Excelente! Nunca fui tão bem atendido

Após reserva da estadia, com dois dias de antecedência e pago a totalidade na hora, por exigência do estabelecimento, no dia da chegada foi-me informado que tinha havido uma confusão e que o quarto já estava alugado. Acredito que o facto de querer somente alugar por uma noite não iria trazer grandes benefícios em relação ao outro aluguer por mais noites. Foi uma falta de respeito e falta de consideração para o cliente. Porque hoje seria por uma noite, mas "amanhã" poderiam ter sido por muitas outras noites. NÃO RECOMENDO!!!!!

home impossible to contact to prevent our arrival. room ok but dubious cleanliness. no heating in the middle of November. no more hot water from 9am. Rich breakfast but common kitchen not maintained. we do not recommend this property.

Plaza jedna z lepszych w Europie. Hostel dobry, 90% obsługi także, oprócz jednej osoby - Pietra. Bardzo nieprzyjemnie nastawienie... Nie strony do rozwiązania problemów i zbyt agresywny.

Cheguei após a hora de check in e estive 2h á espera que me arrumassem o quarto. Em 3 dias, nunca houve bebidas no bar nem tão pouco havia gente a servir, muitas vezes era eu que entrava no bar para tirar café. As funcionárias são voluntárias e não têm nenhuma obrigação nem tão pouco estão ali para servir as pessoas. Casas de banho sempre entupidas. O Mahara é literalmente um hostel para miúdos que surfistas. Mais do que isso só noutros locais. Experiência muito fraca. O proprietário é simpático mas é um miúdo sem noção nenhuma e simpatia não salva experiências na hotelaria.

El hostel tiene buena ubicación, a 5 minutos de la playa y 40 de Lisboa, tiene piscina climatizada, el dueño es súper amable, las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas.

Fantastic hostel! Pedro & Fernando with volunteers takes really good care of the guest! Close to the super market, shuttle to beach is great and the pool area is amazing! Book this place for a guaranteed perfect stay in Portugal!

As pessoas muito simpáticas, uma simplicidade e á vontade incrível, uma higiene espetacular, aconselho, a piscina não muito grande mas excelente, sossego...

One of the most amazing hostels around! Really lovely staff; they speak multiple languages: English, French, Spanish, Portuguese and Cantonese. The staff were so friendly and always willing to help us with anything we needed, eg. taking us to the supermarket, to the centre, to the beach, bringing us a fan to our room, offering towels and drinks and many more! The place was very clean and cosy. There was a theatre downstairs where you could watch movies and have an amazing time. We stayed there 5 nights and during that time we enjoyed a barbecue (which only costed €3 including drinks), many pool parties and lots of drinks such as black caipirinha, caipirinhas, sangria.... and the list goes on. The place is very close to the beach which makes it wonderful!! We got the opportunity to visit all beaches which are all surrounded by amazing restaurants. There is also a restaurant 2 min (walking) from the hostel which serves the best food you can ever have!! I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!! Well done Pedro and all the amazing staff members! Thank you for a wonderful time!
