufschnittsorten.Im grossen und ganzen kann man aber sagen, dass das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis in Ordnung ist und wenn der Teppichboden ausgetauscht würde, würden wir auch wieder da übernachten.

Sehr hilfsbereiter Barkeeper, gab nützliche und interessante Infos für dir Stadtbesichtigung.War nicht unser gebuchtes Hotel wohnten dann im Olissipo Oriente. Sonst alles bestens.Grosses und reichhaltiges Frühstückbuffet

This 4 star hotel is like a 2 start motel place. We stayed there for 1 week paying a lot!! and had a not very good experience.
First, they did not provide a double bed for us even if we selected when we booked. Two single bed is not what we wanted. Uncomfortable as a couple.
Second, the breakfast quality is not very good. Also, they did not refill quickly when it is empty.
Third, the cleaner went into our room without knocking. We were lucky that we were fully dressed up at that time.
Fourth, the cleaner forgot to refill shampoo and to change the towel thingy. and one day they threw away my cleansing form that I was using.
Fifth, the reception was not that kind. I wanted to buy a shuttle voucher from them. They had the voucher but they did not know that they had it. Later they found it but they did not know what the voucher is. So it takes ages for them to search for the information while I was in hurry to take the shuttle.
Sixth, internet is SUPER SLOW!!!!!!!!!!. and kept disconnecting. So annoying. I could not do anything with my phone in my bed because I cannot connect internet well in my bed. Also, the powerpoint was too far to use it while charging.

Das Hotel eignet sich gut für eine Stadtbesichtigung, da es sehr zentral,aber trotzdem sehr ruhig liegt.
