Our room had a good sized bedroom, washroom and a large living area with an adjoining kitchen. It also had four separate access doors to a balcony that ran the entire length of our room overlooking a very nice and quiet street close to the heart of Chiado (and one of the nicest areas in Lisbon). The room was fully furnished, the kitchen restocked every day with ample supplies for a large breakfast and the furnishings were very tasteful and new. It was like staying at the home of a friend with very good taste.

We stayed in apartment 2a: 2 Bedroom, 2 bathrooms, large kitchen/living area. The Apartment is very modern seems brand new renovated. 1BR had two single beds close to each other and 1 BR a king (?) size bed. The staff filled up the fridge every day with ingredients for breakfast and fresh bred was delivered to the door in the morning. The location is great. maybe 5 mins to area with many restaurants, close to center, subway station practically in front of the door. Quiet street. Staff was very helpful and super friendly.

Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Chiado in Lisbon featuring well appointed apartments, rather than rooms. The service is extremely friendly and helpful but what really stands apart is the apartments: they are beautifully decorated in a minimalistic modern style and have a fully stocked kitchen with a selection of fruits and cold cuts, free of charge. To top it all off, they leave a basket of fresh bread at the door every morning. Definitely plan to return there on my next trip to Lisbon.

We love staying at Flora Chiado Apartments. The location is excellent for touring - in the center of Lisbon but not in the most touristy area. On a quiet sidestreet with great restaurants in walking distance. We really enjoyed the apartment - much more room than in a hotel - and we loved the breakfast in the room. The fridge was restocked well every evening and fresh bread/pastries delivered each morning by 8AM. The desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. Great communication even before we arrived as I sent a few questions via Expedial Highly recommended!

This property was beyond perfect - they arranged for airport pick up on our arrival, and Julian gave us a great city tour as we approached Flora Chiado. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, and even tolerated our rusty Portuguese! Our apartment was immaculate, well appointed and very quiet. Fresh baked goods were hung outside our door each morning to accompany the butter, jam, cheese, eggs and fresh oranges stocked in our refrigerator. We were within walking distance of many restaurants, shopping, and public transportation. Could not have asked for a better experience! Muito Obrigada.

My husband, mom, and I had a wonderful stay at Flora Chiado Apartments. We rented the two-bedroom loft apartment, which with two suites (each with en-suite bathrooms) was perfect for our family. 5 Stars for location, cleanliness, interior design, friendly staff, and comfortable beds. Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice, comfortable and spacious apartment! The location was excellent, everything is nearby and we loved the extra touches from the staff, such as the freshly baked bread and croissants each morning delivered to our apartment. Fantastic apartments and ideal location to explore Lisbon. Absolutely beautiful interiors, comfortable beds and five star experience from check in to check out.

The apartment we booked consisted of two bedrooms and two bathrooms with A/C available in all the rooms (A/C was powerful too). Huge modern kitchen with a normal sized fridge stocked with two shelves of food included in the rate; milk and oranges for juicing were also included in the price. Bread rolls were delivered daily in a bag that hung from the doorknob. Everything about the apartment was great. The location was A+ as well being on a quiet side street of the Rua Garrett with Bertrand, the oldest bookshop in the world, on the corner. Staff also were A+. One small negative was the poor lighting in all of the rooms except for the hallway and kitchen where they were bright. It seems as though design came first with practicality last. Examples were the tiny lamps on the bedside and desk that emitted hardly anything so turning them on were not much help to see. The living area had a huge domed contraption with the dimmest of bulbs. It would've been better to have had overhead lights because one would have liked to have read properly. I realize there were bedside lights, but those are a bit impractical too.

Négatif: Produits (bas de gamme ?) pour le petit-déjeuner pas au top et pas variés. Installation de bonne qualité demande un meilleur entretien.

Positivo: Do espaço em si. Amplo, com uma belíssima decoração combinando o moderno com o antigo. Da fantástica localização. . Negativo: Da porta do edifício não ter aberto à noite, após introduzir o código. Causou algum stress e desconforto.

Positive: Not the loud music!. Negative: Many people wrote here before that the apartments were in god shape. This was true and we have nothing to add. But - to tell the whole truth and describe it a little bit more realistic: studio 1b is right above the restaurant “alma” and this seems to be an unsolved and big problem! The staff of this restaurant had party before opening and closing times, this meant: in the morning and between midnight and 3am you will have a lot of fun in studio 1b – if you like really loud music! And it was incredible and alarming that the hotel staff did nothing to change this, was not able to offer us to move to another apartment and was definitely no help for us! We stayed there for 4 nights and had no sleep for 3 nights….that was not what we had expected when we booked the apartment and read the positive descriptions on tripadvisor of other guests. We chose the Flora Chiado Apartments because of the location in a small street without traffic, the small size of the house and the modern style of the apartments. During the first night, when we woke up because of the loud music, we couldn’t locate where it came from. That was why we accepted the excuse of the hotel staff the next morning, when they assured us that they would speak to the guests in “the apartment above us”. The next morning it was the same loudness and a similar answer from another staff member. After the second noisy night they told us that there is a “problem” with the restaurant “alma” and that they knew about the loud noise. The third night was the same pattern! We were not sure if we spoke a foreign, very seldom spoken language (it was English!!) or if the hotel staff was trained to calm down the guests with many excuses or if they do not communicate with each other, or if we were to “friendly” when we complained about the noise. But at the end of our stay we were really, really disappointed and angry about this and even more about the hotel staff.

Мы прилетели поздно в полночь, нас любезно дождался консьерж и помог разместиться (официально reception до 23:00). Приветливый персонал, всегда готовый помочь с любыми вопросами. Мы очень довольны, что выбрали эти апартаменты для отпуска в Лиссабоне! Perfect apartments with perfect location. Ideal cleanness, coziness, stylish design. Well furnished kitchen, fresh set for a breakfast every morning in the refrigerator (meat and cheese slicing, eggs, milk, butter), morning cooked bread, coffee maker, juicer and a lot of sweet oranges for juice. We arrived at midnight and concierge kindly waited for us and assisted with a check in. Friendly staff always ready to assist with any qiestion. We are very happy with our choice of apartments for vacation in Lisbon!

Positiv: Die Lage kann fast nicht besser sein, mitten im Zentrum und nur 300m von der Metro entfernt. Die Wohnung war geräumig, super ausgestattet und sehr ruhig. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Für die Wohnung allein gäbe es die Höchstnote 10.. Negativ: Vielleicht hatten wir nur Pech, aber einiges hat nicht ganz geklappt. Das Personal hat sich zwar bemüht, aber uns leider die Reservation im Restaurant Alma vermasselt. Zudem hat das Auffüllen des Kühlschranks und die Lieferung der Brötchen nicht funktioniert. Das ist kein Weltuntergang, aber so Sachen wären einfach zu verbessern.

Ive stayed in dozens of apartment hotels in many cities in the world. Flora Chiado was the best. Its a newly redesigned and refurbished building in the middle of the nicest area of the city. Close to everything yet on a quiet side street. The front desk and cleaning staff were amazing -- always helpful and attentive.

Positiva: El apartamento es impresionante, un auténtico lujo, con las comodidades de un cinco estrellas. El servicio, que no sabes ni que está, muy bueno, profesional. La limpieza, lo mismo. Y la ubicación inmejorable: en plena zona de moda, pero en una calle muy tranquila, onde apenas notas ruido alguno. Negativa: Los motores del aire acondicionado eran un poco ruidosos (estábamos en el ático y los aparatos deben estar en la azotea)

Положительный: Отель расположен в самом центре города. Но не смотря на это, сам отель находится на тихой улочке и в номере не шумно. В шаговой доступности всё, начиная от сувенирных магазинов, заканчивая продуктовым. Отель небольшой, но очень уютный. Находится в старом доме, но при этом ремонт сделан на совесть и ощущаешь себя, как в новом доме. Есть лифт. Номера очень стильные, при входе у нас стена была выложена из азулежу, что никак не конфликтовало с современным декором. В номере есть всё необходимое: чайник, кофеварка, соковыжималка, тостер, утюг, гладильная доска, посуда. Каждое утро в районе 8 утра вам на входную дверь вешают пакетик со свежим хлебом, холодильник всегда пополняют запасами ветчины, сыра, свежими фруктами, отдельно приносят много апельсинов для соковыжималки. Также приносят воду и молоко. Чай, кофе и сливки пополняют каждый день. Уезжать не хотелось.

Positief: Heel mooi ingericht , brandschoon, goede locatie.. Negatief: In de omschrijving stond dat er een klein balkon is. dat is niet zo. Er zijn 3 openslaande deuren met daarachter een hekje, ook wel 'frans balkon' genoemd. Maar daar kan je niet op zitten. De deuren open hebben is eigenlijk ook geen optie. In de avond blaast de afzuiglucht van de keukens van de restaurants in de straat naar binnen, in de ochtend staan de koelwagens voor bevoorrading te loeien in de straat.

Booked a 2 bedroom apartment for 3 nights at this amazing location and newly finished building. The general manager Julien greeted us and made our stay memorable. He even got us reservations at top nearby restaurants. The apartment was very spacious for four people, exquisitely decorated, very clean and comfortable. The location is simply unbeatable in the heart of the city so we walked everywhere. Thank you Julien.

This boutique hotel has been rebuilt keeping many features of the old building. It has a beautiful marble staircase, arches ceilings etc while maintaining the exterior appearance. The apartment that we stayed in was so good it spoiled us for the rest of our holiday as so far nothing else has even come close. The location is perfect, in a quiet street with two Michelin restaurants nearby and a 50 metre walk to the hustle of the old town. The staff are more than helpful with the place being kept spotless and nothing is too much trouble. How do I rate Flora Chiado? 11/10. Just book it and do yourself a favour.

Positive: Bellissima struttura con spazi generosi in posizione perfetta. Per noi è stata la soluzione ideale per il soggiorno in questa bellissima città: servizi d'albergo, ma assoluta libertà di orari. Staff molto gentile e disponibile.. Negazione: Secondo noi sarebbe utile avere una guida con tutte le informazioni riguardo l'uso dell'attrezzatura e i codici d'accesso etc.
