The service it's not so nice. You don't have a wide variety of drinks. It has an amazing view to Lisbon and Tagus river.

This is a restaurant with a truly amazing view from the rooftop terras. On top of that, the food is excellent and the staff is knowledgeable about the dishes they serve and provide excellent service. Fish dishes highly recommend here.

Trata-se de restaurante com comida fantástica, serviço muito rigoroso e formal, num palácio renovado e cheio de estilo, com uma vista maravilhosa sobre o Tejo . A comida estava muito bem confeccionada e foi muito simpático do staff terem convidado a visitar o rooftop e a vista 360° de Lisboa! Recomendo a visita!

Man, I really wanted to love this restaurant. They have a great view and awesome staff. The food was just too inconsistent, some plates were incredible and others just didn't work. All of the courses were beautifully plated and the combinations of flavors were adventurous but on a few of them the end product was less than the sum of its parts, for example one of the dishes was crab, asparagus foam, and tangerine. Each individual component was very good but when combined the subtle flavors of the crab were totally overpowered by the tangerine and asparagus. If the menu clicked better it would undoubtedly be a Michelin star restaurant.

I had a business lunch with my client for a very big deal that we were closed during our lunch and I chose SUBA over all the restaurants I have been in Lisbon. Firstly: Right from the moment I made my request to book a table, I was taken care of well by Mafalda who instantly gave me various options to settle in for a good Business Lunch experience. Very keen on knowing our likes and dislikes, promptly give her suggestions on the menu, seating preference and the time of our lunch. Mafalda was there during our lunch to take good care of us. You certainly have mastered the art of hospitality and wish you all the best. Secondly: The management of the hotel was there with us too to make sure we are comfortable and the menus suit our and the client’s taste. I can't thank Joao Silva – The Operations Manager enough for his supervision and kindness. Overall, I can't thank enough and I can't wait to go to SUBA again. We did sign a very big contract with our client the next day after our meeting. I recommend SUBA for a cosy or business meal or even a date, it fits perfect. Amazing. An unique food experience! My night was impeça, starting with António, that was our waiter, but I can definitely say that he is Maître material. He walked us flawlessly through every plate served with confidence and was able, in addition to teaching us, to awaken us tremendous interest in the dishes and their histories. Each dish was amazing. Really! From appetizers to deserves, the only dish I can't say it was fantastic was the pork, because it was "only good" ( its side dish, açorda de coentros, was amazing though)

Situé sur en haut d'une butte loin du brouhat du centre ville voici Un cadre zen situé au 3 étage d'un hôtel avec un bar rooftop. Une salle de restaurant baigné de lumière avec une vue sur la mer. Une cuisine contemporaine avec des clin d'œil de plat traditionnel des assiettes goûteuses et généreuses pour le menu à 9 services. Accompagné par un service délicat de professionalisme et de convivialité. Un rapport qualité quantité prix séduisant.

Suba is a gastronomic experience, with wonderful attention paid to details of presentation and plating. The service is among the best I have experienced anywhere around the world. And all for a reasonable price, considering the elegance of the restaurant. The weakness of Suba is the chef's handling of flavor. The overall palate is, well, bland, punctuated by a few overwheming flavor bombs that wreck your mouth for the next bite. One case in point is the smoked tuna appetizer. Delicate and delightful, it's topped with a huge scoop of pepper ice cream--itself sort of a cool idea--that is SO peppery that my tongue went flavor blind. The amuse (sp?) was beautifully presented in a gorgeous smokey box, but the bite itself was an exercise in blandness, though it had great texture. The location of Suba is in one of the most gorgeous spots in Lisbon. That said, what might have/should have been a gorgeous view of the river and the city at night was marred by lighting that transformed the panoramic windows into mirrors. I had a far better view of my wife and me--and of the hardworking waiter behind us--than we did of the city. Suba has a lot if potential, and I would certainly return. If that happens, I'm confident that they will have worked out the bugs.

Desde o atendimento, a confecção dos pratos e espaço em si, recomendo, é sem duvida um must e à vista do restaurante é fantástica!!

Belle vue sur le tage. Bon gastro .petite portion . choisir le menu à 7 plats pour goûter à tout. Très beau rooftop où on sert de délicieux cocktails. À recommander pour un dîner romantique avec un portefeuille bien garni.

Prachtig uitzicht vanaf het rooftop. Onder het genot van een heerlijke sangria genoten van deze bijzondete plek. Je bent verplicht er minimaal 5 euro pp te besteden maar dat is het zeker waard.

5 estrelas para o atendimento e vista. Sem dúvida uma das melhores vistas sobre Lisboa! A comida, para o preço praticado é que ficou um pouco à quem das espectativas. Era boa, mas não deslumbrante (como o preço)
