It was good, clean and good looking, just one thing I didn't like that they have tow buildings, and the photos in the web only for the first one, the second building is very simple, no common area but the hall close to the reception and the eating table at the kitchen

Molto carino come ostello! Sono rimasto solo una notte, praticamente deserto..
Pulito e accogliente, bagno in camera.
Vicino alla ferrovia (quindi un pó rumoroso) e letto non particolarmente comodo, ma in generale mi sono trovato bene e lo consiglio per il prezzo che ha.

The management was not the friendliest. They offered to give me a refund for my room and never went about doing it. They not only charged my credit card for the days that I cancelled BUT they rented the room out as well. So they got double the pay for the room. I would NOT recommend a place that would not even rectify, its not like they lost money. I am very disappointed with how this whole situation was handled.

Num Espaço de dois meses estive neste Hostel duas vezes e a minha vontade é de lá estar pelo menos uma vez por mês. Adoro desde toda a simpatia do atendimento, aos quartos para casal, á limpeza e desde ao facto de me sentir em casa sempre que lá estou. O pequeno almoço é simples, mas é mais do que suficiente, temos a possibilidade de levar um aquecedor para os quartos e de cozinhar, o que é maravilhoso.

My husband Eudimar and I spent two and a half weeks here. It was perfect! Anna and her husband Pedro and their daughter Carolina were the BEST! They all made us feel like family. The place was very clean and breakfast was a nice plus. They were all very helpful with anything you might need. Definitely going to keep booking here. It was also very nice with all the different guests coming and going. We made alot of new friends from all over the place. Two Thumbs up on this one!!!

Very good value . Everything about is great apart from the fact there are no lifts bit hard for people with knee problems. Good location and staff very pleasant.

Bem central, muito bem atendido, excelencia em limpeza. Café da manhã, excelente. Pouca vedação nas janelas, que se movimentam con barulho todo tempo. É no 4 piso sem elevador.

I stayed in few hostels in Portugal before (simillar price) and here was just...amazing! in compare to others. Decoration, staff(lovely people), atmosphere...Hostel was always clean! Bed is so comfortable!!!Breakfast so delicious and best quality, they even have soya milk! I recommend it from heart!:)dziękuję!

Auberge qui fait son boulot. Pas d'interaction avec le personnel, qui n'est jamais là. Chambre sympa et propre, le train passe juste à côté donc pensez aux boules quies. Eviter aussi p-e le lit pres de l'ouverture de porte si vous voulez éviter de vous la prendre en prenant vos affaires sur le porte manteau :-P
Par contre attention, si vous souhaitez manger dans le coin le soir,il faut y aller avant 18h30, ensuite les cuisines qont fermés, sinon restez dans le centre historique.

Bof . Chambre très petite, salle de bain et toilettes pour tout le monde et faibles en nombre, du coup, attente.., chambres très mal insonorisées donc pas de chance si vous avez des voisins bruyants et/ouquevous êtes en face de la cuisine... ( enfant de bas âge...) . Point positif : l'accueil très chaleureux !

The hostel is located conveniently near the center of Sintra and close to the mayor parking space (which is a big plus in here). The host is very nice and helpful and led us to a very tidy and cosy room with a lot of light. The place has its own kitchen and spacious living room which come in handy when you want to prepare yourself a meal. The only inconvenience for me is that the train tracks are nearly and during the day the noise is a bit disturbing.

Hostel com funcionários atenciosos. O check in e o check out são realizados num edifício a 2 minutos do hostel. Com possibilidade de check in tardio mediante aviso prévio. Pequeno almoço simples, mas bastante completo! Tem uma cozinha totalmente equipada, frigorífico, microondas e torradeira. Têm ferro e mini tábua para a roupa e secador. As camas são muito confortáveis e o quarto bem decorado com candeeiro e tomada elétrica.
O aspeto negativo é que a casa de banho é partilhada, mas existe uma para senhores e outra para senhoras.
Gostei muito da estadia e recomendo visto que fica muito perto de supermercados e do centro histórico!

다인실 묵었는데 2층으로 가는 제 침대계단이 고정이 안되어서 1층분 포함 방 전체가 쿵쿵쿵..그래서 8인실로 돈 저 주고 옮겼는데 그 방 너무 좋더군요. 하필 저혼자~ 2유로 추가했을뿐ㅎ 와이파이가 방에 안되서 리셉션 나와야 한다는 점.. 그게..쫌.. 사장님 엄청 친절하세요. 또 올 의향있습니다. 위치가 좋아요

주인이 무척 친절합니다. 저가인데도 객실은 훌륭합니다. 아마도 신트라에서 가장 저렴하면서도 꽤 좋은 숙소 같습니다.

Cheap and pleasant little hostel in Sintra center. Prices are competitive considering it's right in the centre. Offers private and double rooms as well as dorm rooms. Shared bathrooms. Has breakfast included. All in all, pleasant place to stay.

Hostal pequeño con una limpieza increible, bien situado cerca de la estación de tren. Personal muy amable con todo, el desayuno tiene cereales, pan, frutas y queso. Tranquilidad por la noche y mucha seguridad. Se puede dejar la maleta a partir de las 11 que hay que abandonar la habitación por 1€ la hora. Lo único que cambiaría serían los colchones

Sono stata nella parte del dormitorio: ambiente accogliente, ottima colazione inclusa, letto molto comodo. Mi sono piaciuti anche gli spazi in comune. Il personale é stato molto simpatico e disponibile. Consigliato!

Stayed there for one night. We left our luggage in our room so that we could go around sightseeing without them. After we came back my mum lost some of her clothes. People staying at this hostel should watch out. I recommend you put a lock on your suitcase or luggage. Make sure you bring your towel as well. They said that they would provide one to us but havent. We've reported this incidemt to them but havent dealt with this.

It is in a great location, close to the train station. They let me check in early and also leave my luggage with them after I had checked out, because I was taking a later train. It is very clean and quiet, the breakfast is great, and the staff are lovely. They were able to give me great recommendations for places to eat as well as info about how to get to the different attractions I wanted to see. I definitely recommend this hostel!

Lugar estupendo. A muy buen precio. Se encuentra a 10 minutos del centro histórico y a 3 de la estación de tren. Camas muy cómodas, ambiente fabuloso, y muy buen desayuno, hay de todo.

O lugar é muito bom. Vale a pena. Tem um café da manhã legal, e também tem wi-fi de qualidade. Eu fiquei realmente surpreso, pois já fui em outros hostels e esse sem dúvida parece mais um hotel do que hostel. Reservei faltando alguns dias e fui bem atendido. Recomendo que conheçam.

Trevlig och centralt belägen hostel. Ca 300m till tågstation och lite mer än 1km till kultur centrumet.
Mycket serviceinriktad personal som vill täcka alla ens behov. Trevliga och kan varierad (bristande till mycket bra) engelska, men ger mycket bra tips på hur man tar sig runt och vad som är värt att se.
Ganska nergången köksmateriel och faciliteter men för priset så får man kanske räkna med det. Skulle behöva en renovering av köket & duschutrymmen och uppgradering av vitvarorna & köksredskapen.
Mysiga rum, inkluderar sängkläder och handdukar.
Ett plus är faktiskt frukosten som i "hostel"-mått mätt är bra. Flingor, kaffe, te, juice, olika bröd (och brödrost) med pålägg täcker behovet.
Prisvärt men inte det mest välutvecklade/modernaste faciliteterna. Behöver en uppfräschning. Minus 1 stjärna pga detta.

I wish I could rate this 5 stars. Almost everything was perfect. Amazing staff. Complimentary breakfast. Very clean. Welcoming social spaces to meet new people. Fantastic location. Great price. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is because the bathrooms. While usable, the upstairs bathroom is in need of maintenance. One of the shower doors doesn't lock and the men's troubler toilet has no seat. There's also no good place to hang clothes for when you finish showing. As for the downstairs bathroom I used, it is so small that a large person couldn't fit.
I really hope they can fix the bathrooms because everything else about this place blew me out of the water.

Bundan 6 ay önce konakladığım ama yorum yazmayı unuttuğum hostel. Konum ve odaların rahatlı her şey iyiydi. Sanırım tam sezon olmadığından sessiz ve az kişi vardı hostelde. Kahvaltıdaki peynir hariç her şey iyiydi.

Очень уютные номера и удобные кровати. Есть небольшая кухня где можно что то приготовить. Горячая вода и душ, все стабильно. В шаговой доступности пара магазинов и большой супермаркет (работает до 21.00), также есть пару бюджетных кафе плюс 200 метро до ж/д станции

BED BUGS. I was bitten by bed bugs and the hostel refused to recognize it, saying it was strange. I got an allergic reaction and the girl at the front desk couldn’t be more rude. DONT STAY HERE, ZERO UNDERSTANDING OF THE HOSTEL BUSINESS

There where bedbugs and the staff didnt told me, even if they knew it before. A girl of my room told me this a few hours after she told it the receptionist, who was not suprised. I didnt got money back (they said because i used the shower, sorry for showering after bedbug bites ;) ) and couldnt speak to the boss or anybody who could do something about it. I didnt feel like they will do something against it, can clearly NOT recommend the place!

Beware of this hostel. It looks really nice and the facilities are not bad, however this was my worst hostel experience ever and that’s because of BEDBUGS. Yeah, you’ve read this correctly. In the beds that you sleep in are dozens of tiny (about 1-5 mm) bugs that suck your blood when you fall asleep. They leave itchy spots on your body and blood stains on sheets. As you can see it’s not generally very pleasant, I would rather call it horrible. The worst thing is that they can crawl to your bag or suitcase and can be transported to your home. We’ve informed the hostel reception about the situation, and they didn’t care at all. That’s why you shouldn’t ever visit this place if you want to have a good time and be safe.

Good value for money. Good location near train station in Sintra, small but clean rooms. There is a living room where you can spend time and relax. They serve simple breakfast with nice coffe which is enough as kick-off for the day.

Alors comment commencer ?! Déjà il y a pas de places parking autour de l'hôtel et quand on trouve elle est payante, pour monter dans la chambre on a fait deux étages à pied, on avait um bébé avec nous et un enfant ce n'est pas du tout du tout adapté pour des enfants. Si vous aimez prendre la douche avec 10 autres personnes vous êtes au bon endroit. La chambre était extrêmement sale, des cheveux partout, de la poussière et une odeur bizarre. J'ai payé 66€ la nuit d'accord mais à ce niveau là on est plutôt sur des prix de 30€ non ?

Ana and Patricia both speak English well and are most helpful and informative. The hostel is located near city and intra-city bus stops. If you stay here, bring strong earplugs as the train runs on the adjacent tracks frequently until 1 a.m. The hostel serves an adequate breakfast and lets guests store suitcases there before/after checkin and checkout. I would avoid the Chinese restaurant around the corner, though. Extremely unfriendly and nothing to recommend there.

Very nice and helpful staff, Anna gave us some good tips to see the best of teh Sintra area. The place is clean and we always had fresh bread fro breakfast. The only minus point was the shiwer that was a but small

Very good hostel. Receptionist has even waited for us 20 mins as we were late for check in. Our double room was nice, with comfy bed. Quality of facilities good, everywhere was clean. There was a nice sitting area in a dining room. Breakfast was also very good (3 types of bread, milk and plant milk ! With flakes and oats (!), 3 types of jam , cheese and ham, if not more), a lady was looking after it and cleaning and making sure there is enough of food. Receptionist has recommended us great restaurant with affordable prices - thank you and we wish you good luck with your new job! Thank you for nice stay.

Bien situado, cerca de la estación y del pueblo pueblo, lo cual si viajáis baratillo se agradece mucho, ya que hay supermercados y más servicios del pueblo cerca. Las zonas comunes son agradables y tienen todo lo necesario, incluso algunos juegos y películas. La cocina está bien equipada. El baño es lo menos bueno, bastante frío en invierno ya que no hay calefacción más que en el salón a la hora del desayuno.

The bed was all right... the location is great since you can access everywhere by foot. Nice delicious not expensive restaurants close by. The staff was very nice. There is a kitchen if you wish to use it (though you should not since restaurants are really cheap ;) Loved Sintra!! What an amazing city! Only bad thing is they should limit the car access!!

Pros: great facilities, lovely room (not bunk beds!), location close to the train station. But the office's working hours are 8-6pm, with lunch break 1-3pm. I arrived right at 1pm, and had to wait till 225pm for someone to be back to. Heck me in. Otherwise no issue. Cleaning lady was super friendly and helpful (even though she doesn't speak English).

Sitio agradable y tranquilo, el personal muy atento y las habitaciones muy cómodas. Los baños son compartidos pero aún así la privacidad está bien. Hay una sala con TV, libros y juegos muy maja y cocina para cocinar. Los desayunos muy bien también (incluidos en la estancia).

Anna was such a gem and very helpful. The hostel was very quiet as it overlooked a courtyard with no traffic. Just up from the train station so very close. Clean and loved her little hostel. A little grocery store a couple doors down.

No breakfast if you count jam as breakfast. No lock in the room. Dirty bathroom, poor or no internet. Washing machine was broken for 7 days, no intent to fix it.

La posizione è un buon compromesso tra il parcheggio dell'auto a 5 minuti e il centro di sintra da raggiungere a piedi in 15 minuti. L'ostello è essenziale con camere piccole,ma pulite e una cucina vecchia, ma funzionale. L'unica vera pecca è il numero di bagni, solo due, uno per i maschi e uno per le femmine in tutta la struttura, così che il WC non è utilizzabile se un altro ospite sta usando la doccia. Il prezzo è decisamente conveniente

Salles de bains uniques pour hommes et femmes, donc patience pour la toilette. Sinon c'est un vrai hostel, avec cuisine et salon de repos avec TV.
