Très bel appartement, très propre et beaucoup de charme. Le seul bémol sont les chambres côté avenue mal isolées du bruit de la route.

A casa está bem equipada, apesar de ser fria, há vários aquecedores distribuídos lê-la casa inteira. Da até para 5 pessoas!!

Super Ferienwohnung. Noch besser ist die Vermieterin. Sehr herzlicher Empfang. Einfach toll. Hier kommt man gerne wieder.

Все очень хорошо, но только это 4 этаж без лифта. В остальном очень удачное расположение, напротив отличный ресторан, есть супермаркет.

Casa muy limpia, recién reformada, decorada de forma sencilla, bien situado con un parking a 150 metros para el coche, lo que es muy cómodo. Tiene un suelo de madera antiguo muy bonito, los electrodomésticos son todos nuevos.

Perfect apartment, complete with everything, spotlessly clean on arrival, perfect location, very close to the "alameda" metro which is exchanged with other lines ... The owner of the house, margherita, is very kind and very willing to explain the main attractions of lisbon .. Beautiful experience! Thanks margherita, you're great!

This was a trip to celebrate my sister's 60th birthday. It was made even more special by the hospitality of Margarida, the owner. Balloons, bubbly and a happy birthday banner were there when we arrived, which was lovely. The apartment is huge, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk to the metro. Highly recommend this apartment and Lisbon.

Positiva: La casa es muy luminosa y acogedora. Esta muy limpia, huele muy bien y las camas son grandes y comodas.. Negativa: En general todo estuvo muy bien,quizá la única observación por decir algo, es que habría sido mejor si hubiera tenido dos cuartos de baños completos, en vez de un cuarto de baño y un aseo, pero con un poco de organización no llega a haber ningún problema.

Positiv: Super Lage in der nähe der Metro. Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos. Die Vermieterin hat sich wirklich Zeit für uns genommen und hatte auch einige nützliche Tipps. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Positif: L'appartement est superbe et vaste, et Margarida est une hôte très sympathique qui parle le français pour nous dire quoi faire pendant notre séjour, le top.. Négatif: Le 8ème lit n'est qu'un lit d'appoint avec un matelas très très mince, dommage.
Pas de grande marmite si vous voulez cuisiner pour 8.

Positief: Zeer ruim appartement met vier slaapkamers en bovendien leuk ingericht. Van de keuken hebben we nauwelijks gebruik gemaakt, maar alles leek voorhanden. Alles was keurig schoon en de gastvrouw was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Een metrostation met directe lijnen naar het vliegveld en naar het centrum ligt op nog geen 5 minuten lopen.. Negatief: Het appartement ligt aan een drukke straat.

Положительный: Очень чисто! Свежий ремонт. На кухне есть необходимая посуда, капсульная кофемашина, посудомойка, микроволновка. Два санузла с душевыми кабинами. Метро в шаговой доступности, магазин на соседней улице. В соотношении цена/качество очень удачный вариант.. Негативный: Не самый удачный район. Очень шумные соседи этажом выше, которые две ночи подряд орали и стучали до 5 утра (но тут не угадаешь). Не было сковороды. Вместо третьей двуспальной кровати стоит 1,5 и та в малюсенькой комнатке, больше похожей на кладовку, чем на спальню.

Positiva: Casa muy grande, bien decorada y muy bien ubicada. La anfitriona muy amable y dispuesta a ayudar. Muy cerca de una parada de metro y de un parque grande perfecto para jugar con los niños. En las inmediaciones hay un supermercado y un parking de pago. Zona muy tranquila. Cocina completamente equipada. La casa está equipada con detalle, incluso por ejemplo en el número de enchufes disponibles, algo muy poco habitual en este tipo de alojamientos.. Negativa: Tercer piso sin ascensor, aunque esto solo es un problema al subir y bajar las maletas. Se agradecería que el baño tuviera calefacción como el resto de la casa.

Positive: La proprietaria è davvero gentile, disponibile a dare consigli e suggerimenti circa i posti da visitare e modalità. L’appartamento è pulitissimo è molto spazioso, forse ancora meglio di come si vede dalle foto. Molto soddisfatti!!

Positive: The flat is cosy, big, clean and has everything you need. We were 4 friends, and it was great to stay there, having a lot of nice space for us and being close to the metro station. Margarida is a super host! Full of great tips and ready to help for everything! Very Positive Experience!

负面: 房东非常好，到达之前就与我邮件沟通房间安排及接送事宜。房间很大，设施很齐全。周围有个很大的菜市场，可以买到新鲜的蔬菜水果肉类等食品。离地铁站很近。

负面: 房东人非常好，我们因为机场行李延误一直到凌晨1点才到酒店，房东一直都等着我们。住宿地址的交通特别方便，出门左转50米就有到机场的巴士和地铁站，出门右转步行2分钟丁字路口隔条马路就有一个PINGGO DOCE的超市。房间很大，屋内装饰也很美观，所有家里常备的电器全部有提供。浴室和厨房的热水也很大。. 正面: 晾衣架少了一点点；另外浴室，厨房不能同时使用热水

Positiv: Lieblich eingerichtete, tolle und grosse Wohnung.
Sehr geräumig, sauber und nahe der Metro.
Freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin Margarida, welche uns gut informiert hat über mögliche Ausflüge ect.
Kurzfristige vorzeitige Ankunft war kein Problem. Hat super geklappt mit der Wohnungsübergabe.
Gute Ausgangslage um Lissabon zu entdecken.

Positivo: Gostei da excelente localização e comodidade tudo perto.
A senhora Margarida nos recebeu já tarde as 00h00 com uma simpatia que nos contagiou tudo limpo e próprio até nos deixou um pequeno almoço pronto, muito atenciosa.. Negativo: As portas fazem um pouco de barulho ao abrir e fechar o piso em madeira antiga precisa de uma renovação pois guando andamos faz barulho e encomoda principalmente durante à noite.

Olumlu: Konum güzeldi.. Olumsuz: Çok eski bir apartman , asansörü olmaması kötü.. Eşya çıkarmak zor.
Zemin eski tip parke, yürürken her yer gıcırdıyor.
Gider veya havalandırma tesisatlarında koku problemi var.
İkinci banyoyu bu nedenle kullanamadık.

A bennünket fogadó hölgy nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat Liszabonban.. Negatív: Nem volt ilyen.

Positiu: El tracte excelent, l'apartament increïble. La situació molt ben comunicat en una zona tranquil·la. A quinze minuts caminant a Moniz. Al costat de les dues línies principals de metro. Fantàstic amb els nens. Molt d'espai i comoditat.. Negatiu: M'ha agradat tot. L'únic inconvenient que no tingui ascensor, però les escales són molt còmodes i no l'hem trobat a faltar.

Pozytywna: blisko do stacji metra, pralka, bardzo ładne, czyste pokoje, wygodne łóżka, pomocna gospodyni.. Negatywna: część okien wychodzi na bardzo ruchliwą ulicę, nie można spać przy otwartym oknie, ale są klimatyzatory, brak zmywarki i windy, a mieszkanie jest na 3 pietrze (każde piętro to 20 stopni, bo to stare budownictwo), z opisu wynika, że są 3 łazienki, a była jedna plus wc - dla 9 osób, bo tyle mieści apartament to za mało.
