Ótimo restaurante, atendimento nota dez e bom da casa...

Reserva? Feita num "site" de restaurantes e confirmada para o telefone do restaurante. Quando chegámos, ninguém sabia de nada! Reserva pela internet? Não sabem o que é... Telefonema? Não sabem quem atendeu e não têm reserva nenhuma... Serviço péssimo e desatento. Muito demorado nas mais simples coisas: para ter um cesto de pão, apesar de pedido 3 vezes... foi preciso ir buscá-lo! Perante a inoperância do funcionário que nos servia, pedimos a uma "menina" que servia a mesa ao lado; resposta seca "essas mesas não são minhas"; só passou a ser uma para ir sacar 10 € de gorja que uns estrangeiros deixaram... Péssima relação qualidade preço: o que é servido de modo algum justifica o custo (nem pelo lugar!) Até pagar foi difícil e demorado: não sabiam onde estava o terminal multibanco... Enfim, a bem do turismo e da restauração, quando mudam de gerência?

Serviço muito lento !!! Foi pela segunda vez e última a não repetir, por o que cobram devia ser bem melhor.

We are in Lisbon celebrating our 10 yr wedding anniversary and this was our last dinner before heading of to Ireland. The was one of the best meals we had on our 5 day trip AMAZING Sea Bass n Mozambique shrimp dishes. And that’s comparing it to 4/5 star restaurants in Chiado n Belém. The staff and service was on point would recommended anyone in the area to stop by this place.

We visited Fora de Pe in September, 2018 and it was by far one of the best meals we had on this trip to Lisbon and the beaches. The staff were extremely friendly and service was good. My started with the "fish & shellfish soup." It wasn't great, but it wasn't bad. It was just bland. For entrees, my wife had seafood linguini in a saffron sauce. I had the steak in a peppercorn sauce. Both of our entrees were delightful. There were so many things on the menu that we wanted and the view of the seafood cabinet inside made choices even more difficult. We had a wonderful bottle of Quinta da Almea Vinho Verde. Highly recommended - and go twice on your vacation/visit.

The tempura looked tired and unappetizing. The batter was too soft and moist. I prefer them crisp and dry. The seafood soup was nice and flavorful. I wasn’t offered bread, butter, and water. The other tables had these.

Un pueblo encantador. Tiene un montón de funciones pasa visitar o robarte algo. También tiene la fortaleza por si la quieres visitar la cual está dedicada al arte. Playas para darse un buen chapuzón y sobre todo muchos restaurantes bastante buenos donde poder disfrutar de las delicatessen de la zona. Recomendable cien por cien. No te lo pierdas

Very typical as in... Touristical! But indeed a good choice nonetheless! Very nice (and joker) staff and a good selection of wines to help all the (almost) gourmet meals to go down with even more ease! Go for it. Two people, two dishes of fish, one bottle of wine, some openings/toasts, one dessert and one tea and one coffee, we got to €65.

Son lo mejor de todo Cascais. Lo que uno espera de un restaurante de este tipo. - Trato afable, divertido y respetuoso - Servicio rápido, un camarero por 3-4 mesas máximo - Pescado y Marisco fresco, el pescado del día fuera de carta lo presentan en la mesa, un detalle de buen gusto. - Punto de cocción del marisco y preparación de pescado perfecto. - Presentación elegante pero sobre todo práctica. Lo ponen facil - Precio muy razonable. Pagas contento porque es calidad y buena preparación a un precio muy razonable. Pongo fotos de cena con mariscada grande para dos (las hay casi a mitad de precio, pero nos gustó esta opción que incluía 500 gramos de bogavante). Obviamente, no pudimos acabarla porque además el exquisito pulpo que pidió el peque era casi para dos personas. Por cierto, si quereis llevar lo que sobre -muy recomendable- lo preparan con mucho esmero.

One of my top 5 worst restaurants experiences! And here is why: - First of all, it took at least 20 minutes for us (two persons) to get our drinks. My friend ordered a glass of red wine but got a glass of white EVEN THOUGH there were only to other tables that were taken. - We both ordered a saffron, shrimp pasta that was extremly overcooked, served with potatoes in it and we only got 2 shrimps each and the dish cost 16 euro/person. Further on, the dish did not have any taste at all. Saffronpasta? More like tasteless pasta. - When I asked if we could pay, one of the waiters said "no problem". After 10 minutes I asked the other waitor and he did not know we wanted to pay. The waitor I asked the first obviously did'nt care about that we wanted to pay and hadn't communicated that to his colleague. I mean, how hard can it be? Two waitors for three tables, it should not be that complicated. I have worked for a couple years at several restaurants, and I know that it is not that hard to serve a good meal with the service the guests deserves! I mean, the guest pays the salary. Very unprofessional....

We ordered pasta with shrimps, saffroan and linguine. It costed 16 euro for the dish, the pasta was cooked too long, only two shrimps was found and it did not taste anything, and it was potatoe in the pasta. Our drinks was served twenty minutes after we ordered, there were only two other tables with guests. I ordered a glass of red wine but got white. Don't go there, Mc Donalds is much better!!!

Atendimento incompatível com a qualidade da comida. Garçom não quis avisar a cozinha sobre a alergia a camarão da minha esposa com medo da cozinha alegar desconhecimento do cardápio. Claramente se nota completo desconhecimento dos riscos da contaminação cruzada.

Péssima experiência. Não recomendo para ninguém que tenha alergias alimentarias. Ainda que eu tenha avisado minha alergia a gambas (camarão) o garçom não quis avisar a cozinha e desconhecia o risco da contaminação cruzada. O garçom preferiu por em risco minha vida do que avisar ao chefe algo extremamente relevante dizendo que a cozinha alegaria que ele desconhecia o cardápio, demonstrando irresponsabilidade.

It was a very lovely place to spend the holiday afternoon withe your loved ones. The owner (probably) was very friendly and wish I'll have another opportunity to taste grilled octopus here!

Quite a nice place, especially for seafood. Good food, friendly staff, nice decoration. Off the beaten track but certainly worth a visit. Better than most other restaurants in the area.

This is a long one, strap in! Drawn in by the positive reviews and attractive outdoor seating, myself and my partner (early 20s) were greeted and seated by a friendly waiter by the menu at the front. Unfortunately, this was the highlight of our visit. We gave a different waiter our drinks order, which was brought out in a timely manner, while we decided on our food. Shortly after this 5-6, 40-60 year olds were seated nearby. These people were instantly deemed far more worthy of the waiting staff, as their drink and food orders were immediately taken, while we had been left waiting for over 20 minutes since getting our, now empty, drinks. 5-10 minutes later the "large table" had their food brought out to them by 3 separate waiters, 2 of which appeared to be there to spectate the 3rd (1 of them applauded the de-boning of a fish!). Once the "large table" overlords were appeased our food orders were finally taken (at least 30 minutes after we were seated). We ordered some bread and olives, as we hoped that we would get these quickly and at least have something to eat as we were rather hungry at this point. We also both ordered our mains. We never saw any bread or olives and doubt our order made it to the kitchen. We waited another 20 minutes or so, all while the "large table" had their mini-envoy of waiting staff respond to their every whim. We noticed we were now the only table out of the 5 or so others that had no food whatsoever, including another table of 2 that has been sat after us (noting that the next youngest people around probably watched the moon landing on TV). I'd like to say that maybe our order was lost or forgotten, but I made numerous attempts to get the attention of anyone, all of these attempts were pretty obviously ignored or brushed off! This was the last straw. We left money on the table for our drinks and left for the Burger King down the road as it was now too late (after 9.30pm), to order at another restaurant (for anyone wondering the Burger King staff were super friendly and our burgers were solid!). In all seriousness, we were genuinely excited to eat at this restaurant on the last night of our great stay in Cascais. The staff were friendly to everyone but us and we were disappointed that we couldn't try any of the food that came out, as it looked lovely. But, if you're a younger couple I would avoid as we didn't have a good time.

Waiter brought wrong items (more than 1 item) and insisted it was our mistake. Then the bill came and they charged us fir 2 portions entree instead of one.

Great fish restaurant in the centre of Cascais. All the food was fresh and delicious. Service was friendly and professional. We had the fish soup, grilled sardines, Octopus and local prawns. For dessert we had the lime cheesecake and berries in bubbles.

Food was delicious. The ceviche & vegetable curry were delicious. A lot of the other plates that others had ordered look delicious too. Don’t think you can go wrong. The service was great as well. Fish selection looked fresh & was fairly large. Would definitely come back.

Como ex colaborador, digo que tem o melhor peixe e marisco da zona, polvos e peixes chegam ainda vivos, lagostins a correr... e a equipa da sala super solicita e da cozinha grandes artistas. Recomendo sem sombra de duvidas.

100% recommended you must try polvo and dorado fish. Nice service within a good price comparing with others in the area. I had lunch there.

Confortable, productos del mar de calidad a precios razonables; no olvidarse de probar los postres. Repetimos lo más seguro está semana.

Cenamos la semana pasada en este restaurante. El interiorismo te invita a entrar y la carta presentada en su terraza te indica que los platos no son baratos, motivo por el cual las expectativas puestas en el producto, su preparación y el servicio eran altas. Excepto un bonito local con música agradable y camareros bien uniformados, no encontramos nada más. Pedimos cuatro platos: carpaccio de atún (insulso), ceviche de pescado (tenía tanto exceso de lima que no sabía a nada), gambas de Cascais (hervidas con una cucharada de mayonesa por encima y nada más) y unos berberechos al vapor cocinados con lima (estaban super amargos y llenos de arena, por lo que tuvimos que dejarnos unos cuantos que no se podían comer. Justamente, cuando estábamos comiendo éste plato, el encargado nos preguntó qué tal estaba todo y le comentamos que los berberechos tenían mucha arena, pero se dedicó a ponernos mala cara y desaparecer durante el resto de la cena). Las cantidades irrisorias, si al menos hubiesen estado bien cocinadas... Todo esto más un margarita y dos cañas por el modico precio de 67€. Vivimos en una zona de marisco y pescado excelente y sabemos cuando un producto de este tipo es de calidad y está cocinado como toca y desde luego, Fora De Pe no está a la altura, ni se acerca.

Great restaurant! The seafood platter is huge and delicious, freshest seafood and fish I have ever had. Beautifully prepared and served by a staff that was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. I just wished I lived in Cascais to enjoy it on a regular basis. Can't wait to go back.
