schönes grosses Zimmer hell und viel platz Wir haben es zwar fast nicht gefunden. Adressen in Lisboa anders als in Deutschland. Leider keinen Ausblick auf Tejo, wie auf dem Bild, sondern Hauswand. Vor dem Fenster eine sehr laute Turbine , Abluft, vom Nachbarn. Nachts Fenster zu!! In der Küche nur minimalaustattung, keine Dessertschüsseln usw. Im Baf fehlt Ablage für Kosmetikartikel. Insgesamt fehlt garderobenhaken und Licht. Man kann i Raum abends nichts sehen. Im Bad Dusche hinter der Wand ohne Licht. Wanne sehr gefährlicher Austieg, bitte Haltegriff !!!

Verrostetes Bügeleisen.Einstieg in die Duschwanne (0,5 Meter) ohne Haltegriffe kein Rutschschutz. Für ältere Gäste ungeeignet.Zeitweise starke chemikalische Gerüche vom Nachbargebäude. Blick auf Edelstahlkamine und Abluftsysteme. Freier Blick auf Hafen nur im 4. Stock.Die Lage ist super.

Kontakt per Email war ganz nett.Wc badewanne nicht so gut.Schränke quitschten sehr beim auf und zu machen. Apartment mit Balkon gebucht.Naja das kan man nicht balkon nennen aber in portugal wohl üblich das die so klein und schmal sind.

Gute Lage, großes Zimmer, alles mögliche an Elektrogeräten in der Küche vorhanden, sogar eine Spühlmaschine.Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Untergeschoss. Ohne Aussicht und es war ein ständiger Lärm von einer Klimaanlage zu hören, wenn man die Balkontüre auf machte, auch nachts. Allerdings mit geschlossenen Fenstern nicht bemerkbar.

We stayed only 1 of the 5 nights we had booked in this apartment. Very poor condition, pictures in the ad are 10+ years old. Self-check-in means you do not personally meet anyone at the door. When you walk in, you see generally poor condition furniture, overall lack of cleanliness and a long time stench of stale tobacco. The door of the apartment we were assigned was ill fitted and we did not have a feeling of safety. The neighbourhood is...how to say this tactfully...in transition. I have a feeling there are minimum security prisons that have better furnishings and less smoke stench than this s**t pit. It’s also very dark coming in at night and the motion activated lights don’t come on until you are well inside - by then the exterior door has closed...it’s just kind of creepy - I do not recommend. From the sheet toilet tissue dispenser to the institutional wall soap dispenser, these are the “amenities” you can look forward to....caveat emptor.

L emplacement était parfait, appartement très grand avec cour, super ! A deux pas du Tage et des quartiers les plus vivants, avec station de tramway au pqs de notre porte!! Mais voisins un peu bruyants et murs fins.... sûrement parce que il s agit d un vieil immeuble rénové. La literie impeccable mais tables et chaises et canapé un peu vétustes et abîmés qui donnent une impression de logement sale alors que ce n est pas du tout le cas!

A localização é excelente, o apartamento é bastante espaçoso, mas dá mesmo pena de ser tão mal conservado. Mobília em péssimo estado, banheira entupida na casa de banho, pintura das paredes que necessita ser refeita, entrada do prédio muito mal conservada. Precisa mesmo de manutenção.

Apartamentos muy amplios y luminosos. Camas muy confortables. Mobiliario muy moderno y sencillo. Imoera del color blanco. El mantenimiento regular... No hay recepción. Se recoge la llave en el vestibulo con una clave facilitada. Muy buena relación calidad/precio. Muy cerca del centro a pie.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut, von dort sind viele zentrale Punkte und Verkehrsanbindungen zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung selber bietet eigentlich alles was man braucht, ist aber in keinem guten Zustand und müsste mal renoviert werden, von daher ist das Preis,- Leistungsverhältnis ok.

Air conditioning didn't work, said they would fix it, but they never did (in 7 days). Tiniest balcony, with a view of not great rooftops. Decent location. Decent price (if the air conditioning worked). Apartment was alright, a little worn.

The location is ideal, with only a 10-minute walk to the main square & both the railway station and boat terminal.There are 2 cafes at street level & the food market is just down the road.Sadly, the view from the balcony is poor as a large building now blocks any view.

The place was well maintained and clean. Easy to communicate and access the room as everything is based on electronic pins. Few of the rooms have a view to the sea. Very close to public transport and walkable to tourist places. Well recommended.

Un sitio cómodo, bien situado, discreto, modesto pero muy buena relación calidad-precio.
El edificio es antiguo, pero está muy bien reciclado; tiene un sistema de código para poder acceder, asi no tienes que preocuparte por tarjetas ni llaves, también es beneficioso porque así no hay hora de volver, porque muchos hoteles a cierta hora cierran la puerta, y con este sistema no, ¡está genial!

The unit was clean. The location was good .I expected some noise when staying in a busy city but the sounds carried really bad ,made it hard to get any quality of sleep. ( Even wearing ear buds) . There was no lighting in the foyer. I was grateful that I was able to get there in daylight. My stay was over a week. I didnt expect clean bedding ever day but at least one change would have been nice. I dont think I would stay there again.

We had a pleasant stay during our time in Lisbon. The apartment was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. A few recommendations we would have is that they supplied an iron, more pillows and towels.The accomodation is in a very good location. Two minute walk from a tram stop which takes you to the top of the hills where you’ll find good restaurants, a ten minute walk from the Time Out Market where you’ll find a selection on bars and restaurants and also the main square and docks. This was so a big plus side to our stay. There have been reviews that say the property doesn’t look much from outside which isn’t really true. As you walk up, there is a little door with a code box and shops around. There are some bins and graffiti on the streets but that is apparent in all the neighbourhoods so nothing to be concerned about. The road outside is busy from about 7am onwards but we were up and about quite early so this was ok. There is an excellent place for breakfast right underneath the apartment block called “Food” so definitely go there!! Only down side was the apartment block can be noisy as you can hear other people talking and someWalking around but I guess that’s the guests not the apartments fault! Overall, I’d stay again!

So clean and fresh in a great location, near the time out market, train station and main shopping area. But not too close to the main square which can get very busy. There was nothing I didnt not like other than maybe handy to have a washing machine if staying more than 5 nights.

Excellent property, condition, amenities and Area. Communication from them was fine but took se real emails and a phone call to learn if the apartment had wheelchair access and where to park. Also, having an agreement with a car park company ( as where we are now in Porto) would add value to its guests.

lappartement a répondu à nos attentes excepté le fait que la cafetière na pas du tout fonctionné. Le barre qui tien la paume de douche est assez vétuste et risque de tomber. Pour le reste cest très correcte. lappartement est spacieux (mais laménagement de la chambre de trois lit est pas du tout adaptée car les deux portes de cette chambre ne peuvent quasiment pas souvrir...bien situé et au calme cest important.A pied est à 15 minutes maxi de la place du commerce.

Das Apartment st sehr sauber, sogar so sauber, dass am Herd nichts mehr zu erkennen ist. Alles weggeschrubt :-) .Auf der Webseite steht, Toilettenartikel sind vorhanden. Es handelt sich leider nur um Handwaschseife und Handtücher. Toilettenpapier war am 2. Tag alle. Das ist realisierbar jedoch nicht, wenn man sich drauf verlässt und nichts mitbringt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräuschempfindlich, da Tische und Stühle Plaste-Gleiter haben. Das ist super laut. Schön wären auch Bedienungsanleitungen bzw. so eine Art Gäste-Info-Blatt.Das Sofa muss dringend gereinigt werden.

we had a lovely time staying at unit 312. the building is modern and has an elevator, which was a bonus! it was centrally located and walking distance to major attractions. the apartment itself was exactly as described; clean, bright with large windows and a small balcony to enjoy your beverages. while the toiletries provided were slim and limited, this was a non-issue and got everything we needed from the mini mart down the street. we will stay here again without hesitation. recommend!

Ingen städning på hela veckan vi bodde där. Otämd proppfull sopkorgar när vi kom. En skitig soffa som vi inte ville sitta i. När grannen ovanför duschade rann vattnet genom taket och ner i vår dusch. Väldigt lyhört. Det enda positiva var att lägenheten ligger väldigt centralt.

Positive: Nice view of River from 4th floor 2 bedroom apt. Elevator was bonus! High ceilings. Large apt. Great location, 10 min walk to metro, train and bus station. Bus stop right outside door. Lots of nice places to eat close by. Beds comfy and clean. No bugs in sight during 3 day stay.. Negative: Apt needs painting and new couch and dining table. Furniture sparse. No lock on bathroom door. Shower broken. Front entryway downstairs dirty and dingy.

Положительный: Достаточно удачное местоположение - меньше километра от станции метро / ж.д. вокзала Cais do Sodré, откуда удобно добираться до Belém и других исторических районов города, в шаговой доступности Базилика-да-Эштрела и Дворец Сан-Бенту. Дом, в котором располагается отель, хоть и старый, но имеет современный лифт. Номера просторные и укомплектованы полноценной кухней (холодильник, плита с духовым шкафом, микроволновая печь, посудомоечная машина, тостер, кофеварка, чайник, набор посуды). В комнате установлен кондиционер.. Негативный: Мебель хоть и современная, но уже «видавшая виды», отсутствует даже минимальный набор средств для душа, полотенца жёсткие и сильно застиранные, вид с балкона 3-го этажа на соседнюю крышу (жили бы ниже – смотрели бы в стену). Традиционно отсутствуют средство для мытья посуды и губки. Деревянные перекрытия и дверь не обеспечивают сколько-нибудь приемлемой звукоизоляции. Отсутствие стойки ресепшн приводит к тому, что некоторые гости могут превратить отель в бедлам (параллельно с нами несколько комнат занимали французские школьники из экскурсионной группы, в результате мы чувствовали себя как в молодежном общежитии: до глубокой ночи школьники шумели, не давая уснуть, на замечания не реагировали).

Ao ligar o senhor da receção não teve qualquer posição quanto ao cliente, nomeadamente pelo incomodo que causou, não houve educação ou um pedido de desculpa.
O quarto não tem qualquer tipo de conforto, a cama não é confortavel.
O quarto não é silencioso, ou seja, ouve-se tudo o que acontece nos outros quartos.

Positivo: Localização e limpeza.. Negativo: Edifício mal isolado. Entre as 21h00 e as 00h00 o barulho era muito. Publicidade enganosa pois não tem vista para o rio. Anfitrião antipático. Pelas 10h30 da manhã começou a tocar a todos os apartamentos dando ordem de saída e fazendo-o de uma forma muito desagradável, diria mesmo de uma forma mal educada. Não recomendo

Pozytywna: Dobra lokalizacja, w miarę wygodne łóżka.. Negatywna: Mieliśmy apartament dla 4 osób z jedną sypialnią. W tym apartamencie dużym problemem była sypialnia: z jednoosobowym łóżkiem, bez okna, przejściowa, z wejściem do łazienki, która nie ma okna i praktycznie nie ma wentylacji czyli opary z łazienki gromadzą się w sypialni.
Duży problem z miejscem parkingowym.

Pozytywna: Obiekt w dobrej lokalizacji, blisko do centrum oraz głównych atrakcji. Apartament przestronny, duża kuchnia oraz salon. Dwa dni przed przyjazdem na maila otrzymałam kod do drzwi wejściowych oraz do apartamentu więc nie trzeba było nigdzie jechać po klucze. Cena adekwatna do jakości.

Dobra lokalizacja, dojazd tramwajem lub autobusem do większości atrakcji lub węzłów komunikacyjnych. Mieszkanie posiada wszystkie potrzebne udogodnienia (kuchenka mikrofalowa, lodówka, zmywarka, naczynia). Na dole dostępna kawa/śniadanie w kafejce w tym samym budynku.

в целом отель неплохой. близко к центру. буквально 10 минут от главной площади. можно дойти пешком или сесть на трамвай. так же в шаговой доступности находится фуникулёр. еще в этом районе очень много различных кафе и ресторанов на любой вкус. отель сложно найти, с улицы вы не увидите ни вывески, ни опознавательных знаков, так что лучше уточняйте подробный путь до отеля сразу

Ha cumplido nuestras expectativas, en principio pillamos apartamento porque tenía miedo de no encontrar alimentos sin lactosa, mi hija es intolerante pero sin problema!!! El apartamento era amplio, no tuvimos ni problemas con el agua caliente, como he leído aquí, ni con la puerta, ni con la calefacción. Eso sí sólo había 2 calefactores/ acondicionadores. El apartamento estaba bien equipado pero la limpieza brillaba por su ausencia. Se echa en falta dónde dejar las maletas, no hay recepción, y un mapa!!! Os recomiendo un tour con yellow bus ( tranvía, bus y barco).

Gute Lage nahe dem Cais do Sodre, wo Züge, Metro und Busse, Schiffe losfahren.
Leider sehr anonym, da keine Rezeption vorhanden ist.Somit besteht keine Möglichkeit für Auskünfte oder Beanstandungen.
Unsere Wohnung Nr.311 war ok.
Preis/Leistung stimmt.

Positive: La posizione è buona, vicina a diversi punti di interesse e ben collegata.. Negazione: C'era un pessimo odore di fogna in stanza, specialmente di sera. Inoltre, la terrazza che era spacciata come panoramica affacciava in realtà sul retro dell'edificio con una vista tutt'altro che panoramica. Le foto assolutamente non erano corrispondenti al vero, e la stanza era anche abbastanza rumorosa. Ma la cosa peggiore è stata l'assenza della reception, che ci ha causato un forte disagio con i bagagli l'ultimo giorno. Avevamo previsto la partenza nel pomeriggio, ma il proprietario è stato assolutamente inflessibile nel lasciarci posticipare il check-out, poichè voleva proporci di lasciarli nel suo deposito al modico prezzo di 42,00 euro! Non tanto per il prezzo, quanto per il disagio di raggiungere con bagagli pesanti la zona, ben lontana dall'hotel, abbiamo dovuto optare per un'altra opzione, ma questo su un viaggio di soli 2 giorni ci ha condizionato moltissimo, impedendoci di vedere alcune cose che avevamo pianificato! Molto insoddisfatte!

To be fair we arrived around midnight , had the door code but poor lighting necessitated frequent attempts to enter. Once inside the timed lighting was poor and we calso had many attempts to use code as each time light went out we had to restart code. Very dissappointed in the apartment as we had expected a lovely view as per photograph and all we had was a run down building facing us and noise from a bar next door leaving. The interior of the apartment was as advertised , but the television was tiny and very hard to connect. There was no way we could access wifi as wewere not given the password and no information or welcome letter was waiting as we are used to. No maps etc . Noise was a problem. We have been to Lisbon many times and will be returning in a few months . I would not choose this area again, and this apartment would not be a choice for us. I will say I was impressed by the cleanliness and the comfort of the beds. Wifi connections and availability is a must for us as we book hotels and flights as we go. We also like a bit of T V news briefly in the mornings.

Nada que ver con las fotos, la sala estaba sucia, las sabanas también..no tenían los cubrecamas y no estaban las camas colocadas cómo debían.
Los muebles de la sala están destrozados y la entrada al lugar y atención difícil.

Utsikten från boendet, kontraster mellan förfallna och nyrenoverade hus.. Negativ: Den sämst städade lägenheten vi bott i hittills. Smuts under sängar och soffa vid ankomst. Ingrott smuts på plaststolar i köket. Köksbordet hade fullt av skador på bordsytan. Slitna och lite smutsiga väggar. Ingen städning utfördes under de 8 dagar vi bodde där.

Room and facitilities are fine, but in late May 2017 there is a significant building operation going on next door and right in front of our double wjndows and balcony. This will in time might obliterate the view of the Tagus. 0730am starts to roughly 7pm, it was fascinating to watch the guys work and the cranes in operation and it did rule out the need for an alarm clock.

It was a very interesting place. Didnt do much research on the place before I went, just booked this apartment because it was at a good price and in a great location. When I arrived, I was shocked to see an apartment with 4 different beds, funny because it was just me staying there. Place was nice, comfortable and close to everything. I would recommend this place.

Pozitivno: Izredno prostorno stanovanje, ter tudi ustrezno opremljeno. Zelo priročna je tudi ključavnica na številčnico. V isti ulici se nahajajo tudi kavarna, trgovinica ter postaja za bus/tramvaj.. Negativno: Slaba zvočna izolacija. Kar precej se sliši sosede ko stopajo po stopnicah oz. sosednjih apartmajih.

Was not the same as in the pictures when booked online but still it was ok. The only negative thing was the weak water esp in the bathroom and hot water wasnt enough for 3 people. I would still not mind staying there again because it was very central and clean and the apartment was huge.

Estuvimos en agosto de 2016 y fue una experiencia muy bonita. Estuvimos una familia de cuatro y nos encontramos muy cómodos. Todo lo necesario para pasar unos días geniales en familia, camas cómodas, aseos limpios, cocina limpia, todo impecable. Cercano al centro de Lisboa andando, con muchos servicios alrededor para comer o comprar. Nos encantó el apartamento, y si volviéramos repetiríamos en el mismo sitio. Gracias por el recuerdo tan bonito que nos llevamos.

Spotlessly clean, very comfortable beds & good bedding (duvets) but otherwise pretty basic. No hairdryer, no laundry facilities, only one mirror (in bathroom), only 4 chairs (sleeps 5). No maps or tourist information left for guests & sea view from balcony is NOT from this apartment. Cafés nearby. Parking difficult (meters from 9am until 1am) but station (train to Belen) 10 mins walk & both buses & trams run nearby.

El hotel es mucho más basico de lo que parece en las fotos, pues lo han pintado "demasiado bonito", pero cumple con su función. Teniamos 3 camas limpias y había un sofa cama. Tenia todo lo necesario, nevera, lavavajillas, vajilla, cuberteria y cazuelas, hasta plancha de la ropa. El agua caliente salia que quemaba. El cuarto de baño era aceptable.Está bien situado, a 10 minutos de la Plaza do Comerço y a 5 minutos de Cais de Sodre. En la zona hay unos pequeños supermercados que apenas tienen lo básico, tienes que alejarte un poquito, en dirección Plaza do Comerço para encontrar uno más grande y variado.Lo que no es cierto son las vistas, esas solo lo conseguirás desde una habitación de la cuarta planta, pero no del resto, pues dan a un edificio viejo y casi destruido y las otras a uno en construcción (nosotros nos encontramos a un obrero en nuestra terraza cortando maderas)

Le prix vaut la qualité. Ne soyez pas trop regardant pour la propreté. N'espérez pas avoir d'assistance efficace en cas de problème (pour nous pas d'accès Internet pendant tout le séjour et voisins qui débarque à 2h du matin car personne de Portugal Ways pour les aider avec leur problème de porte d'entrée bloquée).
Deux étoiles car les appartements sont proches des points d'intérêts et des transport en commun.

Los apartamentos están a 10 minutos andando de la Plaza Luis de Camoes y de Cais do Sodre. Se puede recorrer andando todo el centro sin problemas. Por dentro están nuevos, con ascensor y todo que no es muy normal en ese tipo de edificios. El edificio es antiguo y se oye todo, pero el moviliario es nuevo, y están muy limpios. Cerca hay bares para desayunar o cenar, y también supermercados. El metro está a 10 minutos, aunque también hay buses y tranvías por la zona.
Calidad-precio me parece que están muy bien y perfectos para visitar la ciudad. Las vistas que salen en las fotos serán de algunos apartamentos, desde luego el nuestro daba a un edificio en ruinas, eso es cierto de otros comentarios. Pero lo demás no... Se nota que no conocen mucho Portugal...La mayoría de los edificios del centro de las ciudades están así...Si quieres dormir en el centro por poco dinero es una buena opción, porque tienen calefacción con un aireador y ascensor, cosas no muy corrientes en Portugal.
La mejora que tienen es que se oye mucho a todos los vecinos, que el WiFi a mi me iba fatal y que al no haber recepción (entras con unos códigos que te mandan), el último día te tienes que ir con las maletas de paseo...

Ich war mit einer Freundin in Lissabon anlässlich unseres abgeschlossenen Studiums. Die Stadt und Menschen sind einfach wunderbar. Das Apartment sah aus wie auf den Bildern gezeigt. Die Küchenausstattung war für unser 2 Personenapartment auch vollkommen ausreichend und funktionierte einwandfrei. Der Zugangscode zum Apartment wurde uns wie angegeben 2 Tage vor Anreise per Mail zugesendet und hat einwandfrei funktioniert, abgesehen von einem mal andem sich das Schließsystem aufgehangen hat (Technik halt, da können die Mitarbeiter nichts dafür) und eine Mitarbeiterin vorbeikommen musste um es zu reseten. Der Service war aber freundlich, zuverlässig und wir hatten keine weiteren Probleme. Einer unserer vorhergehenden Gäste im Apartment hat wohl das Fenster etwas ausgehangen das Charnier war etwas verbogen. Zur Zeit unseres Aufenthalts (Ende Februar 2016) wurde im Nachbarhaus gebaut und es gab zwischen 9 Uhr morgens bis 17 Uhr abends Baustellenlärm. Da wir aber den ganzen Tag eh in Lissabon unterwegs waren hat uns das nicht gestört. Der Weg zum Apartment war wie beschrieben sehr einfach zu erreichen und überall gab es Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen oder Essen gehen. Ich würde dieses Apartment jederzeit wieder buchen. Der Kurzurlaub war einfach schön.

I was very disappointed with this hotel. Firstly, you never see and can´t talk with the people in charge of it. I came late, around 6:00 am. They sent me the wrong code for the door. It took me almost one hour to get inside. Luckily, one of the neighbors was awake so i could use their restroom and showed us how to open the door.Next day i sent them an email asking if i can stay longer as the checkout was 11:00, i just asked for one more hour, not more. They apologized for the inconvenience i had the night i arrived and told me i can check out at noon.So 11 o´clock the maid came to my apartment and asked rudely to leave the room, i told her i had a permission of staying until noon, i was just finishing packing. She was too upset with me because she won´t have enough time to make up the room for the next guest, which i don´t understand, because the check in it´s at 2:00 pm. It doesnt take two hours to have the room ready. Moreover, 10minutes afterwards she came and shouted at me, i told her that i wont leave the apartment before noon and the way she was talking to me was not the proper one. Then i had two maids yelling at my door asking me to get out. I sent an email to the people of the hotel, they told me that was a misunderstanding and the maids didnt know about my permission to stay one more hour, but before i received the response i took my stuff and left the building, as the girls were so pushy and giving me hard time. They totally ruined my day.

Nous sommes arriver à 14h la chambre pas Prête, ensuite le code ne marchais, plusieurs téléphones pour avoir un nouveau code pour pouvoir entré dans limmeuble et dans la chambre, le denier jour avant notre départ en descend a 8h déjeuner et en remontant à 9h le code pour entrer dans la chambre ne marchais plus encore des téléphones pour pouvoir entrer dans la chambre pour récupérer nos valises. Et pour finir très bruyant.

Nachdem wir zuvor die Kritiken von wegen völlig abgewöhnt gelesen haben, rechneten wir mit dem schlimmsten - Fazit: wer 3 Sterne in Portugal bezahlt soll nicht 5 Sterne erwarten! Stattdessen: Grosses, helles, sauberes, ruhig gelegenes Appartement und gleichzeitig gut gelegen (ÖV,Café, Supermarkt, Metro/Zug/Tram/Fähre Cais Sondre)! Hatte sogar eine Geschirrspülmaschine, obwohl kaum nötig, angesichts der verständlicherweise beschränkten Menge Geschirr, etc (für 2-4 Personen ausreichend).

교통이나 숙박 시설은 가격대비 나쁘지 않았어요. 그러나 방음이 너무 안되어서 옆방에서 물 내리는 소리, 떠드는 소리가 다 들립니다. 방음이 잘 안되니 밤 10시 이후엔 조용히 해 달라는 안내문이 방안에 붙어 있었지만, 아무도 그걸 읽지 않은 듯, 매일밤 새벽1-2시까지 술마시며 웃고 떠드는 소리에 잠을 이루기가 어려웠습니다. 4박 5일을 머물렀는데, 4번의 밤 모두 시끄러웠습니다. 특히 마지막 날은 바로 위층에서 파티를 하는지, 여러 사람이 쿵쿵거리며 시끄러운 발소리를 내고 가구를 옮기는 듯한 큰 소음, 소리지르고 웃고 떠드는 소리들에 집이 무너질 것만 같았어요. 새벽 3시까지 그런 소음이 반복되어 밤새 잠을 하나도 자지 못하고 숙소를 떠났습니다. 상주하는 직원이 없어 더욱 통제가 안되는 것 같았습니다. 친구들끼리 밤새 놀고 떠들 숙소를 찾는다면 모르겠지만 조용히 쉬고 싶은 가족 여행객에게는 추천하지 않습니다.

You may be shocked by the graffiti... until you notice that everywhere else in Lisbon is heaviyl graffitied. Very handy bus & tram service right outside the door out to Belem or right into centre.Apartment has everything you need. The entry system is slick. Apartment is very bright. Only negative is sound-proofing. We had a lady with high heels click, click clicking on the wooden floors until the small hours. The chairs dont have padding on legs so you hear them dagged across the floor all the time.. Cais do Sodre Metro station (supermarket at station) is 10 minute walk and the trendy Time Out food court is across road from this metro station. Also fresh fish and vege market is in same building as Time Out.

Décembre,à l arrivėe, nous constatons que la clim ne fonctionne pas, appel au numéro contact ou Lon nous informe quil faut envoyer un mail. Réponse du mail: la climatisation peut mettre un peu de temps pour chauffer... 1ère nuit sans chauffage. 2ème jour, sympathique femme de chambre qui nous récupère un chauffage dappoint dans une autre chambre. Plus de nouvelle de la ste le restant du séjour. La telecommande de la télé ne fonctionne pas donc qu.une chaîne en portugais ( moindre mal ) Quartier qui craint et appart très mal insonorisé, obligé de monter au dessus pour calmer les occupants. Bref à fuir !!!

The room is very comfortable and the patio is great, as well as the kitchen, but the bathroom is another story. The hand shower was messed up and made taking a shower quite an adventure. The kitchen is great if you want to prepare your own food. Location is another plus, close to Cais do Sodre train station + Pingo Doce Supermarket and local attractions. Day trips to Sintra and Cascais are a must.

Klasse Appartment in zentraler Lage. Die Strasse bzw. gegenüberliegenden Häuser sind recht verfallen und man denkt zuerst oh Gott wo bin hier....Allerdings ist das in Lissabon völlig normal. Dort sind viele Gebäude baufällig.Das Appartment selber ist klasse, wir hatten eins im 1 Stock mit grosser Terasse. Die Ausstattung ist gut,ok das Sofa könnte mal getausch werden...Leider gibts kein Deutsches Fernsehen..Ansonsten wirklich toll.Man ist schnell zu Fuss in der Altstadt. Direkt am Appartment gibt es einen Kiosk/Supermarkt, Bäckerei zum Frühstück und Dönerladen direkt daneben.W-LAN Code und Schlüsselcode kommen per Email.Alles in allem hat es uns gut gefallen und wir würden es wieder buchen.

Der Aufenthalt in Lissabon war toll. Die Wohnung hat schon gepasst, wir haben da ja eh nur geschlafen. Das Bad war ausreichend sauber. Die Handtücher leider schon ziemlich benutzt, waren bestimmt gewaschen, aber dennoch fleckig. Das restliche Mobiliar war alt und sehr gebraucht, die Schränke sahen aus als wären sie nie geputzt worden. Boden und Oberflächen waren nur grob sauber zu Beginn. Blöd war auch, dass wir keinen Besen oder Sauger hatten, sondern nur nen alten, dreckigen Wischmob. Hätte schon gerne mal zwischendurch den Sand aus dem Zimmer gekehrt. Die couch hatte so viele Flecken, sodass wir sie nie benutzen wollten. Da wir uns die Miete durch vier geteilt haben, hat das Preisleistungsverhältnis schon gepasst. Die Lage ist schon zentrumsnah (ca. 30 Gehminuten) bzw. nahe an schönen Vierteln. Verkehrsanbindung ist gut. Klopapier, Spültabs und Seife waren noch Reste am Anreisetag da. Ich denke von den Vormietern. Ansonsten völlige Selbstverpflegung notwendig. Email mit Code kam leider nicht, aber über hotels.com würde das Problem noch vor Abreise geklärt. Es ist der gleiche Code für unten und oben. Die kleinen Safes im Hausgang einfach ignorieren. Es wird keine Kaution verlangt. Einchecken heißt Tür öffnen, Auschecken Türe zuziehen. Der Blick von den Zimmern auf Seite des Tejo waren einmalig schön. Wir waren auf der Straßenseite. Blick solala und leider wirklich sehr laut, auch nachts. Fenster dichten schon gut ab. Klimaanlage vorhanden.

Die Lage war gut, der automatische checkin hat gut funktioniert, der ausblick vom balkon ordentlich. Das Appartment war allerdings das geld nicht wert. Sehr abgewohnt, die couch durchgesessen. Die küche dreckig und muffig. In den schränken fanden sich noch alte brötchen, teller waren schmutzig. Zwei badezimmer hiessen in dem Fall Klo und Dusche separat. Für sieben Personen nicht das was zu erwarten war. Preis/Leistung nicht gut!

Wir hatten eine Wohnung im vierten Stock mit sehr schoenem Blick auf den Tejo. Die Wohnung ist grosszuegig geschnitten und bietet ausreichend Platz. Insgesamt ist der Zustand der Wohnung nicht mehr ok. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer war vollkommen versifft, die Waschmaschine kaputt, die Tueren in der Kueche hingen schlaff herab, der Korkenzieher war kaputt, auf dem Balkon stand nur noch ein Stuhl, etc. etc.. Die Wohnung benoetigt also dringend mal einen Handwerker, der nach dem Rechten sieht. Positiv hingegen ist, dass es eine (funktionierende!) Klimaanlage gibt und dass man mit dem Aufzug bis vor die Wohnung fahren kann.

Agencement et entretien salle de bain médiocre. Vue non sur le Tage mais sur des bâtiments désafectés. Très peu de vaisselle.Avons été déçus

The stay at the apartments was a good base to explore Lisbon & all surrounding areas. The proximity to Cais de Sodre station was convenient to explore Cascais, and also easy access to Sintra (short bus ride to Rossio station). It was also walking distance to the main strip of bars & main attractions in the city centre which was convenient and handy. Area immediately surrounding the apartments wasn't the prettiest, but thoroughly enjoyed the stay in Lisbon.

Lyhört, men vi var bara där för att sova. Nära till stationen där pendeltågen gick till stränderna . Bra affär 10 min bort(mot stationen) inte mycket turister( kändes genuint) Nära till bergbanan o buss o spårvagn ( 25) utanför dörren.mycket mysiga ställen att äta på på kvällarna. The apartment was huge with very comfortable beds. The kitchen equipments are amazing, we even cooked our own meals there. The design of the apartment was nice and very well-lit. Its walkable to the station and to the city centre. The "manual" that they sent me was very comprehensive, including details of nearby supermarkets, food places, baggage storage areas and all, very well-thought of. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and accommodating as well! Strongly recommend this apartment if you're traveling in groups!

Das Haus kann nie halten, was die Internetbilder versprechen und hat mindestens einen Stern zu viel. Das einzige, was gut ist, das war die Sauberkeit. Das sollte man aber auch erwarten dürfen.Die versprochene Badewanne war eine Dusche, der Balkon so klein, dass man gerade zu Zweit draussen stehen kann und die Küchenausrüstung ist mehr als bescheiden. Das Quartier zeigt nur Armut, aus den Nachbarhäusern wächst das Gras. Einige sind schon lange nicht mehr bewohnbar. Nachts würde ich mich in diesem Quartier nicht alleine auf die Strasse getrauen.Wir haben keine Nacht dort verbracht und sind gleich in ein anderes Hotel umgezogen.

Trevligt hotell,inte för stort. Mycket bra läge. Proffsig personal, bra bemötande. Minus för frukosten. Den ingick visserligen men osten, bacon samt äggröran var inte i aptitligt skick. Vi var inte många på hotellet men frukosten kunde ha varit fräschare, ägg och baconinte tillagat samma dag och ostenhade nog varit uppskuren i ett antal dagar med plast på. Fixar ni till frukosten så blir det ännu bättre betyg nästa gång.

Vi upplevde lägenheten mycket finare än på bilderna! Hade turen att få en med balkong med utsikt över floden Teijo, hade lugna långa frukostar.OBS! Hotellet är obemannat, så det är självincheckning som gäller. Viktigt att hotellet mejlar entrekod + nyckelkod! Vi fick fin hjälp av Expedia som kontaktade dem och efter några minuter så hade vi erhållit koderna. Det finns inget hotellnamn på byggnaden, utan man får leta upp gatunumret. Det enda negativa är att det är lyhört, man hör stegen från våningen ovanpå, men det löste vi med öronproppar och sov gott! Spårvagn och buss precis utanför hotellet, det är fyra hållplatser till city.

Es handelt sich in der Tat aüßerlich um ein normales Wohnhaus, nach einem Schild wird man vergeblich suchen, man braucht schon die Adresse.Aus anderen Bewertungen hatte ich die Informationen über die Schlüsselbeschaffung herausgelesen, diese hatte mir Hotels.com, auch auf Nachfrage, nicht geben können.Es läuft so:1) Normal buchen.2) Nach Erhalt der Buchungsbestätigung email an das Hotel, in Englisch, mit der bitte um die Zugangsdaten.3) Man erhält einen 4-stelligen Code für die Tür, und einen Code für ein kleines Schließfach im Treppenhaus in dem sich die Schlüsselkarte befindet.4) Der Schlüssel funktioniert erst ab 14Uhr, auch wenn er schon drinliegt und das Zimmer offensichtlich schon fertig ist.Es bibt keine Rezeption!Es gibt nur eine Telefonnummer, diese allerdings war erreichbar und man konnte sich auf Englisch leidlich verständigen.Das Apartment war o.k., die Bilder geben einen guten Eindruck, die Lage fanden wir insbesonders wegen der unmittelbaren Nähe zu mehreren Strassenbahnlinien prima.Mit dem Auto ist die Parkplatzsituation allerdings etwas schwierig, man findet zwar durchaus in den umliegenden Sträßchen freie Parkplätze, hier gilt aber Anwohnerparken, als Nicht-Anwohner muss man sich einen Parkschein ziehen, max. Parkdauer dann 4 Std.Insgesamt empfehlenswert, insbes. für uns als Familie mit drei Kindern, wer selbst schon mal als5er-Gruppe verreisen wollte kennt die Probleme.Das Strassenbahnfahren in den alten, offenen Bahnen fnden die Kinder toll! Hätten wir den ganzen Tag machen können.

Geschmackvoll eingerichtete, gut ausgestattete Apartments, sehr zentral gelegen.Es funktioniert ohne Rezeption, man braucht für Außentür und die Entnahme der Zimmerkarte die entsprechenden Code-nummern. Hatten wir nicht auf der Buchungsbestätigung. Mit Hilfe des freundlichen Personals aus dem benachbarten Café war das Problem zu lösen.

A convenient self-service check-in was the start to a great stay in a centrally-located apartment with tasteful furniture, convenient location with a bus/tram stop in front of the exit to the apartment building and views over the Tagus River. This place exceeded all expectations and is highly recommended for those discerning travellers who prefer a apartment rather than a characterless hotel room.

Sehr gut restauriertes Altstadt-Haus, aufgeteilt in Apartments. Ausstattung des Apartments top, nur die angegebenen Toilettenartikel erschöpften sich in einem Seifenspender. Sogar Waschmaschine vorhanden, außerdem Geschirrspüler, Bügelbrett, Heißwasserbereiter. Kleine Supermärkte zum Einkaufen in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft, ebenso Cafes für den echten portugisischen Italiener. Helle, schlichte, moderne Optik mit liebevollen Details. Sauberkeit des Zimmers mit kleiner Mängeln (eine halbleere Bierflasche blockierte die Auszugsmechanik der Couch, leere K.-Schachtel unter dem Bett). Insgesamt sollten die großen Möbel wohl deutlich öfter mal verrutscht werden vor dem Putzen. Süßer Innenhofteil zur alleinigen Benutzung durch uns mit Teakholzmöbeln. Lage im Stadtteil Lapa zentral genug und zudem preiswert. Taxifahren ist in Lissabon ein Schnäppchen (zum Hotel vom Flughafen um 11 Euro) und ein Vergnügen (rasante Fahrten durch enge bergige Gassen)! Eine echte Hotel-Alternative für alle, die nicht zu zweit reisen (wir: 2 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder) Kurzum: zu empfehlen!
