Clean contemporary quality well appointed accommodation. Excellent location. Quiet street within minutes of excellent bars, restaurants. Supermarkets. Tram stops literally at the end of the road or a 3 minute walk for the 28. On arrival the iron was not working. Reported to the office which is just around the corner and this was changed within the hour. Did not have a car so cannot comment on parking facilities. All in all an excellent choice for young and not so young. Would happily re book

the apartment door opens to the street, I had some weird knocking on my door occasionally which is not great.. and the wall we’re a bit dirty here and there. No coffee capsules to the coffee machine either, although the same company’s other apartments I stayed before had them. Otherwise cool place! Would be great to be able to choose the actual apartment you’re gonna stay in.

4 of us stayed in apartment 66 for a long weekend and it was great! Really easy to get in to and out of the city and super easy to get to from the airport. We didn't venture to Pink Street but it's only a 10 minute walk from the front door. I'd definitely recommend staying here and will book to return with my partner in the future!

The apartment was amazing- very comfortable for the 4 of us with 2- bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The area was wonderful- we could walk to everything. Please note- wear comfortable shoes- streets are cobblestone and very hilly!

Apartamento no coração de Lisboa. O lugar é sem dúvidas, maravilhoso. Contrataste da arquitetura preservada de Portugal com um ambiente requintado e moderno dentro do apartamento. Mas pelo valor alto que se paga, deixa a desejar em pequenos aspectos como falta de utensílios domésticos e limpeza. Mesmo assim, me hospedaria novamente com certeza!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Our apartment was broken into and all our luggage was ripped and stolen. This place is NOT SAFE AT ALL! No cameras, the flat has a code system and anyone pretty much can get in. The hotel did nothing to help, we called the police and they only turned up after 3 hours. Laptops, jewellery, phone, all was taken – when reporting to the hotel they said that there was NOTHING they could do plus this was the SECOND time this happened as another guest had his flat robbed one month prior to this incident. NOT FIVE STARS at all and surely hotel staff is stealing guests as they had access to the flat plus the day of the incident they knew we were outside of Lisbon as we mentioned over the phone do perfect timing for planning something like this! DESPICABLE!!!

Me encantó sus amplias habitaciones, no obstante debido al suelo de parquet se oye mucho ruido cuando hay alguien en el piso superior.

Spacious and nicely decorated apartments in central Lisbon, but unfortunately some significant problems in our stay:- There was just one person to check everyone in on Sunday and multiple groups were present, so it took a long time.- The people staying in the apartment above us went out for late nights and made noise until 4am, including walking around with heels and playing music. This isnt necessarily the fault of the property managers, but as Im sure they know, the building is an older property so the floors creak a bit and noise can carry easily. No warning was given to guests when checking in to walk quietly, and that night we didnt know what to do or who to call after hours for disturbances. There is a check-in desk but it closes at 5pm. They list an after-hours number on the info card, but that wasnt pointed out to us during check in so we didnt know. We ended up having to request another apartment (fortunately one was free). I would note that nothing else was offered to make up for our trouble (lost sleep and time).- The code-based locks on the apartments didnt work on the first one and were finicky on the second one.- There was mould on the ceiling of the bathroom in the second unit.Overall while the units are nice and it wasnt the worst experience, I think there are probably better options out there at this price point, and I cant say we had a worry free and relaxed stay here or that the property managers did all they could to make the experience easy.

Loved this place. We had the top floor two bedroom apartment for four of us. Lots of communication prior to arrival so no problems getting in. Big spacious place with sloping roof in the lounge. Perhaps a little sparse in terms of furniture but its no show flat and we spent so little time in there during our long weekend. Its on a quiet road but close enough to walk to most placesor take a tram/taxi. Slept really well considering its location being in an area of bars and restaurants. Would have no hesitation to stay here again and would definately recommend to others.

Positive: Excellent location. Big, confortable, clean and stylish apartment. The windows are so good quality that we did not be disturbed much by noise of the street.. Negative: The electrical power sockets were placed at a70-180 height! So impossible to use for mobile, kettle or toaster. An extension cable would be appreciable. No door handles on the doors or furniture. It's maybe stylish but not convenient. Some little points are regrettable for the cost, ex. the toaster's timer doesn't function, the coffee maker doesn't make the hot coffee. no notice for the washing machine, not easy to use them.

Positive: The beds were extra comfy and the blankets were cosy.. Negative: A teatowel and some washing up liquid would have been great. An extension cord would have been useful for plugging in some appliances.

Positiv: Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, das System mit dem Zugangscode ist sehr praktisch, die Wohnung verfügt über eine überdurchschnittlich gute Ausstattung. Negativ: Die Wände könnten einen neuen Anstrich vertragen, die Kaffeemaschine hat leider nicht funktioniert und in der Wohnung war es anfangs ein wenig kühl

Positiva: Los apartamentos están genial, nuevos, limpios y en mejor ubicación imposible, en Barrio Alto, a 5 min andando del centro y rodeados de restaurantes y bares. Las camas incluido el sofá son muy cómodos y dispones de todo lo necesario para poder comer en el apartamento.. Negativa: Por una parte se les olvido dejar gel de baño, y con respecto a la cafetera solo por detalle deberían de dejar unas capsulas de cortesía para los que se hospedan. Los mails que manda el alojamiento a través de booking son muchos y confusos, y el teléfono no le tienen disponible y todo esto te hace sentir un poco insegura antes de empezar el viaje.

Positiva: Ubicación céntrica, camas cómodas, bastante menaje de cocina.. Negativa: Indicaba que había productos higiénicos pero se limitaban a pastilla de jabón. Ni un gel, champú o peine.

Positiv: Die Wohnung war sehr gemütlich und top Ausgestattet, die Lage war super und die Betten waren bequem.. Negativ: Wir hatten leider kein warmes Wasser, immer wenn wir geduscht haben ging der Strom aus.

Positivo: Localização e fácil acesso ao apartamento. Boas áreas e bem decorado.. Negativo: Lençóis pequenos para a cama. Nem cobriam todo o colchão. A empregada de limpeza entrou no apartamento de manhã antes da hora do ckeck Out.

Positiva: La decoración y limpieza del apartamento. Negativa: Salta la luz cada vez q alguién se dicha y hay un electrodomestico funcionando, por ejemplo un secador. Al apartamento le falta un espejo de cuerpo entero.

Positiv: God kommunikation med værterne fra bestilling til ankomst, det gav tryghed.. Negativ: Vi gjorde opmærksom på allerede den første dag, at der ikke var lys på toilettet - det blev ikke bragt i orden.

Positif: Excellente situation 10’ à pied du centre-ville, situé sur la fameuse ligne 28 de l’electrique bus, au bas de l’immeuble le meilleur endroit de Lisbonne pour prendre le petit déjeuner ( the Mill), à 10’ à pied le meilleur glacier de Lisbonne (nannarella). Bref que demander de mieux !. Négatif: Quel dommage qu’il n’y a pas un endroit pour laisser les bagages quand on a un départ tardif.

Négatif: Appartement en rdc à 1m de la chaussée. Une catastrophe au niveau du bruit. Impossible de dormir entre le bruit des voitures, des noctambules et du tramway

Positiv: Lage, Größe und Service. Negativ: Wasserkocherkabel war zu kurz. Küchenausstattung war ausreichend, aber für Familien mit kleinen Kindern nicht vollständig

Positive: Consiglio vivamente questa struttura. Tutto eccezionale, il check in, la cortesia, la pulizia, ottimo l'accesso con il codice, la posizione eccezionale, silenzioso. Davvero Super!. Negazione: Questa non è una critica o un aspetto negativo ma solo consiglio per la struttura: avrebbero potuto fare uno sforzo in più per permetterci di lasciare i bagagli il giorno della partenza nel nostro appartamento o in qualche altro appartamento libero. Sono sicura che se avessero voluto una soluzione l'avrebbero trovata

Negativo: Deveriam estar atentos ao mau funcionamento do lavatório da casa de banho do quarto principal. Mau escoamento.

Négatif: La salle de bain était très froide, lorsque l’on prenait la douche, nous avions des coupures de courant.

Положительный: Аппартаменты прекрасно расположены. Прямо под окнами - остановка 28 трамвая. До площади Коммерции 20 минут пешком. Чисто, есть все необходимое. Оень хорошо оборудована кухня. Хороший фен, есть косметические принадлежности, полотенец достаточно. Очень удобно, что ключи не нужны - предоставляется индивидуальный код для входа в подъезд и апартаменты. В наших аппартаментах №13 было 2 санузла - для семей это очень удобно.. Негативный: Ночью сработала сигнализация. Мы испугались, что это из-за возможного землетрясения, пришлось одеться и выйти на улицу в дождь. Так сделала большая часть жильцов аапартаментов. Сигнализация выла, телефоны хозяев не отвечали. Уже внизу стало ясно, что это не землетрясение, но не ясно тогда что - угроза пожара или вообще что это. Через полчаса приехал сотрудник компании, которая занимется сингализацией. Что он там говорил, не ясно, но сигнализацию жильцы отключили САМИ. Никаких извинений и пояслений от хозяев аппартаментов не последовало. Вот так пробегали ночью два часа. моя дочь была изрядно напугана. За 4 для пребывания не разу не убирали в номере, даже мусор не выносли. Один раз принесли чистые полотенца, но не забрали грязные.

Positief: Mooi ruim, dichtbij het oude centrum.. Negatief: De klink van de deur slaapkamer en raam zit los.

Positief: Wij verbleven met 5 vriendinnen in dit appartement met 3 slaapkamers + 2 badkamers. Het is ruim, schoon, modern en voorzien van alle gemakken. Bovendien een goede locatie in Lissabon, met de tram voor de deur en o.a. een bakkertje en supermarkt in de straat. Wij zouden zo weer terug gaan!. Negatief: Geen enkel minpunt.

负面: 房间比较大很舒服，装修的简洁大方，厨房也特别大，景观很好，处于街角，视线宽阔。床舒服干净，洗澡水量大水热。进门用密码输入，很方便. 正面: 车位真心不好找，我们绕了4圈，终于有空出来的车位，离房间还比较远，但总比没法停车要好点

Positivo: Gostamos muito do apartamento, da localização, do sistema de check in com códigos de acesso, da simpatia da Ana, do ambiente à volta do prédio, do conforto e sossego, mesmo com o eléctrico 28 a passar de ambos os lados do edifício!

Positive: l'appartamento era bellissimo sia come arredamento che come rifiniture luminosissimo e di design.

负面: 房间不错 位置也还可以. 正面: 入住的时候邮件给发的是错的位置，booking提供的地址也没有门牌号，出租车司机经常找不到。 隔壁一直很吵像在开party，隔音很差，楼上走路声音都听得到。

负面: 住宿地周边非常方便，有超市，步行距离能到海滩，吃的东西也很多。 工作人员非常Nice，虽然没有能延迟退房，但是可以寄存行李。. 正面: 周边有28路，早晚有点吵，只能关窗。

Positiv: Sengene var udmærkede og generelt var stedet godt.. Negativ: Beskedent udstyret med bestik - der manglede f.eks. røreskeer, en ekstra pande, vandglas, hvidløgspresser m.m. Der mangler adgang til altan, terasse eller opholdssted udenfor.

Zeer mooi appartement. Schoonmaak komt langs tijdens het verblijf. We hebben hier 6 dagen gezeten en ons uitstekend vermaakt.
