due to the pandemic and travel ban, I ask the property for a refund weeks prior. Was told to wait until it gets closer to checking date. Then was told I can't get a refund but they canceled my reservation before checkin in dates

Die Lage ist super zentral am Rossio, der check -in klappte problemlos , bei Problemen war die Rezeption 24h über Skype zu erreichen. Die Duschamatur war defekt und die Bettwäsche teilweisw sehr schnutzig.

Lage super, Klimaanlage prima, Sauberkeit schlecht - 1. keine tägliche Reinigung u. 2. Reinigung ansich ungenügend (Toilette war bei Apartmentübernahme z. B. gar nicht gereinigt). Spülkasten der Toilette undicht - Wasser lief dauernd. Duschstange lose.

Sehr sauber, schön und modern. Super FrühstückserviceWir waren 5 Personen. Keine Ablageflächen im Bad und nur einen winzigen kleinen Schrank für unsere Kleidung. Absolut mikrig. Wir mussten praktisch aus dem Koffer leben.

Wir waren 4 Nächte im Hello Lisbon und fanden die zentrale Lage unschlagbar. Auch das automatische Check-In war problemlos und es war immer jemand erreichbar. Es waren nicht alle Einrichtungsgegenstände in einem Top-Zustand und wir hätten es uns auch etwas sauberer gewünscht, gilt vor allem für die Oberflächen. Das Bad war perfekt. Alles in allem für den Preis und die Lage toll, wir würden es wieder buchen.

Sehr schönes Appartement in Top-Lage. Einzig die fehlenden Ablage im Bad und der geringe Stauraum sind negativ anzumerken, auch etwas mehr Farbe in der Einrichtung wäre nett. Self-Check-In einfach und problemlos. Gerne jederzeit wieder.

Prenotato appartamento per 4 adulti,una volta arrivati in stanza ci siamo resi conto dell'impossibilità di soggiornare in 4 in uno spazio ridotto tra un letto matrimoniale ed un divano (quasi addossato ai piedi)la struttura nonostante le richieste di assistenza non ha fatto nulla,alla fine due di noi sono stati costretti a cercare un 'altra sistemazione in tarda serata spendendo altri soldi oltre ai 349 euro già pagati.Da rivedere anche la pulizia ,segnalati capelli di ospiti precedenti sulle piastrelle del bagno e sporco nella doccia ma il giorno successivo non è cambiato nulla.Buona la colazione.

Zentral in Baixa gelegen, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar, U-Bahn Rossio direkt vor der Tür. Wohnung ist sehr hell, modern eingerichtet und ausreichend ausgestattet. Sauberkeit und Zimmerservice nicht ganz zufriedenstellend, aber OK. Insgesamt für Familie mit einem Kleinkind gut geeignet.

Large apartments, beautifully decorated, in a central location: near the metro station, with lots of shops and restaurants around, and within walking distance of many of the main touristic sites (Santa Justa lift, Carmo convent, Rua Augusta Arch, Praça do Comercio, and more...).
Great view of the castle and the city.
Self-check in and check out.
Complimentary local cheese, crackers and wine on arrival- nice touch!

Super tolle Lage, direkt in der Altstadt und trotzdem ruhig. Restaurants und kleiner Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Appartement ist sehr gut eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Check in Vorgang ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig aber alles funktioniert einwandfrei. Kann man bedenkenlos empfehlen.

Great apartment to stay in when visiting Lisbon. Short walk to the city centre. Surrounded by many cafe's and restaurant's to choose from. Rooms were clean and the apartment has great views overlooking the city.

위치 시설 모두 좋습니다. 하우스 키핑은 6박 하는동안 1번 해주었습니다. 필요한 비품들은 5층에 있으니 가져다 쓰면 됩니다. 짐이 많으시면 호시우 역에서 에스컬레이터 타고 3층으로 나오시면 정면에 파란색 페이트 건물이 보입니다.
근처에 El-Rei Dom Frango 에서 문어스테이크 드세요.

Good location, spacious, clean apartment. Downstairs toilet broke on our 2nd day and took 4 days to fix with no explanation as to why it was taking so long and no effort to compensate for the inconvenience. After emailing every day all they said was 'we will let you know'. No instructions were left with any of the appliances. No note was left about the breakfasts that we ordered so we had to contact them about how it worked.
Virtual help is only good when things go right, if you have a problem its frustrating not having face to face help.
Because of the toilet issue we would not stay again as there are plenty serviced apartment options in Lisbon.

Le concepts est sympa, lappart est très bien aux premiers abords , par-contre on nous vend du service hôtelier avec ménage quotidien, changement des serviettes sales, lits refaits, appart tout équipé, hors le ménage na jamais était fait, les serviettes que nous avions laissé au sol nont été prise que 2 fois/3, les lits nont été fait quune fois et la veille de notre départ, l’Équipement de la cuisine: mise à part quil y a un lave-vaisselle et une machine à laver qui ne sert à rien car on na pas ramener de produit, il manque le minimum en condiments soit sel, poivre, huile, vinaigre. La vaisselle au stricte minimum, 3 petites tasses et 2 minuscules pour 5 ! pas de tire-bouchon (obligé de descendre au café du bas pour ouvrir une bouteille), une seule poêle complétement HS (revêtement Tefal) car forcement pas de spatule en bois, il y a un four mais aucun plat pour mettre dedans ! et pas meubles de rangement.Lappart est loué pour 5, or à part les draps et la couverture pour la cinquième personne, le soi-disant canapé lit nexiste pas, cest un canapé fixe où il est impossible de border des draps ! donc mon fils qui a dormis dessus sest retrouvé très rapidement avec un lit en vrac.Pour finir les deux lavabos et une douche sur 2 étaient bouchés (nous lavons signalé dès le lendemain, mais rien na été fait), la porte dentrée nest pas étanche aux bruits (on a limpression dêtre dans le couloir quand les voisins rentrent).Plus de caractères pour la suite.........

Ottima posizione, vicino alla stazione Rossio, in 5/10 minuti si possono raggiungere a piedi tutti i luoghi principali del centro città. A 2 minuti dalla stazione della metro e dei tram/bus per raggiungere anche le mete in periferia. Appartamento moderno e pulito, unica cosa da segnalare, magari un attaccapanni, un armandio ed una mensola in più.

Very good apartment in Lisbon Rossio station. it only takes 1 minuted to the main square and most of the places are walking distance. Full kitchen and good windows to stop noises from the street. you need to go up the stairs from the square but if you use escalators from the station it is easy peezy.

Like place, big room and kitchen. Balcony where you could take and eat food. In kitchen it's possible to make own food. A little bit disappointed: The dishes was not washed then I arrive, delivered breakfast is poor and the delivery time is inconvenient.

Beautiful and minimalistic apartment in the heart of Lisbon. Very clean, and with all the necessary amenities. Right by the train station if you wish to take a day trip to Sintra, but also close to everything else in Lisbon itself! Will definitely stay here the next time I go to Lisbon.

It was a pleasure. We went for two nights. Near both the centre of the city and the chiado zone. The automatic check in is easy, but we had to call to know we had the chance to have the luggage in the 5th floor for free while waiting for our flight and ask for the password.

Lo único bueno es la ubicacion. La limpieza es escasa por no decir nula. Estuvimos 4 dias y no pasaron la escoba ni hicieron los baños ni un dia. Solo cambiaban toallas y recogian bolsa de basura. Los secadores de pelo de los 2 baños no funcionaban. Y mientras se utilizaba una ducha de un baño, la persona q estaba duchandose en el otro se quedaba sin agua caliente.
Las cajas que te traen de almuerzo son pateticas. Los tetrabicks de leche caduca muy pronto. Al dia siguiente y alguno incluso ya estaba en mal estado. Tuvimos que desayunar fuera. Duplicando gastos.
Nada recomendable. Buscar otro alojamiento.

Si tengo que valorar la situación, le daría 5 estrellas, dado que está frente a la estación de tren de Rosdio, a 100 metros de la plaza Rossio, a unos 200 del mirador de Sta. Justa, vamos que la situación es ideal (hay que subir una cuesta o escaleras, pero eso en Lisboa es inevitable)
Si tengo que valorar el apartamento, diré que era precioso, amplio, con 2 plantas, equipado con lavadora, lavavajillas, todo al detalle.
El aspecto exterior tira un poco para atrás, pero en el casco viejo de Lisboa, te acabas dando cuenta que los edificios so así (Un poco o muy descuidados).
Ahora viene lo malo: solicité en mi reserva un apartamento cómodo, pues viajaba con una persona de 80 años, pues me dieron un 4° piso dúplex, hasta ahí bien, pero la habitación estaba en la planta superior. El día de llegada, el ascensor no funcionaba (subir señora madre y maletas 4 pisos), el segundo día tampoco funcionaba, el tercer día ya me enfadé y pedí una solución.
Muy amables, me cambiaron de apartahotel. Y ahora me voy al Hello Lisbon Sao Vento.

Wir haben mit unserer Tochter 6 Nächte im Appartement von Hello Lisbon Rossio übernachtet. Das Haus ist erst kürzlich Renoviert, unser Appartement war hell, freundlich und sauber, lediglich die Ablagemöglichkeiten mit sind etwas spärlich.Das Appartement hat lediglich einen zentralen Schrank. Dafür ist eine Küchenzeile mit Spül- und Waschmaschinen vorhanden, was in einem Ferienappartement nicht wirklich benötigt wird, zumal keine Verbrauchsmaterialien für die Maschinen vorhanden waren.Die zentrale Lage ist hervorragend. Der Ein check am Automaten ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, hat aber mit etwas Üben gut geklappt.

Plus: Super Lage innerhalb der Altstadt, Bahnhof in Sichtweite (sehr positiv für alle, die mit der Bahn anreisen), mittendrin und sehr nah am Rossio Platz, designgepägteshelles und sehr sauberes Apartment, großzügig geschnitten, 2 komplette Bäder, trotz der Lage mitten im Trubel vollkommen ruhig! Sehr guter Service (am ersten Tag war die Kaffeemaschine kaputt, 30 Minuten nach der Reklamation wurde eine neue vorbeigebracht) mit täglichem Room-Service.
Kritisch: bei Anreise mit dem PKW ist die Parksituation aufgrund der Altstadtgegebenheiten sehr problematisch. Es gibt 2 Parkhäuser in bequemer Laufnähe. Zu bedenken ist aber, dass man für eine Nacht !! mal schnell ca. € 25,— bezahlt. Das belastet die Gesamtkalkulation dann doch.
Trotz einer bemühten und hilfsbereiten Person am Telefon der Service-Telefonnummer (englisch) muss man sich mit der vollkommen digitalen Rezeption erst mal vertraut machen. Als einigermaßen „moderner“ Mensch ist das aber machbar.
Fazit: das Apartmenthaus ist an sich sehr empfehlenswert. Wir würden es wieder buchen, insbesondere für kürzere Trips

The property itself was fine and location great. We had a concern with communication as we learned upon arrival that we couldn’t pay onsite (even though that was offered through Expedia) and that we weren’t going to have access to the room unless we supplied a credit card number over the phone. It was late and I had my whole family standing outside the building so I gave my number. I should have been contacted about that before then. I had zero messages letting me know that payment hadn’t been received and that it would be required ahead of time to get a room. That should be the only option for this hotel in Expedia (pay ahead of time) because there is no attendant to take payments at the hotel.

Virtual check-in was broken in the morning but the management team did not try to address until it was time to check in at 3pm. By that time, 3 families waiting to check in had already been waiting 30 mins for a representative to physically check everyone in. They could have planned better, knowing their virtual check in was broken.

Como puntos positivos destacar la ubicación inmejorable del apartamento, la tranquilidad a pesar de la cercanía al centro y la impresión general con el apartamento totalmente reformado.
Check-in fácil.
Muy cerca de bus, metro y tranvía.
Muy cerca de supermercado.
Como puntos negativos destacar el colchón que nos dejó la espalda destrozada y la cama supletoria, que no era una cama sino un sillón cama que era una tortura. Las almohadas eran simples cojines sin nada de firmeza. El colchón no tenía funda, lo único que tenía era un cubre colchón que se quedaba corto y se movía. La ropa de cama y las toallas estaban muy pasadas de su uso y no daban impresión de buena limpieza. Es más las sábanas del primer día estaban manchadas de maquillaje. Además las sábanas también eran pequeñas para el tamaño de la cama.
El menaje de la cocina insuficiente con tres cucharadas, tres tenedores, tres vasos, ... Con lo cual, ¿para qué queremos un lavavajillas? No lo vamos a poner con tres vasos, tres cucharas y tres platos, creo yo.
Y por último la señal Wi-Fi era malísima y la televisión no tenía ni un canal en castellano.
Por último el poco trato que tienes con personas es cuando te cruzas con las chicas de la limpieza, y encima les das los buenos días y ni siquiera te responden.

Wasn’t much to look at on the outside, but inside it was very nice and modern. Kitchen was big and updated, but no soap was provided to do the dishes. TV service was ok. Check-in was only by machine and was confusing. Printed ticket didn’t have ink and so needed to rely on additional help (by a Skype phone mix) and an e-mail. Once we figured it out, it was fine. Location was good, central to a great restaurant and shopping district, and close to public transport.

Super,clean and comfortable bare bones accommodation in center of city (near train station). A couple of supermarkets just down the stairs, a bar next door and several cafes. The boxed breakfast delivered each morning was very generous and delicious. You buy the coffee downstairs or make it in the flat.Laundry and dishwasher soap is available, but no dish washing sponge, soap, paper towels, drying towel. Easy to purchase.TV is just movies, mainly in Portuguese. If in a car, parking would be a problem. Would use them again.

Have stayed here before but don’t think I would again. They are good apartments and very central, but just lacking in a few basics. 1/ the shower was broken and difficult to use. 2/ the water didn’t drain properly in the bathroom. 3/ the iWIFI wasn’t very good. 4/ the tv was very limited in selection. 5/ the heater was pretty ineffective Great shame but these are fairly basic things in a small apartment/studio.

It has a modern look and is closed to downtown. The only disappointment is the problem with the drainage in the shower. Our unit 4B's bedroom is upstairs. We like our friend's unit 3C more.

That picture its a bluff. The property is located behind the railroad station. That specific area is pretty bad with beggers and dirty everywhere even human feces. After you get OUT of the property location you are very centric. I wouldn't recommend this place for the comfortable traveler. The TV did not function when I went down 4 floors and reached a pragmatic phone the guy that answered said that it was probably due to bad weather, He must have been in the North Pole because there was a lovely weather. I also had to phone for the AC/heater because the remote was not working. I think they repaired it by control remote because when we came back all 4 AC/heaters were on and it was very very WARM! My iPad was not working so I asked if someone could call us. the answer was NO! I also asked why there was no alarm clock in the room and the guy answered that we had to use our phone!!!! I NEVER travel with a phone when on vacation!!!! If there is NO SERVICE then an alarm clock would be great for those that need to catch an early flight! There is NO reception, not even a ghost! Just a machine like a vending machine where you have to scan the passport of each and every guest, pay with your credit card (NO AMEX), GET a hotel where you can order a wake up call, order a taxi and watch TV before you go to sleep. This is a scam like place NO employees, great!!!! all the money for the owners on behave of ZERO service to the payers!

This is in an amazing location, and was great for our short stay! It was an easy check-in process and a huge apartment. The cleanliness of the apartment was ok, but the sheets + towels were a bit old. Overall, wed stay here again!

I loved this apartment located in a central area of Lisboa! It was walkable in both directions to the great restaurants/ bars, shopping streets, and convenient to get to the old town area. The apartment was spacious with two floors including 2 bedrooms. The decor was modern and simple. There’s a welcoming bottle of wine and snacks to enjoy as you watch out the window of all the action going on in the streets. My only complaint (if you would call it that) is that the towels and bedding could use an update as well as the pillows. There is no cleaning service as well to replace items. Also, I thought this location had a balcony, which is why I chose it, however, the room I got did not. That was a slight disappointment, but wasn’t a game changer to my experience. I would just make sure you know what apartment you are getting when you choose so you are not expecting something that you won’t get. The check in process was interesting as it was all automated through a virtual passcode machine. I arrived very late and had an issue checking in through the machine, but I was able to call the number provided and spoke to a nice gentleman who was able to assist me during the late hours of the night. There’s also a luggage storage area on the top floor. I did not use this service, but it’s nice to know it’s there. Also, I rented a car and was worried about parking. However, I safely and easily was able to find parking outside on the streets.

- No Iron on arrival, despite you mentioning this clearly on hotels.com there was no iron on arrival. Staff member told me that there should be and iron and that I would have to go to collect it myself.-Broken shower and blocked sinks after taking a shower I was almost hit in the head with the shower fixture which had become detached, this is a health and safety hazard. Furthermore, the sink and shower were blocked which was disgusting. No one came to fix the issue until the next day.- Unclean cutlery: As you can see from this picture, this is the state of the cups and mugs that you have in the apartment ready for usage. I asked many times to get these replaced, and nothing happened for 2 days. They were only replaced the day BEFORE I had to check out. Unclean towels: The towels were stained and clearly had not been cleaned, again this took 2 days to fix Unclean floor: When walking around the apartment in my socks, they were black from the dust. It is clear that no one has properly cleaned that floor in a few weeks.

We had a water lick under the sink on our second day there and there was water everywhere. When the maids came to pick up the trash that was also under the sink they didn’t do anything. We obviously called the reception and they didn’t care at all. We stayed smelling and walking in this disgusting water for 3 days. The service is not accurate at all!

Hôtel très bien situé, nous avons réservé pour 8 pers mais pas de linge de lit pour le canapé lit . Poubelle de la cuisine non vidée, manque aussi des petits kits d accueil . Petit appartement bien décoré, bonne literie , spacieux et propreté convenable . Le point noir est l accès à la chambre par la borne , c est assez fastidieux.

The one bedroom apartment was lovely. Contemporary well furnished with comfy beds and fully equipped. Fabulous location within walking distance of restaurants, shops, the waterfront. Only negative is the double glazing isnt very effective and particularly on our last night which was a Thursday night we were kept awake most of the night with noisy groups of people outside. Didnt spoil our stay though.

Stayed for 5 days with my family of four. The space and layout were more than adequate, and we loved having the full kitchen where we could eat breakfast in every morning. The location of this apartment was perfect for us—within walking distance to oodles of amazing restaurants, shopping, train station, and a proper supermarket (where you can make your own fresh OJ) just steps away! We loved Lisbon overall and would definitely consider staying here again. We did find the check-in a bit tricky but were able to contact management and it was resolved within a short period of time. The housekeeping service was apparently only every 3 days and, really, it just consisted of changing towels and linens. Nothing actually seemed to be cleaned. Also, the dishwasher and washer/dryer did not seem to work properly (the tablet wasn’t released in the dishwasher and our clothes never got fully dried) which was a bit of a curveball. Overall, however, we were very pleased and thought it was good value.

Die Unterkunft ist perfekt zentral gelegen. Das Appartement war großzügig und hell, Ausstattung sehr ordentlich. Perfekt für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Manko waren die Schäden eines Wasserflecks an den Fußleisten, die lediglich übermalt wurden, hat aber nicht nachhaltig gestört.Taxi vom Flughafen in der Nacht hat super funktioniert- da wir uns verspäteten, würde der Taxifahrer per SMS von mir kontaktiert. Hat alles geklappt. Sauberkeit des Appartements war in Ordnung, es wurde auch jeden Tag sauber gemacht. Bars und Cafes vor der Türe. Check-in ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber es gibt einen 24 Stunden Skype Service- klappt alles gut. Beim Check-Out muss einfach nur bis 11 die Wohnung verlassen werden, dann verliert der Zugangscode seine Gültigkeit.

Muito bem localizado, no meio dos bares restaurantes e pontos turísticos , a entrada é bem antiga mas o interior é moderno e reformado , porém sem garagem o que dificulta muito quem está de carro e os estacionamentos são caríssimos e a internet oferecida é muito fraca , para turistas que dependem do Wi-Fi “coitados “ não funciona, roupas de cama velhas e manchadas , atendimento somente virtual o que torna as coisas mais difíceis.

Positive: Great location, clean apartment, various amenities, 24 hours availability. . Negative: We weren't notified in advance for the number of our apartment and its access code, so we had to make a call upon our arrival which was after midnight (even if the code for the main door was given well in advance). The Wi-Fi code was nowhere to be seen in the apartment so we had to text the staff late at night. There was a delay on acquiring our receipt (nonetheless it was solved some time after contacting the staff). The shower rail was broken. No place in the bedrooms to put your luggage . Only one wardrobe for 2 bedrooms.

Positief: Het appartement is in hartje Lissabon gelegen. Je kunt vanaf hieruit naar alle trekpleisters in Lissabon centrum lopen. Ook is het nog geen twee minuten lopen naar het treinstation en ook de metro is heel dichtbij gelegen. De bedden zijn ook erg goed. Echt een aanrader! . Negatief: Het ligt wel in een wat drukkere/rumoerige straat, maar als je het raam dicht doet heb je daar geen last van.

Koden til hovedøren og lejligheden var noget rigtigt rod, først fik vi en til hoveddøren og bagefter til lejligheden da vi tjekkede ind men næste dag duede koden ikke længere til hoveddøren, vi skulle bruge den samme som til lejligheden, der mangler information fra værtens side. Положительный: Апартаменты расположены идеально ко всем достопримечательностям. К площади Россиу нужно немного спуститься, в главной смотровой площадке немного подняться. Вокзал прям напротив, что упрощает поездки в соседние города, но при этом очень тихо. Рядом много хороших маленьких семейных ресторанчиков. Зарегистрироваться нам помог Нуно, стричь печали нас в аэропорту (самим, предполагаю, было бы сложнее). Завтраки привозили каждое утро в 8.00, но за заплаченные деньги ожидали немного большего. Сами апартаменты очень комфортные, с оригинальной мебелью и чистые. Убирались каждый день, но запас косметических принадлежностей в ванной комнатёнок пополнялся.. Негативный: Сделайте, пожалуйста, при входе в апартаменты вешалку на стене (тем более, что место позволяет). Верхнюю одежду вешать абсолютно некуда. А в спальне в шкаф крайне неудобно.

Negatywna: Brudna łazienka , zapchany prysznic i bidet wiec nie było możliwości umycia się , z prysznica skorzystała w pierwszym dniu tylko jedna osoba i po kilku minutach okazało się ze jest zapchany , wiec pozostałe 4 osoby po długiej podróży zmuszone były położyć się brudne , okropne , przez cały okres pobytu na podłodze w łazience leżały długie czarne włosy a my jesteśmy blondynkami, obsługa nie sprząta pomieszczeń w dostatecznym stopniu, dostaliśmy klucze do pokoju który nie powinien być oddany do użytku ze względu na brak możliwości skorzystania z sanitariatów, ręczniki które zmienia personel są szare, niedostatecznie doprane, ma się wrażenie ze przynoszą brudne ręczniki ,kod który otrzymałam na e-mail działał tylko w pierwszym dniu w następnym trzeba użyć ten od drzwi do apartamentu ale o tym nikt nie poinformował , zadzwoniliśmy domofonem i niemiła pani z obsługi krzykiem obwieściła nam ze od dzisiaj działa kod od apartamentu, po zwróceniu uwagi ze gości powinno się traktować z szacunkiem bo złożymy zażalenie zaczęła przepraszać, to było niewiarygodne myślałam ze w dzisiejszych czasach to się nie zdarza a jednak

Ciekawie rozwiązany problem zameldowania w obiekcie (wirtualna recepcja). Możliwość przechowania bagażu po wymeldowaniu.. Negatywna: W miesiącach zimowych w pokoju jest chłodno, trzeba się nauczyć obsługiwać klimatyzację (jest dość głośna). W nocy często słychać hałas z podwórka. 숙소는 깔끔하고 넓고 좋았습니다.. 부정적: 만족스러웠지만 사람없이 기계로 등록하는 방식이 정들기에 부족함이 있었고 개별 화장실이 있었던 것은 좋았지만 드라이기 사용때마다 전체 전원이 꺼져서 당혹스러웠습니다. 난방기가 제대로 작동하지 않고 아침이 되어서야 난방이 가동되어 다소 추웠습니다.

Положительный: В общем и целом номер приятный) расположение тоже отличное -все достопримечательности под боком, рядом метро, ж/д вокзал. Несмотря на близость вокзала, шума в номере нет. За корзинку с фруктами отдельное спасибо!. Негативный: При заезде люди вынуждены общаться с электронным аппаратом, а не с человеком)) это не очень удобно, на мой взгляд (также наблюдала мучения других иностранных туристов). При возникновении непредвиденных ситуаций нужно ехать в их офис, как было у нас.
Дали неверный пароль от WI-FI, сутки убеждали нас, что он верный, велели ждать мастера (пришел, кстати, через два дня); после WI-FI работал с перебоями.
В номере только один шкаф и тот в дальней комнате. То есть вообще некуда деть верхнюю одежду.
Уборка ежедневная, но, почему-то, через неделю по углам собрались перекати-поля из пыли)) мы так поняли, что кроме выноса мусора и смены полотенец ничего особо не убирали))
Все это вполне устранимо. Общие впечатления остались хорошие.

Il top per visitare Lisbona in maniera comodissima! Appartamenti ampi, moderni e puliti con servizio biancheria, dotati di tutto ciò che serve. Posizione centralissima e supermarket sotto lo stabile. Stra consigliato anche perché la metro è vicinissima e a pochissimo ci sono l'elevador e la partenza del tram 28, molto vicini anche l'ascensore per l'alfama e le piazze del Chiado.

leider waren wir gar nicht zufrieden: die Duschhalterung war kaputt, die Bettwäsche und der Rest der Wohnung dreckig, die Zimmer wurden teilweise gar nicht gereinigt weil die Putzfrauen erst um 17h zum Zimmer kamen. Es gab nur eine Tasse für bis zu 6 Personen. Check-in ist langwierig mit Automat. In den Zimmern war es laut da die Fenster nicht richtig verschlossen werden konnten.

Uma das camas não tinha edredão e tive de solicitar. Deixaram no dia seguinte.

Unclean Apartment with Hair in Sheets and Bathroom, Broken Bed, Broken Mirror, Broken Table
We booked this apartment to end our honeymoon in Lisbon. When we arrived, we were alarmed to find human hair on the bathroom tiles, dirty sheets, a broken mirror in the bathroom, and the bed coming off the wall. The kitchen table was in such bad shape it looked like something had eaten into it and peeled off the finish.
I emailed photos to Hello Lisbon and did not receive a response. Dismayed at their lack of communication, I called the office. Although Hello Lisbon sent a cleaning crew to replace the sheets and re-clean the bathroom, Hello Lisbon indicated their maintenance team would be unable to fix the mirror, the bed, or the table.
I asked if they could move us to a new apartment, given that we had paid full price for a fully functional apartment. Hello Lisbon explained they were fully booked.
I then asked for a full refund of our booking. A Hello Lisbon staff member indicated a full refund would be provided if I emailed the office to formally request one. I sent an email within 10 minutes of our phone call.
When I emailed to follow up on the state of our refund, the same associate then indicated that the office would have to “review” my situation and refund request. It has been 4+ hours and I have not heard back from their “deliberations.”

sehr ringhörig zum Treppenhaus. Der Frühstückskurier ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. mal kommt er um 7.30 mal um 9.15 .Würden es aber trotzdem wieder buchen. Einfach ohne Frühstück.Es hat viele tolle Bäckereien die super Angebote haben.

Appartamento fantastico, molto pulito, attrezzatissimo. Il check-in si fa con una macchina per chi non padronanza con l'inglese forse un po' difficoltoso. Le assistenti al desk sono comunque molto gentili e disponibili!

Kladný: Ubytování byla na skvělém místě. Všude bylo blízko. Bylo velmi dobře vybavené a čísté. Check-in byl přes virtuální recepci a vstup do domu a apartmánu bylo na kód.

La habitación es muy cómoda , perfecta ubicación, sin embargo, hay una desorganización tremenda en el temas de claves para entrar, wifi, te facturan de más, hacen las habitaciones a las 17:00 y el desayuno flojito

Fabulous location. Fairly easy to access. Some issues with the check in but easily resolved. Daily cleaning a bit meh. Well equipped. Overcharged for somethings we had paid cash for but otherwise fabulous !

The hello lisbon apartments are very up to date and have great security. The views are nice and the interiors are extremely well done and have ac. Wifi is also provided and the location is right in downtown lisbon a minutes walk from hop on hop off tour buses if on vacation. Local restaurants are near by and the breakfast at the apartments that is provided is decent as well.

Pozitív: A szállás nagyon jó helyen van, tökéletes a felszereltsége, és nagyon szép a kilátás.. Negatív: Kicsit zavaró, hogy nincs recepció, ezért a fizetési mód is kellemetlen, mivel előre zárolják az összeget és távozáskor emelik le a bankszámláról, ez sajnos dupla bankköltséget jelent, ami nem kevés.

absolutamente perfeito esse apto..........pertissimo de tudo............asseio nota mil.........acesso por senha.......banheiros..roupa de cama.edredons e a funcionaria TELMA ,,tudo isso nota mil..........como essa moça foi gentil ao nos receber........hospedagem perfeita..........ainda preciso falar do bom gosto da decoração da sala e dos qtos......... gravuras lindas em preto e branco nas paredes.

We were a family of 4 who stayed at the apartments. They are furnished nicely. Very modern and light. The location was fantastic. Walking distance to the centre of town. Pubs and restaurants close by but still quiet when in the apartment. Very happy with our stay there

Modern apartment in a great location. We were fortunate to have a balcony facing an open area with restaurants and live music every night. Although this was a hub of activity the noise stopped well before midnight. Rossia train station that takes you to Sintra is only a 1 minute walk away.

Позитивен: Страхотен апартамент, чисто и с всички необходими удобства. Разположението е идеално за разглеждане на града, за приятна вечеря или почивка. Нямам никакви забележки, горещо го препоръчвам. Много добра организация при настаняване и достъп до сградата.. Негативен: Няма нещо, което да не ми е харесало.

Bonito Apartamento recién remodelado y moderno, con un buen desayuno. Faltaba una cama para mis hijos y no dormir en un sofá-cama. Algunas deficiencias que pueden ser subsanadas con un buen mantenimiento y mejor atención por los propietarios. Puerta de balcón que no cierra. Inodoro a una altura elevada sobre el nivel del suelo. Puertas de armarios de cocina descolgadas. Falta de información de planos de la ciudad. Secador que no funcionaba. Falta de enchufes en cocina y dormitorio. He estado este puente con mi familia.

Wir hatten ein wirklich ruhiges und schönes kleines Apartment (Nr. 1a). Tolles Design, kein Schnick-Schnack. Man kriegt einen Code für Hotel- und Zimmereintritt und sieht eigentlich nie jemanden, da es wie ein Wohnhaus wirkt, ist dadurch aber auch ein bisschen auf sich gestellt z.B. beim Auschecken. Absolut super Lage für alles und leichte Erreichbarkeit des Flughafens per Metro. Wir haben den ganzen Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

We got number 1 c which is at the lower level and not as great as the ones upstairs. It was very modern if sparsely furnished. Very pretty and clean and new. Service included cleaning daily. Windows are very solid and don't let in the noise and additional doors cover the sunlight if you require it. Bathroom a bit narrow but basically very clean and new. Small Hardware problems including lack of instructions for washing machine and recycling and some Hardware in the bathroom that is loose. Perhaps we needed to talk to staff to make sure that the Soaps are filled in the bathroom. Location is excellent because it's in the middle of many things and close to a few neighborhood restaurants and bars and the train station if you need it. The immediate area might seem and probably is a little bit more dangerous if there is such a thing in this city that generally seems very safe. But the public staircases that drop down to the lower level from right in front of the landing in front of the building are super grungy and need a pressure washer plus the constant presence of ugly graffiti in the city especially in this area. But apartments are very close to three distinct neighborhoods with lots to look at. Biggest problem was that the building entrance Door wouldn't close shut and we contacted staff through the entrance phone and told them twice to have it fixed but they didn't ...we ended up putting Post-its on the entrance door asking people in English and Spanish to make sure the door was locked shut. A code allows you to enter the building and also enter your room. Wifi worked fine but is unsecured (open). Bonus is a local bar restaurant right downstairs that has all you'll need. Plus another accross.the street. No noise problem and local staff presence welcome. Very helpful. And around.the corner some local bodegas with supplies. Two small supermarkets three blocks away up and down the hill.

Fantastic location! Central to everything, and right next to the train station. The room was very updated and comfortable. Even though it was in a popular area of town and had great balcony windows that overlooked the town, the room was very quiet and private. Not related to the hotel, but my suggestion is not to drive a rental car into Lisbon! Many crazy 1 way streets, and limited, and expensive overnight parking... The hotel was reasonable, and great!

Pozitív: Szép tágas apartman, jó helyen a város egyik központi helyén, nagyon szépen felvan szerelve és szép a kilátás! Bőséges reggeli!. Negatív: Hangos a környék, éjjel 3-4 óráig buli van az utcán, a tisztaság lehetne jobb is és nem volt kiskanál....a reggeli késett.

Kladný: Ubytování vlastně v centru, cca 50m od Václaváku.. Záporný: Výhled přímo z oken je na vlakové nádraží, které je z větší části nevzhledné, až šeredné, navíc před ním táboří 2 bezdomovci-avšak veselí a neagresivní. Je třeba se koukat z balkonku pod nohy, kde je krásná portugalská roztomilá hospůdka....

Pozitivno: Izvrstna lokacija, enostaven sistem prihoda in vstopa.. Negativno: Čistilke so zelo nemarne. Najavljenih nas je bilo 5, pripravljene so bile le 4 postelje, brisače. Ob menjavi brisač smo dobili le dva kompleta...

Positiu: La situació es molt bona i l'atenció del personal a l'altra banda del intercomunicador molt eficient. Per ser un lloc on no hi ha recepció en persona, molt ben organitzat i net.. Negatiu: L'esmorzar si l'estada es de mes de dos o tres dies es repetitiu, i al no haver-hi personal a les insatalacions en cas de soroll i escandol a la nit un pel complicat de solucionar-ho. Pel demés l'aconsello a tot-hom.

Check in ohne Rezeption war problemlos.Lage war optimal, mitten im Geschehen. Das Apartment war neu und ist für 2 Personen optimal ausgestattet. Problem war nur das ein Beistellbett für eine 3. Person im Apartment stand was eigentlich gar keinen Platz hatte. Das hat uns schon sehr eingeengt. Da es keine Rezeption gab war es uns nicht möglich das Bett loszuwerden.

Das Zimmer ist groß,angenehm und gut ausgestattet.In wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man die Öffentliche Verkehr, Museum, Geschäfte und Restaurants.
