This place is in an excellent location! close to great touristic areas and awarded restaurants.It was very easy to talk to the manager and get inside the apartment even after hours (got a late night flight).We were surprised with a bottle of complimentary wine and a little tour guide with close restaurants and places to go (it added a nice touch to our stay).The small street with an old facade may give you a bad impression (and most of them are like this) but the apartment itself is great! Cute, very clean, has a nice kitchen and it is very comfortable. I would recommend it to anyone, maybe not for a family with kids. For a young couple I thought it was perfect!

Все в пешей доступности ! Очень Доброжелательные хозяева ! Всегда на связи ! Когда поселение , обязательно должен быть У Вас интернет , для Ватсапа , что бы связаться с хозяином и узнать , как зайти в квартиру! Или не попадёте !Чистота ! В номере Все необходимое : кофе, чай . Оливковое масло, соль , сахар и т. д. ! Спасибо Балкона нет ! И звукоизоляции нет совсем , Слышно Все ! Всю ночь возле двери ) Ходят люди . На улице молодые люди , Поют , кричат , курят под окнами ( окна открыть нельзя ) Воздуха не хватает ! Кондиционера нет, только вентилятор ! Обязательно покупайте Беруши !

Positive: Posizione comodissima in bairro alto ma in punto molto quieto (niente rumori dall'esterno), appartamentino molto gradevole e confortevole, letto comodo.. Negazione: Il solaio non è ben isolato quindi si sentono rumori dall'appartamento del piano di sopra

Positiva: La ubicación es excelente, cerca de todo, en los alrededores puedes encontrar lo que necesitas, el Bairro Alto de Chiado es un lugar cosmopolita con mucha vida nocturna y lleno de pequeños buenos restaurantes de comida portuguesa e internacional. La estación de buses y trenes de Rosio está a unas pocas cuadras del alojamiento.. Negativa: Las escaleras son un impedimento para personas con movilidad reducida y aún para personas más jóvenes no dejan de ser un desafío. Nuestro apartamento estaba en el 3er piso. El cobertor de la cama necesita ser lavado.

Positive: Siamo state accolte calorosamente, i proprietari ci hanno fornito moltissime informazioni ed erano sempre a disposizione. Appartamento carino e pulito, situato in una posizione centrale.

Negazione: Pulizia delle scale e avvisare per difficoltà a farle ,inoltre non mi aspettavo 40 euro di pulizia dopo 2 giorni senza cambio ne di salviette ne altro.

Positiv: Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut inmitten der Altstadt. Alles ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich. Es gab eine kleine Heizung und einen Heizlüfter. Das Bett war sehr gemütlich.. Negativ: Es gab leider nur ein Weinglas. Viel mehr kann aber nicht bemängelt werden.

Positiva: Buena localización. Acceso fácil a supermercado, panadería y lavandería. Metro y tranvía a 5 minutos caminando. El ruido del botellón de la calle queda bien amortiguado por la calidad de las ventanas. Los postigos cierran bien y permiten dormir hasta tarde. La procesión de viernes santo, con palio incluido, pasó por debajo de nuestro balcón.. Negativa: Se oía con mucha claridad las pisadas de los inquilinos del apartamento de arriba y también la gente en la escalera.

Muy cómodo, aunque no perfecto, es una muy buena opción calidad precio. Ubicado en un lugar óptimo, el departamento tiene lo necesario para quedarte unas noches en lisboa. Lo contratamos por Airbnb. La gente super amable.

Positiva: La atención de Estela y Pedro fue excelente. Siempre predispuestos a ayudar en todo lo necesario. El departamento es muy lindo y refleja lo que se ve en las fotos.. Negativa: El acceso por escaleras es un tanto estrecho y en algún punto dificulta a la hora de subir con valijas, pero es algo lógico por tratarse de un edificio antiguo. Y más allá de que cuenta con estufa eléctrica, suele ser algo frío cuando la temperatura es baja, aunque tampoco es un gran problema.

Positief: Het was een leuk appartementje midden in Bairro Alto. Je zit dus overal erg dicht bij. Je moet er wel de drukte in de smalle straatjes, het nachtlawaai en de claxonconcerten bij nemen. Met gesloten ramen en een goedwerkende airco heb je er echter weinig last van. De slaapruimte, zitruimte en keuken waren net ruim genoeg en gerieflijk voor 2 personen. Met 3 personen lijkt het mij wat krap. Om 's avonds in typische restaurantjes te gaan eten, kan je niet beter zitten dan in deze buurt. Het wassalon naast de deur was ook wel handig.. Negatief: De steile, hoge en smalle trap ben je na 5 nachten echt wel beu. De badkamers is ook op zijn kleinst. Het wasbakje is nauwelijks bruikbaar, zo klein. De douche is al niet veel beter. Het is wel proper, daar mogen we niets van zeggen. Twee grote en twee kleine handdoeken voor 5 overnachtingen is ook te weinig.

Positiv: Zentrale Lage.. Negativ: Steiles enges dunkles Treppenhaus. Keine Klimanalage. Sehr laut mit offenen Fenster auch in der Nacht.

Positiv: es gab kein Frühstück, dafür gibt es in der direkten Umgebung sehr viel nette kleine Cafés. Die Lage ist wirklich super und der Preis ist dafür auch wirklich gut. Zumde ist das Appartement nett eingerichtet.. Negativ: Minuspunkt war, dass es keinen Stadtplan gab. Ohne Handy wären wir also aufgeschmissen gewesen. Wurde nach 2 Tagen nachgeliefert, waren aber nur 3 Tage in Lissabon. Die Treppe zu den Appartements ist auch für jüngere Gäste ein echte Herausforderung. Sollte man wissen,

"Lisbon Core is THE place to be in Lisbon. The location is perfect to explore the amazing city. Restaurants, Bars, Cafes, a supermarket - everything is within short walking distance. If necessary public transport is just down the street. You have to take the famous Tram 28 and just enjoy the ride through the whole city and its neighbourhoods!! Although the apartment is in the heart of Bairro Alto, it is not too loud during the night. The apartment is just like you can see it in the pictures and it was very clean. Estela was the perfect host, very helpful and her suggestions for restaurants and trips were great.Our communication with her was always easy and she answered really fast. We arrived pretty late in the evening, but Estela was already waiting for us in front of the apartment and helped us to find a restaurant for a late dinner. Thank you so much for everything, we had a great time at Lisbon Core and would highly recommend to stay there!! "
