Superbe restaurant en plein centre de Lisbonne. La nourriture est excellente, tout comme les cocktails. Le restaurant possède une belle cave et le personnel est charmant. Un fumoir3 est a disposition, ambiance chaleureuse. Une 50e d'euro par personne. Je recommande.

The Bistro is very nice Place for having a great dinner in a perfect surrounding. Cocktails are exceptional! The spyci octopus was good, the Curry with Thai Rice quite boring. The cheese foam with guava Sorbet was fantastic. Overall a very good dining experience, but quite pricy

One of the best restaurants in Lisbon. Your experience starts at the bar with extensive cocktails menu and bar tenders who knows their way. The food is nothing short of fantastic and to top it all the service is top notch. Highly recommended when you visit Lisbon. Be patient if you have to wait, it's worth it, and it gives you a chance to enjoy the bar.

This place is overrated, service is so poor it is virtually nonexistent. We were on time for our table and we were greeted with “sit over there, wait 5 minutes - we will call you”. Since nobody called us, we came to the reception and were told to wait again and “sit down you will not be charged for sitting”. After being sat at our table, we ordered a glass of Portuguese sparkling wine and aperol spritz. We were told they didn’t have aperol spritz, but had a Portuguese version of it. We wanted to give it a try so it arrived after 15 minutes (after my wine and bread and butter and spread). We asked what it was and were told it was Aperol. We asked if the waitress was sure, so she changed her tune to “it’s a martini roso”. We didn’t like it so they changed it for a mojito. Overall, we waited for 40 minutes for a drink that we could enjoy. No plate and no knife was provided for the starters so we had to ask for these (I had to get up and get a knife myself as I couldn’t locate a waiter). We had enough at this point. We cancelled our mains and asked for the bill. There was no service to speak of and we felt as if we were asking for a special treatment. Actually, I don’t think that one should wait for 40 minutes to get a drink you like and I don’t think that a starter should be served without offering a plate. But perhaps I am asking for too much. Or I will simply take my custom elsewhere. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys dining experience as there is none of that here.

Could be my taste but I didn’t like it. Cuttlefish starter was ok but underseasoned. Needed salt. Could not really taste the lime mayo thing on top. Spicy octopus was not spicy, just incredibly sweet and served on lots of strange tasting purée. They swapped it for shrimp curry, which was lovely of them, it tasted ok but rice it came with was undercooked. Service was very good however.

Assim que se entra neste local, deparamo-nos com cutelos espetados na parede, transparecendo a imagem de terror na cozinha que o chef Ljubomir Stanisic demonstra no programa televisivo. Jantámos no piso superior, onde a decoração é muito, muito agradável. Opções de comida interessantes. O magret de pato era divinal. O polvo picante é bem picante mesmo. Sobremesas divinais!

You can't eat foo foo... We first eat with our eyes and the decor and ambiance is first class - the food presentations are very good..... That's where it ends... You might as well jump off a cliff.... The food has no flavor, just tasteless and overpriced. With so many fantastic restaurants in this area I would not recommend this place.

I went here based off my hotel concierge’s suggestion. The winemenu is extensive but not impossible to go through. I picked a white port for dinner and a dry white mineral tasting wine from dão. The food is basic hipster. However the main course “day special” being a fish stew was amazing!!!!, it the had all the right flavors and plenty of sauce and it had just the perfect level of spiciness. Tha staff was super friendly, qualified as fast. Indefinitely enjoyed myself here. Ps although I’m happy with the place it does not serve anything “local” on the main menu.

Os cocktails são interessantes e bem apresentados. A comida é soberba! O burek vale muito a pena, assim como o polvo e a carne maturada. Não é barato, mas vale muito a pena experimentar

Have been twice and food is good and unique; nice ambiance. The service is not always great and tough to get a table. That with it being too highly priced, its a nice place but can easily be missed. If you are visiting Lisbon and want a fancier place to go, it does meet that criteria.

Esta semana fui jantar a este restaurante, fazia algum tempo que tal não acontecia. Como sempre, senti-me muito bem acolhida pelos funcionários, aqui a nota é sempre positiva. No entanto, no que respeita à comida, fui verdadeiramente surpreendida. Pedi um hambúrguer, médio bem passado; - num enorme prato, dentro do habitual pão, carregado de um molho horroroso, estava um pedaço de carne carbonizada e à volta uma quantidade incomensurável de batatas fritas, ... (julguei que estava a jantar numa das tascas portuguesas, que vendem a mesma qualidade, mas a preço bastante generoso); o risoto de cogumelos e camarão selvagem, (apresentado em forma de "vomitado") era um arroz cheio de um molho de natas com cogumelos e dois camarões com casca. É claro que reclamei, julgo que até foi excluído da conta o tal hambúrguer apelidado de "o melhor ... qualquer coisa. - Enfim lamentável! Perguntei se o restaurante ainda pertencia ao Grande Chefe Ljubomir Stanisic, reposta afirmativa. Um espaço lindo com um staff bonito e um chefe reconhecidíssimo que foi protagonista de um programa de TV onde fazia apologia da higiene, boa comida e respetiva apresentação, tratava com agressividade os donos das tascas por onde passava, porque de facto é inaceitável existirem tantos restaurantes com comida tão má... Não sei como acabar este comentário... talvez uma foto do dito "Melhor hambúrguer de Lisboa e arredores"....

Fine wine and dine at is best. Super service super cocktails and super food. Expect to spend more than 60/pax for the experience though. It's also not that big. So waiting time is probable and. the price is taking that into account so you pay for the exclusivity

What a 5 star hotel manager thinks of this one The positive first: the food is quite different and varied, the portions are abundant and the restaurant vibe is on point (decor+music+lighting). The Negatives:the prices are quite steep (23-40 eur for a main course). I would be fine with that, if the experienced lived up to the fine dining restaurant they want to be, which it didn't. We had a reservation for celebrating a birthday and were asked to wait 10 minutes to be seated, which turned into 30 minutes. I complained and got attitude from who I supposed was the manager. I told him he should not have given out our reserved table to someone else who arrived before and he kept denying with a condescending tone without apologizing or helping. Once seated, we got the menu and had to wait for another 25 minutes for the waiter to circle back to our table and take our order. Once he did that, the experience got slightly better. The food was actually great, apart from the turbot risotto, which was smothered in sweet beetroot covering every flavor. The service is chaotic. One waiter took our order, an other brought us the appetizer and another one brought the food. They leave wine and bottle of water of the table as if they would serve you, but they really don't. We had to ask 4 times to be poured wine and water throughout the night (if your wait staff can't give attention to their table, either hire more, or don't show off as fine dining and lower your prices!). All in all the food is good, but the service is chaotic and rushed and the price is of minimum 40/50 per person. I wouldn't go back again. The rude manager attitude really upset me and it is not acceptable at a fine dining restaurant.

It's challenging to start describing this restaurant. First of all, the staffs were super friendly and proactive. The food was delicious, absolutely perfect. The rabbit was special. They have a homemade gluten-free bread that is outstanding! The pâté was incredible too. Well, one of the best restaurants in Lisbon! Congratulations for the great work! É difícil de descrever esse restaurante. Todos os funcionários foram extremamente amigáveis e prestativos. Os pratos estavam absolutamente perfeitos, tanto na apresentação quanto no sabor. O pão sem glúten é saudável e bem feito. Parabéns pelo restaurante!

You can tell this is an important restaurante, when in the table next to you is Mr. Jean Paul Gaultier !!! The food was excellent and the drinks were just a hit. I didnt enjoy the expierence, staff was in a rush and I didnt feel welcome there. Food wasn't great: octopus is too sweet, dragonfly cocktail was very sour, mushroom starter was overpowering and desert was too sour as well. Although I have heart this is a wow place, it wasnt for me. Worth bring back nice customer service and flavours.

We had a very disappointing experience here, both with regard to service and to food. Service: we arrived and were seated, given a food menu but no drinks menu for some reason. We waited for quite some time for anyone to come to our table to offer us anything. Eventually a waiter showed up, and without so much as a hello or good evening, let alone an offer to answer questions (despite many opaquely named dishes on the menu) or to get us a drinks list, he just asked "you have chosen?". His service continued to be indifferent, bordering on rude, throughout the meal. We also had some service at times from another waitress, who was better but still not great. They didn't seem to co-ordinate with each other very well, either: we would order something from one, then the other would show up and ask us what we wanted to order, and so on. Just before our main dishes arrived my partner ordered a glass of wine, which never arrived, and the wine menu was taken away before I had the chance to order a glass for myself. No-one voluntarily checked in on us or asked us how the food was, even when one dish was clearly not getting eaten (see below). Food: we ordered the potato skins to start, which were fine but needed more salt. For our main dishes I had the turbot, which was mediocre - overwhelmed in a very sugary beet risotto - but essentially OK. By contrast, my partner's dish - octopus in a spicy, sweet sauce - was inedible. The octopus was overcooked and rubbery, and the sauce was congealed on the plate and completely lacked the promised spice. She wasn't able to finish more than a few bites. When a waitress came to clear the dishes (long after I'd finished my dish, and with only a few bites of my partner's dish touched), my partner complained about her dish. The waitress didn't react very well initially, but to be fair, she took the dish back to the kitchen and then came back and said the kitchen admitted that the dish was not up to standard and that the octopus was overcooked. As an apology she sent us a dessert, which was a guava sorbet with a biscuit base and a cheese foam, and which was fine. The free dessert was a nice gesture, but when the bill came, the restaurant had still charged us for the octopus, which was not OK given that it was so bad that we couldn't eat it, and that the kitchen had admitted as much. We complained again and then they agreed to take off the charge for the octopus. Again, good that they did so, but we shouldn't have needed to insist. Drinks: we ordered two of the supposedly famous cocktails, both of which were fine but fairly one-dimensional in flavor profile and lacked kick. As mentioned above, we never got to try the wine. Ambience: the vibe, with almost clubby music, is stylish and works well late at night. There is a part of the bar/restaurant that allows smoking and there's no door between it and the main restaurant, which allows smoke to drift through to where you're eating, especially if you're seated toward the front of the restaurant, as we were. Even if we bracket the saga with the octopus dish, the food was mediocre and the service indifferent, and the prices are really very high for Lisbon. We were sad to have wasted one of our meals in Lisbon on this restaurant when there are so many other great options in town.

We finished our elaborate dinner at Bistro 100 Maneiras at an alarming yet accommodating 1:30 am. This restaurant’s idiosyncrasy is perhaps most evident in the glassware of our four collective cocktails. The first came in a frosty steel mug. One of the listed ingredients was air. The second cocktail was enclosed in a hollow glass bird with a hole in its butt to sip through.The bird and the hole were perched happily atop a wine stem. Like most wine glasses, the drinker would lift the glass by the stem. Unlike most wine glasses, the drinker would then drink the drink out of a bird’s butt. The third cocktail was an assemblage, comprised top to bottom of a straw jutting from the base of a large lightbulb that rested upside down on a bed of ice, all housed in a beheaded metal pineapple; the pineapple was cradled by its own leafy, severed head, which, when inverted, acted as a base for the entire monstrosity. The fourth and final cocktail was a modest vieux carre served in a confident, dense whiskey glass. The food menu had undergone an identity crisis. The meals hailed from Bosnia, Thailand, Italy, Japan, Peru, The States, and Portugal. The Cevapi sandwich, essentially a Bosnian donor served with mustard and aioli, was only as bad as any chunk of meat doused in mustard with soft bread can be: pretty good. The jamon iberico was probably only slightly softer than wooden platter it was served on, though we didn’t try the platter. The ceviche and octopus both had the right texture and flavor, once they had been excavated from the deep foam seas in which they drowned. The beef tataki was perfectly rare, delicately sliced, and sprinkled with coarse salt, but, much like the ceviche and octopus, shrieked for air as it asphyxiated itself in brown sauce. We didn’t have any room for dessert (or most of the entrees (and less of the sauces)), but for fear of being unfairly harsh, we also over-ordered. The waitstaff was delightful. The cocktails utterly unique and admittedly good. The decor was more eclectic than the food itself. The walls were covered in terrariums, pages of books splayed side by side, and knives embedded blade first. The live magician (yes, magician) dropped his cards on multiple occasions. The drops might have been part of the trick, but we averted our eyes before it was clear, terrorized that he’d take our stares as invitations and victimize our table next. This place is great if you want to try a new cocktail, are bored, or like wet leftovers.

설렘 스페인, 포르투갈 가이드북에서 추천해서 갔는데, 저자 강추메뉴인 세비체는 고수가 듬뿍 들어갔는데 맛이 애매하고, 문어요리는 뭐 괜찮았는데 가격이 비싼 편이에요. 비트 샐러드 1개 세비체 1개 문어요리 하나 그린와인 세 잔 먹었더니 95유로, 12만원 나왔네요. 설렘 가이드북 저자 입맛이 애매한듯 합니다 ㅎㅎ 앞에 리뷰보니 역시 별로였던 것 같은데 미리 확인하고 갈걸 후회합니다(...)

무난했어요.. 생각만큼은 아니였네요ㅠ 왕새우 두개와 같이 나오는 버섯 리조또는 맛있긴 했으나 32유로 주고 먹을만한 퀄리티는 아니었고... 에피타이저 세비체는 맛은 있었는데 고수가 있었어서...고수 꼭 빼달라고 하세요 ㅠㅠ 리조또도 고수 빼달라 했어요! 레스토랑 분위기도 좋고 음악도 좋은데 가격대비 영 아니였네요.. 또 갈만한 곳은 아닌듯! 무엇보다 너무 맛있어 보이는 문어요리도 소스가 요상했어요.. spicy octopus 인데 매운것도 아니고 안 매운것도 아니고 달달한 맛도 살짝 나는데 뭔가 애매했습니다ㅠㅠ 검정색 소스 별루였어요... 그리고 마지막 칵테일... 와 제가 마셔본 칵테일 중 최악이었어요 ㅠ holiday 어쩌구 시키지 마세요 한약 맛 났어요 (보라색)!!!! Summer kiss 였나 핑크색 칵테일은 무난무난했어용.. 칵테일 모양도 신기하고 특이했지만 맛은 별로였네요 ㅠㅠ 그리고 빵은 포카치아에 올리브 소스 찍어먹으니 넘 맛있었어요!! 그리고 제가 예약어플로 예약하고 갔는데 들어가자마자 말했더니 저한테 제 과거 예약 내역 뜨는거 보여주더니 너 전에 노쇼 했었네 이거 기록에 다 남아 ~ 노쇼 많으면 레스토랑들이 너 예약 안받을 수도 있다 뭐 이래서 무안했어요..수십번 레스토랑 간 것 중에 취소를 깜빡하고 못했거나 급한 일이 생겼을 수도 있는건데,, 암튼 맛없는 건 아니었으나 가격대비 그냥그냥 포르투갈이 물가가 비싼 나라도 아니구요,, 버섯 잔뜩에 왕새우 두개 있는 리조또 하나가 4만원이 넘는데 무난한 퀄리티면 안돼죠 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 물가가 비싼 나라면 몰라도 ... 아 그리고 올리브 오일은 얼마나 많이 넣었는지 다 먹고 났는데도 그릇 아래에 오일이 흥건하게 남아있었어요... ㅠㅠㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜ 뭐죠..... 분위기가 특별나게 좋은지두 모르겠구요,,, 서버분은 남자분은 친절했는데 키크고 마르신 여자분은 무슨 기계같았어요.....가격대비 영 아니예요 ㅠ 가격 저렴했어도 다신 오지 않을 것 같아요ㅜㅜ그냥 딱 아주 무난한 수준입니다,,, 문어요리 포르투갈에서 5번 넘게 먹었지만 그 중에 젤 별로였거나 두번째로 별로였어요ㅠ 아무튼 저한테는 포르투갈에서 추천하는 식당은 아닐 것 같아요ㅠ 둘이서 물 한병, 칵테일 두잔, 빵, 에피타이저랑 메인 하나씩 먹고 120유로 나왔어용 .. 둘이 거의 16만원 나온 식당에서 별로는 아니었으나 그저그랬기에 3점이에요ㅠ

Local muito acolhedor, com a decoração muito "a cara do chefe" Ljubomir. A comida estava ótima, paladar, aromas... Muito bom! Em relação ao atendimento, a marcação da reserva foi bastante fácil, porém acho que deveriam melhorar no atendimento no espaço. Fui algumas vezes interrompido durante o jantar, com perguntas muitas delas repetidas por vários funcionários. Mas é um aspeto que se consegue melhorar rapidamente. Em relação a simpatia e conhecimento relativos à gastronomia, 5*! Recomendo vivamente a visitarem o espaço. Vale a pena.

Creative dishes, helpful staff, a very enjoyable evening (2.5 hours) all in all. The ceviche & chicken liver in port were great choice for starters, the former quite spicy, the other sweet. Then they split for us one steak tartare into two plates, and they did the same for the wonderful entrecôte tataki. They surpassed their record with a remarkable cheese foam with guava sorbet for desert. Again, the staff did a remarkable job, helpful & attentive.

Mix feelings about the service. Some people were friendly and efficient, the others were a bit pushy, almost rude, but efficient (no doubt). The ambient is pretty nice and the location is great. The food was OK. I think the portion was a bit small. I was hungry and I left hungry. I had a ceviche as apetiser that we shared among some friends. Very tasty. Then I had the spicy octopus - which was lacking salt and flavor. (and it was not really spicy...) I would go back there, but there are so many nice places around that this reataurante felt down on my list.

This was our last meal before leaving Portugal. I’d like to thank the chef for making me excited about the food on my upcoming flight. The pork cheeks were rubbery- actually hard to cut with a knife — and the mushroom tagliatelle which was supposed to have porchini was doused with truffle oil which overwhelmed everything and it was so gloppy the server had a hard time moving it from the cast iron pot it came in (why?) to the plate without it all coming at once. I’ll stop now, but there are 100 reasons to not go here.

Chegamos e fomos recebidos com um "boa noite, tem reserva", respondi "sim..." fui interrompido por um ríspido "pq não olha para mim quando fala?" Me surpreendi com o recepcionista, até porque estava admirando o bar já que foi a nossa primeira ida ao restaurante. Respondi naturalmente de forma ríspida "olho para onde eu quiser." Passado isso, vi que pode ter sido algum mero desconforto do recepcionista, pois vi ele ser bastante simpático com outras mesas, enfim. Atendimento foi ok, garçons prestativos mas nada além do comum. Vamos ao que interessa, os pratos em específico a entrada de ovos com enchidos e o principal entrecot estava maravilhoso, infelizmente ele não estava quente, mas estava com uma apresentação tão bonita é tão gostoso que não quis pedir para voltar. O risoto estava ok. Vinho 3 vezes o preço do mercado, mas é normal em um restaurante desses. Voltaremos

Caro e sem graça. Acabei de sair deste restaurante. Pedi o entrecot, que veio frio e sem tempero, o acompanhamento era um ovo com clara de consistência espumosa sobre um par de torradas temperadas com algum tipo de vinagrete. Se você sabe assar carne, gosta de carne, então não peça a carne.

The food... Will. Blow. Your. Mind. Amazingly good food, with a witty menu - and when the bill arrives, for the quality of the food you got, you will wonder if perhaps you didn’t take advantage of the restaurant: we paid €40,00/pax for a dinner that included starters, mains, wine/cocktails, and dessert. And the staff? Absolutely amazing - on point, and literally falling over each other to make your experience a great one. If I could only add a sixth star!

Atmosphere is great. Concept is great. Drinks and wine map is excellent. Food and service however is disappointing. Service seems stressed and not customer focused (at least not for tourist) food seems unbalanced with some flavors completely out of place and eventhough some would call that experimental, it hasn't got the right punch to serve as the European kitchen they influence on

A modern and well decorated restaurant with a fun vibe. Unfortunately, i felt the price of the mains at between 25 to 35+ euros was slightly too high for the quality. However, the food was tasty and well presented. Almost a 3 star review as the service was also quite slow, despite us eating in a half empty restaurant at 10.15pm

A comida é boa, mas não é excepcional, o preço é bem elevado . A rapariga que nos atendeu ate era simpatica mas com o restaurante completamente vazio disse nos que a mesa onde nós queriamos sentar nos, com vista para o mar estava reservada, a seguir vieram mais clientes e poderam escolher supostamente os lugares há janela que eram uns 3 ou quatro que estavam vazios. Costuma se dizer que a mentira tem perna curta...Supostamente num restaurante deste nível deviam ter mais atençao com os clientes. Preço/qualidade/antedimento, nao volto a repetir nem a recomendar!

E a 2 vez que vou ao restaurante No ano passado o pesoal que trabalhava lá era 5* Este ano fikei desiludida com o pesoal que lá trabalha Pedi ao rapaz da recepção uma cadeirinha de bebe para a minha filha de 1 ano Onde ele me responde para nos sentar na mesa do canto do 1 andar onde tem os bancos. Só para não ter o trabalho de ir buscar uma cadeira sabendo bem que um bebe de 1 ano não fica quieto tanto tempo . Visto que o comer demorou mais que 1 hora a vir tive que pedir uma cadeira de bebe porque ela não parava naquele banco como e obvio Onde o mesmo senhor naquele momento passa e revira os olhos porque naquele canto tavamos ocupar bastante espaço com a cadeira e tava a chegar um gruppo grande para a mesa do lado !! Seria tão simples fazer as coisas logo certas des de início como correu tão bem o ano passado tb com a bebe de 2 meses onde o carrinho de bebê ocupava muinto mais espaço e não ouve problema

We were here tonight but the experience is not completely satisfied. 70% of the menu is not understandable base on the name of the dish but the staff seems not bother to explain. Please create another menu that the customer will know what to expect if the staff is not willing to talk. Only the sommelier behave professionally. The waitress even won’t bother to say thank you when we paid. Foods are ok with €50 per person. Not special at all.

Our last night in Lisbon and Bistro 100 Maneiras was perfect! After having spent 7 days in Portugal and having more seafood than we normally do, we wanted something authentic to the region, great vibe, service and of course the food. This place hit it all..the most important of which is service. We started with cocktails at the bar which were fantastic (we are from New York and know our wine, cocktails and food!!). The bartenders were informative, fun, creative and took their craft seriously. The dinner was also great (sat upstairs which is what we recommend). Had Beets Me (nice beet dish) and Welcome to the Jungle which was a great (very) stinky cheese. Had the octopus and squid which were excellent. Wine selection is very good. Really a perfect ending to our first trip to Portugal - we will be back!

O Bistro 100 maneiras é sem sobra de duvida o melhor restaurante de Lisboa. Posso afirma-lo com toda a propriedade pois ja percorri um pouco todas as cidades da moda a nível mundial incluindo a Asia. Para uma cidade pequena e regional como Lisboa e invocando outras cidades de renome na Europa como Paris ou Barcelona (Londres não conta pois tem uma das piores gastronomias que ja conheci até hoje), o Bistro 100 Maneiras faz o milagre da cosmopolitização aliado à melhor qualidade e ao melhor raffiné que o cliente pode obter. Uma experiencia de sabores unicos, bem conjugados e apresentados torna a experiencia verdadeiramente eterea. Nao ha uma unica entrada ou prato que não sejam excelentes. Recomendo o carre de borrego, o ceviche, as lulas ou os pratos sazonais cheios de pequenas referencias que nos transportam aos sabores de infancia num apice. Uma excelsa carta de vinhos muito bem escolhida e documentada completa este quadro. Deixo uma mençao especial ao pessoal sempre atento e dedicado, presente e super educado sem ser intromissivo, começando pela jovem por sinal emcantadora que recebe os clientes e a maitre Mia assim como a funcionaria Jacinta que pelo seu profissionalismo transformaram esta nossa ida numa experiencia unica e perfeita. The celvechi was ok, fried fish with wasabi was good, but the spicy octopus was nothing special and the beef was really bad, hard to chew and flavorless, but above all, the service was the biggest reason why I think they only deserve one star... service is everything, and sadly enough, they don’t get this simplest idea...cocktail was sorta good though, but over all since it’s a not cheap place, I expected much more than they actually delivered.

Food was really incredible! We loved every bite of our main meal. However, we had a few cons. First, table service was oddly slow. The food came out really fast, but after that, service was extremely slow. Our dessert was rather disappointing : we ordered the cheesecake with maple syrup. Being from Canada, we had to ask where their syrup came from. The waiter specifically said it was imported directly from Canada. Maybe our standards are too high on this, and we expected too much, but this was definitely not Canadian maple syrup. It was definitely diluted in something else like honey or regular sugar, and they infused it with mint, which completely through it off. At least the waiter kindly asked for our opinion and humbly accepted our honest feedback. Another disappointment was that we ordered the house red: Maldito Duoro. After paying the bill and arriving at our appartment, we realized they charged us a much more expensive different wine Ribbonwood Sauvignon Blanc). Partially our own fault for not having paid close enough attention, but still left a sour note on the experience. Definitely reccomend for the amazing food, but expect a long wait, and double check your bill!

We had high expectations but were disappointed by this restaurant. The food was perfectly nice but completely forgettable. The wine was perfectly nice but also forgettable and very expensive. The space was uninteresting and, on our visit, dominated by one very noisy table of ten. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this restaurant - you will have a good meal here, and better than at most, but it is very expensive and much too expensive for what you get.

Cocina de autor pero de calidad y variedad de platos, incluso la descripción de los platos buscan ser diferentes y originales. Tienes gran variedad de entrantes calientes y fríos y carnes y pescados, además de haber realizado alguna mezcla fusión de diferentes cocinas... Como por ejemplo un tártaro de pescado local (frango creo) muy rico y diferente o el steak tartar de carne muy sencillo en cuanto a la cantidad de ingredientes pero que ha conseguido un plato exquisito, por supuesto utilizando materiales frescos y de calidad. El local es bonito y diferente, mezcla varios estilos decorativos pero que encajan muy bien y resulta original y bonito de ver. Solo un pero, si aceptas la recomendación de alguna copia De vinos, por favor preguntar antes el precio de la misma, a nosotros nos cobraron por dos copas de vino tinto 9,50€ cada una y un vino de postre a 11,00€, sin haber pedido nada especial y siguiendo su recomendación. Por lo demás muy bien

The food was great and we enjoyed everything we ate. However the service was a mess. It was the most unwelcomed I have ever felt in a restaurant and nothing made sense. The sommolier was particularly terrible to deal with. Would not recommend, there are plenty of incredible restaurants in Lisbon.

Extremely underwhelming especially since the manager at the Fontecruz hotel recommended this restaurant.. I'll be sure to give him feedback tomorrow. The crispy fish appetizer was okay, but the curried shrimp entree came out with the shrimp barely cooked, and it took a while to get everything right, ...rice got cold while waiting and never offered to replace it. On the bright side, the old fashioned cocktail was great and the staff were extremely friendly. However, I would have assumed they would offer something to help offset a poor experience....was still charged for everything and not offered anything to make things more pleasant. Would not recommend, many other better restaurants nearby.

Sem dúvidas, um dos melhores restaurantes de Portugal inteiro. Confesso que só fui porque ouvi tantas vezes o nome desta casa no programa « Pesadelo na Cozinha » da TVI que fiquei com curiosidade; o chefe Ljubomir é simplesmente um nível superior na vida, o serviço, a comida, o ambiente, tudo vale a pena cada cêntimo pago pela experiência. Sou da Argentina, e mesmo nem em Buenos Aires tinha comido carne tão boa quanto a do 100 maneiras.

I would say this is the worst meal we had in Lisbon, but it was actually the worst we had in Europe. The service was horrible, our meal was rushed, and the food was awful. Our mains clearly sat under heat lamps while we finished our first course, and they tasted as such. We would have been better off eating at any stall close by. What a waste of space in beautiful Lisbon.

Very disappointed - the food was certainly good but not outstanding and not worth the price. The atmosphere was very upper class but the staff although friendly could not keep it up. The squid salad turned out to be mostly salad with little pieces of squid hidden for you to find. Drinks were forgotten and had to be re-ordered, we asked to taste a few wines before making a choice but in the end were only given 1 option to taste. Not all the staff spoke fluent English. Place looks good and staff is friendly and helpful to a certain extent. Definitely not worth the 5 star reviews in my opinion.

The space is amazing and has a vibrant atmosphere but the service wasn’t the greatest - we waited for >1 hour for the food and we were given very little info from the staff. The food was pretty good (particularly the starters and the tartare) but still didn’t live up to the expectations we created over what’s a quite expensive restaurant in the heart of Lisbon.

It's not a bad place... but it charges about 70€ per person and is still far below most €30 per person places in Lisbon. Not recommended unless you suffer from a severe lack of creativity. Service was good though.

Este bistro está super bem localizado, perto do teatro da Trindade! O espaço é super agradável onde as paredes estão decoradas com livros e páginas de livros. A luz ambiente ajuda a criar uma atmosfera tranquila. Relativamente aos funcionários não há nada a aprontar! Desde que entramos pela porta até que saímos fomos super bem atendidos por todos! Simpatia, profissionalismo, conhecimento do restaurante e da carta, são só alguns dos muitos pontos posivitos. A comida é igualmente incrível! Pedimos uma carne maturada e o bitoke. Estavam ambos maravilhosos mas tenho que destacar o bitoke! Carne do lombo a derreter na boca acompanhada por um molho divinal!!! Recomendo este prato! O meu único comentário menos favorável é para os preços porque penso que memso para cozinha de autor, estão um pouco inflacionados. Rondam os 30 a 40 euros para os pratos principais, 8 a 15 para entradas e cerca de 10 para sobremesas. No entanto, recomendo vivamente passar por aqui e ter uma experiência gastronómica incrível!

I think this was my favorite dinner from our 2-week trip around Portugal-- everything from the decor, atmosphere, service, drinks, and food, were superb. While we were waiting for our friends to arrive I got a summer kisses & winter tears at the bar and it was perfection in a glass. I also got the "Nice Rice" on an impulse and I truly have been dreaming about it ever since. It was fantastic. I can't say enough good things- 10/10, hope to be able to return! Make sure to make a reservation!

Since you enter until you pay the bill everything is perfect. Both the cocktails and the food is amazing. Of course it is not cheap dinning but it's a great experience and the service is great. I recommend making a reservation online so you assure a table.

If you ever come across this place, you have to try Genie in the Bottle, a starter that will take you n a gourmand journey on the delicious mixtures of mashroom and other magical ingredients.. The restaurant has many vegitarian options and the atmosphere is lively and energetic in a discreet lovely way.. The decoration is wonderful and original.. Books on the walls, metal insects in aquariums, wonderful words written here and there.. The service got a bit slow the day I tried it but not sure if it is always like that, the waiters are generally nice and warm.. I just loved it!

A truly wonderful experience. Our pre dinner drinks were.lovely - mine a non alcoholic berries and lychee drink with rosemary The waitress suggested our meals - the Beets were to die for as was the asparagus and mushroom warm salad with bernaise sauce. I.had the risotto and my husband the pork belly. They were both delicious however the staff were truly 5 stars. Thanks for a wondeful evening.

Our first dinner stop in Lisbon and it was a hit! From incredibly tasty dishes to the most impeccable service! They go above and beyond to make it the best experience. As we kept discovering the city more we just wanted to keep on coming back here. Few things we tried and were definitely favorites - beets, liver in port wine, ravioli with red shrimp, fish of the day and amazing cocktails!

Sweet potato purée ceviche, surprisingly good. I thought the fish was a big veiny, which took away from the texture. Mushroom risotto with prawn, very rich. A bit much for one person imo. Bread was great with this curry spread.

Leider war mein Fleisch, das angeblich 65 Tage abgehangen war, ziemlich zäh. Für den Preis sollte das nicht passieren. Die Nudeln mit Trüffeln hatte man überflüssigerweise mit frischen Champignons gepimpt. Die gehören da nun wirklich nicht rein. Selbst wenn der Geschmack ok war, sah das Gericht nicht sehr appetitlich aus, da alles zusammenklebte, was mit dem Wort Pampe am Besten umschrieben werden kann. Was den Gesamteindruck auch ziemlich stört ist die Tatsache, dass immer 3-4 Leute aus dem Service gleichzeitig durch den Gastraum wuseln sich dabei unterhalten und eine ziemliche Unruhe verbreiten. Außerdem ist es ziemlich laut. Ein ruhiger Abend mit gutem Essen sieht anders aus. Da gibt es wesentlich schönere und bessere Lokale.Es reicht einfach nicht, nur stylisch zu sein und dabei zu vergessen, dass es um Essen geht, dass sich preislich im oberen Bereich bewegt .Leider keine Empfehlung.

Second trip to Lisbon and second trip to 100 Maneiras. Had cocktails in the bar first. Really quite amazingly presented and also tasty. Had a nice table in a window upstairs which was unfortunately next to a larger table which had someone with the loudest voice we've ever heard! No matter. The waitresses were very friendly and knowledgeable. It's nice to go somewhere and discuss the food and get some really well informed and passionate responses about it. The food is a bit bonkers but actually works. I had the cuttlefish with pearl barley and ink. When mixed up it was, obviously, black but tasted incredibly fresh due to lemongrass. Quite confusing for the senses but very enjoyable. It's all part of the theatre of this place. Look forward to our next visit!

5 stars: Food is absolutely delicious. Had the fried cuttlefish, octopus appetizer, and the green day risotto. Everything was cooked really well and had an interesting presentation and flavor profile. Cocktails were on point and the bartender was knowledgeable about the drinks and was able to provide recommendations. We were completing our entree and discussing coming back for another meal this week to try more of the menu. Negative 4 stars: While eating our risotto, a cockroach crawled up the wall next to us, appearing next to my wife's face while she was eating her squid risotto, slipping between the pages of the books affixed to the walls. We alerted the staff, who moved our table, while one staff member killed the roach. We saw a second roach following his friend along the wall. Staff mentioned "old buildings in Lisbon" as an excuse. Really concerning to see a roach in the dining room in the bright light. My wife couldn't finish her squid risotto. Staff offered us a free dessert or cocktail to make up for the cockroach, but we couldn't eat more food after the roach had dropped in to dine. We accepted an espresso and shot of liquor to wash down the memories. Paid the full bill.

Nuestra bienvenida en la recepción dejó mucho que desear. La actitud del hombre en la entrada fue todo menos cálida o amigable. Como si nos estuviera haciendo un favor. Nuestra reservación estaba planeada para las 10:30 y llegamos media hora antes. Nos hicieron pasar a una sala con una muy linda decoración pero en la que nos dejaron solos sin que nadie, hasta pasado un muy buen rato, nos saludara. Pedimos dos tragos "Abuelito" y "Paraíso" o algo así. Muy buenos. De no haber sido por la grata compañía el tiempo se me hubiera hecho eterno. En el piso de arriba, decorado muy creativamente con espejos todo alrededor, una muy amable mujer nos tomo la orden y le encargamos otros dos tragos. Jamás volvió a nuestra mesa. Todos giraban sobre su propio eje. Dejamos pasar el tiempo. Era nuestra primera noche en Lisboa y estábamos contentos de estar de nuevo en esta ciudad, haciendo planes disfrutando de la noche. Pasó hora y media. Tuvimos que preguntar qué había pasado con la comida. Los tragos llegaron de inmediato y los alimentos más tarde. Habríamos entendido un poco la larga espera pero pedimos atún crudo y carne bien cocida. Llegó roja. Desagradable experiencia para un lugar que prometía recibirnos de maravilla a nuestra llegada a la ciudad. No lo recomiendo pese a que al final, estuvo rico. El trato, la frialdad, la desorganización y la espera no valen la pena. Hay varios aspectos que mejorar para este lugar. Pensé que quizá nos compensarían con un postre o algo, pero nada.

A huge disappointment for my birthday dinner. We had to order three times to get the dishes that we ordered. We were a party of 4 and at the end we all got our dishes at a different time. Everytime she came with the wrong food she asked if we wouldn‘t mind having it. Trust me it was also not a language issue as we had a native Portuguese with us. We didn‘t get any discount nor were we offered a drink or dessert for free. I also wrote a complaint to Ljubomir Stanisic and have never received a reply. For me this is the worst restaurant in Lisbon.

No me ha defraudado, es tal y como me esperaba. Desde la llegada nos han atendido perfectamente. A pesar de haber bastantes camareros no daban la sensación de andar todos perdidos como ocurre en otros locales. Cada uno se encarga de un determinado tema, atendiendo varias a las mesas a la vez dentro de lo que es su cometido. Las recomendaciones derivadas de nuestras dudas, perfectas. La comida buen elaborado y con productos de primera. Una carta variada y con platos preparados de forma original. El local es acogedor y a pesar de tener un techo bajo, no hay sensación de calor No es barato, pero merece la pena.

Locale in cui ho mangiato abbastanza bene pietanze portoghesi ma ad un prezzo piuttosto alto. Non vale la pena fare lunghe code per trovare un tavolo. Nel quartiere di Barrio Alto si trovano ristoranti migliori, come "O Versiculo d'O Faia", su cui ho già pubblicato una recensione e in cui veramente si può parlare, a differenza di questo, di un buon rapporto qualità- prezzo.

Come for a showy cocktail and appetizer, then leave before the novelty wears off. Food and drinks are overpriced, but it has a great atmosphere. Our dinners (prawn and steak) were fine but nothing special, and the foams on the prawn would have been much better as just a sauce. The bar is similarly a lot more flash than substance - great performance by the bartender but a pretty disappointing result.

I was looking forward to eating here since coming to Lisbon. Unfortunately it was a huge disappointment. But to start with the positive part: atmosphere is nice, waiters friendly. Avocado grenade (starter) was good. And that’s it. Main courses were just way below what you would expect from such a place. Chicken was just ordinary small chicken wing with some chips (menu says fries) and gazpacho which was tasteless. There was a sauce that was supposed to be spicy, but it was just bitter. YouTuna (tuna tartar) started off well, but the sauce they spilled over it just killed the dish and made it so salty it was impossible to feel any other taste. I wanted to have a dessert, but after disappointing main dishes chose not to. Considering the price you pay and all the hype it under-delivers...

Bad service, the waitress largely ignored us. We ordered octopus that was sweet and spicy but was so over flavored that you couldn’t taste the octopus. My husband got mushroom risotto which was too salty. My 8 year old got an ice cream sandwich that tasted like something from the frozen section of the supermarket. Just not a good experience both food and service-wise. Very disappointed.

We were therefor dinner. Even thought the restaurant was recommended by the Four Season Ritz to us, it seemed that some of its service people were not properly trained. The young blond girl who was responsible for our table treated us few times with shamelessness. She seemed to obtain the wrong belief that she is doing us a Favor rather than providing us a service for which she is being paid. For instance, as she asked if we would like to have dessert, we were right in the middle of a discussion. She waited for few sevonds, took the cards with a bitter anger and raised her voice; "Yes or No?" It was so awkward that all of a sudden, we all stopped talking and looked at each other in shock. The worst part is that when we talked to the manager, it didn't get any better. The manager was just looking at us silently as if she was caught in a Déjà vu! All she tried to calm us was a cold sentence which she provded in the end: "I am sorry!" This alone made us leave the restaurant and go somewhere else for dessert & coffee. But how is it possible that a restaurant doesn't undesrtand that its service is equally as important as its quality of food. Anyway, the food was also not something especial. I am not sure if the manager ever understood how easily they lost some people of social status and international connection too easily just because of their manner. If the service was good, we could forgive the food experience anyway. But it was unfortunately not the case. We are never going to choose this restaurant. We shared this strange experience with the Four Season Ritz hotel & we will also recommend our friends to avoid chosing this place. A negative word of mouth is the worst marketing one can have. I hope that at least the restaurant owner understands it. Thank you.

This was a wonderful experience. The decor is inspired and in steampunk/hipster way. The cocktails they offer are creative, well crafted, and good. The staff was super friendly. To food was quite good but not great. All and all I would and have recommended this place.

Restaurante excepcional com uma qualidade muito acima da média. Entradas espetaculares e curiosamente generosas o que vai sendo raro. Nos pratos uma vazia maturada saborosa e tenta, um polvo macio que dispensava a lemongrass, uma massa com cogumelos ótima rum risoto de cogumelos muito bom que dispensava as gambas. Preço elevado mas adequado à qualidade do restaurante.

I'm very torn about this place. On the one hand, excellent cocktails as well as delicious and creative elevated bistro fare. On the other hand, the service was very weird with long pauses in between drink orders but almost no time in between courses. The servers themselves seemed competent but it just seemed like maybe they were short staffed and maybe the kitchen was overstaffed or something? It was a very weird experience to get the main course so quickly but to have the second round of drinks to go with the main course take so long. I would go back since there is a lot of promise, but I would make sure to arrive 30-45 minutes early to have a cocktail at the bar and just order a bottle of wine with dinner ; )

If you don’t know the play on the Portuguese word 100 (Cem/or Sem) stands for NO Manners, the only thing this place make justice is to the name, definitely no manners at all. 2 years ago visiting to Lisbon I called the restaurant trying to place a reservation and got the most rude call and therefor didn’t visit the place. Back to Lisbon this year after still so much hearing about this place I decided to make another try, this time made the reservation via app. At the arrival we were sat between two large groups on the second floor, it was a big caos of kids and people talking loud. Sadly we saw other 2 people reservations after us been sat in more quieter areas of the restaurant. Our server was good for the first 15min till he disappeared, the whole staff was gone, we could see them really focus to break down the room, clean the other tables and really get ready to close the restaurant although the last round of reservations were just sat. In the meantime all our appetizers arrived at the same time with almost no room to put them on the table, we worked around there, still no sign of server or the head-server(the ones using the stupid leather strap). At that point we were starting to get really frustrated with been forgotten and with so much noise, so we moved some of the dirty dishes to the table next to us, then the most rude tattooed served showed up out of nowhere and said in english "REALLY?” (I was speaking Portuguese with the staff the whole time). Up to that moment we called the manager who came and apologized, from that time on we saw the change of the flow of the floor which what I should think it would be be “normal”. Entrees arrived and to my perspective they look very dated, something you would eat in 4-6 years ago on that type of restaurant. This place has few really good appetizers (aperitivo) and it ends there. Wine list is a steal, we were up-sold on this more pricy wine and it was not good at all. If you are looking to pay over € 120/person to get the most rude and entitled service go forward. I will never step my foot to any of this restaurant group locations. For the same amount of money you can have two meals in so many better Lisbon restaurants.

Un très bon restaurant de Lisbonne. Le service est impeccable. La carte des cocktails est grande avec un choix de classiques revisités et des créations originales. Les cocktails avec gingembre sont particulièrement surprenant. Les plats sont très bien présentés et les jeûnes légumes en accompagnement sont cuit avec une grande perfection. Je recommande le cochons de lait avec son pop-corn de couenne de porc. Attention les prix sont plus élevé que la plupart des restaurants du Portugal, mais la qualité est au rendez-vous. Réservation conseillée.

We walked by this place on our way home on our second night in Lisbon and decided to have dinner there the next night (our last one there!). The day of we contemplated cancelling multiple times because we had been drinking and eating WAY more than we’re used to. SO. GLAD. WE. DIDN’T! While we did have to wait to be seated (we had 8.30p reservations, arrived way early in hopes of being sat early - enjoyed a couple of SUPERB cocktails at their FULLY STOCKED bar), it was WELL worth the wait. The menu is quite cryptic with hardly any explanations but the servers are there to explain! They all had thorough descriptions that helped tremendously in our choosing and we were beyond satisfied with our choices. I had the Love Story under the “For the Brave” part of the menu. A sort of patty made from seamlessly blended oxtail and ox foot with a sort of demi glaze ! I would never had tried it had the server not thoroughly explained it to me. It was truly a heavenly experience (I know I’m exaggerating here but I was on my third fancy dinner in a row! I was not expecting to be so impressed !!) The server who helped with the wine was also helpful, guiding us in the right direction (we were going to choose one that was delicious - he gave us a sample of his own accord - but too bold for both our meals - hubby had octopus) and we loved the selection, it sparked a new trip we plan on taking one day! ANYWAY! Spectacular cocktails, even better food and wine, great service, awesome deserts.... Just GO!!

Even though it was a bit expensive dinner here was a treat. Surrounded by the quirky stylings and hipster intelligencia our food and vintage Portugese sparkling wine was fantastic. At times I felt the chef may have tipped the salt pot a little too heavy, but generally each dish was well balanced and showed the creativity of fine dining in Lisbon. Our sommelier was fantastic, selecting the perfect sparkling wine to go with our food. The service was top notch, never wanting for anything.
