Excellent, well finished two bedroom apartment. Large rooms with multiple heat/ac units. Large screen TV's throughout the apartment as well. Great living room with sleeper sofa and full size dining area. Larger master bedroom with plenty of closet space. Close to shops, under a minute walk and close to the beach.

Apartment is lovely, very spacious. Contains everything you would need, washing machine, hair dryer, oven, etc. We had a beautiful view from the balcony of the old town square. Everything is within walking distance from the apartment, the old town square (5 minutes), beach (2 minutes), small supermarket (2 minutes), larger spar supermarket (5 minutes) and bus station is right outside the spar supermarket. The host is very friendly, when we arrived he took us up to the apartment and showed us around and then back down to the old town square and took us for a walk and showed us places we may need to know, post office, police station. We stayed for 11 nights, and each night was very comfortable. Although the apartment is close to the old town square the noise is not heard from the apartment. Would 100% recommend the stay and will defiantly be coming back to stay.

Lovely spacious apartment. Very clean and has everything that you need. Great location, 5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants, bars and shops. Highly recommend this property. Will definitely be back.

This holiday was amazing from start to finish . It was made very easy with the self check in so we did not have to rush to get there .Once in ,the place was spotlessly clean and very spacious and perfectly situated in the town with only a few minutes walk to the shops and the Old square . The beach also is only a 7 minute walk through an amazing tunnel . Overall impression was more than we expected from such a reasonably priced apartment. The owner was also at hand in case we needed any local knowledge. I believe for 2019 it will be having air conditioning installed We are already arranging next years stay

located 2 minutes from the beach, next to the best restaurant in Albufeira, and in the middle of old town. View from the terrace is beautiful, especially at night. Vasile, the manager was very helpful during our stay. The Wifi connection is fast so you can keep up with all the news from home. There is a small super market next door so you can get beer and ice before your two minute walk to the beach, through the tunnel. We went in August when it never rains, and every day is beautiful. Also next door is the Bailote restaurant, the finest in Albufeira. I would strongly recommend the tiger prawns, and the Bacalhau. The days are hot but the cool breeze at night makes for great sleeping. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen, and spacious refrigerator. The washing machine was needed for our long stay, and often we would sit out on the terrace at night, drink wine, and enjoy the view. We look forward to returning to wonderful Albufeira.

Buona posizione ma il resto.... Io ed i miei amici abbiamo preso in affitto questa casa per 3 notti. Siamo stati accolti da un signore molto gentile che però non è il proprietario con il quale non abbiamo avuto rapporti. La casa è posizionata al centro di Albufeira, unico motivo per cui merita le due stelle, ma, come detto all'inizio, il resto è stato un disastro. Abbiamo trovato la casa sporca, specialmente di polvere ed essendo io allergica ho avuto una reazione di bolle su tutto il corpo durata per tutta la permanenza e scomparsa non appena andati via, inoltre era quasi infestata da diverse blatte dentro e fuori casa, sicuramente causato dal fatto che esattamente sotto il portone ci sono diversi cassonetti dell'immondizia che vengono scaricati ogni notte alle 4 e sembra che i rumomi siano esattamente dentro la stanza da letto disturbano il sonno. Inoltre abbiamo trovaro uno dei letti della camera con le tegole rotte, cosa che abbiamo subito reclamato per evitare disguidi e fortunatamente sono state sostituite nel giro di poco. Nel bagno ci sta una puzza perenne di fogna/ fecale che non esce a causa della mancanza di una finestra all'Interno del bagno e il check-out è alle 9 di mattina a differenza delle altre case vacanze in cui è minimo dalle 12 in poi, costringendoci a svegliarci presto, essendo in 6 in una casa, e costringendoci ad uscire di casa presto. Saremo italiani, ma consiglio questa casa solo perché è al centro città, il resto non ci è piaciuto.

Unfortunately due to a strong flu I was not able to reach the property. Vasile, our host, was very helpful and he understood the medical issue and although the amount paid was not refundable he made the due diligence to refund is back the entire amount. Great character and very human! I will definetly go to House of Arch when I will reschedule my trip. Thank you very much Vasile!

Spent the Christmas break unwinding here. A spacious and well equipped apartment. Large kitchen with everything you’d need, nice big fridge with freezer space and a roomy oven with gas hob. Good hot water system and shower and recently installed heating/air con throughout. You’ll find lots of closet space and comfortable beds, plenty of spare bedding if needed. The large terrace balcony overlooks the town and catches the morning sun, we found it peaceful despite being right in the centre of Old Town. The wifi is first-rate and there are smart TVs in each bedroom. Take a deckchair down to the gorgeous beach, literally a 2 minute walk away, for a blissful afternoon. It’s a perfect beach for a morning run, at low tide running along the shoreline into the magnificent sunrise is wonderful, well worth rising early for. Sleepyheads, take a stroll up there, you’ll find a couple of beach bars, lots of shells to collect on the way. Needless to say there are plenty of bars and restaurants around to choose from, even in the quieter winter months, including a superb curry house directly down stairs. The owner, Vass was there to meet us…a lovely guy, despite our delayed flight and transfer keeping him up half the night. A most hospitable host indeed. House of Arch is a perfect place to stay, you won’t be disappointed.

The House of Arch apartment is in a great location in Old Town, close to the beach (2 min walk), shopping,restaurants and entertainment. The apartment is large with all the amenities visitors would need including a washer, microwave, dishwasher, etc plus Netflix, mobile Wifi, beach towels and beach chairs. The manager, Vas, was very attentive. When we arrived he gave us a thorough overview of the apartment and took us for a stroll around the area to ensure we knew where the basics services were located i.e. grocery store , pharmacy and taxi stands. Vas was easy to contact and was extremely responsive. The apartment is comfortable, clean with lovely view from the large balcony which also has a BBQ grill. The apartment was great but it was the host that made it an exceptional stay. Thanks Vas!!

This is a lovely place. It’s very clean with lots of amenities, a tv with Netflix in both rooms and a tv in the living room. There’s a washing machine and a dishwasher. It’s close to restaurants and grocery stores. It’s in the heart of Albufeira with all the bustling night life. The hostis lovely and very helpful. Highly recommended

It's a nice place, big and with a nice view on town center, 180m to the beach. The owner is very helpful. I recommend this place for everyone.
