Appartement tres sympa, avec un excellent emplacement.Cest juste dommange quil ny avait pas beaucoup de vaisselles a la cuisine. sinon cest nickel sur tous les plans. si je retourne un jour a Lisbonne je vais surement aller dans cet endroit.

The apartment smelled very badly. The view from the window is towards trash. There was a constant loud music from the bar on the other side of the wall (starting from 8am to 10pm) so we could not rest. The bed is very hard. And on the first day the bathroom was filthy, so we had to clean it on our own before use. Wifi speed is from previous age and there was no cellphone network range from our apartment. Don't recommend. The only positive thing was the location

Nos solucionaron muy rápidamente la gestión de los códigos de acceso al apartamento, acudiendo una trabajadora Marta al mismo lugar del apartamento. Marta muy simpática y agradable nos enseñó y explicó todo super bien.

Everything has been done so thoughtfully here. The apartment is very clean and extremely well appointed. Nice TV if that's what you want, and perfect WiFi. Full size fridge and freezer, plenty of plates, cups, etc. All utensils, pots & pans & ovenware. Induction hob, oven, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine. Dishwasher and washing machine. Iron and ironing board, and hairdryer. Yes, and a kitchen sink! The decor is simple and very comfortable with warm lighting from carefully chosen lamps around the place. And a choice of two balconies. I've got nothing bad to say. It's been thought through really well! Really!

Nice clean room. Nice set up. The only bad few things were the shower wouldn't get hot. It was always just cold water. I'm not sure if the heater in the room worked because I turned it all the way up but it just stayed warm. And the TV isnt really watchable because 1. It doesnt face the bed so you cant' watch it unless you're standing up. And 2. The cable box didnt turn on.
Besides that it is a very secure location. You need a pin to get into the main door and your room door. And the wifi signal was great.

Took us 30 minutes to check in; guy at the check in didn’t even speak English. Room was completely different from the website pictures. Hot water wasn’t working and the first aid kit expired two years ago. We tried to get the correct room but they just rudely refused us. When asked for a refund, it wasn’t possible either. Worst experience in Lisbon.

These apartments provided everything we could have possibility wanted. They are clean, comfortable, and within walking distance of most things. I would definitely stay here again!

sehr gute Lage zwischen Tejo und Hauptplätze der Stadt. Am Fuß der Oberstadt und des Castello und im Shoppingzentrum, sehr zu empfehlen wenn man das erste Mal nach Lissabon reist. Moderne stilsichere Wohnung mit allem Komfort in einem sehr schönen alten sanierten Herrenhaus. Etwas laut durch die Tram aber ganz normal in der Stadt. Aufzug war leider defekt. Wichtig der nächste Supermarkt ist in der Oberstadt über den Elevador zu erreichen.

Sehr schönes Appartment in einer sehr lebhaften Gegend. Parkplätze sind äußerst schwierig zu finden. Auch Ausladen ist relativ schwierig. Sonst ein sehr schönes Haus.

The appartment is right in the historic part of Lisbon. The tram passes by the house. We travelled by car and you can park your car for a few minutes right outside the house ( on the other side of the road) and take you luggage in. Even though there is no reception in the house the communication via email was good and efficient. All questions and concerns were answered promptly. Code nr for the house door and the appartment were sent 2 days earlier. The appartment is well equiped and clean. Bathroom a bit dark. We can recommend!!

This place was very well laid out. It contains all the essentials for a medium or long stay in Lisbon. The location puts it right in the centre of the action and most amenities are within walking distance. The service is excellent and very prompt. Wifi was poor at best. Satellite TV suffered from an unstable connection as well.

A sleek, stylish apartment with lots of amenities right in the middle of Lisbon, convenient to the Metro and the historic streetcar. Cafes, restaurants and entertainment options abound within steps of this place. We had only one night here, but would have loved a longer stay. Great having the washer/dryer unit in the apartment! We did have to look up the model number online to figure out how to set the dryer function because those all-in-one machines are not common back home.

Great pricing and fantastic location! Not gonna lie, the building does look a bit eerie from the outside but the rooms are pretty decent with a newly renovated, clean bathroom as well as daily house-keeping. There was a supermarket downstairs that was open til late which was super handy and a massive stretch of restaurants, patisseries, cafes, shops, souvenir shops etc right in front of the apartment and the metro was nearby. Although the primary method of communication was via email, I found the staff to be highly attentive to our needs.

Absolutely convenient location. Walking distance to metro, food and shopping. The place itself is quite clean and adequate for a family of 4. We loved having room service everyday with fresh towels. Having a small kitchenette was very convenient. There is a small grocery shop with basic fruits, eggs, bread, milk etc that stays open late and is super convenient. I would highly recommend this place to friends and family.

Great location. Amazing apartment. Qould stay here again. The building has an elevator but some ofnthe units are on 2 flors. If you cant do one flight of stairs i would check before booking to see if your unit is on one floor or 2.

Very nice and comfortable. But owners do not really care. We had a nocturnal very noisy neighbor in the upper floor and complained, but managers didn't seem to care. If anything happens you are on your own here. Don't expect support if anything happens...

Wir hatten Probleme mit unseren Nachbarn im oberen Stockwerk die die ganze Nacht hin und her gestampft sind und somit ziemlichen Lärm in unserem Schlafzimmer durch den quitschenden Holzboden und Balken verursacht haben und unsere Ruhe erhebljch gestört haben. Als wir es nicht mehr ausgehalten haben, haben wir die Gebäudeverwaltung angerufen aber die Situation hat sich nur gering verbessert. Man hat uns keine zufriedenstellende Lösung angeboten und sie wollten uns auch nicht den rest des Aufenthalts zurückerstatten um in ein anderes Hotel zu ziehen, da sie auch kein anderes Apartment zur verfügung hatten. Die Gebäudeverwaltung hat die Situation nicht profesionell lösen können und auf eine diplomatische Lösung beharrt (mit den anderen Gästen reden) was leider wiederholt langfristig nichts brachte. Nächstes Mal bleiben wir nicht mehr hier.

Läget var magiskt, mitt inne i stan. Nackdelen med lägenheten är att det inte finns någon reception men det är dock smidigt ändå med koderna till dörrarna. För att det ska vara ett så bra boende bör sängarna vara bättre, de var katastrof och även enkelsängarna var egentligen en bäddsoffa, stort minus där. I sin helhet var det en bra lägenhet men dock väldigt lyhörd där du hör i princip alla grannar.

The apartment was well located and easily access with a lift in the building. The interior was spacious and well equipped with an updated kitchen and bathroom. The servicing was completed daily and the apartment was kept very clean. The only issue we really encountered was a strong musty smell throughout the apartment that was present throughout our stay. While the hosts attempted to fix this with a freshener, the smell remained throughout our stay and really affected how we felt about our experience of the apartment. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, particularly if you have respiratory issues.

The property was very well situated in the centre of Lisbon. It was clean and well furnished, and the check-in system worked well. My apartment had a window facing the centre of the building and so it was quite dark, but it was also very quiet.

The apartment wasnt clean when we arrived. The phone number in the email didnt work.We were lucky to discover a phone in the lobby that was a virtual reception desk. They sent someone over to look and she arrived in 10 minutes and was very pleasant. So in a couple of hours we had a cleaner place. They advertise a double bed and two twins. It is a double and two twins in large pullout sofabed. There were no extra blankets, and we ran out of bathroom tissue because the cleaning service didnt replace them.The TV instructions were poor and inaccurate. We finally got Netflix working but never got any regular TV.It is a newer apartment in a very nice area that you can walk to several places from. If they fix some of these issues, then worth the money.

Property was clean and well presented in a great location. As long as you are on top with communication between the property managers, your stay will be efficient and you will make use of a great space ideally located.

Stayed three nights - October 2019.
Booked through Expedia
Apartment 4D - studio.
The photos for the studios showed full length windows with a Juliet balcony. However 4D does not have this.
I had read reviews that the beds were hard - I asked in advance for a soft mattress. However, although this request was acknowledged, it was ignored. The bed was hard. I had to ask for extra pillows to lie on.
The hard floors were dusty - there were no rugs, as in the photos.
There was only one tablet supplied for the dishwasher.
There were no supplies for the washing machine - a sign in a glass demanded 1 Euro per tablet.
Why install a dishwasher and washing machine? - Just for show?
The kitchen tap was loose.
The kitchen worktop was broken in three places.
The shower did not drain properly.
The bathroom does not have obscure windows - just net curtains.
There is no extractor fan in the bathroom.
The soap dispensers in the bathroom could contain anything.

The main door code was not working during my stay and the owner/manager was ignorant and reluctant to fix it. This was the worse part of it as you didn't hiw to get in and were at the mercy of guest coming out to open the door! Wifi poor and you couldn't take a shower more than 5 minutes as you would run out of hot water. Location was great, but wouldn't stay here afain!

The place was really great!Super clean and very easy communication and check in. The room had air conditioning and full dark blinds. A staff member was waiting downstairs to give me the code and collect the city tax.Super nice location, very close to everything and nice foods around! Only thing is that the floors above are squeeqing.

Globally we were very satisfied of the appartment, except a couple of painpoints.The good:- The location is great, very good situation and very easy to move from there to everywhere is Lisboa. - The appartment has been totally revamped ans is well and nicely equipped. Air conditioning in both rooms. The building is itself old, nice and typical- Cleaning was done daily and towels changed every day (even if we could avoid to change it daily, for the planet :) )- The deposit at ground floor to safely let your luggages the last day.The painpoints were :- humidity in the bathroom with sometimes bad smell- very hard beds (at least for us)- and two unexpected mouses guests in the couch/beds in the living room. I mean, real mouses, not Mickey teddies. I know, living in the countryside, that these small beasts are hard to manage but...I manage to catch one and freed it through the window but the second one escaped. Its certainly still lurking in the appartment :DBut, as a conclusion, for us, it was fine !

This location was great and the apartment was spacious and clean. Our only complaint was that the elevator door kept getting stuck which was a little stressful when you were inside but it always eventually opened. We had to use the elevator because my mom was with us and she has bad knees. Besides that, the place was great.

Négatif: Serviettes de toilettes avec grosses taches suspectes, et si l'appartement est spacieux et les armoires nombreuses, il manque quelques aspects pratiques (porte-manteaux, miroir dans l'entrée, pas de prise 220V dans la salle de bains et une seule dans le coin cuisine, éclairage insuffisant. Je précise que nous avions le 5B au dernier étage

Das Apartment ist schön modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Insgesamt ist es leider sehr hellhörig und da unser Zimmer direkt neben dem Aufzug war, kann das schnell nerven. Außerdem fing der Kühlschrank manchmal nachts an zu piepen und die Toilette hat nach ein bis zwei Tagen angefangen unangenehm zu riechen. Unter dem Bettlaken befindet sich ein Matratzenschoner, der Geräusche macht wie eine Plastikplane und ein stilles Umdrehen nachts unmöglich macht. Typisch für Portugal gibt es keine Heizung und wenn die Temperaturen draußen nicht so hoch sind, kann es etwas kalt sein. Die Lage ist sehr praktisch, direkt neben den Einkaufsstraßen und um die Ecke vom Handelsplatz am Hafen. Es gibt einige leckere Frühstücksmöglichkeiten.

Schönes Hotel mit geräumigem Apartment, moderner Einrichtung! Wunderbare Erreichbarkeit von dort zu Sehenswürdigkeiten, Café oder Restaurant, alles fussläufig erreichbar! Promte Hilfe per Telefon zur Rezeption bei Fragen. Durch zentrale Lage natürlich typische Strassengeräusche hörbar, aber kaum störend! Gerne wieder !Bettina

Rundum wirklich sehr zufrieden mit dem Appartement. Buchung erfolgt unproblematisch, man bekommt rechtzeitig nach Zahlung seine Begrüßungsemail und daraufhin Codes für die Haus- und die Appartementtür, kann aber schon im Vorfeld sein Gepäck unten im Treppenhaus im Schließdepot verstauen. Ab 14 Uhr kann man das Zimmer betreten. Zimmer sind sehr hell, moderne Möbel, bequemes Bett und tolles Bad. Für Selbstversorger, die Zentral und ruhig wohnen wollen - ideal. Mein Fenster ging raus zum 16qm großen Innenhof, frische Luft gab es, aber das ist auch alles. Das Klima-Außengerät im Innenhof hat man deutlich gehört, jedoch nicht störend, wenn man weniger empfindlich ist. Für Romantiker die den Stadt- und/oder Meerblick möchten - ist das nichts. Für alle anderen ist das eine Empfehlung. Vor allem Preis/Leistung (60 EUR/Nacht Anfang April 2018) ist unschlagbar!

Positiv: Schönes Apartment in Tolle Lage. Schade ist die etwas sparsame Kommunikation. Toll die nette Putz Dame Vorort, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bilder zeigen nur ein schönes Zimmer im obere Stock. Es gibt Zimmer im "Hinterhof" nicht schlimm aber doch erheblich abweichend zu die Bilder.
Vorteil am hintere Wohnung ist die Ruhe. Durch die Straße geht ein u.a. ein Straßenbahn.. Negativ: Bilder zeigen nur Top Wohnung und nicht die standard Wohnung

Positiv: Lage ist wirklich top. Mit dem Tür Code ist die An- und Abreise sehr unkompliziert. Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Negativ: Unser Zimmer war leider sehr dunkel, da nur ein Fenster zum Hinterhof im 1. Stock. Es kam kaum Tageslicht rein, was den Aufenthalt tagsüber in der Wohnung nicht so schön gestaltet hat. Ansonsten war alles super, aber man sollte sich vorher informieren und besser ein Zimmer weiter oben und mit Fenster zur Straßen Seite bekommen.

The location is great however with gray location also come a little bit of noise from the people on the street. Overall the apartments are very confartable and specious the only headsup I have for people is although the apartment are completely new inside and very nicely furnished the building itself is old and you can hear everything from people walking to doors closing and wood stretching

Un apartamento amplio, limpio y muy confortable. Cuenta con los servicios esenciales de toallas, secador y jabones (champú y gel de cuerpo) por si acaso a alguien se le olvida. Apartamento céntrico y bien comunicado con metro, bus y tranvía. El anfitrión es muy atento y disponible para cualquier duda sobre la ciudad.

Positief: Appartement lag heel centraal, in de buurt van veel restaurants en bezienswaardigheden. Schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Goed geregeld met codes voor de hoofdingang en het appartement. Daarnaast ook heel prettig dat er lockers in de hoofdingang staan voor je bagage, mocht je vlucht pas later op de dag gaan.. Negatief: Vloer kraakte nogal, waardoor wij de bovenburen konden horen lopen.

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen & viele Sehnswürdigkeiten sind zu fuss erreichbar. Jedoch, stinkt das Appartment (hauptsächlich unser Zimmer 1D) nach Abfluss.. Wir mussten dies täglich lüften, aber es war kaum auszuhalten. Die Wohnung selber war jedoch schön eingerichtet. Das Wifi ist sehr langsam, jedoch ok.

Por el precio que pague esperaba algo mucho mejor. Me esperaba una habitacion grande con vistas a lisboa, al menos es lo que se aprecia en las fotos...

Wir haben tolle, interessante Tage in dieser wunderbaren Stadt verbracht. Man verlässt das Apartement und befindet sich unmittelbar im Trubel der Stadt, Strassencafés, Boutiquen, Strassenkünstler.

Positief: Slaapkamer en badkamer waren heel ruim. Locatie is fantastisch. Appartement was heel schoon.. Negatief: Er is een vaatwasser en wasmachine aanwezig. Deze kun je alleen gebruiken door geld achter te laten voor housekeeping die dan de volgende dag (vaat)wastabletten achter laten. Echter, bij het verblijf van 1 nacht zou het netjes zijn als er 1 dosis aanwezig zou zijn.

The building was awesome, great tile facade.... very spacious rooms.... free WiFi.... easily accessible from the metro (4 min walk to the nearest line). It is in a perfect location... mins away from many restaurants and nightlife. The only issue we had was an on and off again stale water smell (seemed as though it was coming from the washer/dryer)... this may turn off a few ppl...

Super zentrale Lage. Man fällt aus der Haustür ins Zentrum, klasse. Die Appartements sind über Zahlencode zu öffnen, eine sehr gute Idee. Die Ausstattung ist modern inklusive Küche, die auch alles hat was man braucht. Das Moderne und Zweckmäßige hat aber eine gewisse Nüchternheit und somit nicht mehr ein besonderes Flair. Das Raumklima fanden wir trotz oder gerade wegen der Klimaanlage schlecht. Fenster zu öffnen, brachte auch nicht viel. Betten waren befriedigend. Unser Appartement lag im ersten Stock, ein höheres Stockwerk ist unserer Meinung nach zu bevorzugen.

Large rooms and full amenities like washer/dryer, stove, and fridge. Was gonna give 4 stars due to a subtle odor each time we returned that goes away after a while with AC turned on, but their keyless and remote operation impressed the IT nerd in me. The access code you get will not work before check in time, so press the call button on the door if you get there earlier and they will let you in the ground floor which has luggage lockers for a euro per locker. Leave your luggage and try your code later. Check your email after booking or you will miss their instructions to get the code.

We used this as a base to visit on foot all there was to see in old Lisbon. Although we did not used the kitchenette (we ate in once, sandwiches from chez PAUL a few blocks away) we did use the cloths washer since this was the second week of our trip.

Wir sind mit der Metro vom Flughafen in die Innenstadt gefahren und haben das Haus auf anhieb gefunden. Die Codes für die Türe und unser Apartment haben wir vorgängig erhalten und wir konnten uns sofort einrichten. Das Apartment bestand aus zwei schön und praktisch eingerichteten Zimmern sowie einem grossen Badezimmer. Kurz nach der Ankunft hat uns auch eine sehr nette MItarbeiterin aufgesucht, hat uns willkommen geheissen und hat uns noch ein paar Sachen erklärt. Das Apartment ist zentral im Stadtteil Baixa gelegen. In der näheren Umgebung findet man viele nette Cafés und Restaurants sowie alle erdenklichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir habe von hier aus zu Fuss die verschiedenen Stadtteile sowie das Castello erkundet und konnten einen guten Eindruck dieser schönen Stadt gewinnen. Der einzige negativ zu bewertende Punkt war die Matratze, welche für unseren Geschmack etwas hart war.

キッチンにはIHヒーター、電子レンジ、トースター、電気湯沸かし器、コーヒーメーカー、オーブン、食洗機、十分な食器類と調理器具が揃っていて万全。駅中心の喧騒から少し離れた（といっても駅から徒歩5、6分程度）落ち着いた場所で、駅からの坂の上り下りもあまり多くない。

Pozitívne: Veľmi dobrá lokalita.
Apartmány boli vkusne zariadené a dobre vybavené, umiestnene blízko pri hlavnom námestí, 10 min chôdzou ku stanici Rossio.. Negatívne: Apartmány neboli pri príchode ešte pripravené.
Orientácia do celkom rušnej ulice s elektrickou, ale okna s okenicami celkom dobre hluk zmiernovali. Viac ako hodinu sme čakali na pomoc pre ľudí, ktorí uviazli vo výťahu,na recepcii nikto nezdvíhal, nevedeli sme sa dovolať ani na tiesňové linky, co bolo absolútne najhorší zážitok z celého pobytu...

חיובי: דירה מקסימה מיקום מעולה מטבח מאובזר מתאימה לזוג+1.. שלילי: לי אישית חסר קשר ישיר עם צוות כמו בבית מלון. היינו ארבע נשים בדירה והמזרונים בסלון לא היינו נוחים לשינה. בכניסה ריח ביוב שקיבל אותנו כל פעם שהגענו.

Es un fraude que lo pongan entre opción 5 estrellas. Ni de lejos lompiede ser.El personal es grosero, no hablan inglés, español u otros idomas, dicen que lo hablan pero no se les entiende. El lugar apesta a humedad. No hay ningún tipo de servicio. La cama fatal, toallas que precen lijas, dejas un shampoo y un jabón pésimo. Ni crema ni acondicionador.Una única ventana pequeña que mira al interior del edificio, que por dentro está en condiciones pésimas. Pides algo y no contestan.Pésima experienci

Nous revenons d'un séjour de 3 nuits dans votre établissement qui est idéalement situé, confort correct, propreté correct. Nous avons déploré le bruit de l'ascenseur et surtout la réception virtuelle qui dépersonnalise complètement le lieu et qui rend compliqué les demandes en cas de problèmes. ( exemple pas de wifi le 1er jour)
