Acolhedor mas quartos muito pequenos, muito mau para estacionar perto.

Very new apartment, with clean amenities and utensils. Everything was provided to use small kitchen utilities. Had problem with the tv reception and a leaking shower. Not fixed during our three day stay. They forgot to replenish our towels but were kind enough to give us breakfast vouchers for local cafe which was great. Would suggest a small table and chairs as there is no where to sit in the room except on the bed. It is probably too small. Very close to station for 30 minute trip into Lisbon. Local area was close to beach and shopping.

Não consegui nem ter uma experiência. O local estava fechado, não havia ninguém para atender e nem o telefone atenderam. Tivemos de procurar outra hospedagem. Não informam que não tem portaria 24 horas e que existe horário para check-in.

simplesmente chegamos lá por volta de 23 horas e não havia ninguém no hotel.....não conseguimos entrar sequer...nem vale a pena avaliar

Very clean and comfortable studio with great bathroom. Will stay again and worth recommending. Good value for money.

The room was tastefully decorated, very comfortable bed, very clean and fresh. Good facilities in studio - kettle, toaster, microwave, smoothie maker, fridge and hob. Shower was very good, bright clean tiles. Towels were changed daily and bedding was changed mid week. Air conditioning worked well. We were in Ingrid Bergman room - loved the movie star theme. Situated close to train station (so you did hear the trains but it didn’t bother us) if you don’t have a car. Also close to cafes, restaurants, supermarket and shops. Were given vouchers for free breakfast for the 1st 2 days which was a nice surprise - we ended up going there every morning. Close to a super beach - Carcavelos - walked there first day then took the car - free parking across the road from beach. Very pleased with everything overall.

chic flats and suites was the perfect place for us! It’s a beautifully decorated place and had everything we needed for our stay. We were in one of the suites so had a small kitchen which was very well equipped and the fridge was really useful to have as well! It is a little outside of the city centre but suited us as we had a car and intended to visit many places around Lisbon. There is no official parking but we managed to street park for free every night there is also a paid car park very close by. The train station was really helpful as well when we ventured into the city centre and didn’t want to take the car. The staff were really helpful and although it said our room would only be cleaned once per stay it was actually cleaned everyday apart from one which was a nice surprise.

Nuestra estancia fue de 3 noches en un estudio con cama doble. Son alojamientos de habitaciones en un piso superior que no cuentan con recepción sino que a través del contacto telefónico te recibe Carla o Ricardo para la entrega de llaves y liquidar el recibo de la estancia. Yo y mi marido nos sorprendimos cuando vimos que el acceso era a través de una floristeria instalada en el portal del hueco de la escalera que te llevaba a las habitaciones. Pero cuando Carla nos abrió nuestro estudio inspirado en Brigitte Margot, con un olor tan agradable de ambientador, me quedé sorprendidisima con la decoración de la habitación, suelo de parquet, una cocinita muy apañada que no le faltaba ningún utensilio, un pequeño escritorio que nos servía para desayunar, una cama muy cómoda y superamplia con ropa de cama blanca que olía a suavizante y un aseo moderno chulisimo con plato de doble ducha, una grande que colgaba del techo y te echaba el agua en lluvia y la tradicional de mano. Un lavabo pequeñito pero con mueblecito abajo para guardar los bolsos de aseo. La insonorización de la habitación era buena porque las ventanas estaban preparadas con el espesor máximo de aislante y puente térmico. Es por ello que aún pasando el tren a 50 m., no se escuchaba nada. La limpieza era inmejorable porque se respiraba todo a limplio. Las toallas eran cambiadas a diario. En fin que yo no puedo contar mejor de mi estancia aqui. Precisamente fue lo que buscaba. Bien ubicado, a 10 minutos de Estoril y media hora de Lisboa o de Sintra. Con la playa a 5 minutos andando, la estación de tren alli mismo para moverte donde quisieras y el restaurante de Eduardo das Conquilhas, que es de los mismos dueños, y se comia de fábula con cocina casera típica y mariscos a discrepción, todo a buen precio ... ¿Qué más puedes pedir? ¡Ah! destacar también la amabilidad con que siempre nos atendia Ricardo en el Restaurante, informándonos de todo lo necesario para movernos por alli y organizar un buen planing de viaje para ver lo más destacado de la zona. Quizás la única pega era la del aparcamiento que era casi todo zona azul, quitando unos 10 o 12 que habia hacia la izquierda y eran libres, con la suerte de pillar alguno, claro. A unas últimas habia enfrente un parking de pago a 10 €/24 horas. Por lo demás, todo positivo. Si vas en pareja en plan tranquilo y a un precio asequible, ésta es una buena opción de hospedaje. Ya he dicho bastante. No me queda más que recomendarlo. CHIC FLATS AND SUITES es la mejor elección si buscas tener un alojamiento decente, limpio y acogedor y que con la cocinita te puedes resolver los desayunos y alguna que otra cena, con un precio bastante asequible y que ta da la opción a conocer una bonita zona de Portugal.

Located in the middle of the town. At your door step you will find restaurants, banks, supermarkets etc. The beach is a 10 minute walk. Do give the accommodation incharge a call when you reach the location. Since it is not well signposted you might be a little lost/confused. Someone will meet you at the entrance to guide you to the room. Access is through a flower shop. The lobby entrance always smelt lovely. Suite is on the first floor. It was nice, cosy and clean. Very comfortable beds. Windows are double glazed and seals off any noise from the outside; even noise of the trains. Quipped with kitchen appliances like cooker and refrigerator. There’s no dishwasher or washing machine but, there’s a self service laundry in the vicinity. Room cleaning is available during the stay. Parking is on the roads and is paid. If you drive around the block you will find free parking. Be sure to look for the parking information on the streets. The ticket man is always on his rounds.

Péssimo. Muito mau o comportamento. Primeiro surgiu o abuso em terem efectuado pagamento por cartão de crédito quando foi comunicado que seria pago no local a dinheiro. Um verdadeiro abuso. Depois o quarto em que ficamos fica em "cima" de um caminho de ferro de comboios. Depois a cama de casal foi o combinado de dois colchões encostados. Não recomendo.

Um local estranho.. limpo, arrumado, atendimento pouco convencional, informalidade a mais.

Все время пребывания в данном отеле, начиная с трансфера из аэропорта и заканчивая им же, было прекрасно! Отличная, доброжелательная команда! Все старались нас понять на нашем ломаном английском) Начну с того, что причиной нашего отдыха в Пареде стал наш медовый месяц. По этому поводу администрация отеля сделала нам бесплатный апгрейд до номера студии, подарили бутылку игристого и конфет (оооочень приятно!). На любые вопросы нам отвечали искренне, пытались максимально понятно объяснить всё и вся) Номер чистый, все необходимое есть, даже больше! Местоположение отличное - 10 минут до пляжа, столько же до супермаркета, станция электричек в 2 минутах ходьбы. В общем, все было очень хорошо и гостеприимно! Огромное спасибо!!!

Excelente decoração, camas confortáveis, piscina no topo muito agradável. Ao lado fica a melhor marisqueira do mundo " Eduardo das conquilhas " . Recomendo !!!

Like many have commented before, this is a nice, clean place, at a convenient spot and with friendly staff. What I can add though, is that the staff is beyond helpful. I made an error when booking, and first paid for one night less. This error was corrected, and the needed adjustments made even before I realized my mistake. Only at check-out they told me that I messed up, but they had taken care of it. I am so grateful for this smooth reactions. Would certainly come back if I have the occasion.

It was a very cute space and theme. The location is amazing with easy access to the beach, stores and transportation. My only “ok” is that there is no elevator so big/heavy luggage will be hard to get up the 2 flights and no where in the room to sit besides the bed. All in all, I thought it was a great place for what I needed for two days.

I got peace, quiet and a relaxed respite from a busy world. The room was modest and almost utilitarian but tastefully furnished. The themed rooms were a nice touch I loooove the overhead shower head in the bathroom. The flats was secure with access control pads and kevs The staff were very accomodating (see what i did there) and friendly too. I wish i knew there were self-catering rooms available.
