Die Lage, Straße der Unterkunft ist sehr gruselig und man fühlt sich sehr beobachtet. Dadurch haben wir uns sehr unwohl gefühlt und hatten Angst abends/nachts zu unserem Hotel zu laufen.Das Apartment für 4 Personen ist super schön und sauber und lohnt sich wirklich und ist auch sehr modern eingerichtet! Der Check-in ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig und hat uns einige Nerven gekostet, bis wir unseren Zimmercode erhalten haben. Was uns sehr gestört hat war, dass man die Haustür nicht mit einem Code öffnen konnte, sondern lediglich geklingelt hatte und einem dann aufgedrückt wurde. Das hat uns stutzig gemacht, da jeder durch klingeln Zutritt ins Haus bekommt. Alles in allem würden wir das Appartement sofort wieder buchen, wenn es eine andere Lage hätte, da man sich vor allem als Frau sehr unwohl fühlt. Trotzdem handelt es sich um eine sehr schöne Stadt und ein tolles Konzept von Hello Lissabon.

Hotel situat in zona centrului istoric. Foarte aproape de diverse atracții turistice. Zona turistica poate fi străbătută pe jos. Hotelul este foarte aproape de metrou. Singura problema a fost cu codul de intrare in hotel dar se rezolvă foarte ușor prin interfon. E OK.

Apartamento bonito, limpo e organizado. Só achei confuso a recepção eletrônica sem pessoas.

Sin duda muy bien ubicado. Todo nuevo. La calle un poco marginal pero sin ningún tipo de problema. Recomendable.

Stairs and the wifi was not great I had to ask how do the check in. The views were lovely and the building was quiet.

This Apartments are in central Lisbon right in Rossio and they are the best location that you could possibly ask for. The check in was easy and if you needed any help you could Skype them from the self-check in machine.The apartment were we stayed was on the last floor and it was very big, clean and better than we could ask for. We loved it so much that we will recommend to everyone that we know.5 stars for us and the view is incredible from the 4th floor apartment.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral und man kann gute Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafes, Bars und einige Sehenswürdigkeiten u Fuß erreichen. Die Straße, in der sich die Appartements befinden, ist aber keine schöne Straße, irgendwie runtergekommen, mir persönlich war es nicht wichtig. Man hat auch keine schöne Aussicht aus dem Fenster. Aber 5 Sterne, weil es für den Preis perfekt war. Ich würde dieses Appartement weiter empfehlen.

First off, arriving to the property was extremely difficult and the check-in process was even worse. There was no lobby or reception, instead we had to use a kiosk to check in digitally. The kiosk was extremely hard to use and the check-in process was longer than usual. As far as location goes, the property is well connected to Lisboas main attractions, however it is hidden in a dark corner full of drug dealers, alcoholics and loud singing groups. We were even followed home by a shady man who waited for us outside the apartment. The experience was so bad we had to book another hotel just to be able to sleep at night.

A gorgeous air-conditioned apartment right in the centre in Lisbon. The place looks as perfect in real life as the promotional photos. We stayed during the 40+ summer heatwave of 2018 and it was so relaxing coming back to such a large cool well equipped apartment at the end of a hot day. In fact, it was so well located that we could pop back and forth between the apartment and the city centre many times a day. Get the top floor apartment if you can. You get the whole top floor to yourself, with views to the north and south across the city rooftops. There's a lift, so we didn't have to haul our suitcases up and down the stairs, and a fully-featured smart TV with Netflix and YouTube. There's also free fast wi-fi. The reliability was a bit poor at first, but after rebooting (it's in the cupboard behind the door) I managed to test it at 28Mbps! Checking in was a little bit tortuous. It is all done via a self-service kiosk in the basement, entering details of everyone staying, scanning their passports, and giving your (correct) reservation number. Our reservation number wasn't recognised, but a quick phone call using the integrated handset soon fixed it. The passport scanning can also be a bit fiddly, requiring us to try at least twice before they were recognised. All entry to the building and your room is with a long security code, so don't lose it or forget it!! For local dining there is R. das Portas de Santo Antão just around the corner with a large number of (tourist) restaurants. Or you can venture just a little further south onto R. dos Correeiros for vast selection of even more touristy restaurants. Heck, there’s even an alfresco McDonalds nearby! While you’re out and about, try the Ginjinha seller on the corner of Praça da Figueira and Rua da Betesga. The drinks are delicious, from €1 per shot, and have so many different flavours to choose from. Don’t try to drive here though. The roads are crazy busy, very tight outside the apartments, and with little or no place to park.

Appartement très bien situé près de la gare rossio des grandes avenues, du tram 28, du métro, de baixa chiado et Lappartement est très propre, moderne et assez spacieux. Les inconvénients sont quil ny a pas de réception et que lappartement est situé dans une rue très fréquenté et sombre bref globalement très satisfait, je recommande.

Habitación muy moderna y seguro que recién remodelada. Cama muy amplia de 2x2 y sofa cama de 2x1,80. La ducha es muy amplia entorno a 1,40m. Todo muy limpio y muy céntrico. 2 aparcamientos privados para dejar el coche muy cercanos eso si a 22€ el día completo. La calle está algo mas sucio. Bomba de calor en salon y habitacion. Persianas automáticas. Cocina con lavavajillas, inducción y frigorífico pequeño. Tostado, cafetera, etc... Con caja fuerte. Muy recomendable.

Location of property was good and easy to find. Check in was easy and fuss free. The apartment had everything we need and was big enough for two to put our things comfortably. Greatly appreciated the laundry facilities. Had a wonderful stay and would stay again.

El apartamento está muy céntrico, pero la calle parece poco segura. Es muy nuevo. La cama del sofá cama, no la hacía el servicio de limpieza. No se puede estacionar en la puerta para bajar las maletas, es una calle muy estrecha.

Trés déçu par rapport aux photos car nous étions dans un appartement ou les seules grandes fenêtres étaient dans la chambre qui donnaient sur la rue, pas de rideaux et pas de fenêtres opaques ou en partie du coup nous avons séjournée avec les volets fermés et les deux lucarnes ouverts dans le salon. De plus nous avions réservés pour 4 personnes et ils devaient dormir dans le salon (deux moitiés de canapé) avec seulement une couette et deux oreillers (pas de drap ?!)

Chambre d'hôtel correct hormis des meubles cassés ou bbranlants, propreté pouvant être amélioré. Le canapé lit manque de confort, puisqu'il s'agit de l'assise du canapé avec un drap au-dessus. Même si le check-in se fait avec une borne, le personnel est très réactif et tente de régler votre problème dans l'heure. Bon quartier pour sortir et être dans le centre de Lisbonne.

El apartamento es muy moderno y nuevo, aunque tiene unos peros a tener en cuenta. Hay que ir concienciado de que te metes en un barrio como Lavapies. Nuestro apartamento no lo habían limpiado bien a nuestra llegada porque se veía el suelo bastante sucio, aunque esto supongo que será algo aislado. El chek-in es totalmente automático con una máquina, nosotros tuvimos que esperar unos 10 minutos en un pasillo muy estrecho porque delante nuestro había una familia que decía que no funcionaba la máquina, aunque parece que no la entendían y hasta que despejaron sus dudas con el soporte telefónico (porque no hay personal en los apartamentos) nos tocó esperar.

Really good location near Rossio and Montiz but the narrow street or the many steps up to the apt hotel is not for people who have difficulties to walk. Some of the equipment in the apt was not good, like the kitchen tap which was really loose and the chairs that were sqeeky.

This building is located in a street where you will feel unsafe. I walked a lot around, and I can say this is the worse street of Lisbon Centre. This is not a Hotel, it is an old building, with renovated apartments. It is comfortable and well decorated, but there is no heaters, no coffee machine, and there is no staff at all. only a machine, to do the check in and pay the local taxes. You will have to clean up the rooms.It is near the things you should see, but for the price you can find better options... hello Lisbon is not worth the price

Central location and close to main attractions. Unfortunately very loud at night and couldn’t really get a good nights sleep. There’s no luggage room or reception, only a small lockers for backpacks. Our apartment wasn’t very clean when we arrived. Communication with the “hotel” was easy. Free wifi, tv with Netflix. Would probably not stay here again since I value a good nights sleep.

Responses from property was good.Apartment was very modern and well decorated. But one downside was that cleaning lady just started cleaning when we arrived there around 4pm despite of the check in time was 3pm. We had to waite while she finished cleaning.

Apartamento espectacular, pequeño pero muy cómodo, no chocabas con los compañeros ni con las cosas. Cocina completa (horno, microondas, nevera, fuegos, lavaplatos). Baño con ducha muy grande y jabones tipo hotel. Aire acondicionado. La sala de estar tiene un sofá cama muy cómodo. Muy céntrico, aunque la calle debe de pertenecer a un ghetto o algo porque cambia totalmente el ambiente de la plaza rossio (turistas) a la calle del apartamento (no turistas). Aparcamos el coche en un parking en martires de la patria, 15€ el día.

Very smart and well equipped apartments. Right in the centre and walking distance to attractions, venues, metro and trams. A bit rough neighbourhood and quite noisy at night but we had really good time.

Facilidade de check-in, disponibilidade em antecipá-lo, espaço confortável e vem decorado. Começa a necessitar de algumas reparações: candeeiros danificados, manípulo da torneira da casa de banho solto,... O sofá não é muito confortável para dormirem duas pessoas.

Everything was perfect expect the online and check in experience without any assistance and not responding call center. Other then that, the stay was 5*!

Positif: L emplacement et équipements /confort de l'intérieur. . Négatif: Pas de vue en Rdv, fenêtres trop hautes, cependant apres avoir changé d étage soit au 3eme, c'est beaucoup mieux.

Negativa: Cama incómoda y sofá cama imposible para dormir, es una conchoneta cubierta de plástico imitación a piel. El primer día pedimos una manta porque hacía frío y no nos la facilitaron hasta insistir el día siguiente. La limpieza es muy pobre, no barren, la ducha estaba llena de pelos cuando llegamos y la cama aunque parece hecha, por dentro la sábana está toda arrugada. En la cama me encontré una araña. El lavabo no colaba, las toallas estaban negras y si ponías el tostador y el micro saltaban los plomos. En fin, una pena, un lugar nada recomendable.

Positive: Excellent apartment, very clean and all facilities very good. Very good value and I would certainly visit it again when next in Lisbon.. Negative: A small amount of tea and coffee in the flat would have been a great help rather than having to find a place to purchase. The ppt scanner did not work on arrival, so this led to a lenghty process

Une fois le lit déplié dans le salon nous avions suffisamment de place (famille de 4 avec enfants de 10 et 13 ans) Appartement très bien placé dans le vieux centre. Proche de la gare de rossio ce qui permet de rejoindre Sintra très facilement par exemple. Métro à moins de 5 minutes.. Négatif: Il y a un gros problème de qualité concernant les chaises de la salle à manger. Il manque des vis sur toutes les chaises et le peu qu’il reste nous avons dû les revisser sous peine de tomber. Il faut vraiment faire quelque chose. Un peu plus de couverts serait souhaitable au moins huit cuillères, huit fourchettes, huit couteaux et huit petites cuillères.

Pozytywna: Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. W kilka minut można dojść do wielu atrakcji. Restauracje, sklepy, metro wszystko w zasięgu ręki. Apartament nowoczesny, dobrze wyposażony, czysty. Codzienne sprzątanie, wymiana ręczników. Obsługa co prawda bezoosobowa ale bardzo sprawna

Tolles Hotel wir haben unseren Aufenthalt mit 2 Kindern sehr genossen. Alles neu und sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Check in verlief problemlos. Absolute Toplage mit vielen Restaurants und Cafés in unmittelbarer Umgebung.

Positiva: La ubicación y que estaba todo nuevo y limpio. Negativa: La calle donde está ubicado puede asustar un poco si se llega tarde por la noche porque hay gente indigente durmiendo, pero nosotros en nuestra estancia no hemos tenido ningún problema. Pero es bueno saberlo

Positiv: Sehr bequemes Bett und praktisches Handling von Gepäck und Kinderwagen, da Lift vorhanden.. Negativ: Die Straße, in welcher der Eingang des Appartments liegt, ist sehr dubios. Wir haben uns bis zum Schluss nicht wohlgefühlt und wir sind einiges gewohnt, da wir in einer großen Stadt wohnen. Die Möbel sind zum Teil schon sehr abgeschlagen, obwohl sie recht neu aussehen und einige der Jalousien funktionieren nicht mehr.

Alle wichtigen Orte sind gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Obwohl sehr zentral gelegen ist das Hotel dennoch sehr ruhig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Положительный: Прекрасное расположение - самый центр, но на тихой улочке, рядышком и магазинчики первой необходимости и кафе. Номер просторный, светлый, с красивым видом на крепость (жили на 2 этаже). Фото на сайте соответствуют действительности. Изумительная кровать с воздушнейшим одеялом, новое белое бельё, дополнительные подушки и одеяла в шкафу. Важно - кондиционер, который работет и на тепло и на холод. Сантехника вся новая и хорошо работает. Убирали каждый день (выносили мусор и заправляли кровати). Полностью укомплектованая кухня (тостер, кофеварка, чайник, кастрюли, посуда новая из Икеи), даже кухонное полотенце и гель для мытья посуды. Безшумный лифт. Вход в отель и в номер по коду (не нужны ключи или карточки).. Негативный: Не могу сказать, что не понравилось, но "виртуальная рецепция" подразумевает очень хорошее владение английским языком. Боюсь, без помощи местного гида, которая нас встречала в аэропорту, не разобралась бы. Еще поначалу смущало количество афроевропецев именно на этой улице (после пребывания в Париже это напрягало), но, как оказалось, страхи были не обоснованы - окружающие были весьма любезны и безобидны.

Das Hotel hat eine Super Lage nur 200 mvom Rossio Platz entfernt. Die Einrichtung war neu, modern gehalten, sehr sauber und großzügig, auch für 4 Personen mit Bettcouch möglich. Toll, immer gerne wieder und sehr zu empfehlen.

Calidad precio, wc, cocina, habitación perfectas. La cama genial! Ubicación muy céntrico, esta todo a un paso.

Nous nous attendions à avoir une vue sur la ville. Hors nous étions en sousplex. Nous ne pouvions pas ouvrir les volets de notre chambre. Les habitants (communauté africaine) den face, tres proche dailleurs, avaient la vue directe dans notre logement.Les quartiers pas très propre par rapport à dautres sites.Sinon, lappartement était propre, tres fonctionnel.

Ich und mein Sohn haben gut 2 Tage Zeit Lissabon zu entdecken und diese Apartment als Ausgangspunt gewählt. Die meistens Highlights und Hotpots vom Lissabon befinden sich im Gehdistanz oder in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Lage der Apartment ist perfekt für ein kurzes Citytrip.

Positief: Locatie, inrichting (modern en netjes), gemak van sleutelcode, beschikking tot kluisje in kelder, gratis WiFi.. Negatief: Ik kan alleen nog wat tips bedenken die het verblijf kunnen perfectioneren, zoals het ophangen van een spiegel buiten de badkamer, een plaatsen van een föhn en het neerleggen van een paar thee-/koffiezakjes.

Zentral gelegenes Apartment (neu renoviert). Wir hatten das Frühstück gebucht, dieses wurde jeden Morgen pünktlich geliefert. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.
