O meu cabelo estava sem vida por causa de todos os químicos que pûs no cabelo durante anos e quando fui à AfroBraids, recebi conselhos que mesmo sendo tão simples, fizeram toda a diferença na maneira que trato o meu cabelo. Para além de ter feito o Big chop lá e o meu cabelo ter ficado lindo!

I never understood why people have the audacity to be in the business dealing with people when they do not have to heart nor skill! I will never return here I Tried to make an appointment Nadia the owner never replied back just read the message and ignored it. I was able to make one Appt even that was a hassle my braids were good I tipped very well I didn’t have any convo with anyone there because they don’t speak English so when I Tried they didn’t understand so I’m not sure what happen the owner didn’t want me to return. They lied and say it didn’t happen well let me show you proof it did happen with a screen shot! Two days trying to get an appointment being ignored asking over and over until I called and told them I left a message and still didn’t check it until 5 hours later I had to say hello she replied I replied and she never read or replied to my message!

Para a fama que fazem é um cabeleireiro normal está bem decorado mas nada muito além. Péssimo atendimento de chamadas e para efetuar marcações é algo caótico, enfim. Fizeram me um penteado que ficou muito bom. Mas não voltarei.

I went there a few months ago, after waiting months to get an appointment i finally got one and the Person who was supposed to do my hair(Faux locs) wasnt there, so i ended up doing a different hairstyle (I must say they tried to contact me on my Portuguese number at that time to let me know in advance that the person is not going to be there to get me that hairstyle).Unfortunately over there nobody speaks english, as a big Brand AFRO BRAIDS is and as many costumers they have from all over the world(just check out their instagram followers) they should have atleast have one person always available to attend to calls/messages AND in the Saloon in English.So i got another Hairstyle which the Hairdresser put some Gel all over my Hair that left me just a few days after with white flakes(just disgusting), i would wish they ask the customer first if they want to have gel in their hair or just use a better Gel that doesnt flakes.. other than that i will try Afro Braids again soon and i hope my experience then will be 5stars worthy
