My parents stayed in the Sea'Ya Family house while visiting me in Portugal. They absolutely loved the house and hospitality and will definitely stay there again next time. The houses have been recently beautifully renovated and the interior design is of great taste - modern but cozy at the same time. This is a great place for anyone who loves cooking themselves, the kitchen is really well kitted out. Antonio and Maria were great hosts, always making sure my parents had everything they needed (they even baked a cake for them to congratulate them for becoming grandparents). The location is ideal for anyone who would like to spend lots of time in nature. The beach is only a 20 minute walk away and Antonio and Maria will be very happy to assist you with organising outdoor activities such as surfing, climbing, cliff walks. We can really recommend staying at the Sea'Ya family house for anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay close to Guincho beach.

Excelente espaço, mto funcional, limpo e arrumado. Cozinha equipada, os bebés têm tudo para ser sentirem bem atendidos. António e Maria são extremamente atentos, fáceis de comunicar e deram as melhores dicas do que fazer... Como ir... Onde comer... Que cuidados ter! Mercearia e restaurante estão à porta. SUPER!

Beautiful house with the most welcoming hosts you could think of. Since we were traveling with our 1.5 years old son, Maria and Antonio took care of everything - from the baby bed, cutleries, dishes to age-appropriate toys, simply amazing!The house itself is furnished in a very comforting and beautiful style, the spacious terrace wonderful to sit. Renting a car or e-bike (Maria and Antonio will arrange everything) is highly recommended to get around, since the beach and Cascais center are not in walking distance. Nonetheless, a nice Portuguese restaurant and a small shop are just around the corner, delicious fresh bread will be delivered every morning.Pure recommendation!

Lovely condo-style units In a quiet neighborhood near a famous surfing beach (15m drive), many restaurants within a short drive, small store 100m away on Charneca and one bar/restaurant within walking distance (we didn’t try it). The units are bright and new and spacious, designed and furnished in a cheerful style, very comfortable.

6 stars if I could! An amazing, newly totally renevated townhome that has amazing details. The only thing better than the home were the hospitality and thoughtful consideration of the hosts. The attention to detail is without equal and our children ages 6 and 1 were in heaven with the toys to play with and futbol in the courtyard. We only wish we couldve stayed longer than one weekend.
