Check in erfolgt über Pin Nummern am Terminal. Bei Problemen hilft die Service Stimme aus dem PC. Fehlende Dinge wie z.b ein Stuhl werden nach Meldung über Email SOFORT geliefert. Auch Nachfragen wurden sofort per Mail erledigt. Frühstück wird morgens aufs Zimmer geliefert. Einfaches kontienentales Frühstück in guter Qualität. Haltestelle der Staßenbahn 13E direkt vor der Tür. Gastronie in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Me gustó la ubicación y el edificio.No me gustó la relación calidad/precio y que no hubiera personal in situ para atender a los clientes. No hay servicio de limpieza de habitaciones o, al menos en nuestro caso, no apareció.

Checking in is a hassle as it is not manned by human. Faced the machine and if you need help, use the phone and a friendly and patience guy will help you. Personally, I dont like this check in as I have issue with my booking number and credit card pin. It took me quite a while to get it sorted out with the helpful staff over the line. Parking is an issue. I was guided to park nearby garage and it cost me 69€ for less than 48 hours. Dont drive if you want to stay this place. Other than that, the place is well quipped and it also has a self serve washer and dryer. Eateries nearby and nice scenary.

El peor sitio donde me he alojado. Pagamos por limpieza de habitación cada dos días, hemos estado 4noches y cinco días, y no han cambiado ni las toallas.no hay recepcion, tan sólo puedes contactar con alguien por telefo o, y no te hacen ni caso. Si tienes un problema, nadie te ayuda a solucionarlo. Mi consejo es que no os alojeis en estos apartamentos, las bombillas fundidas,, y todo en muy mal estado. Un robo y una tomadura de pelo.

Die Lage ist einfach Top! Für eine Städtetour ist die Unterkunft absolut ausreichend. Der Kontakt war per E-Mail und SMS war super. Auch der Transfer hat perfekt funktioniert.

Checking in is not so friendly as it is through a machine. The screen on machine shows what you key in and others around can see so no confidentiality. Payment by card with pin number required should be stated on Appartment website as not everyone uses pin code for credit card. If you want to stay here, driving is a bad option. Although it stated parking on site, no other info is shown. I parked for less than 41hours and paid 69.10€. This is exorbitant. I wouldnt have chosen this place if info is on website. Apart from these, the area is near to the castle, Cathedral and eateries. Apartment is comfortable and has free self serve laundry service.

Chambre très bien sauf au niveau de la sonorité. Cela gâche la prestation. Les fenêtres sont thermiques mais pas phonique. et cest très dommage. On entend tous les bruits de dehors (chambre coté rue) et aussi les bruits de létage du dessus (bruits de pas).Sinon le principe est très bien et le service conciergerie est au top.Bonne endroit si logé coté intérieur.

The worst check in I have ever done. You have to do the whole think through a machine that it doesn't work. You have to speak via Skype with someone to make this work. We spent 30 minutes trying to get in! Unbelievable!

La cuisine manquait de tout. Il ny avait aucun verre, une seule fouchette, etc.Il ny avait pas dinternet. Ils ne sont jamais venu réparer malgré plusieurs appels de plusieurs clients.Les planchers flottants sont très bruyant. On entendait toujours le locataire den haut marcher.Je mattend à un remboursement dau moins 100 Euros

Our apartment was spacious, clean and well-equipped. The electronic check-in also went smoothly. We didn't have to worry about things such as kitchen utensils (from toaster to corkscrew) or basic bathroom cosmetics (shampoo, soap, conditioner). The furniture and equipment are pretty intuitive. The slight drawback was the air conditioner -while it worked perfectly, February nights can get a bit too chilly, and the air gets dry quite fast.

Partite dal fatto che non sono per niente una persona esigente, però se mi trovo la polvere incrostata sui comodini, il divano letto (ovviamente le lenzuola non erano state messe e lo abbiamo dovuto fare noi)scomodissimo, lenzuola con macchie, asciugamani per niente bianchi e senza nemmeno il rifornimento della carta igienica.
Ovviamente non ho niente da dire sulla posizione dell'appartamento, però se i proprietari vogliono che i
suoi ospiti siano soddisfatti del soggiorno e vogliono un ritorno di questi ultimi devono essere più presenti e sicuramente essere più attenti con chi si occupa delle pulizie.

Excelente la habitación y el hotel está situado en el barrio de alfama donde hay bares y restaurantes para escuchar Fado.
Para recorrer más ágilmente la ciudad aprovechar los elevadores que aparecen en Google.
Lo único que no me gustó es realizar los trámites de check in a través de una máquina y la ducha desmontable muy incómoda. Igualmente la atención por teléfono muy bien.

One of the worst experience mainly due to two reasons: 1) Noise. My apartment was on the street. It was very noisy when vehicles passing by. The stone street definitely made it the noise louder; 2) n staff around. A lot of problems during check-in and out. I stored by luggage after check-out and found the code for accessing the front door invalid. I tried to ring the staff for 3 times and no answer. Luckily a guest was leaving and opened the door. Talking to the staff over phone for a while to find that there is no power socket in the check-in area. The area is good though, but wont stay again.

We usually stay in hotels but opted for an apartment on this holiday. We arrived just after 3pm, the self check-in machine had unfortunately crashed so I had to phone the helpline to be given the access code to the apartment. A ground floor apartment with door straight onto the street. wasnt too much of a problem except when when wet, theres no shelter whilst entering the electronic door code (There are no keys). The apartment was spacious with a comfortable double bed, kitchen (couldnt get the lights to work), dining table, sofa bed (which looked in really poor condition with the coating coming off). The bathroom was fine with a good shower. although a little mouldy around the shower door. The apartment has a concrete floor which is sealed. There needs to be a door mat to wipe your feet on as you walk straight from the street into the apartment. I spilled some water on the floor, when I wiped it up the cloth was very dirty so the floor needs a heavy clean! I would stay again, the price was good for an excellent location. The tram stop is metres from the apartment, only 5 mins into the city, plenty of restaurants and bars around and easy to walk if you dont mind hills..

Sehr gute Lage. Ziemlich spartanisch eingeräumt und ausgestattet (Küche ausgenommen). Fußboden ist blanker Estrich. Aber sehr sauber. Kontakt zu Personal gibt es nur via Computerterminal. Nicht unbedingt mein Fall. Hat letztlich aber alles gut geklappt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir wurden vorab mit unzähligen Pre Stay Mails ohne jeglichen Inhalt zugeballert. Eine informatife Mail hätte genügt. Bei Ankunft war der hat der Check In Automat nicht funktioniert. Ein Putzmädchen, die zufällg da war, hat uns dann telefonisch mit jemandem verbunden. Unseren Code fürs Zimmer haben wir ohne Vorlage eines Dokumentes einfach so bekommen. Es gab einen sogenannten Locker Room mit 6 aus dünnem Sperrholz zusammengenagelten Fächern. 1. waren sie besetzt, 2. selbst für normale Koffergröße zu klein, 3. kann man die Schlösser mit einer Nagelfeile öffnen. Sichere Gepäckaufbewahrung ist etwas anderes. WLAN Password gab es erst nach Anfrage. WLAN funktionierte aber eh nicht, da Signal viel zu schwach. Der Code für dieTür des Haupteinganges hat sich am 2, Tag geändert. Dies haben wir erst nach erneutem Anruf erfahren.Das Apartement ist ein etwas größeres Hotelzimmer.Bei 2 von 4 Stühlen war die Lehne abgerochen. Die Dusche war komplett verschimmelt. Das einzig positive war die Lage in der Altstadt.

Superlage im Zentrum der Altstadt (Alfarma) aber aufgrund der Wege von den Metrostationen würden wir die Anfahrt vom Flughafen mit dem Taxi empfehlen. Der personallose Eincheckprozess ist nervig und enthält einige Stolperstellen. Die Zimmer sind groß, einfach aber praktisch eingerichtet. Der Zimmerservice war aber mit der glücklicherweise vorhandenen zweiten 2x2 m großen Bettdecke überfordert. Die Altstadt ist auch nachts unruhig wobei die Fenster geschlossen gut helfen aber der Schallschutz im Gebäude ist sehr schlecht.

Ganska charmigt, men vissa rum såsom vårat, ligger direkt ut mot en tidvis rätt så trafikerad gata. Det utlovas high-speed internet på rummen, men förbindelsen är varken snabb eller stabil. Vårt rum var dock både fint och praktiskt med möjlighet till enklare matlagning. Frukost kommer till rummet i boxar vid lite olika tider.

Questo posto non vale neanche una stella, problemi di umidità ovunque, puzza di muffa, bagno pietoso, pulizie pessime, asciugamani grigi e non bianchi, lenzuola macchiate di solo dio sa cosa, personale inesistente, interfono inutile, letti scomodi, divano letto si può dire trappola, ma la parte peggiore è il pavimento che nelle foto sembra tanto limpido è color fogna nella realtà, macchiato di umidità con l'acqua che ci stagna sopra, rigato e scorticato

It was a nice place to stay. The check-in is after 3 am and this isn't very great but the location is very good, the rooms are clean and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Sehr großes, geräumiges Dachgeschossapartement. Wunderbar zentral in der Altstadt gelegen. Die Straßenbahnlinen 12 und 28 fahren direkt vor der Tür. Alles super fußläufig erreichbar.Entgegen Beschwerden anderer Bewerter empfanden wir das Haus als ruhig und sehr sauber. Die Erdgeschosswohungen sind sicherlich anders als das von uns bewohnte Dachgeschoss zu bewerten.Leider fehlte in dem Klappsofa (gilt als 2er Bett) ein Lattenrost und bietet nur geringen Schlafkomfort. Die Einbauküche lässt sich hinter Klapptüren sehr gut verstecken. Ein sehr großer Esstisch für 6 Personen rundet das positive Bild ab.

Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich, allerdings sehr dunkel und laut, da direkt an einer Straße Bzw Fußgängerweg gelegen. Für den Preis bekommt man definitiv besseres. Auch das beworbene Castell feeling kam nicht auf

Check in ohne Rezeption ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Bis 2 Uhr nachts sehr laut. Extrem dünne Wände. Zu zweit ok aber Belegung mit 4 Personen geht nicht. Ausziehsofa mit Plastikoberfläche. Lage ist gut.

Es el único inconveniente que pongo del apartamento. Nos tocó el apartamento 0b que tiene el contenedor de basura en la puerta donde tiran la basura todos los restaurantes de la zona y había un olor insoportable y muchos bichos. Recomiendo a los propietarios que lo aparten de ahí ya que es una mala reputación para ellos. Por lo demás, recomendable 100%

Das Apartement Hotel ist gut gelegen in Lissabons Altstadt. Man hat gute Restaurants nicht weit entfernt, außerdem sind die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel quasi direkt vor dem Hotel.
Negative Aspekte:
- Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Traditionellen Straßenbahn die nicht gerade leise ist, allerdings ist es für einen guten Schlaf nicht störend.
-Apartement 2b hat eine Defekte Belüftung.
-Die Frühstücks Box ist in Ordnung allerdings sind Beilagen teilweise abgelaufen oder kurz davor.
-Einrichtung sehr schlicht aber schön.

Un hotel foarte curat, spatios si foarte elegant. Micul dejun se serveste in camera intre orele 7 si 9. Daca micul dejun il doriti la o anumita ora va sugerez sa mentionati acest lucru, deoarece noi am asteptat pana la ora 9 in prima zi si programul nostru a fost dat peste cap. Va recomand acest hotel!

Leider hatten wir beim digitalen CheckInn und bei der Suche des Appartments etwas Schwierigkeiten, die sich aber dann doch noch aufgelöst haben.Appartment sehr schön. Leider gab es keine Deutschen TV-Programme, damit man mal Nachrichten sehen konnte.Alles in allem, haben wir die Zeit genossen und würden wieder kommen.

2 of the 3 windows were broken off there hinges. Wouldn't be a big deal if they weren't 6 ft tall!!! Only could use 1 of the 3 balconies on our suite. We checked in at 830am and went on our way to explore Lisbon. Be careful with the luggage storage it isn't secure and will not take larger suitcases. We returned to our room a full hour after check in was allowed to find our room still not complete. Definitely an IKEA vibe to the rooms, but they did there job.

We found the apartment very spacious and the big plus of washing machines & dryer. We found the entrance via computer a bit frustrating as we hadn't read our email sent to us the previous day. It was in a good location with restaurants and bars close by and transport.

Están bien situados,limpios,y cómodos.A nosotros nos faltó algo de menaje ,como una sartén y algún cubierto,también echamos en falta algo de limpieza como balleta , cepillo o fregona ,se puede derramar algo en el suelo y no hay manera de recogerlo.Lo demás bien ,aire acondicionado,ect..Recomendable

Hôtel bien placé:près des tram , très proche a pied de points de vues et monuments .propre,spacieux et bien équipé. Par contre un lit king size cest cool mais un canapé pas assez large,120cm pour 2 c'est trop petit! Nous avons pris les petits dej: 10 euros par personnes ca faisait vraiment cher pour avoir une box carton garnie (avec 1 yaourt pour 2!)!!!.de plus on choisi pas l'heure à laquelle on nous livre,entre 7h30/9h....9h c'était très, trop tard pour nous,je regrette d'avoir pris l'option petit dej'.consigne gratuite très appréciable, pas d'interlocuteur,cest un automate mais de l'aide à distance en cas de soucis.bonne réactivité en cas de demande spéciale faite pas mail ou téléphone .

First of all, this automatic check-in system was nothing but pain. The touch panel was dull and did not recognize commands very well. Also, you have to scan passports of all the guest and the scanner did not work well (the information the scanner read was always wrong and it was almost impossible to make correction). Someone was obviously helped us remotely but the communication was not very well (there was a phone, but it did not work. The screen said there is Skype but it was not clear how to use it)....The room was excellent though. Large, clean, and cozy. Another bad thing (hopefully, only this time) was that the upstair neighbors were constantly making huge noises until 1am and from 3am (only quiet for two hours between 1 am and 3am), and there is not way to go upstairs to complain. We had an early flight next day, and basically could not sleep at all. Probably good for a longer stay than for a stop-over....Also, you have to climb a narrow and steep stairs, not good for large luggage, a baby on a pram, or wheel chairs.

Davvero tanto tanto bello. IO, personalmente ho avuto l'opportunità di stare nell'appartamento che dava sulla strada, bello all'interno, suggestiva la locazione, infatti consiglio vivamente di proseguire scendendo o salendo per avere delle viste meravigliose in ogni ora del giorno, ma in particolar modo al tramonto; importante la presenza del Wi-Fi, ma peccato per il bagno, piccolino con una sola mensola, ma in compenso con una doccia molto spaziosa... Consiglio vivamente la visita nella città, e la prenotazione in questi appartamenti, poiché si trovano veramente a pochi minuti dal centro, dunque dall'ascensore(suggestivissimo), dalla "pink street" la strada notturna, dove si trovano tutti i locali -> aperti dal venerdì alla domenica <- o ancora da Plaza Rocio, dove ho avuto l'opportunità di partecipare ad una guida (a prezzo libero) per buona parte del centro storico, ovviamente in italiano.

Joli appartement, bien agencé. Propreté ok, sdb de bonne taille, bonne superficie de l'appartement en général, balcons, cuisine équipée. Petits commerces de souvenirs à proximité. Micro supérette pour l'essentiel (attention tarifs exorbitants), arrêt du tram à proximité et nombreux restaurants.

Le service est inexistant, le check in est difficile et désagréable. Tout ce fait par un écran tactile qui fonctionne mal. Le téléphone de service fixé au mur est trop loin pour vous permettre d'appeler le service et d'utiliser l'ordinateur tactile en même temps. Bref armez vous de patience pour prendre possession de votre chambre. A notre arrivée les femmes de chambre criait pour communiquer entre elles sans que l'on comprenne trop pourquoi.

Das Apartment im Erdgeschoss hatte kein fenster, nur eine tür direkt am bürgersteig. Lüften konnte man deshalb nicht. Im bad war in einer ecke schimmelpilz! Wenn man das zimmer betrat, hat es danach gerochen. Geschirr war nur unzureichend vorhanden. Das in der beschreibung angepriesene Frühstücksbuffet wurde morgens von einem boten in 2 pappkartons geliefert! Hatte ähnlichkeit mit einem Lunchpaket.

Отличные апартаменты в самом древнем районе Лиссабона.Есть стиральные машины,посудомоечная машина,электрическая плита.Единственный минус-очень шумно,много прогуливающихся туристов,машин и трамваев.Спать с открытыми окнами-не вариант.

We were not aware that the access to the main bedroom was only accessible going up so many stairs and had to switch with another person in our group. The smaller bedroom had no closet only a visible rack to hang clothes and poor lighting in the bathroom. A young man was very attentive to our needs. Wish we had seen him from the beginning of our stay. Overall it was ok.

A localização e a vista do meu apartamento era bastante boa mas para um edifício que foi restaurado há relativamente pouco tempo tem muito que se lhe diga. O chão fazia imenso barulho, ouvia-se as pessoas nos outros apartamentos a caminhar, a casa de banho muito mal tratada, o autoclismo nem sei como consegui usar... E não percebi esta decoração, não sei se foi propositada ou não e cada leva para o lado que quer mas não apreciei nada.

Excellent location in the heart of the Alfama and for exploring on foot or tram. Gets a little gritty at night, but not bad. Bathroom could use a little cleaning. There was some black mold spots that I didnt appreciate. The check in kiosk is great and we were able to store our luggage in a storage locker before we were able to check in. The storage lockers could use a little strengthening, though. I would probably stay here again. We also lost something in the room and they were very helpful in getting it back to us.

CAMAS SIN HACER Y SUCIEDAD. NO HAY RECEPCIÓN. Las imágenes que ofrecen del hotel distan mucho de lo que nos encontramos al llegar allí. Al abrir la puerta por la noche, nos encontramos la habitación sin hacer. Ni siquiera estaban las sábanas para poner en el sofá cama. De hecho el sofá cama estaba totalmente cerrado.
Nos tocó hacer las camas durante los 3 días que estuvimos en Lisboa. Al no haber recepción tuvimos que hablar por teléfono con un teleoperador que desde la centralita no solucionó el problema. NADA RECOMENDABLE. FUE UN ENGAÑO.

The check in system is very confusing. It is very hard to find your apartment. We had a small studio. It comes with a coffee machine but no coffee, tea etc, a dishwasher but not tablets, no toiletries, an iron but no board, washing machine area is very dirty, only one machine that works and no washing powder. Rooms are cleaned very late in the day and they only change the towels and take rubbish away. Our hot plate hard a bad electrical burning smell. We told someone about this but no one came to fix it so we couldn’t use it. A lot of the lights didn’t work. We would not stay here again.

The hotel was absolutely disgusting. There are no signs that it has multiple entrances and the one we had to use had no elevator. The sofa bed didn’t fit two people as advertised. The bed sheets were full of red stains that looked like blood. The bath tub had a huge black spot that looked like dirt that hasn’t been cleaned in months. The towels were extremely dirty, they were supposed to be white but looked yellow. Overall it was a very unpleasant night and I do not recommend booking this hotel.

This was a great place to stay in Lisbon. We were in apartment 4B which was spacious and had a balcony. The staff kept the place very clean, check in was easy and the laundry machines helped a lot. Make sure to buy detergent though. The only complaint we had was the shower - it was a bath tub with a hand held wand but you had to hold the wand to take a shower which was not great. The tub was also slow to drain. Barring that, would definitely stay there again!

No meu quarto, junto à rua, podia estar deitado na cama a ver os elétricos passar a pouco mais de 5 metros de mim, através de um vidro espelhado por fora. Experiência intetessante. Não posso dizer que o quarto, em si, seja encantador, mas é confortável.

We never got to Lisbon. We had to cancel the trip due to illness. However, my contacts with Hello Lisbon were perfect. All my e-mails were answered promptly and clearly. They helped me organize our arrival to Lisbon, and where so kind when I had to cancel the trip. It made me feel like I had friends in Lisbon. From my previous visits to the city, I also know the location is perfect. When I reschedule the trip, I will certainly stay at Hello Lisbon Castello.

nachts war niemand vor Ort nur ein Servicetelefon. Wir brauchten 45 Minuten um den Zugangscode für das Haus und unser Zimmer zu bekommen. Katastrophe! Nie wieder Hello Lisbon. Zimmer war extrem sparsam möbliert und ein Bett nicht bezogen, das zweite Bett mit dreckigen Laken.

Personalmente no tuve problemas con el ruido, pero iba con una amiga y ella sí, así que tenedlo en cuenta las personas acostumbradas al silencio.. Negativa: Lo más complicadillo es hacer el checking, hay que registrarse y no funcionaba la máquina y hubo que contactarles telefónicamente, pero tampoco funcionaba ninguno de los dos teléfonos que había al efecto...En definitiva, resulta un tanto impersonal que no haya un servicio humano de recepción, máxime si "las máquinas" no funcionan...

Positive: Comfortable bed. Plenty of space. Nice bathroom and shower. Excellent location in old part of city. Liked the room more as we got used to it.. Negative: Auto check-in was a nightmare! Not just for us, but for others who arrived before and after. And then we had to go through the performance of using a debit card to pay 4 euros City Tax! Why wasn't this included in the original pre-payment? Then the room door code wouldn't work and we had to phone for help. Eventually we got a reply and a new code was set up. This worked OK. Couldn't find a safe at first - but eventually found it at the bottom of a linen cupboard which was blocked by a collapsible bed. Windows overlooked the back staircase. No curtains and we didn't at first realise that the outer glass was mirrored to prevent passers-by looking in. Would have liked a kettle. Hated the chairs with splayed legs - too easy to kick them in passing. Creaking floorboards and plaster coming off one wall. No bedside tables/drawers. TV beside bed head, so only visible from across the room we would prefer to watch it in bed. Only 5 hangers provided.

Positive: Ottima posizione nel quartiere dell’Alfama ben servito dai tram e bus. L’appartamento si presenta ben arredato e pulito e munito di comfort. Si è a pochissimi minuti di cammino dal miradouro di Santa Luzia e dalla cattedrale del Sé.. Negazione: Forse un po’ complicato il sistema per inserire i dati all’ingresso. Non funziona la scansione dei documenti italiani e quindi è richiesto input dall’assistenza. In ogni caso un problema che si risolve in poco tempo.

Appartement moderne, propre,, spacieux et bien équipé. Lit principal au top, en revanche a déconseiller pour plus de 2 personnes: le canapé lit est en mauvais état et inconfortable. Jardin accessible et agréable. Bruits de la rue car pas de double vitrage.
L arrivée pour la prise en charge de l appartement est compliqué car l'accueil est avec un automate et seulement la possibilité d appeler un interlocuteur qui parle portugais ou anglais.

Apartment was Ok. One double bed was prepared. The sofa for 2 more people was not prepared. We had to put on sheet, blanket and pillows ourselves. Mini-kitchen was nice, it had: microwave, mini-fridge, plates, cuts, cutlery. The floors in the room & bathroom were concrete and cold. The internet worked for only a short time and then disappeared. It was annoying.

Positive: Camera pulita e molto spaziosa (soggiornato nella camera 4D) letti comodi e posizione ottima per raggiungere il centro della città - fermata del tram a 50 metri - zona con locali tipici molto carini.
Comoda la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli al momento del check-out in un vano chiuso a chiave se non si parte subito.. Negazione: niente.
solo piccolo inconveniente con l'invio dei codici per entrare ma risolto al nostro arrivo dalla reception virtuale.

Pozytywna: Super lokalizacja w sercu Lizbony - stara dzielnica Alfama, choć pod górkę :) Ale to się przydało jako mały trening a przy okazji mieliśmy okazję podziwiać wspaniałe widoki . Apartament na trasie tramwaju 28 :) Pokoje urządzone w artystycznym minimalistycznym stylu. Łózka wygodne , klimatycznie . mieszkanie na kod super sprawa :)

Drzwi otwierane kodem, to fajna sprawa. Nie trzeba się martwić o klucz i jego pilnowanie.. Negatywna: Brak lampki nocnej, słabe oświetlenie w apartamencie, potwornie zawodzący i rzężący wentylator w łazience. Brak możliwości płacenia gotówką na miejscu. W tym celu trzeba się pofatygować pod inny adres. Nie bardzo chciałem tracić na to czas, choć wolałbym akurat w tym przypadku zapłacić gotówką.

Spent 3 nights with family. First time in Lisbon and was not disappointed by city. Beautiful sites to see. Many people spoke English and food was delicious. Take the tram for an adventure and a Tuk Tuk to get details on sites you might never have known. Helps getting around the hills too!

Positiv: Große Zimmer, Lage top!. Negativ: Frühstücksbox kam am ersten Tag viel zu spät. Generell würde ich diese nicht als Frühstück bezeichnen. Wir hatten diese mitgebucht, mussten aber zusätzliche Dinge wie Wurst, Käse und Eier noch kaufen, da sie nicht im Frühstück enthalten sind. Wer gerne deftig frühstückt, sollte diese Option nicht mitbuchen und lieber zu einem Café um die Ecke gehen

Das Apartment im EG zu klein für drei Personen. WC halb offen und nicht sauber. In der Dusche Schimmel. Küche nucht sauber. Spuren von Vorgängern. Haare auf dem Bett. In dieser Gegend ist sehr laut. Schlafen ohne Ohrstopsel nicht möglich. Eine reine Katastrophe!

The entire process from requesting through checkout was accomplished without speaking to anyone. In order to accomplish this the instructions and the physical aspects of a hotel room had to be spot on. They were. I rated the personnel as a 3 above. In that there wasnt any staff putting a 1 would have been unfair and a 5 would have mislead.

Apartahotel muy tranquilo y acogedor a pesar de estar en todo el medio del barrio de Alfama. Sales a la calle y estas a un paso de todo. Tienes varios minisupermercados cerca, restaurantes, etc.
Lo malo es que tiene recepción electrónica, no hay nadie físicamente, es a través de una especie de timbre haces una llamada y te dan número de habitacion y código de accesos al hotel y habitación e importante que como no se vaya a partir de las 16.00h es un lio que ni te cojen el teléfono, a nosotros menos mal al personal de limpieza que fueron las que nos ayudaron y con su teléfono ya sabían a quien tenían que llamar directamente.
Hay parking público en la calle gratis y uno cubierto privado a 200m; yo opte por dejarlo en la calle y sin problemas.

Sehr hellhörig, nicht zu empfehlen für 4 Personen (Familie) da das Ersatzbett wirklich schlecht ist. Bitte kein Frühstück buchen - das kommt als Box geliefert - mit instantkaffee, Aber kein Wasserkocher. Dafür gibt es vor der Tür einfach bessere und günstigere alternativen.
Anreise ohne Auto empfehlenswert da es schwierig ist, einen Parkplatz zu finden.

好意的: 部屋も白で明るくきれい。ベランダも付いている部屋だったので開放感あり。. 否定的: 前のゲストの食器が現れていないままだった。自分達も使用するので私が洗うとホテルに連絡するとすぐにメールで謝罪の言葉とマネージャーに連絡する、と返信があり、対応は良かった。
このアパートまでは坂が多く（リスボンなのでどのホテルもかもしれないが）トラムに乗らないとなかなか小さな子供連れ、足腰が強い人でないといささか大変かと思う。

This is an electronically controlled apartment! When you check in, you simply press on the speaker by the main door. And immediately a Man answers. When I told him of our Agoda booking number, he gave us the numbers of the rooms assigned to us. And this is what we use for entry and egress. In the main door as well as in our rooms. So all through our stay, we communicated thru a speaker phone. They were efficient and the apartments were big. With a newly renovated kitchen, complete with utensils and a microwave oven. It also comes with a flat iron and the ironing board. It also has a spacious laundry area, by the little garden in the second floor, which was a relief, because after 8 days of traveling, we needed to wash some clothes. It's a pity we never saw the face of that Man! But thanks for the hospitality.

Le cameriere entrano nelle stanze in orari non consoni alle pulizie.Oggi sono stato derubato di una birra che avevo acquistato e mi sono trovato uno stuzzicadenti in verticale sul letto. Tra l altro sono inefficienti nel servizio di pulizia, ho dovuto più volte ricordarle di pulire la stanza a volte sembravano anche scocciate. Il furto è l atto più vigliacco che si possa compiere, persone così non dovrebbero gestire un residence!

Fun serviced apartments in the Alfama, Lisbon's ancient old city. Fully functioning with modern kitchenette that included dishwasher, two-range porcelain stove-top, and half-refrigerator that has an ice-box compartment. Free fast wifi in each room. Modern and comfortable bathrooms. Powerful and efficient air-conditioning/heating unit. Important to note that the staff will knock every morning to service your apartment without fail, sometimes entering without warning. There is no obvious way to indicate "do not disturb," so self-sufficient guests who do not require the services of the cleaning staff should submit a request to Hello Lisbon apartments to forgo. Lovely rooftop communal area with Riad-style fruit trees in the center and herbs such as basil, rosemary, and tarragon growing in abundance. The hotel is only a short-walking distance from plenty of exciting and beautiful cultural attractions such as the Castle Sao Jorge and the Portas do Sol as well as amenities such as the Pingo Doce grocery store. Plenty, and I do mean plenty, of traditional Portugese cuisine and Fado music everywhere in this location. Try The Pit Cafe near the Roman Theater Museum for wonderful hospitality, delicious vegetable soup and a lovely mixed tapas platter for two served by the owner Manuel himself.

Apartment well located and fit for purpose. Apartments can be very noisy, high ceilings means noise carries particular from neighbours above and in the corridor. Apartment 2F was fine, well equipped but could do with bettwe cleaning in terms of dusty floors and some plaster coming off the walls.

Negatiu: El sofà llit només tenia un llençol de sota i en faltava un, com que no hi havia recepcionista no ho vam poder solucionar i vam posar el llençol del nostre llit al llit del sofà.
Trobo ridícul que et cobrin 10 euros per les càpsules del cafè amb el preu pagat que és força car ja hauria d'estar inclòs. L'habitació no estava ben aïllada se sentien molt els sorolls de sobre i a sota hi havia alguna rentadora o màquina que vibrava tot.

Pozitívne: Raňajky neboli v cene, ale mohli sme si ich doobjednať, čo sme aj spravili a boli sme veľmi spokojní. Raňajky boli bohaté a veľmi chutné. Každé ráno nám ich doniesol poslíček priamo do apartmánu. Apartmán sa nachádzal na úžasnom mieste, priamo v atraktívnej časti Alfamy. Centrum bolo na skok, cca 10 minút pešo. Pod domom sa nachádzala zástavka električky. Odporúčam tento apartmán. Personál je veľmi milý a ústretový. Určite sa sem ešte vrátime!. Negatívne: Chýbal nám diaľkový ovládač od TV, ale to nie je až také strašné, keďže sme väčšinu času trávili potulkami po krásnom meste.

A virtualàlis recepciò nekem nem igazàn tetszett, nem volt aki jò tanàcsokkal ellàsson bennünnket ( pl. helyi jò ètterem, mit èrdemes megnèzni gyerekekkel a rengeteg látnivalò közül).

Kladný: Lokalita je skvělá, dostupnost do centra také. Apartmán je prostorný, nabízí veškeré pohodlí pro dovolenkový pobyt.. Záporný: Trochu zaskřípalo oznámení přístupového kódu do budovy a samotného apartmánu. Musel jsem zaslání urgovat, obdržel jsem ho až 1 den předem, ačkoli provozovatel sliboval zaslat 3 dny předem.

Wir waren vom 31.08. bis 07.09.2016 in diesem Hotel. Es hat uns dort sehr gut gefallen. Alles war wie beschrieben. Nur das Bad war schon lange nicht mehr gewischt worden.
Leute die sehr lärmempfindlich sind sollten besser ein Zimmer zum Hof buchen.
Man kann das Hotel mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen!

Положительный: Хорошие апартаменты )) номер был не тот, который мы заказывали, но тоже хороший. Персонал почти не видели, были в выходные. Все автоматизированно. Очень удобно. Прислали код от двери. И по карте сняли налог Лиссабона.

The location is near great historical sites. But No parking! Not having anyone in the building whom you can ask for assistance of any kind is also difficult. Called the concierge number left in the room to try to cancel our second night and was laughed at. She told me to read the fine and there was nothing she could do. We had 2 children with us and decided to leave for another hotel. At close to 200 E/night, I would have expected a better room, and definitely courtesy.

Super easy self check-in process which was great since we arrived past midnight. Apartment 0b was right on the street but the windows are reflectively tinted which made it feel safer. Uphill climb to the apartment from the metro station but decent restaurants/bars close by. Also easy to catch the 28 tram a few blocks away. Very modern and clean interior. Would stay again just for the convenience.

比较干净. 正面: no reception, inconvenient to ask for any service. the room is not as big as in the picture, and we could not see the see.
没有服务台，只能电话联系，需要电话付款，不是很放心。总体感觉房间没有照片好，也看不到海。里斯本全是上下的山路，如果提了箱子不是很方便。

Die Appartments sind etwas schwieriger mit Gepäck zu erreichen, aber die Lage - in der Nähe des Platzes Porta do Sol und zwischen den alten Häuser Alfama - ist besonders. Die Zimmersauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Auch die Verteilung der Gäste in Zimmern fanden wir ungeschickt - über uns, im dritten Stockwerk wurde eine Familie mit sehr kleinen Kindern untergebracht, die von 6:00 bis 9:30 Uhr durch das Zimmer trampelten.

These were clean and great. Nice section of Alfama (its a nice walk up the hill but maybe take the tram up... otherwise your S.O. might whine about dragging the suitcase).

Gute Lage. Leider sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Im Bad keine Ablagen, der Koffer hat nur am Boden Platz, im Schlafzimmer nur das Bett, kein Stuhl, kein Tisch und keine Ablage für die Kleider. Das Zimmermädchen schaltet mittags die Heizung aus und man kommt abends in ein kaltes Zimmer.

Das Zimmer selbst war korrekt beschrieben! Hell und voll ausgestattet. Zugang mittels Code ohne Probleme.Zimmerservice funktionierte unauffällig!Vom beschriebenen Blick über die Stadt kann jedoch bei einem Zimmer im 2. Stock nicht die Rede sein!Blick reichte lediglich zur nächsten Strassenseite! Bedingt durch die gepflasterte Strasse waren die durch den Strassenverkehr verursachten Geräusche nachts überproportional störend.Bei Anreise mit eigenem Fahrzeug wird das Finden eines Parkplatz zum Alptraum,zumal auch das naheliegende Parkhaus geschlossen war!

perfetto, in una posizione centrale dell'Alfama, camere pulite, attenzione all'ecosostenibilità, pulizia, organizzazione
