This salon is amazing,..the vibe/friendliness/stylists who ACTUALLY RAKE THEIR TIME TO listen and understand what you want/what will look best....I am a (slightly stressed out) Mom, and I've even brought my baby, they are always accommodating. ... I go to Cindy, and she is truly skilled at baby lights/ and I got an amazing haircut! Nothing but great things to say about this salon!

I had a very relaxing experience! The salon is great and the staff is very friendly. I did a facial cleaning and massage with Fatima, who is an extraordinary professional, and I absolutely loved it! I feel totally renewed :) I highly recommend this place!!

I couldn't have picked a better place to get my hair done!! :) Not only is the staff extremely nice, but they also know exactly what they are doing and will honestly recommend what's best for each customer! I highly recommend Hair Lobby!

Unfortunately was picked up by an unprofessional hairstylist. For the preexisting Royal Clients can be the best hairdresser but for new clients , well I didn't feel receiving service at all...
Oh. first time such an uneasy experience in hairdresser. yes in hairdresser... Anyway literally unprofessional and somehow feeling hard done by..

The American/Portuguese lady was just awful. I was afraid to tell her that I didn’t like my hair, she was so mean to her colleagues also. But the rest of the staff were so lovely and helpful. I found it very overpriced for streaks of bleach

Fui lá há algum tempo,péssimo!! A pessoea que me atendia não consegui finalizar o corte, entrou em pânico porque não sabe tratar o cabelo curto e pediu para a colega de acabar o meu corte. Uma vergonha.

Best salon! I’ve been coming here for 3 years. They speak English so good for tourists. Extremely reasonably priced and they have olaplex which is a must for blondes. I’d give ten stars if I could. Everyone is so friendly. Luka & Candy are amazing at hair. I absolutely this place! Would recommend to anyone. They do men’s and kids hair too.

Barbara is the best hairdresser in whole lisbao trust me! I’m someone who spent 9 months trying to locate someone i can trust with my hair and tried so many popular barber shops but hair lobby and barbara are saviors.
I always book my appointment same day i fix my hair as barbara has a busy schedule.
Highly recommended for those who seek great treatments, hair colors and care.

We come this salon several times,but this time really the worst experience to do the hair treatments. We trust their professional and responsible but I don’t know why the service is so bad this time.It must be the last time we come to this store !In my opinion,a professional salon should be let their clients feel more and more comfortable,not let them wouldn’t want to come anymore.You should improve more!
