Localisation parfaite en centre ville historique, proche de toute commodités, appartement neuf, propre et spacieux.

Posotives - Location, bed, cleaniness, nice simple interior and good use of space, desent views. Negatives - elevator not working and nobody warned us despite booking an apartment on the top floor, terrible smell on the common parts, luggage storage system not working but were offered an alternative addres to store our stuff.

L'appartement pour 4 est assez spacieux, possibilité de manger et faire les petits-déjeuners grâce à la kitchenette. C'est neuf donc pratique et propre. En plein centre mais calme le soir. Super bien dormi, très bonne literie. Proche des restaurants et visites touristiques. Très bon petits-déjeuners dans le bar juste en face. Ascenseur en panne. Difficile de joindre la réception pour recevoir les codes, j'ai dû relancer plusieurs fois.

Hard to find. Horrible check-in experience, no parking nearby. Water leaking in the bathroom. Do not recommend.

Nice and cozy place to stay for some days. Close to the metro and all the tourist locations. Tram 28 stop is around the corner. The bottle of water that is provided is sealed but it's just tap water refilled in the bottle. This is unacceptable as a filled sealed bottle should not be tap water.

Un établissement très bien placé pour découvrir Lisbonne. Très bien aménagé, neuf, propre, bien isolé du bruit de la rue. De belles prestations. À recommander.Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de lits jumeaux sachant qu’il y a de plus en plus d’ami(e)s voyageant ensemble.

Sehr gute Lage. Man kann sehr viel zu Fuß erkunden. Die Wohnung ist hell und schön, zu dritt etwas eng, aber zum schlafen völlig ausreichend. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Apart from the false fire alarm going off around midnight 3 nights out of 6 and the elevator being out of order we had a pleasant stay

There was Out of the elevator Service and we had to claimed 4th floors every day ! Specially not had service to help get luggage down for us from 4th floor! And every midnight had smoke alarming! So terrible!! Not more next time! Actually 4 nights When I stayed there and I couldn’t sleep! If can I would like to ask refund!

Beautiful fresh rooms in a new development in the heart of the city. Fantastic value for money and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly.

Fabulous accommodation in the centre of Lisbon. The room was new and immaculate, the staff are friendly; excellent all round.

Es muy practico y la zona es buena( el de Rua Magdalena) El unico inconveniente es que el ascensir estuvo los cuatro dias estropeado y estabamos en el tercer piso

when you enter the lobby, there is no direction of rooms. You cannot tell which floor to go at least. In my case, the elevator was out of the service, and I thought I had to find my room leaving my luggage at the lobby and clime up with the stairs to which I may have had to do up to the 4-5th floor. Luckily there was a virtual phone to the receptionist, but it would have been easier if there is a post of basic direction of rooms at the lobby.

El alojamiento estuvo genial. Muy limpio, a estrenar y en una ubicación espectacular. Sin duda, volveré a alojarme en uno de estos alojamientos.

Paid in full and no response from the property owner before or after check in time , even its their mistake no refund from them had to book urgent accomodation elsewhere , i would not recommend anyone to book this property
