Esta unidade do Starbucks é muito agradável apesar de ser bastante movimentada. Um ponto bom do Chiado para uma pausa e acesso ao Wi-Fi.
Sempre que venho a Lisboa escolho este Starbucks para descansar e tomar um café ou um frapucino.

Typisch Starsbucks,jedoch recht gross,zentral gelegen und gemütlich eingerichtet! Hier gibt es auch die begehrten Starbucks Kaffetassen der Städtesammleredition! Also für mich ein Muss,hier eine Lissabon Trophäe als Erinnerung mit nach Deutschland zu ergattern! Ausserdem schmeckt der Eiskaffee hier einfach spitze!

Best Starbucks in Lisbon! Cosy ambient and amazing attendants. Congratulations for their team working. I always go there to get a nice hot coffee. Well, it always matches with some cheese cakes or muffins as well :P

Its my favorite place to sit whenever I have work or studying to do. But the bathrooms are not usually clean enough. And they have conditions problem! Its always turned in in winter and toooo cold in summer . But again one of the rare places in Lisbon that offers wifi+electricity plugins for laptops+ food or drinks all together!

Starbucks is delicious, convenient and is so creative. Each season, they change the themed Frappuccino. This café in Chiado, Lisboa is also close to many other shops (Fnac, Pull & Bear, Brandy Melville,etc), so it’s great!

Frappuccino al cioccolato bianco unico ed inimitabile, solo da Starbuks. Dentro al locale è possibile gustare la bevanda seduti su comodi divani immersi in un'atmosfera soft e rilassante. Provare per credere!

Extremely slow service. The lady in the counter spent 15 minutes to chit chat with her known customer despite a long long queue. Then I had to wait 20 minutes for the first cup, then 10 minutes for the second. I noticed the three baristas were gossiping. Is it the typical of Lisbon? I don’t know why we have to pay for wasting our time?

Un classico, Starbucks sempre molto accogliente e pieno di posti a sedere per riposarsi un attimo, i vari gusti dei caffè sono un classico e una vera e propria firma del locale, sono già iniziati i caffè natalizi, lo consiglio per prendersi una pausa con un buon caffè o cheesecake

유럽 다른 국가의 스타벅스보다 포르투갈의 스타벅스가 제일 저렴한것 같습니다.
스트로우는 음료를 받을때 서버가 챙겨줍니다.
포르투갈이어서 그런진 몰라도 에그타르트도 판매합니다.
매장 입구보다 안쪽에 자리가 더있습니다.

Têm os bolos, têm as bebidas, têm o look ..mas infelizmente continua a faltar algo que completa a chamada experiência Starbucks e que é a SIMPATIA. Não sei se são maus salários, excesso de trabalho ou a apenas enfado com clientes, mas a falta de simpatia impera nesta loja. Não são mal educados, mas não há sorrisos, não há sugestões de bebidas novas...até quando nos informam da troca de bebida por insatisfação, eles não conseguem parecer convincentes a faze-lo. E isto é um "mal" que também aflige a loja do Rossio. E isto acontece todas as vezes que lá vou...mesmo com a melhor das abordagens minhas, sorriso empatia, etc
Ora isto contrasta e muito com as múltiplas experiências que tive nas lojas de Belém, do Dolce Vita e do Alegro...onde os funcionários são muito mais simpáticos, interactivos e parecem que querem lá estar

Serviço de caixa registradora muito negativo, uma linha imaginária na mente daqueles que trabalham na casa, inacreditável, depois que eu esperei minha vez eles me apontaram, mas com 2 caixas abertas eu fui o segundo de 3 pessoas em uma fila, eles fizeram Avançar a pessoa atrás de mim, que me diz embaraçosamente "ela tem sido para mim por um longo tempo". Incrível. - EN. Cash register service very negative, an imaginary line in mind of those who work at the house, unbelievable, after I waited my turn they pointed me out, but with 2 boxes open I was the second of 3 people in a row, they did move forward the person behind me, who embarrassedly tells me "she's been to me for a long time". Incredible.

Relativ großer, nicht ganz so gemütlicher Starbucks in Lissabon.
Bei unserem Aufenthalt war alles sauber (auch die Toiletten) und die Getränke waren gut und vor allem günstiger als in Deutschland.
Im Einkaufszentrum im ersten Stock gelegen, war es dort eine angenehme Auszeit vom Trubel über Ostern im den Straßen Lissabons.

Ein relativ großer eher ungemütlicher Starbucks. Das Personal wirkte sehr gestresst und hatte auch nicht die beste Laune.
Für die Arbeit mit dem Laptop gibt es vereinzelt Steckdosen. Leider kein USB.

Situada dentro do Shopping Armazéns do Chiado. Dispõe de um amplo espaço interno com diversas mesas para maior conforto dos clientes. O atendimento dos funcionários é sempre cordial. Os produtos são de qualidade e os preços são condizentes com o nível das mercadorias e contribui para a boa frequência ao local.

The coffee was really good but costumer's services doesn't deserve not even 2 stars. I had to wait in queue at the till more than 10 minutes with 3 costumes before me. After my order I've waited for more than 15 minute for an flat white and a small moca.

I'm not a fan of the Starbucks franchise, but this one is a really relaxing and spacious place. Have been there for a coffee and cake to write couple of postcards. The people are chatting or learning/working with laptops. No problem if you buy something, in my opinion. Some people were even sleeping (?) but ok. As long as there is enough space.

Definitely the best Starbucks store that I've ever been to. There are tons of tables and space which prevent it from feeling overcrowded. They were also playing very mellow music and the staff were awesome. Oh and the coffee was great too!

This is the nicest Starbucks I have been to in a long time! It is spacious and has a peaceful atmosphere. I walked in and kept turning a corner to find more tables and chairs, and a nice mixture of sofa-chairs and table/chair sets to accommodate those who want to relax/visit as those who come to study/work. They are nicely spread out to give a feeling of privacy. It is also conveniently located in a shopping center. The staff were very kind and helpful even though I did not speak Portuguese, and I appreciated that as well. I am quite pleased with this location and hope we can have a Starbucks more like this one where I live [which happens to be the home of Starbucks headquarters]!
