Nuestra experiencia fue positiva: buen y agil servicio (a pesar de que estuvimos apartados de la terraza, en el interior, lo que pedimos al hacer un poco de fresco). Cenamos pollo asado (estaba bien cocinado y ración abundante, pasta - normalita y escasa) y precio razonable a pesar del lugar tan turístico. Aceptable.

We ordered the grilled octopus and the spare ribs. The octopus was good, but the ribs were inedible. The ribs were hard to chew on and had no taste. The service was mideocre. The staff doesn't speak good English and doesn't seem to care.

Comida regular, tirando a pobre. Servicio pésimo. 30 minutos para servir unas chuletillas de cordero frías y como la suela de un zapato. Habíamos terminado todos de comer y faltaba un plato. Cada vez que pasaban los camareros nos decían que ya llegaba el plato que faltaba. Al final, nos fuimos sin que lo hubieran servido. Y otra medio hora para recibir la cuenta.

Attrape touriste. Qualité médiocre pour des tarifs beaucoup trop élevés. A éviter.

Comida saborosa (Porco alentejano poderia ser menos oleoso, e o tiramisú não é tiramisú) e atendimento EXCELENTE!

Ok ce n'est pas la cuisine du siècle mais les brochettes étaient bonnes. Très grande terrasse et personnel sympathique.

The food is meh at best, service is very slow and with poor English but it's right outside the train station and in immediate proximity to the beach so they lure you in.

Not recommended. The vegetable soup was ok, but the calamari with fries is not the best choice. The waiters can't smile and they are not too kind. I didn't get my change back...or I don't know, maybe their English is not the best...

Poor service. My daughter ordered only french fries, after querying 5-6 times it finally arrived but that was after the rest of us had finished our meals and asked for the bill already. Waiters seemed confused and was arguing with us when asked about the missing french fries. We asked 3 different people for the bill several times and it came 30 min later. Food was below average and overpriced.

Très déçus. Ressemble de très loin à la cuisine traditionnelle. Du frais sorti du congélateur.

Boa cozinha com preço razoável para um local turístico e sazonal. O garçon português era um senhor correto e experiente mas, apesar disso, "resolveu" servir, numa mesa externa, em pleno dia de sol de verão, uma Coca Cola à temperatura ambiente para ser servida no copo cheio de gelo que pedi. Em poucos segundos, a Coca quente derreteu o gelo e tudo virou um grande copo de chá, sem nenhum gás e com um leve gosto de Coca Cola "velha". Por essas e muitas outras experiências desagradaveis, me pergunto quando os profissionais portugueses, envolvidos com turismo, vão se conscientizar de que é fundamental, sempre oferecer, uma simples, boa e confortável experiência para o cliente? O mundo tem muitas opções e o cliente tem, hoje em dia, um mundo de opções para fazer turismo. Literalmente!

Excelente restaurante com pratos portugueses. Pela ementa, pude apetecer deliciosos pratos e optei pelas sardinhas assadas que estavam saborosas. As sardinhas assadas são servidas inteiras acompanhadas por batatas e salada mista. Fiquei indeciso pelo bacalhau com natas mas fica para a próxima visita.

Personnellement j'ai adoré la morue sèche à la portuguaise. Extra et en plus comme ils ont vu que j'hésitais à cause de ma hantise des arêtes, ils se sont occupés de me servir un morceau où je n'en ai pas eu une seule. Mon conjoint a pris une spécialité de porc cuit à la broche mais attention plat très épicé avec beaucoup d'os, donc il a passé son temps à tout décortiquer ! Les plats sont bons et avec un bon rapport qualité prix mais les boissons tels que cocktails sont bons mais assez chers ( 7€ pour un mojito).

Grilled octupus it's great. I also tried some soups, they are delicious. Friendly stuff, english speakers, good service, terrace and indoor restaurant. It's a good place to eat downtown Cascais.

It looks like a tourist trap because waiters pull you in from the street ( which makes me always suspicious but I gave it a try) but the prices are completely normal, service is good and the food is excellent. The grilled Octopus is amazing

Das Restaurant liegt direkt in der Altstadt hinter dem Platz des 5. Oktober und besteht vor allem aus einem großen, überdachten Außenbereich für laue Sommerabende. Straßenmusiker singen mitunter, leider nichts portugiesisches, sondern vor allem englisches, abgedroschenes Standardrepertoire à la "Yesterday". Die Stühle sind leidlich bequem und strahlen "Camping-Flair" aus. Am Eingang steht eine Plexiglas-Box mit frischem Fisch, aus dem während unseres Besuchs auch tatsächlich etwas entnommen würde. Man ist ganz auf vorbeischlendernde Touristen ausgerichtet, die auch aktiv angesprochen werden. Die Speisenauswahl bietet für jeden etwas (vor allem jedoch Fisch), selbst einige Salate sind dabei. Unser Essen überzeugte leider nicht: Die Tomaten im Salat waren komplett grün und hart, der Fisch datschig, das Knoblauchbaguette triefte. Unser Service verhielt sich freundlich und sprach Englisch. Für Kinder bis 9 Jahre gibts eine kleine Kinderkarte. Preislich akzeptabel zahlt man gut 10€ für ein Hauptgericht. Parken: Am einfachsten im Parkhaus direkt unter der Altstadt.
