Last days of April, the place was so full of humidity, we slept so badly. Yes, it was raining, however the house is so old that there is no easy way to get rid of all that humidity. Breakfast ok, nothing exceptional. Initially the hot water, but it was quickly fixed in an hour by the host. Overall ok but I would not come back.

El sitio muy agradable. Es una quinta de los años 1600 a 1700 El desayuno estuvo muy rico y la habitacion bastante comoda. Nos brindaron una calefacción extra porque es bastante fria la zona en esta epoca d invierno Los anfitriones fueron muy amables en brindar orientacion sobre la ruta a seguir Los caminos en Sintra son con bastante curvas y algunos d ellos poco iluminados y poca gente (esto en la parte alta) En el centro se nota mayor movimiento

Amazing rustic house, great cleaning and service, the breakfast is amazing very tradicional with fresh products, it seems that you are in own house, great environments, the bed is Amazon, big room, the recepcionista very kind and prestive, recommendations of service, you have firework, and projector to make cinema sessions, outside space amazing and discreet, parking jus on front. Recommend nearby of Sintra center.

Очень уютное и атмосферное место ) Но только если вы на машине, так как находится несколько вдали от города, да еще и на горке. Тихо, спокойно, свежий воздух, деревенский колорит - все для умиротворенного отдыха.

Sehr liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet in den dicken Mauern eines großbürgerlichen Hauses. Sehr große Lobby mit komfortablen Interieur. Host Ana ist sehr charmant und gibt viele nützliche Tipps, z.B. auch ein sehr gutes Restaurant in 1.6km Entfernung zu Fuß erreichbar. Würde gerne hierher wiederkommen.

Great place to stay! Fantastically friendly hosts and a beautiful villa and surroundings. Recommend either getting a car or expect to uber a lot, luckily ubers are cheap.

Fuimos en una época más cálida así que no podemos opinar sobre el tema humedad, Sintra es un lugar verde y la casa es vieja, así que por lógica todo aquel que la visite en invierno, tendrá que tener claro que en zona húmeda se pasa frío, así que nuestra estancia fue buena, Felipe y Ana muy amables, y atentos, sobre todo Ana, por poner alguna pega diría que en el desayuno falta un poco más de opciones saludables o variedad de opciones saludables.

Sehr netter Empfang durch Ana. Es lohnt sich, die Telefonnummer dabei zu haben, da die Außentür geschlossen ist. Wichtig: Die Straßenadresse sollte man kennen, da es von außen keinen Hinweis auf „the old Cellar House“ gibt. Und es gibt einen Pool :-) Ach ja: old cellar house, nicht old celler house...
