Abbiamo appena finito di cenare in questo ristorante. A prima vista, data la posizione, sembra la classica fregatura per i turisti, invece è un ristorante con ottimo servizio ambiente piacevole.
Cucina con influenza Mozambico, piatti molto ben curati e buoni. Rapporto qualità prezzo corretto, fascia di prezzo medio alta.

Came here, found a place outside as it was not very busy
Waited literally 30 minutes and tried multiple strategies to get the waiter's attention ... but it was impossible.
Really tried our best to give this place a chance by waiting additional 5 minutes, but no chance.
Finally we took our stuff and left, also unnoticed ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Le meilleur que l'on a fait lors de notre séjour à Lisbonne. Délicieux et de qualité. Petite attention : ils nous ont envoyé un serveur qui parlait français. Goûtez les crevettes au curry elles sont exceptionnelles. 22€ et il y en a pour 5 !

Restaurante localizado na zona ribeirinha, junto ao Cais do Sodré, beneficia de uma paisagem do rio Tejo bastante agradável. Decoração simples mas com bom gosto. A comida com forte influência moçambicana, é saborosa e, nalguns casos, picante. As doses, face ao preço a tender para o caro, podiam ser mais generosas. Atendimento correto e profissional mas pouco acolhedor. Estacionamento complicado.

Wir waren sehr froh, ohne Reservierung an Silvester hier noch einen Tisch zu bekommen. Das Essen war einfach fantastisch und ein Hochgenuss. Sehr ausgefallene, kreative Gerichte in einem schönen Ambiente, zum Beispiel die Gambas in Filoteig als Vorspeise oder die mosambiquanisch inspirierten Hauptspeisen. Auch die Kellner waren professionell und freundlich.
Um Mitternacht konnten wir direkt vor dem Restaurant das wunderbare Feuerwerk zum Jahreswechsel sehen.

Beautiful place by the water front. Very elegant and professional service. The spinach fillo and the salmon for starters were very tasty. We had the cod fish, chicken curry and the tenderloin for main courses and they were very good as well. Highly recommended place in Lisbon.

Nous y avons mangé une sole bien fraîche avec ses légumes vapeurs : EXCELLENT.
Attention il faut réserver pour avoir une belle place en terrasse. L'accueil était vraiment top et la qualité des produits au rendez-vous. Le prix est vraiment correcte.
Mention spéciale pour le succulent vin qui nous a été conseillé avec notre poisson.

Прям пхренитепупельный ресторан. Там подают очень хорошие тигровые креветки. Виды просто волшебные. Ценник тоже средний. По ходу маршрута ели и лобстера, но он и в сравнении с креветками просто не о чем. Хорошее место

버섯크림 스테이크는 완전 추천!!!인데 여기에서 유명해보이는 게살스프는 한국인 입맛에 많이 짜서 꼭 덜 짜게 해달라고 하셔야 할 것 같아요. 참고로 고수 들어갑니다. 가격대는 높은 편입니다. 바깥 테이블에서 보이는 뷰가 좋아서 예약 아니면 야외석 앉기 힘들어보이네요.

I had the Crab Curry which was pretty hot and spiced. The place is also very nice and the staff professional. Not everyone in the group was fully satisfied though. The fried octopus was kind of bland.

Il locale è molto bello ed altrettanto il contesto. la vista del fiume Tago e l'arrivo dei battelli nella vicina stazione fluviale rilassano mente e corpo.Ottimo il baccalà fritto e il toast con formaggio. Brunch improvvisato riuscitissimo. Prezzi normali. Servizio cortese e veloce.

Coffee was fine but watch out for distraction thieves. One took some of my stuff even though we were tucked away from virtually everyone. I saw the guy walking away... he was slim looked like the staff but I'm now sure that is his tactic. I thought he come over to take our cups but then changed his mind. Only later did I discover the theft. We were inside near the toilets by the glass window. My wife went to the toilet and he must have come over when I was distracted looking at the map. I'm sure he was not your staff but was dressed well enough to look like he might be. I only saw him from behind walking away from our table but as he was dressed well and slim I assumed he was staff. Clearly I was wrong. If you have cameras recording it was probably between 1300 and 1430.

É um restaurante muito simpático perto do cais do sodré, bem decorado, boa carta de vinhos e um menu mais virado para os frutos do mar com um condimento africano. Funcionários muito simpáticos e atenciosos. Duas entradas, dois pratos, vinho, uma sobremesa e cafés: 45€ cada um. Justo!

Excelente comida, mas o preço queima, o melhor é reservar sempre. Os serviço de mesa é excelente. Tiveram muita paciência pois esperamos quase até há hora da cozinha fechar, foram excelentes, nem todos os sítios fazem isto. Há uma comunicação muito grande e boa entre a cozinha e a sala que é raro de ver. As vieiras estavam de comer e chorar por mais, assim como o camarão. O bacalhau também estava óptimo é uma adição de sabor a que não estamos habituados. As sobremesas, as fotos falam por si.

to be honest, I dont know about the food here, I m having a cup of expresso n a nata here as my afternoon tea break after a few hrs walking around the city. if you think there r no bad nata in Lisbon, u r definitely wrong, there r a very bad nata here at Ibo restaurant. dont try it! the one star for the not bad coffee n good location.

Great find! Loved the position, decor, food, wine and service. Not the cheapest but very nice as a treat. Would definitely go back when next in Lisbon.

Bel ristorante di pesce lungo il lungomare di Lisbona. Il ristorante è piccolo ma ben curato e nei periodi estivi è molto bello è consigliato mangiare nel tavoli all'aperto. Il menù non è molto ampio ma decisamente di qualità e le portate sono molto abbondanti anche se molto ben impiattate. La selezione di vini è un po' scarsa è tutta portoghese quindi vi consiglio di far riferimento al sommelier del ristorante per avere suggerimenti sulla scelta.

É uma explosão de sabores, já tive oportunidade de experimentar vários pratos no IBO. Para além de ser muito bem confeccionada e de excelente qualidade o serviço é muito bom. Aconselho a quem gosta de comida moçambicana e não só. Almoçar ou jantar com uma bela paisagem e com um serviço assim é uma experiência única e uma oferta ímpar.

O serviço ontem deixou muito a desejar para o tipo de restaurante e preço a pagar. Tempo de espera elevado até podermos fazer o pedido, água servida no copo do vinho o que rapidamente foi corrigido. Mas a sensação era de que estávamos a ser servidos com o empregado a olhar para as outras mesas em vez de estar de olho naqueles que tinha à sua frente. A comida estava como de costume muito boa.

Food is decent, and good service. That's the good part. But for the decent quality of food it's really expensive. I went in July. Paid 50 euros for starter, main dish, a glass of wine and water. They also charged for the little bread (4€) and olive oil served in the beginning. I didn't ask for it and neither was I told it would cost me. I would stay away. Its OK. Have been to cheaper places with better food and good rates.

Big chicken curry portion ! Enough for 3 people if you have a starter as well.
Make sure you get the "hot sauce" which is actually freshly chopped chilled, red and green, which is delicious mixed into the chicken curry.

Everything about this restaurant was amazing, it sits on the edge of the Tejo river and the view is priceless. From the appetizer to the main dish and the desert was truly an experience. This restaurant represents everything Mozambiquian culinary stands for. The waiter was from the City of Beira and really knew the menu and his choices were excellent. The Rose espumante was just the right complement.

So was not overly impressed with the food we had in Portugal as a whole but this might say more about our choices that an entire country, however we had some thoughts about this particular establishment.
The Good
Goan parcels, good, tasty... We liked. I'd I was hyper critical, a touch over cooked.
Goats cheese stuffed mushrooms. What is not to like. Winner.
Fish curry very good, the potato side was very glutenous, some may enjoy, was heavy but decent in very small amounts.
Great setting, good wine. Some staff were friendly.
The not so good
The chicken peanut curry was good, the not so good however was that....they used thighs, which I love but needed more care in the prep. When I put something in my mouth, I expect it to be 100% edible. (bar fish / bones).. You need to be meticulous with thighs and the gristley bits. The chef was not.
One member of staff was comically blunt and rude, no recommendations, just "all good, that's why it's on the menu" etc etc....
In general really good but based in price and what it could be I've been a bit harsh but think with a few tweaks, could be very good.

很好的地里卫置！ 在码头边，坐在这喝一杯看着人来人往的挺美的！啤酒味一般般！价格比附近的摊位上买的酒便宜多了！ 风景还行吧！只是河景渡轮和远处的四月二十五号桥！胜在就在火车、地铁站和河海边，周围都从新建设过，所以没以前的脏乱差现象了！

Respectful and attentive service almost bordering on obsequious but definitely remaining on the friendly side. The crab was excellent (the piripiri sauce is to be treated with respect ), but the orange cheesecake dessert was the highlight for me.
Like Anton Ego in Ratatouille, the orange syrup on the cheesecake brought back childhood memories of long forgotten flavours - how oranges were always supposed to taste, and it brought a tear to my eye. Five stars.

Good place, worderfull view. The staff had their hands full because the restaurant was full. The food was very well cooked and tasty.

While starters and desserts were absolutely delightful, the main dish (especially the chicken curry) and the service were horrible. As for the main dish, it was watered down and could have been sold as a light soup. The service was unorganised, forgetful and unfriendly. Maybe the two of them had had their first day on the job... Who knows. Apart from that the location is nice and offers a great view.

Wirklich sehr schleppender Service. Es dauert ewig, bis überhaupt eine Bestellung aufgegeben werden kann. Das Essen kommt zeitlich sehr unterschiedlich. Der Geschmack ist noch ok, aber nichts besonderes. Die angebotenen Weine waren ebenso nicht sonderlich gut. Tolle Aussicht.

IBO Cafe terrace has the worst service in Lisbon. Due to the most incompetent waiters in Lisbon.
Was there at lunch time today (16th May) for drinks. After waiting half an hour for our drinks and reminding the waiter twice and the other useless waiter just ignoring us, we gave up and left. It wasn't even busy!
Don't waste your time going here life is too short.
Not even worthy of one star.
Today's lunch time waiters should both be sacked.

Um local a não perder. Tem uma geladaria excelente aliada à soberba vista do Tejo em todo o seu explendor. Explanada e interior muito acolhedores a isto junte-se os sofás generosos e um serviço pronto e simpático. Os camarões são um must da casa bem referenciada internacionalmente.
O restaurante Ibo será o próximo desafio.

Sehr schlechter Service. Es dauert ewig, bis man bedient wird. Kaffee schmeckt schlecht. Der Ausblick aufs Meer macht das in Teilen wieder gut.

The staff is very helpful, the food its ok, but the portion sizes... if you like to eat this will not fill you up. Now, the prices are the opposite, they will empty your wallet...too pricy for the amount and quality served.

Restaurante bem localizado e bonito. Serviço muito simpático. Comemos lombinhos de peixe e chacuti de cabrito. Para aquilo que se paga merecia melhor qualidade. A garoupa não primava pela frescura e o chacuti estava muito salgado. Reclamamos do sal. Prontamente disseram que traziam outro. O segundo já estava bom.

Long story short: the food was excellent, the service was excellent (if a bit uptight), the view was very nice, and it's definitely good value for the money. Also there seems to be a dearth of good restaurants in Lisbon (either that or we were particularly unlucky) but this one definitely made up for it.
We went there with our family after a day of visiting and had a truly outstanding experience. Little mezze to start the meal, excellent and refined fish dishes (far from the oily roasted squid you can get in many places in Lisbon..) good wine, outstanding and original deserts, and attentive service everything for around 40-45Euros per person which, for the quality, was definitely good value.
We'd highly recommend this place.

Reserva de cinco para as 14h00 de hoje 20/11/14.
Mesa bem localizada no piso superior, em frente à janela com o Tejo alterado, mas sempre mágico.
Couvert simples, onde se destacava o humus. Água.
Passamos ao largo das entradas, escolhemos os vinhos, encomendamos os pratos principais.
No intervalo da confecção dos pedidos, justificável e compreensível, continuamos a águas...(?)
O vinho é servido correctamente, embora tardiamente.
Chegam as escolhas, bem apresentadas no geral e, no meu caso particular um caril de caranguejo desfiado, muito sápido e em dose correcta.
A 1ª garrafa de vinho esgota-se: não houve o cuidado de perguntar se gostaríamos de outra, tive que pedir... e ainda pedir reforço à medida que o líquido se esgotava nos copos.
Sobremesas e cafés, sem reparos.
E no entanto... na mesa ao lado um casal almoçava, reparei que o senhor teve que servir-se de mais vinho, porque ninguém estava atento... estaríamos 12/14 clientes no momento.
Ainda nessa mesma mesa, algo de intolerável e inconcebível num restaurante considerado de excepção (?): o empregado, ao retirar os pratos, transferia os restos de uns para os outros enquanto os empilhava... tudo isto junto dos clientes!
Resultado: boa nota para a cozinha, nota negativa para o serviço, muito desatento e pouco profissional, que no final, já seriam 16h00, festejava na sua área de serviço com música audível na sala...
Não vou repetir tão cedo, vou deixar as águas do Tejo sossegarem para outra experiência que, sinceramente, desejo seja mais bem sucedida.

Hard to find it, since it's not visible from main streets. Fantastic food, fried octopus was sublime (listed on menu as octopus fillet, doesn't mention it's fried) Cod au gratin was one of best cod dishes we had in Portugal.

We ordered 2 main courses and the waiter asked if we were going to share. We said yes, so he offered to bring one dish out of time, already split in two plates. "Perfect!" :)
The food was amazing, and keep in mind that portions are very generous.
The decoration was simple and elegant, and the view spectacular.
I recommend calling ahead to reserve a table upstairs by the window.
