Liked- right opposite an entrance to the Sao Sebastiao metro station. Friendly staff. Nice pool area. Room was clean.Disliked- the breakfast was rather basic and mediocre. Couldnt adjust the air conditioning in the room as it was centrally controlled.

Tolle Lage, etwas außerhalb des Zentrums aber durch den Metroanschluss unmittelbar vor dem Hotel optimal. Zimmer mit Balkon sauber und gepflegt. Auch der Eingangsbereich ist sehr ansprechend. Frühstück könnte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein. Wir verbrachten 5 Tage dort und es gab immer dieselbe Wurst und Käse.

SANA Reno was close to the Metro station and therefor enabled easy access to the various areas of Lisbon.The staff were very helpful in guiding us to locate and get to where we wanted to go for the day.

I have been to the Epic Sana and my expectation with this hotel were lower, but I was actually mistaken. Very friendly staff, nice breakfast super comfy bed, very nice room, perfect for a business trip. Not like an Epic Sana but close enough.

Initial room was very small, air-conditioning didn't work and shower leaked. Staff were very helpful and arranged another, better, room at no cost. Paper thin walls between rooms. Location was 20 min walk from the centre of the old town.

Very good service. The pool is nice. Location is a bit far from the city centre, but it is really easy to use the metro. Easy to reach from the airport.

Die Lage ist super - Metro Stationen direkt vor der Tür, Einkaufszentrum und kleinere gute Restaurants ebenfalls. Ins Zentrum läuft man ca. 20-30 Minuten.

The hotel is very located in the city, not too far from the Center and with a metro station just in front. It is ideal for visiting the city.
The bedroom is confortable and clean, the breakfast is very correct.
The checkin and checkout are excellent.

Hôtel très bien situé avec métro au pied bien sûr on entend les avions mais cest pareil à tous les hôtels laéroport de Lisbonne est en ville donc cest logique Le personnels est très serviable et aimable la propreté impeccable petit bémol du moment mais l hôtel ny peux rien les travaux à côté mais c est plus pour la vue que le bruit ( les ouvriers ne travaille pas la nuit)

"Sana Reno Hotel."
Este hotel se encuentra estratégicamente ubicado justo frente a unos de los accesos y salidas de la estación del Metropolitano São Sebastião, pero Lee bien: Línea Vermelha, lo que em español se conoce como roja, cosa que no te confundas, a la hora de salir, por el hecho de que en la estación São Sebastião, convergen dos líneas la azul y la Vermelha.
Bueno... Con el metro podrás llegar a todos los puntos de la ciudad.
Ahora... El hotel Sana Reno, cumplió mis expectativas y te lo resumo en estos puntos.
Los recepcionistas son los mejores anfitriones, mis respetos para Lina, Ricardo, y el Sr. Jacinto, personas cálidas, carismáticas y profesionales con las cuales te puedes apoyar para lo que necesites, sobre todo para orientarte a como llegar rápido y fácil a donde tú quieres. Por lo demás... Las habitaciones son amplias, limpias, bien decoradas, las camas y almohadas son cómodas. Para ser un hotel para mí gusto mediano, tiene las áreas públicas necesarias para disfrutar de una placentera estancia, cuenta con un pequeño bar, sauna, alberca al aire libre en la terraza, sala de reuniones, un restaurante donde se sirve el pequeño almuerzo o dessyuno tipo buffet en las mañanas. El desayuno, fue bueno y aunque no mucho como en casi todos los hoteles, un poco variado. Recuerdo que la Sra Lina , me ayudaba a prepararme unos deliciosos café , tipo expreso en cápsulas, muy aromático.
En fin... Si viajas a Lisboa de negocio o de placer y lo que necesitas es un espacio tranquilo, limpio, cómodo y con una exelente relación calidad precio, elije Sana Reno Hotel, sobre la Avenida Duque de Ávila en Lisbon y no te arrepentirás. Ah!!! Se me olvidaba. Lo bueno de la línea Vermelha, és que con ella puedes llegar desde el aeropuerto de Lisboa justo a la puerta del hotel y por ahí mismo te puedes regresar.

Para os preços praticados em Lisboa a relação qualidade/preço é muito boa. Bem localizado. Para quem pretende utilizar transportes públicos tem uma estação mesmo frente à entrada do hotel e outra a cerca de 4 minutos a pé. Os quartos são confortáveis e limpos, pequeno almoço bom e com variedade, e um factor constante em todos os hotéis do grupo Sana por onde passei: staff muito simpático e prestável.

I had a rental car with me, so I was looking for a hotel with parking facility. On the hotel features it says self-parking, and when I called before booking the person at the counter said that they have parking and I asked him if it’s included the price, he hanged up or we got disconnected. Upon arrival at the hotel, the same person told me that the parking is 15euro per night. Also the parking in the basement is horrendous! I requested him to speak with Manager. He said the Manager comes on Monday and he will leave message for him. The following day there was another gentleman (who was rather timid) told me he can not do anything but leave message for his manager. The hotel is great, and the follow up from management was missing. I found this unwelcoming.

7 Tage Lissabon und ein günstiges Hotel, was ruhig gelegen , nicht zu teuer und einen guten Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungen bietet war gesucht und unsere Wahl viel auf das SANA Reno Hotel.
Da der Strand ein wenig weiter weg ist, kam der Pool gelegen ( wurde aber in den ganzen Tagen nicht einmal benutzt, da wir immer unterwegs waren)
Aber fangen wir vorne an.
Hotel gleich auf der anderen Straßenseite der Endhaltestelle der Flughafenlinie ( rote Metrolinie mit Übergang zur blauen) : Schnelles Einchecken, freundliche 24Std. Rezeption
2 Fahrstühle und ein sauberes Ambiente.
Die Zimmer angenehm groß mit TV kostenlosem Wlan. WC mit Duschbad, WC und Bidet.
Zu dem "Frühstücksraum-Drachen" ( habe ich zum Glück erst jetzt gelesen ) kann ich nur sagen, das der Raum recht klein ist und man wird gesetzt, was aber weder unfreundlich noch bestimmt war. Das Frühstück ist "Kontinental" und mehr als ausreichend mit wechselndem Obst und warmen Sachen.
Das Personal ist stets zuvorkommend und bemüht eine Lösung zu finden ( z.b. am Tag als wir abgereist sind hatten wir keine Chance auf ein Frühstück und uns wurden ein O-Saft ein Brötchen belegt nach Wunsch und ein Kaffee zum "Auschecken" am morgen gereicht.
Durch seine Lage mitten in der Stadt, die relativ ruhig ist,ist das Hotel ein toller Ausgangspunkt um schnell zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu gelangen. In den Seitenstraßen sind viele kleine Lokale die nicht einen "Touristenaufschlag" haben und in denn man sehr schön und günstig essen kann.
Preis/Leistung und die Lage würden mich noch einmal hier hin kommen lassen und das steht bestimmt im nächsten Jahr noch einmal auf der Agenda..

Leider sind die Zimmer sehr klein, bzw. unseres war es. Außerdem konnte die Klimaanlage nicht kontrolliert werden dadurch war es immer ziemlich kalt. Die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist lecker und wird immer aufgefüllt. Aber auf keinen Fall dort parken, das Parkhaus ist eng, klein und selbst für kleine Fahrzeuge ist es schwer um die Kurven zu kommen. Ansonsten ist das Hotel relativ Zentral in der Nähe sind Einkaufszentren und Restaurants. Mit Bus und Bahn kommt man gut überall hin.

Lisbon is a fabulous place to visit.... ride the trams and walk around the old town youll love it. Lots of options for food and entertainment too.The hotel is a bit of a walk from port area but metro, bus and taxi costs are reasonable and very easy. Hotel staff were all excellent - friendly and helpful. Deserves better than the 3 star rating.

The hotel is central, great WiFi and a lovely outdoor pool, wish I could say the same about most of the staff. Was awful having ants cleaned out everyday, staff where at times dismissive, honesty I get the impression if you of colour/Black don’t bother booking here☹️☹️ ...oh brush up on basic Portuguese... !!

Gute Lage an einer U-Bahn. Große Zimmer, leider die erste Nacht ein inakzeptables Zimmer bekommen (die ganze Nacht Geräusche, Larm, Ventilatoren der Klimaanlage vor dem Fenster). Es hat energisches Beschweren gebraucht, um ein anderes Zimmer zu bekommen.

Ideaal hotel voor citytrip. Met de metro recht over de deur ben je zo in het toeristische centrum. De buurt heeft gezellige restaurantjes en bars die goedkoper zijn dan 3km verder .Vooral de kiosk met terrasje vlakbij is spotgoedkoop. Hotelkamers zijn ruim en comfortabel. Nogal donker met klein raam en feen uitzicht aan de achterzijde, maar wat zou je op de kamer zitten doen tijdens citytrip. Dan liever op hert dak bij het zwembadje. Lekker uitgebreid ontbijt maar ontbijtzaal beetje krap. Vriendelijk behulpzaam personeel.

Das Team des Hotels war immer sehr hilfsbereit & freundlich, man konnte nicht anders als sich wohlfühlen :) Die Zimmer sind hübsch mit sehr gemütlichen Betten. Zudem ist der Pool auf dem Dach ein Traum! Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und würden auf jeden Fall erneut das Hotel buchen!

The room was too small for two people. The WiFi was just awful. It disconnected every now and then and you should redo the connection procedure all over again. They charged me for the water bottles and peanuts they put everyday on the table of my room which I thought is free. 3 euros for each small bottle of water and 4 euros for each small peanut can. The pool and the breakfast were good. Overall, it didn't worth 150 euros per night.

Es war ein tolles Hotel.Schöne große Lobby, sehr sehr nettes Personal die unglaublich Hilfsbereit waren als mein Geldbeutel geklaut wurde.Das Zimmer war jetzt nicht sehr groß aber sehr gemütlich sauber und noch nicht lange her dass es renoviert wurde.Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut.Wir können das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen

Die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich, allerdings hatte unsere Klimaanlage ständig einen Wackelkontakt. Shampoo wurde nicht nachgefüllt. Die Dusche ist nicht sehr dicht, sodass bei längerem Duschen der Badezimmer-Fußboden vollläuft. Der Kleiderschrank ist sehr klein und die Schiebetür „ruckelig“. Das Frühstück ist ok, der Kaffee sowohl aus der Filtermaschine als auch aus der Kapselmaschine sehr lecker. Die Lobby und der Frühstücksraum sind oftmals durch die Klimaanlage unangenehm kühl. Anbindung an die Metro perfekt, direkt vor der Tür, dennoch nicht gerade zentral. Unser Rückflug war schon sehr früh, sodass wir ein Taxi nehmen mussten, da noch keine Metro fuhr. In dieser Hinsicht ist die Lage des Hotels wiederum günstig und nicht weit vom Flughafen.

Väldigt trevligt och familjärt hotell med personlig service. Rummet var rymligt med 2 fötöljer, skrivbord, minibar, fräsch toalett och stor platt tv. Internet fungerade utmärkt! Takpoolen rekommenderas men det kan vara ont om plats vissa tider. Frukosten var väl tilltagen och här finns allt man önskar sig och lite till. Här egen bar som tyvärr saknade lite karaktär och inte heller gästerna satt där, kanske flytta upp den på taket vid poolen?

Very good hotel for a short stay . The staff are very friendly and helpful. Excellent location and tube stop across the road but you cannot hear the tube at all in the hotel. Convenient shopping centre at the end of the road and many restaurants a short walk away.
The only thing I would say, it would be good to have a better selection of snacks and more staff at the bar.

Personnel très agréable et à l'écoute.Ils font leur maximum pour nous satisfaire et faire plaisir aux enfants. Excellente situation géographique, devant un arrêt de métro qui a, de plus, son terminus à l'aéroport. Piscine sur le toit très apprécié après les visites de la journée. Ma fille était plus que ravie. Je recommande à 100%

Stadt ist sehr schon verbindung mit metro war ok.. Habe einen ausflug gemacht.. In der werbung war der preis 61euro e aber dann als der chaffeur kam musste wir due differenze zahlen den diesen war ein preis vom 2017 musste 4 euro differenza zahlen. Il ist nicht meine schermo ld wenn sie sich nich aktualisieren oder. Il zimmer ok. Am. Letzten tag machen wir keinen fruhstucknun bekamen ein pick nik mit zwwei scheibe brot und eine banane und ein wasser. Im hotel hatte ich nicht nur das gegessen das war ein bisschen arm. Il sonst war der unterkunft ok. Auch die transfert ist ok gewesen

Our second time at this hotel. Great breakfast - most fruit in fruit salad was canned. Stsyed in room 805, which is next door to sauna and nearly broiled in our sleep . Nice pool - didnt use it, though. All in all, a great stay. Definitely our go-to in Lisbon. Many cultural options nearby as well as El Corte Ingles and movie theaters.

Frühstück ist gut, Anbindung an den ÖPNV ist super (U-Bahn direkt vorm Eingang). Ab 8uhr muss man allerdings damit rechnen, dass das Personal in ordentlicher Lautstärke über die Flure poltert, Türen schmeißt und ständig nur Lärm verursacht (Ausschlafen unmöglich). 3 Sterne sind hier absolut angebracht.

Recommended for a quick and cheap stay.
Metro (s. Sebastiano) is right across the street (one of many the entrances of the Metro).
Check in was very quick and went smoothly.
While rooms are a bit too small if you stay with 2 persons. Not a lot of space to move around. (1 person should go in the bathroom if they want to cross). The rest of the room is big enough (big double bed and a big tub).
Don't expect anything amazing to look on from your window. Rooms were silent from outside noise but you could easily hear neighbouring rooms and the hallway.
Bed was comfortable. Only 1 side of the bed had an accessible charging port. So if you are used to charge your phone near the bed this is possible for 1 device. There are plenty of other charging ports in the room.
Airco was set by the hotel and couldn't be lowered under 24 degrees.
Breakfast was basic but good. They have enough to feed you and staff regularly fills up the plates.
Considering that this is rated as a 3 star hotel. This is a very good place to stay and you should definitely go here.

Overall the hotel is very good. Love the shower, it’s very strong and can be very hot. The location is very good too. Close to Metro and there is a small grocery store across the street. And LA laundry is just one block away. Definitely will come back next time.

Hotel molto buono in una zona tranquilla di Lisbona ma con molti ristoranti e negozi. Di fronte all'albergo c'è una comodissima fermata della metro che vi porterà ovunque a Lisbona. La camera era ben arredata e pulita, il letto comodo, bella TV ma non c'erano prese vicino al letto. Il bagno era grande. La colazione abbondante, sia dolce che salata. Lo staff molto professionale e simpatico. Se dovessi tornare a Lisbona, questo sarebbe l'albergo dove andrei.

Reception and bar were more than friendly and helpful. The location is perfect. It is however very noisy and no parking available what so ever, unless you are a Russian millionaire or an Arad prince. The rooms are much too small and not built for light sleepers. One can hear virtually everything. We had a youth group playing enter each others room, almost the whole night. The hotel is generally clean, but the cleanup of the rooms isnt. My bed linen had blood stains on it on the fourth day and my socks picked up all the dirt and dust left. Breakfast is adequately sufficient, but the team starts stressing you to end enjoying at 10:30. Price is slightly too high for the quality, but then again, due to the Marathon weekend, it was hard finding something good within the budget. Being part of the Sana Group, Id expect a bit more!

Right next to the Metro, makes getting around Lisbon easily. Only thing I would add to the room would be a kettlePool and Food was excellent and the staff very friendly and will allow you to leave your bags if you arrival early or on the day you leave , so they are not left with you to drag around

Zeer goed gelegen hotel. Uit de metro was het ff zoeken omdat je met de stroom mee loopt. Doe dat niet. Ga links af en loop de trappen op. En alleen recht uit. Je komt dan automatisch terecht tegen over het hotel. Het ontbijt is niet je van het maar wel te doen. De kamer zijn standaard. Uitzicht was karig maar geen probleem. We waren er alleen om te slapen toch.? 3 sterren is het hotel waard maar ook niet meer als dat. In buurt zeer goede restaurants (hotel heeft er geen) . De bakker met koffie tent is voor mij 5 sterren waard. Je kunt er buiten lekker van genieten met de heerlijkste broodjes gebak en zelfs warm eten tegen prijzen die denken aan 20 jaar terug in Nederland. En dat op 100 meter verder op de straat. Ervaring uiteindelijk is dus goed. Kan het dus aanraden.

Great location right next to the Sao Sebastiao Metro stop and a short walk from the Gulbenkian Museum and El Corte Ingles department store.The only negative is that there was no coffee maker in the room. That would have been perfect.Other than that, location and room as well as breakfast and wi-fi were terrific!

The picture that you see when you book the room is not the room that you will get. The photo shows a balcony with chairs and table inside and outside. There are only 3 rooms in the hotel with these items. The photo is a LIE and when I asked about this all I received was excuses that I should know this. They are well aware that they are misrepresenting themselves. I will never use one of their hotels again. You could also hear all the street noices, even conversations from the street and hallways.

A romantic trip to Lisbon, July 25 - 31. We have chosen Sana Reno, because of the location, breakfast included and swimming pool...
We'll never EVER come back, that experience left us with a feeling of wasted money (500+ EUR).
Room
That was the only highlight. Small, but nice, very efficient cleaning services. Air conditioner - there's only one temperature available: 18 degrees, but it can be changed at the reception desk.
Breakfast
Terrible... Really. Most of the time I was eating bread with cheese, I was too afraid to touch anything else. Quality of bacon, ham and vegetables was poor. Cheapest products. Cucumber and tomatoes were not fresh, no one was touching them. Pineapple from the can, as well as mushrooms. Not real coffee available. Fresh orange juice mixed with water in proportion 1:20... Trying to imitate high-class breakfast, but not investing in good-quality products!!!

VERY UNFRIENDLY MANAGER (elderly short lady around 50-55) - she was asking for room number at the entry. We were late 3 minutes for breakfast, however, she let us in (we have no problem if she would say "no, I'm sorry, it's too late"). But then... She stood in the middle of the room, called out the lady from the kitchen, POINTED HER FINGER ON US and started to complain in Portuguese... Well, she though we don't understand :) When my boyfriend stood up and asked why she's doing it, she was like frozen. Other employee came to us and apologised for that... Other people were finishing their breakfast and they stayed even when we decided to leave. Let me only ask - do you find it professional? Is that exceptional customer experience? And what impression that lady is leaving? To be completely fair let me say - other people were SUPER friendly and nice.

To conclude - I do not recommend that hotel, overpriced, poor quality, unprofessional and rude part of the staff with terrible breakfast. If you'd like to feel like in the early 80s, you're welcome to step in. But, you know, world moved on and people like to be treated fairly.

What a rip off the staff rummage threw your belongings when you are out even pinching the odd €50 or 2 from your safe and when they see you are a bit tipsy they charge you twice the price for your drink absolutely a scam of a place and they all act as if they don't know anything about this I wont be back that's for sure.Much nicer places around to be dealing with that.

Klimaanlage konnte nicht ausgeschaltet werden, daher Wechsel in ein anderes zimmer. In diesem zimmer Klimaanlage defekt, während des Tages aufgeund der hohen Außentemperatur bis zu 30 Grad im Zimmer. Kein weiterer Wechsel, da am nächsten Tag Abreise.Pool am Dach ist in Ordnung und recht gepflegt. Personal bemüht.

Buen Hotel con buenos servicios. El gran pero es que está situado muy en el extra radio de la urbe. La habitación era cómoda, pero estaba necesitada de algunas reparaciones. El desayuno estaba muy bien, igual que todo el personal que nos atendió en las diferentes estancias del hotel. El precio algo caro para una habitación triple. También disponen de piscina en la planta alta.

Tolle Lage, sehr nette Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, gutes Frühstück und sehr bequeme Betten. Vom Flughafen direkt erreichbar in 20 Minuten mit der Metro, rote Linie. Und wenn man sich einmal den richtigen Ausgang gemerkt hat, steigt man wirklich direkt vor dem Hoteleingang aus. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gepflegt, ein breites und bequemes Bett mit jeweils 2 Kissen, perfekt zum Schlafen. Frühstück bietet große Auswahl an warmen und kalten Speisen, sowie frisches Obst, diverse Kuchen, frische Säfte, verschiedene Kaffeesorten, und zahlreiche verschiedene Brötchen und Brot. Guter Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung der Stadt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Prima volta che mi fermo. Sono rimasto per 2 giorni. Hotel a 3 stelle, le merita tutte. Stanze moderne pulite ed accoglienti. Colazione abbondante.... Si passa dal dolce al salato. Ce n'è per tutti.

Se proprio devo dire qualcosa che non mi è andato giù, ecco perché ho dato 4 stelle e non 5, all'ingresso vicino alla cascata c'è un odore fastidioso di cloro/candeggina molto acido. Penso tenere pulita la cascata, ma da veramente fastidio.

Wir waren vom Hotel leider nicht so begeistert. Der Preis ist für die Leistung eindeutig zu hoch gewesen.
Unsere Klimaanlage hat abwechselnd keine und dann wiederum Geräusche gemacht, als würde neben einem eine geöffnete Sprudelflasche stehen. Die Rezeption wollte jemanden schicken, der es repariert, jedoch war es in der nächsten Nacht genauso. Für Menschen mit einem leichten Schlaf eher schwierig.
Die Zimmer sind sehr altmodisch. Wir hatten ein Nichtraucherzimmer, in dem trotzdem ein Aschenbecher stand, was einen sehr unseriösen Eindruck machte.
Das Frühstück hat uns absolut nicht zugesagt, war nicht reichhaltig und auch nicht frisch.
Ein Witz war die Tiefgarage. Wir hatten einen kleinen Mietwagen (Toyota Auris), den wir mit viel Rangieren an den Platz bekamen, wo er hin sollte. Also ein großes Auto hat hier keine Chance. Und dafür 15 Euro pro Tag zu verlangen, ist schon recht viel.
Jemand vom Personal stand jedes Mal, wenn wir kamen oder gingen, rauchend vorm Hotel, was ebenfalls einen schlechten Eindruck macht.
Positiv war, dass das Personal sehr nett war und das Hotel relativ gute Anbindung an das öffentliche Netz hatte, sodass wir schnell überall hin kamen, wo wir hin wollte.

Zimmer angrenzend an Baustelle ohne Information. Wir haben mit Balkon gebucht. Es gibt jedoch keine Balkone. Halten sich generell nicht an Abmachungen und bemühen sich nicht und sind sehr unfreundlich an der Rezeption. Das Reinigungspersonal ist hingegen sehr freundlich und bemüht. Dieses Hotel ist ein Reinfall und nicht zu empfehlen.

Hotel ist 5Minuten von der direkten Metro-Linie vom Flughafen gelegen. Auch die Innenstadt lässt sich gut erreichen. Zimmer sind ordentlich. In den Zimmern direkt an der Straße kann man den Verkehr hören, da aber nicht so viel.Verkehr ist geht das auch. Betten sind sehr bequem. Zur Auswahl stehen 2 Kissen. Auf dem Dach gibt es noch einen Pool und Sauna, die ich aber nicht besucht habe. Frühstück biete über Wärme Speisen, Brot, frisches Obst, Kuchen, usw. viel Auswahl.

Great hotel to stay in for a few days. SANA Reno is right next to the metro station São Sebastiao (red line and blue line), which makes moving throughout Lisbon easy. The rooftop pool is great and was never overcrowded (26-29th of July). Breakfast is included, but is not great although fresh fruit makes up for that. Two person rooms are more than big enough for three guests, which is why the hotel offers to add an extra bed to the room. Yes, a bed. Not a backbreaking sofa like most hotels. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this three-star hotel and will be coming back someday!

Очень понравилось. Приехали на 2 часа раньше и нас заселили без проблем. Номер большой, все есть. Рядом с отелем, если стоять спиной к двери, справа будет Ашан, прямо вход в метро на линию до аэропорта, а если пройти влево, то большой торговый комплекс. Завтраки начинаются в 7, но по факту мы выезжали рано и нас накормили уже в 6.45. Номер убирали каждый день, завтраки хорошие. До центра можно дойти за 30 минут пешком под горку, но лучше на метро. Рядом есть уютный парк с черепашками)

I really did not find a fault with the hotel except the air con kept turning on 10 seconds after I turned it on AND I didnt agree with the 1euro a day bedroom tax. It seems pointless and pathetic that they would expect you to pay even when you have already paid your hotel fees. The staff were friendly and engaged well with my 3 year old. The location was excellent in terms of transport links the metro stop is accross the road and takes you straight to the airport. There is a shopping centre, food court and cinema within walking distance. The staff do go out of your way to help. I asked if I could leave my daughters flower girl dress at the front so my parents who were in another hotel could collect it. I booked as a package deal flight and hotel.If you like to eat then you will love the breakfast buffet each day the varied of food changes. Yum yum!

Very comfortable hotel in a prime location just a stones-throw away from public transport. The staff is professional and seems to enjoy their work as they put a lot of care and attention into it. The rooms aren't the largest I've ever seen, but they are certainly comfortable. They are cleaned well and cared for. The only downsides I could think of are that there were some labels missing on the air conditioning controls, but I got it working anyway. And the TV wasn't configured according to the catalog, but it only took a minute to find the English-language channels, which are still largely available. The pool on the roof, although not heated, is a great addition to an already impressively comfortable hotel. I did not mind spending some extra time at the hotel when we got tired of our tourist activities for the day, and we didn't even need to pay much at all! Well worth it.

Das Hotel liegt direkt gegenüber der Metro Station "San Sebastião" und somit direkt vom Flughafen erreichbar.
Der Empfang beim Einchecken war sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.
Das Zimmer ist großzügig mit kleinem Bad (mit Bidet) Badewanne.
Großes Bett mit guter Matratze, Klimaanlage und ganz wichtig mit Safe im Zimmer. (Zimmer 504)
Das Frühstück ist Top, Continental und Englisch genug Auswahl, so das jeder fündig wird und einer Super Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine.
Auf dem Dach im 8 Stock ist der kleine Swimmingpool mit 18 Liegen, 3 Tischen mit 8 Stühlen, 3 Sonnenschirme und 6 Stapelstühlen.
Man kann direkt in der Bar anrufen und Getränke ordern.
Das was uns nicht so gut gefallen hat:
Der Frühstücksbereich ist sehr eng, wenig Platz zwischen den Tischen, und zu den Stoßzeiten sehr voll und laut. Besser um 7:30 oder 9:45 frühstücken dann war es bei uns schön leer und ruhig.
Die Zimmer sind nicht so gut gedämmt so das man lautere Nachbarn hört.

Ottima posizione dell'hotel. Di fronte c'è la fermata della metro linea rossa per aeroporto e blu per il centro città. Camera un po' piccola ma molto pulita e ben dotata. È presente il bidet. Molto curate le parti comuni e molto silenzioso. Colazione presente sia dolce che salato.

Séjour de cinq nuits sans soucis, hôtel bien tenu, piscine au dernier étage, petit dej suffisamment varié et proximité immédiate du métro. Seul bémol, éclairage de la chambre un peu faible comme souvent désormais dans de nombreux hôtels

Ein super Hotel mit sauberen Schwimmbad und Sauna. Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Wünsche wurden freundlich entgegengenommen und sofort umgesetzt. Das Hotelzimmer ist sehr sauber. Und wer möchte kann sich nur für 3 Euro das komplette Frühstück ins Zimmer liefern lassen. Jederzeit wieder und sehr zu empfehlen.

SANA Reno is at the San Sebastio end of the red metro line direct from the airport. It is 15 minutes ride costing only 1.45 Euro. The staff are nice and professional. It has a sauna and a swimming pool at the top floor. Breakfast was very good and healthy. I recommend it for everybody.

Sehr freundliches und hilfbereites Personal! Schnell erreichbar, Metro direkt vor der Tür. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich. Das Bad könnte etwas besser in Schuß gehalten werden, aber sehr sauber. Tolles wechselndes Frühstücksbuffet! Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Alles war so lala aber das Frühstück war das Entsetzen pur.Zu kleiner Raum für zuviel Gäste, Qualität der Speisen ließen sehr zu wünschen übrig. Wir sind nur den 1. Tag hingegangenund dann immer ins Café.

Está idealmente situado junto a la estación de metro de Sao Sebastiao. Allí termina la linea roja que viene desde el aeropuerto en unos 25 minutos y se puede coger la linea azul que acerca al centro en unos 15 minutos. Se puede ir perfectamente andando hasta el centro en un agradable paseo por la Avenida da Liberdade. Está al lado de dos visitas imprescindibles: La Estufa fría del Parque Eduardo VII y la Fundación Gulbelkian.
100 euros la noche con desayuno incluido para dos personas. Habitaciones escuetas pero cómodas con cama de 160 cm. Disfrutamos, en pleno octubre, de la piscina situada en la terraza. El buffet del desayuno correcto.

The location is great, near the metro, and also walking distance to stores, and some attraction - like the Gulbenkian.
The pool on the roof is nice, a little tiny, but it works.
The only thing they should improve is the breakfast – it is OK, but nothing more.

Abbiamo soggiornato ad agosto 2016 e vorrei confermare l'ottima valutazione ! E' un 3 stelle che vale almeno 4 stelle!
Colazione a buffet ricchissima, ottima pulizia e personale molto gentile.
Le camere sono grandi e il bagno molto spazioso . Inoltre dettaglio importante : finalmente non c'è la solita orrida moquette ma un bellissimo parquet . Lo consiglio a tutti !

Hôtel excentré par rapport au centre ville mais très proche du métro. Petit déjeuner copieux, mais piscine petite. Il faut appeler l'accueil pour modifier la température de la clim.

Hotellet ligger lite i utkanten av centrala Portugal, dock är Metro-station direkt utanför hotellet. En promenad till city tar endast 25 min.Dessutom är det samma Metro-linje som från/till flygplatsen och tar endast 20 min och kostar endast ca 15 kr !

Hotelul este situat într-o zonă excelentă din punct de vedere al accesului la Metrou / Aeroport. Gura de metrou se află chiar în fața intrării. Standardul este de 3 stele veritabile, pe alocuri chiar mai bun.

Bel hôtel,personnel trés attentionné et agréable.Jai juste un peu baissé la note de la propreté, car à notre arrivée dans la chambre, des poils étaient dans la baignoire. Une femme de ménage était à létage, je lui ai montré, et plutôt que de paraître gainé, elle nous à fait ouvertement la gueule et même le lendemain. Autrement tout était parfait.

Eine preiswerte Unterkunft für interessierte Städteurlauber. Der große Vorteil ist die Lage an der Endstation der Linea Vermelha - Sao Sebastiao, die direkt vom Flughafen bis zum Hoteleingang führt. Die öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung mit Mehrtageskarte ist optimal. Eine empfehlung für den nächsten Besuch dieser Stadt mit Flair.

Escogi este hotel para una estancia de 7 noches con mi familia. Las fotos de la página se corresponden con la realidad. Esta bien comunicado con el metro que esta en la misma puerta del hotel. Limpieza excelente (todos los días), desayuno variado, aunque el comedor era pequeño no se hizo nada incomodo. Aire acondicionado en la habitación a tope al igual que en el comedor, pero lo puedes bajar sin problema. Buena atención al cliente por parte de los empleados exceptuando la señora del comedor que era un poco bastante seria. WiFi perfecto y gratis. Piscina pequeña pero agradable y limpia.A mejorar: la puerta del armario que no se abría un lado ( en nuestra habitación, en la de mis padres funcionaba bien) y el ruido del aire acondicionado, que además se encendía y apagaba solo ( solo en la nuestra, tampoco en la de mis padres).

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage ,unmittelbar neben U-Bahnstation. Ist sauber und Konfortabel .Die Zimmer und das Bad sind recht gross. Dafür war es beim Frühstück jeweils sehr eng und ein Gedränge und der Pool auf dem Dach könnt ihr vergessen !

Hotel war sehr sauber und es gab auch ein gutes Frühstücksbuffet.Top ist der Pool am Dach und die U Bahn Station, die direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite ist (ca 50m).Werden höchst wahrscheinlich nochmal kommen :)

I was mostly quite satisfied with the hotel as the Receptionists were very friendly and helpful. Plenty to eat at breafast - hot and cold - and a swimming pool and sauna on 8th floor, but too cold for me at the moment. My main problem was the bath. It seems the hotel has baths with showers in most rooms. The bath is half covered by fixed glass which made it very difficult for me to get into as I had arthritis of the knee. There was no handle on the wall to help me get out. Very nervous of slipping so Reception suggested I put a towel in the bath so I could get out safely. Take your own bathmat with you if you have any disabilities. The swimming pool looked lovely but just too cold outside for me to have a swim. Breakfast was great - hot and cold food. Plenty to choose from. Theres a well-stocked mini bar, and there was a tray on the table with water, nuts, chewing gum and a granola bar with a card written in Portugese. I thought these items were on the house until I checked out at Reception, and had to pay for all the water Id drunk and the items Id eaten. If Id known I would only have drunk the water. Apart from those things everything else was perfect and the safe worked. One last thing I should mention is that the Metro station opposite the hotel (sao Sebastion) is not worth using as the trains (the red line) dont stop there. The red line from the airport goes to another entrance of sao Sebastion five minutes up the road opposite a huge department store called Cote Englaise. Theres a lift and escalators there which will take you down to the Metro where you can get the red and blue lines. I hope this helps people with disabilities.

Das Hotel Sana Reno ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für einen Städtetrip. Es befindet sich direkt gegenüber einer Metrostation und somit sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem und schnell zu erreichen.

Hotellrummet var litet, trångt och mörkt. Städningen uteblev helt en dag. Personalen var, om inte direkt otrevliga, så fruktansvärt ointresserade. Lissabon var fantastiskt och dit återkommer jag gärna, men då väljer jag ett annat hotell

I absolutely love this place with roof top swimming pool in the heart of the wonderful Lisbon. I always stay here when on holidays in Portugal. Highly recommended. Metro station right outside the door and large shopping centre nearby.

Nous étions 3 (un couple + un bébé de 1 an) et sommes restés 5 nuits. La chambre était spacieuse, un lit bébé a été mis à notre disposition, la chambre était très propre et confortable, bien que peu lumineuse et avec vue sur la toiture-terrasse (au 2ème étage).Le personnel était très sympathique, parlait bien anglais, voire français, et nous a bien aidé (réchauffage de biberons, conseils pour les restaurants, etc.).Lhôtel est situé à proximité dune stations de métro avec une ligne directe depuis laeroport et une autre directe vers le centre-ville, dans un quartier plutot de bureaux, un peu éloigné du centre, mais proche dun grand centre commercial avec supermarché ouvert tard.

Hemos pasado 5dias intensos para ver lo mas destacado de Lisboa, Sintra (obligado de ver), Cabo da Roca y Cascais. Seguro que volveremos, el calor no es pesado, la comida (aunque a base de pescado)combinada con arroz o legumbres muy buena y nada cara. Una ciudad muy completa, hay de todo para ver, aconsejamos las targetas recargables de trasporte se puede llegar a todos sitios. S y C.

El Hotel nos ha gustado mucho, todas las informaciones son exactas, las habitaciones, y baño muy bien, el bufet del desayuno no tiene mucha variedad pero la calidad es muy buena, la piscina es pequeña pero muy limpia y cuidada para darte un chapuzón después del paseo, y la localización es bastante buena ya que está a cuatro paradas del casco antiguo y tiene el metro y bus en la misma puerta, el hotel está situado en una zona muy tranquila.

Mutter und Tochter hatten eine wunderbare Woche in einem tollen,modernen Hotel. Das Frühstücksbuffet war super mit jedem Tag frischen Früchten,grosse Brotauswahl und was sonst so zu einem guten Start in einen erlebnissreichen Tag. Den kann man direkt vor der Türe beginnen da die Metrostation nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt ist. Das Personal hilft gern bei der Planung des Tages. Sollte Lissabon wieder auf unser Reiseplanung stehen dann gerne wieder dieses Hotel.

Das Sana Reno Hotel hat eine prima Lage. Im Flughafen steigt man in die U-Bahn ein, an der Endstation aus und steht vor dem Hotel. Ebenso geht vor dem Hotel eine U-Bahn-Linie ab, die in wenigen Minuten in die Innenstadt führt. Dabei liegt das Hotel äußerst ruhig. Man sieht zwar die Flugzeuge in nicht allzuweiter Entfernung anfliegen, hört sie aber bei geschlossenem Fenster nicht. Da die Flieger quer über Stadt einfliegen, ist die Einflugschneise meistens auch nicht allzuweit vom Hotel entfernt. Das Frühstück war täglich dasselbe, aber für ein Stadthotel ganz annehmbar. Die Mitarbeiter sind absolut freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten für eine Woche 3 Buchungen und wollten gerne in einem Zimmer bleiben. Im Vorfeld haben wir das Hotel angeschrieben und darum gebeten und das hat reibungslos funktioniert, auch unser Wunsch, ein Zimmer im 7. OG zu bekommen. Allerdings sagte man uns nicht, dass es in den oberen zwei Stockwerken nur Raucherzimmer gibt. Daraufhin konnten wir aber in den 3. Stock umziehen. Das Zimmer war recht dunkel und im Badezimmer gab es nur zwei Deckenleuchten, wovon eine kaputt war und auch die ganze Woche nicht repariert werden konnte (südländische Gelassenheit!). Eingerichtet war es aber modern und sauber. Wir könnten das Hotel trotz kleiner Mängel absolut weiterempfehlen und würden dort jederzeit wieder absteigen.

Toppenläge 20 meter från metrouppgången. Direktlinje till flygplatsen. 5 minuter till centrum med metron, som går väldigt ofta alla dagar.Mycket serviceminded personal. Trevligt, snyggt och rent.

Das Hotel liegt günstig bei der U-Bahn, das Personal ist freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend, man fühlt sich gut aufgehoben. Der Poolbereich könnte ein bisschen freundlicher aussehen.
