Análise: Everyone should treat themselves to time out at Relaxscape, away from the hectic pace of day to day life. Belinda's place is wonderfully peaceful and I loved the rustic minimalist surroundings of the farmhouse, located in a beautiful part of rural Portugal. You can do as much or as little as you like. I swam in the beautiful lake, walked in the gardens, lazed by the olive grove, visited the beautiful town of Tomar, enjoyed home grown food and coaching from Belinda. Highly recommend a retreat... Análise: I knew it was going to be a beautiful place but couldn’t be prepared for the honest and caring atmosphere I received. Also, every detail was accounted for: from the over the top food, to the types of pillows to sleep at night. The yoga classes were the best I could hope for and the seclusion was what you needed but with a nice social vibe from the group of people that I shared the retreat with. If you are looking for an authentic place with teachers that are highly trained in many areas of personal development and self growth then this is for you. The retreat centre is absolutely stunning and spread over 14 acres of forest land. I have been on lots of retreats but have never tasted such excellent food.
