Goede service en leuk appartement

Great appartement! Very nice view from the top floor and even though the ceilings are a bit low and the house feels tiny you still get a lot of space at an amazing spot in Lisbon.

Lovely spacious apartment, clean and well equipped. On the third floor!! In historic area with many bars and restaurants around. Easy walk to bus/ tram/ train etc for enjoying the city.

Camas muy cómodas, muy limpio y con bastante espacio. Por ponerle alguna pega la televisión solo coje 4 cadenas

Positif: La flexibilité de laisser les bagages à notre arrivée et à notre départ pour profiter à 100% du séjour.. Négatif: La chambre côté rue avec reveil au passage des éboueurs.

Positive: -La posizione centrale dell'appartamento. -Ambienti ben curati. -Ottime dotazioni di cucina e bagno.. Negazione: -L' accessibilità agli appartamenti nei piani più alti puo risultare scomoda essendoci solo le scale.

Positiva: El Alojamiento era excelente. Estuvimos muy cómodas. El barrio es un poco ruidoso pero el piso esta perfectamente insonorizado.. Negativa: al ser 7 chicas nos faltaba un baño pero vamos, nos hemos apañado perfectamente con uno.

Positif: Les deux appartements loués auprès de Priscillia sont très bien situés et très correctement équipés. Effectivement, la rue est assez passante la nuit, mais c'était ce que l'on recherchait car nous étions un groupe d'amis et nous sommes sortis tous les soirs dans un bar juste en bas de l'immeuble, très très pratique ! Les deux appartements étaient propres, RAS. Le métro est situé juste à côté (Baixa Chiado) et nous nous sommes beaucoup déplacés à pieds.

Positive: La posizione molto centrale. Negazione: La presenza del gestore. Visto solo all'arrivo e alla partenza (di sfuggita)

Positiv: Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage. Ca.500m von der U-Bahn entfernt. Mitten in der Altstadt. Die Einrichtung war einfach aber gut. Ausreichend! Wir waren auch nur zum schlafen dort. Die Küche war komplett zum kochen ausgestattet.

Положительный: Апартаменты понравились. Просторно, есть отдельные кухня, столовая, гостиная и спальня. Кухня оборудована хорошо, есть пакетики чая, кофе и сахара на все дни пребывания.Чисто. Хозяйка приветливая, быстренько пришла после звонка, выдала карту города, рассказала о близлежащих магазинах и ресторанах. Расположение хорошее, недалеко станция метро. До многих достопримечательностей можна добраться пешком.. Негативный: Мы жили на 4 этаже, лифта нет. Для кого-то это может быть проблемой.

Positief: Een mooi appartement met ruime kamers, keuken, living en badkamer. . Negatief: Het was geen probleem voor ons, maar 3 verdiepingen zonder lift is misschien voor sommige mensen wat te veel.

Positiv: Läget bra. Gångavstånd till mycket. Negativ: Ingen kaffebryggare, kallt och enkelt boende, fler handdukar hade varit önskvärt.

Positive: Great location and Priscilia was very accommodating!!. Negative: We had 8 people stay (the max) which meant only one shower / bathroom to share. But the great location and a bed for each totally outweighed that slight inconvenience! Also the area is a little loud at night but I would 100% recommended the place for groups!!

Positiv: Inmitten des ganzen "barrulho" dieses Amüsierviertels & trotzdem ruhig - wenn man die Fenster geschlossen hat :) Wenig Fußweg zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten - absolut zentral - viele kleine Inderläden im Viertel, bei denen die Qualität & die Preise Supermärkte wie "PingoDoçe" oder "MiniPreço" ganz klar schlagen. Lernen Sie Portugiesisch! - Sie werden herzlich angenommen & bekommen Infos, die kein Reiseführer zu bieten hat! - Ein paar erste Formeln eröffnen Ihnen eine Welt, die Sie in Ihrer Heimat vielleicht vermisst haben!. Negativ: Unter'm Dach - juchhe! - mit Ende 50 ist das willkommenes Training! :) Wenn ich mit meiner Frau hier gewesen wäre, hätte mir das Doppelbett extrem gefehlt!

Positive: The apartment was spacy and clean. Location in Bairro Alto is great especially if you want to out with your friends. Priscilia was also an excellent host and communication went without any delays.

Top locatie, prima WiFi en schoon.

Positiv: Größe, Ausstattung, Lage. Super unkomplizierte Übergabe. Sehr freundliche hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. . Negativ: nichts

Positiva: La ubicación. Negativa: El baño, sin calefaccion y dificultades para tener agua caliente.

Positiva: El apartamento tiene una ubicación inmejorable, es muy amplio y cómodo, estaba muy limpio, las camas son muy cómodas y el trato con la propietaria fue excelente, muy buena comunicación.. Negativa: Enorme dificultad para aparcar; por la tarde parking completo en las inmediaciones. Saltaba la luz utilizando termo y calefacción a la vez

Положительный: Чистые ухоженные аппарты в самом центре Лиссабона. Спальни изолированные, в каждой кондиционер. Просторная ванная комната, удобная кухня. Гостиная с диванчиком, где можно собраться вечером. Все просто, но чисто и удобно. Расположение прекрасное, 15 минут прогулочным шагом до площади Коммерции. Все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. Приветливая хозяйка, встретила в назначенное время в квартире, все рассказала, оставила карту, предложила звонить по всем возникающим вопросам. Очень приятная и позитивная хозяйка.. Негативный: В одной из спален нет окна. Непосредственно к аппаратам нельзя подъехать на такси или машине, багаж приходится нести.

Positiv: Veldig sentralt. Bra utstyrt leilighet. Rent og ordentlig. . Negativ: Noe støy nattestid fra restaurantene, kan være greit med ørepropper.

긍정적: 야간열차타고 너무 씼고싶었는데 일찍 체크인하게 해주어서 넘 좋았어요 .넓고 모든 시설이 갖춰저있어좋았어요. 에어컨있어 너무 좋았고 공간이 넓고 거실도 넓어 지내기 편안했어요 ^^. 부정적: 밤에 시끄럽고, 집주변이 좀 더러웠고, 특히 입구에 손가락만한바퀴벌레가 몇번있었고 엘레베이터 없어서 짐 들고 힘들었어요. 아파트에 세탁기있었음 좋겠어요

Très bien la location et la rue est trrès bien desservie par les transports en commun: tramway, métro, bus, etc.. De nombreux petits restaurants avec soirée de fado à proximité de cette location

Óptima localização, muito confortável e actual. A simpatia e disponibilidade da gerência foi excelente. Recomendo vivamente a quem viaja em grupo e pretende passar algum tempo relaxado sem se preocupar com transportes. No coração da animação nocturna, contudo numa rua mais tranquila. O ruído não foi incómodo nem para os que optaram por descansar mais cedo.
