Também tínhamos um frigorífico numa outra encomenda com a data de entrega de 11 de Dezembro de 2020Na encomenda com o frigorífico estava uma máquina de lavar loiça mas foi montada para recolha na loja, não para entrega.Quando os cromos entregaram o fogão disseram que podiam ter a máquina de lavar loiça entregue e instalada com o frigorífico a 11 de Dezembro.O cromo voltou à loja e montou tudo e voltou para casa para me dizer que estava tudo tratado.Mas no dia seguinte, recebi um email da Best Buy a dizer que como a minha encomenda foi alterada, a minha data de entrega seria agora no final de Janeiro.Quando fui à loja em San Angelo para reclamar, o Gerente Assistente entrou no computador para verificar a minha encomenda e confirmou a data de entrega de 27 de Janeiro. Na manhã seguinte, recebo outro e-mail da Best Buy dizendo que, como a minha encomenda tinha sido alterada pelo Gerente Assistente, a minha encomenda não será entregue até Fevereiro de 2021.Não ouso reclamar novamente por medo que a minha geladeira e máquina de lavar louça não cheguem até Junho de 2024!!! Eu cancelei esta encomenda e AVOIDARei a melhor compra a partir de agora.
