Foi uma ótima experiência ! Fomos bem recebidos pela Janaína,com atenção e eficiência! Os apartamentos tem uma decoração de muito bom gosto, tudo branco e só o mobiliário essencial ,minimalista . Os ambientes são amplos . Estavam perfeitamente limpos . A localização é excelente para fazer turismo pois o metro está bem na porta ! E ainda se vai caminhando a varias pontos turísticos nas redondezas! Na frente tem uma feirinha de produtos regionais onde é possível fazer algumas refeições!

You can’t beat the location! The apartment is simply decorated and easy to access with amenities such as laundry and luggage storage. A small elevator is available in the building and you access your apartment room with key codes which is much more convenient. Small kitchenette and big washroom with large shower space. I definitely recommend this place.

המקום הכי טוב ביחס לכסף ששילמתי (זול מאוד). המיקום הכי מוצלח בליסבון. צוות מהמם ומלא שמחה. הדירה מרווחת ונוחה, מאובזרת היטב כולל מכונת קפה, כיריים חשמליות, תנור, מיקרוגל. מקלחת ומוצרי אמבט מצויינים. נקי ונוצץ. בקומת הקבלה יש מקרר עמוס דברים טובים, ותמורת יורו ששמים בקופה אפשר לקחת בכל שעה מה שחסר. המלון משתמש ברעיון מצוין של שליחת קוד מראש ללקוח לפתיחת הדלתות, כך אפשר בכל שעה להגיע ולפתוח בלי להזדקק לצ'ק אין ולשירות. נח מאוד. בקיצור אל תפספסו

Ideal para quem quer ficar próximo ao movimento do Centro. É um predio antigo mas bem reformado. Muito bem localizado. Com um atendimento muito bom e quartos confortáveis. Tem tudo perto para te fazer sentir em casa. Vale a pena.

Las camas son realmente horribles. Tienen como un protector por encima para que sean más cómodas, pero realmente no hacen nada. En frente del apartamento había mucha gente vendiendo droga, ya sé que la culpa no la tiene el hotel, pero lo digo para que tomen precaución aquellos padres que viajen con niños.

Du 13 au 18 juillet 2018, nous logions dans la suite 24 de l’immeuble The Visionaire à Lisbonne. Nous voyagions avec nos deux filles de 18 ans et nous avons adoré l’endroit! D’abord, l’emplacement est idéal pour visiter la ville. Il n’est qu’à quelques minutes de marche de plusieurs attractions et juste à la porte, nous pouvions y retrouver une station de métro, des tramways et des taxis pour faciliter les déplacements vers l’aéroport et les sites à visiter se trouvant plus loin. À deux pas de l’appartement, on y trouve un marché pour s’approvisionner, un des cafés les plus renommés de Lisbonne (cafeitaria nacional) et de nombreux restaurants et boutiques. Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement à notre arrivée. Notre appartement n’était pas prêt, car nous sommes arrivés tôt, mais nous pouvions déposer nos valises à la réception pour commencer la visite de la ville ou aller manger une bouchée. Le salon de la réception est vaste et accueillant aussi. Nous avons adoré notre « chez-soi »! De très grandes pièces bien décorées. Conforme aux photos que l’on retrouve sur le site de réservation. Aucune déception de ce côté. Une vue imprenable sur la place Figueira, le château Sao Jorge et l’avenue qui mène à la place du commerce. Nous ne nous sommes pas lassés d’ouvrir les volets pour s’imprégner de l’ambiance du marché se trouvant sous notre fenêtre. L’endroit est propre et bien entretenu. La cuisinette est bien équipée et l’accès au logement se fait par code, ce qui est aussi un point fort de cet endroit. Je recommande sans hésiter!

This was the perfect place to stay in Lisbon. The location is central to everything. There is a subway stop right there and the train station to Sintra is 5 minutes. The bedrooms and kitchen rooms are incredible. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The building is incredible and the rhino is the perfect conversation piece. This is where I would recommend for people to stay in Lisbon.

We had great stay at the Visionaire Apartments. The room was great and the reception /team were very accommodating and helpful. They had solution for early arrival and late check out.

위치가 일단 너무 좋아요! 뷰도 좋고, 방도 예쁘고 온수도 잘 나옴. 세탁도 무료로 할 수 있었어요. 방에 왠만한 부엌집기랑 기본 양념재료도 다 있음 걸어서 왠만한 리스본에서 할만한 쇼핑들은 다 할 수 있고, 한식당, 식료품점 등등 가까이에 다 있으니 짱 편함. 넓은 공간에서 잘 쉬었어요.

Very friendly lady at reception, provided a lot of helpful information. Can’t beat the location! Nice reception area with chess games, books, laundry machine and dryer was also available in the common area. Bathrooms were modern and the bed was very comfortable. Will surely stay here again.

Good location. But the area can be little dangerous. Not recommend it if you are with little children. Spacious apartment.

Положительный: Никаких ключей - код при заезде, отличное место - в центре старого города, но шумно под окнами). Негативный: Шум от центральной площади - окна звукопроницаемые... слышно мусоруу с 6 утра и с 8 зазывал

Positiva: La ubicación . Negativa: La cama muy incómoda y el servicio de limpieza deficiente. Pasamos 4 noches y tan solo limpiaron una vez la habitación. Personal de limpieza muy antipático.

Positive: Location: very strategic in the heart of the city. Negative: We just checked into the room. Less than half an hour an unidentified person came and managed to enter the room. I went to check with the office. Apparently what I thought was an intruder...was basically a technician. Trying to confirm everything all-right but not speaking English. He just ran out...when I tried to ask.

Positiva: La situación es excelente. Al lado están los comercios, restaurantes, parada de tranvía, hasta supermercados. Él apartamentos es un edificio totalmente rehabilitado que tiene mucho encanto aunque es súper moderno.. Me encantaron las vistas a la plaza y al castillo.. Negativa: Me gustó todo, no hubo nada negativo. Limpieza excelente.

Positive: Great location, nice value for money, clean and spacious rooms.. Negative: Walls a bit too thin, you could hear person taking shower like she was 1 meter next to you.

Positive: Posizione fantastica nel centro di Lisbona. A 10 mt. dalla metropolitana, 100 mt. dalla stazione ferroviaria, 150 mt. dal tram 28, etc. Ampio appartamento e ben attrezzato.. Negazione: Si potrebbe migliorare un po' la pulizia, cambiando ad esempio ogni giorno gli asciugamani. Per arrivare al top si potrebbe aggiungere la fornitura di bottigliette d'acqua, tovaglioli di carta, magari shampoo e bagnoschiuma.

Positif: Hôtel magnifique,super accueil,calme ,en plein centre de Lisbonne.je recommande vivement l’endroit.. Négatif: Rien tout était parfait

Positive: La posizione centrale, la grandezza e la comodità dell'appartamento (con 2 bagni,2 camere da letto ed un ampio soggiorno con cucina). L'arredamento minimal ma molto funzionale!. Negazione: Nulla, tutto al di sopra delle aspettative.

Positif: Emplacement idéal pour visiter Lisbonne à pieds. Couchage pour 6 personnes réel et confortable. Je recommande vivement cet appartement.

Негативный: Нет капсул кофе для имеющейся кофеварки Delta Q в ближайшем Pingo Doce у вокзала Россио. Нашли в Pingo Doce у лифта на замок. В номере 32 в очень сильный ливень протекла вода в правой спальне из потолочных светильников, потолочной пожарной сигнализации и по стене где закреплен телевизор. После обращения, в этот же день переселили в The Lisbonaire Apartments и вернули разницу в оплате.

Positivo: Sem dúvida que a localização é o ponto alto do apartamento. A área do apartamento é ótima. Nota-se que a remodelação do edifício é relativamente recente e que tudo foi pensado ao pormenor para tirar o melhor partido do espaço.. Negativo: Apenas por sugestão: algum tipo de estore interior proporcionaria uma maior sensação de privacidade quando as portadas das janelas estão abertas, embora se notasse que o edifício em frente (estávamos num apartamento das traseiras) estava desabitado.

Положительный: Понравилось всё! Путешествую с 3 детьми, 17,9,1.5 года. Заселили на 2 часа раньше, ооочень приветливый персонал. Все замки кодовые, что облегчает жизнь путешественника, не нужно думать про ключи. Средство для стирки, капсулы для кофемашины были в подарок, мелочь, а очень приятно)). Младшему сыну принесли коробку с игрушками, очень пригодилась.

Tudo muito bom.O local é muito limpo. A troca de toalhas é feita diariamente e o apartamento é arrumado também todos os dias. O valor pago é muito justo.Super recomendo

광장뷰 전망좋고 지하철 가깝고, 창가로 햇살 잘들어옴 스텝 친절하고 룸내부 깨끗하고 쾌적, 따뜻한물도 잘나옴...히터 사용을 제대로 못한건지 좀 썰렁했음

负面: 房东人非常好 地理位置超级好老城市中心就在ROSSIO地铁站旁边 房间也很漂亮 . 正面: 床有点硬 凹下去

好意的: 毎日きちんと清掃してくれて、ゴミも捨ててくれました。食器やカトラリーも普通に備え付けられていて、支障ありませんでした。シャワーの流速や温度も十分でした。. 否定的: ホテルの看板がなく、入り口が見つけにくい。リビングにテレビがあればもっと良かったです。リビングにもう少し照明が欲しかったです。セキュリティボックスが壊れてて使えませんでした。

负面: 公寓处无花果广场，位置极佳，机场大巴，地铁，旅游观光车就在楼下，适于老人及儿童出行。

Positivo: Serviço diário de limpeza. Apto moderno com facilidades na cozinha.. Negativo: Poderia ser mais barato.

긍정적: 위치가 정말 좋았습니다. 방도 넓고 전체적으로 주방 도구도 잘 갖춰져 있고 깨끗하고 안락합니다. 토스터가 고장나 있어서 이야기했더니 바로 조치해줬습니다. 언덕 하나 없이 피케이라 광장에 위치해 있어요. 주변 호텔보다 훨씬나아요. 매일 객실청소도 해주고 호텔처럼 건물하나가 다 아파트라 불편함이 없었고 키는 전자키로 번호를 숙박이 다가오면 이메일로 알려줍니다. 만족도가 높았어요. 부정적: 전반적으로 마음에 들었는데 굳이 꼽자면 요리 도구는 다 있는데 양념같은건 하나도 없어요. 머신이 있는데 네스프레소가 아니라 캡슐 구매가 어려웠어요. 리셉션에서 아예 캡슐을 팔았으면 좋겠다고 생각했어요.
