I started my regular yoga practice with Georgia 6 months ago and feel like I finally found my teacher for a life time! Georgia with her warm and welcoming personality creates a safe space for constant learning and self discovery. Her experience from practicing and teaching Iyengar Yoga in several countries for many years makes her an amazing teacher with a great eye for detail and a wide knowledge base of adaptations for everyone. In the evening classes Georgia often treats us with a wonderful Pranayama practice at the end which allows you to have a wonderful restful night and in the mornings her energising classes are the perfect way to start your day! I highly recommend her regular classes to anyone living in the area or passing through or if you really want to treat yourself join one of her yoga retreats. Thank you Georgia!

Georgia is a really wonderful Iyengar yoga teacher - not only does she have exceptional knowledge about yoga and anatomy but her kindness in imparting and sharing that knowledge, giving tips and hints as to how to build a daily routine to relieve pain and heal injuries, is something quite special. Highly recommended.

It was great to experience a new yoga type with an experienced teacher like Georgia. Highly recommend. Needless to say that Sintra region also really worth a visit.

Ik vind de lessen bij Georgia heerlijk! Ze is super vakkundig en heeft een fijne energie. Houdingen die ik al jaren deed heb ik bij haar écht goed leren doen door haar aanwijzingen waardoor ik veel meer aan mijn lessen heb. Ik ben mij ook veel bewuster geworden van mijn algehele houding door de dag heen door haar tips. Echt een aanrader!

Georgia's yoga classes are cinco estrelas. As a keen surfer, trail runner and co-founder of a small yet very busy business, her classes offer me a great balance of physical development, injury prevention and mental peace :) What's more, her flexible schedule is perfect for my hectic lifestyle. As a teacher she is friendly, patient and very knowlegeable and experienced. Her classes are varied and offer a great mix of asanas and simple meditations. She is methodical in ger approach to new poses, building the foundations so that we can execute each pose correctly. I can't recommend her classes enough and can't wait to get back on the mat.
