All in all a good hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The free parking was a plus in the downtown area, but if you have a bigger car good luck. One of the tightest garages I’ve been in. There is nothing the hotel can do to change it either.

Great stay for a couple days. It’s near the airport so it’s great for early flights. Only advise is to warn guest that the parking is extremely narrow and tight - I think it’s made for portable European cars. It would’ve been helpful to put a sign as a warning at the door before cars enter. It’s also a one way so backing out is a extreme pain.

Hotel abbastanza vecchio che avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione. Le camere non sono insonorizzate e si sente il rumore degli aerei che passano a bassa quota. Colazione migliorabile. Il resto è OK.

Hotel is 6 metro station away from the centar.Parking is free and underground.Hotel is clean, staff is helpfull, breakfast s good.Metro is close-500 m and costs 1.5 eur in one direction.Taxi is preety cheap- 6 eur in one direction to the centar.Lisbon is very beautifful city!

Wer nicht direkt in der turbulenten Innenstadt wohnen möchte ist hier bestens untergebracht. Freundliches Personal, geräumige Zimmer, grosse und gute Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet. Metro in 5 Min. zu Fuß erreichbar.

Angenehme Unterkunft mit gutem Frühstück und bemühten Personal. Man sollte jedoch nicht zu geräuschsensibel sein. Baustellen (tagsüber), Bushaltestelle und Flugzeuge hört man insbesondere in den Zimmer nach vorne (schlecht isolierte Fenster).

Plusieurs restos et variete de menus .Proximite du metro et plusieurs petites épiceries.Difficile a localiser l’hotel car située dans une rue piétonnière.Le stationnement intérieur est utile mais fait pour très petite voitures,les parois ont les couleurs d’une multitude de voitures.Les petits déjeuners Sont o.k.

Petit déjeuner excellent !!!!!! Personnel serviable et très aimable. Literie excellente et chambre propre. La wifi est excellente pour un immeuble de 9 étages. Restaurants aux alentours top.
Gros problème la salle de bain : petite, sombre, évier bouchée, remontée d'odeur la nuit (cela sur plusieurs nuits) et MANQUE d'eau chaude aux heures de "pointes" (matin jusqu'à 10h et le soir 19h-21h).
Le parking est une véritable galère mais faisable à deux (l'un pour guider), cela demande de s'y reprendre plusieurs fois.

What was good:
* location close to metro, bus stops and Museo Calouste Gulbenkian,
* breakfasts till 10:30,
* clean bathrooms.
What was not-so-good:
* documents @ check-in contain illegal clauses (GDPR incompatibile - e.g opt-outs instead of opt-ins that can be easily missed or misunderstood; data processing scope unjustifiable by data administrator interest etc) - but one can cross them out without consequences
* room decor was simply depressing: dark blue-green carpeting + dark brown everything else (steel furniture, windows, curtains) it also looked dated. like late '80 dated.
* on 5th floor water pressure was just so-so, temperature - lukewarm at best.
* AC was able only to cool, not to heat - that was of rather limited use during cool, late October nights.
* widow was simply dirty
* wifi was without any encryption (not even WEP), "secured" by static and probably never changed password on captive portal; speed was just so-so - mobile internet in data roaming was faster.
To sum up: for a business trip might be OK, for any leisure excursion - not so much.

Das Hotel war sehr schön und relativ zentral bzw. mit guter Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Man ist sehr schnell bei der nächsten Metro-Haltestelle und ist damit recht schnell in der Innenstadt.Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr lecker.Es gibt eine Tiefgarage, welche zum Hotel gehört. Diese ist allerdings sehr sehr eng, daher mit großem Autos nicht unbedingt zu empfehlen.

Nice hotel with clean quiet comfortable room with modern facilities. Good wifi. Nice king bed. Close to subway only about 10 minute walk. Great buffet breakfast with big variety of fresh fruits, bread and pastries, scrambled eggs, juices good coffee. Friendly helpful staff. Would stay again.

Bien calidad precio. Recomendable.
Habitaciones limpias, camas cómodas, trato amable, botellas de agua gratis (las que estaban fuera de la nevera-minibar).
Parking gratuito, ya que si llegan a cobrar por el aparcamiento que tienen sería una tomadura de pelo. Plazas muy cortas y en general estrecho, incluso te avisan en recepción antes de aventurarte a meter tu vehículo. Si tienes un coche grande sufrirás, creo que mejor aparcar fuera aunque haya que pagar "zona azul" (se puede echar más tiempo que en España).
Otro punto de mejora sería la comida. Si bien no hay restaurante como tal, podría haber más variedad de bocadillos u otras opciones rápidas para una emergencia (en nuestro caso sándwich York-queso fue lo mejor de la carta).

Hôtel à éviter !!!
Hôtel vieillot au personnel arnaqueur.
En pleine canicule, la clim ne fonctionnait plus dans tout l'hôtel alors que la température était de 46 degré. Le personnel n'a même pas pris le soin de nous informer de cela.
Au bout de la 2eme nuit, nous décidons de partir et demandons d'être remboursé. On nous dit ok, qu'on recevra un mail le lendemain matin pour nous confirmer que le remboursement a bien été fait.
Malheuresement, c'est seulement après 2 -
3 jours et de nombreux mails de ma part que je reçois une réponse me notifiant que je ne serais pas remboursé.
DE VRAIS ARNAQUEURS.
SURTOUT NE RESERVEZ PAS LÀ.

We arrived as record temperatures hit Portugal. The hotel is outside the city centre but close to the airport. The decor is dated but the property is clean. What proved deficient is the air conditioning that couldn't cope with the 40+ temperatures. We were moved to another property nearby, the Malhoa, superior in class and with a fully functioning AC, which ensured our stay was as pleasant and comfortable as intended. The Sana Executive is certainly in need of an update.

Ganz nettes Hotel. Klima ist allerdings nicht kühl genug. Zum Zeitpunkt unseres da Seins herrschten 45 grad. Da hat die Klima einfach nur versagt. Das Personal hat sich allerdings bemüht und kühlere Zimmer zu zuweisen. Tiefgarage ist absolut nichts für große Autos.

I really like the style of the hotel, distance tot nearest metro is about 500 meters (about 6-8 min walk) which brings you anywhere in Lissabon for €6,20 for 24 hours use + €0,50 for the metro card (once). Also very helpful english speaking personell. Two things to consider are the lack of balconies and the free parking garage underneath the hotel is only accesable for small cars. We drove a Peugeot 208 (model 2018) and it was doable, i think that I would have managed a slightly larger car but definitly not a sedan model like an Volkswagen Passat or something comparabel in size. Concluding: very nice hotel in Lissabon for a citytrip or business visit.

A modern executive style hotel that is nearby several tourist attractions, and a large shopping center. Located in a quiet part if the city, Sana Executive hotel is only a couple of blocks from the nearest metro station. Staff is friendly and helpful. With advance notice the hotel can accommodate people with gluten-free requirements.

The hotel had bed bugs - we noticed on the last day of our 5 days stay but bites kept appearing for a few days after. Other than that was okay- room was a bit small and dated, breakfast had fair amount of choice but medium quality.

Übers Navi war das Hotel etwas schwer zu finden, da es in einer Sackgasse liegt. Das Hotel hat zwar ein eigenes Parkhaus, die Parkplätze können vorab aber leider nicht reserviert werden, es wird immer erst bei Ankunft geschaut, ob einer frei ist. Das Parkhaus ist MEGA eng! Nichts für größere Autos. Ansonsten war das Hotel und die Zimmer echt cool. Das Frühstück war inklusive und vielfältig.

War aus nostalgischen Gründen nach 19 Jahren mal wieder da, und siehe: es hat sich nicht viel verändert! Ergo: dringend renovierungs-und/oder erneuerungsbedürftig was die Ausstattung der Zimmer angeht. Auch ein paar Pflegemittel im Bad wären schön. Ansonsten ruhige Lage in einer kleinen Fußgängerzone, allerdings kann es zu erheblichem Fluglärm kommen!

I loved the neighbourhood of the hotel. The street was quiet yet had many dining options within a few hundred metre radius of the hotel. Metro stations were close by. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. Breakfast was also plentiful.

Tutto quello che mi serve davvero l'ho avuto.
E Consiglio di andarci.
Il mio é stato un soggiorno piacevolissimo,a Lisbõa,che io amo.
Colazione per tutte le nazionalità:mi é piaciuta.
Il caffè americano non mi é piaciuto(2018).
Se si fa colazione alle 7:30 c'è solo un inserviente,però il personale é Preparato Cortese e Professionale.
Camere un po' datate,ma io sono molto alla buona,quello che mi serviva C'era il bagno,però non mi ha convinto del tutto:il bidet era in posizione scomodissima.
Quando uscite dalla stanza assicuratevi di attaccare sulla maniglia l'avviso per farla rassettare,altrimenti verrà sistemato solo il bagno.
Una volta mi é capitato,ma, credo che, semplicemente,si fosse staccato il biglietto dalla porta, quando sono uscito.
La posizione é comodissima,potete raggiungerlo in metropolitana dall'aeroporto e potete andare dovunque,da lí,con i mezzi pubblici.
Se non volete girare molto,per cenare,nella sua via ci sono:una pizzeria italiana,un ristorante marocchino,un kebab,un minuscolo ristorante portoghese e la Laurentina;quest'ultimo ha il baccalà come specialità.

The hotel is very far from the center of town. I took it only because they offered free parking. But the night before I arrived, I received an email stating that they didnt have any spots available and could not accommodate large cars. Luckily I didnt see this email before arrival but in fact their garage was tiny. I inched into a spot but the entire garage was empty. Additionally before arriving it took a full 45 minutes to actually get to the hotel as it was impossible to locate via GPS as it is located in a pedestrian only area - or so it seemed. Apparently you had to drive onto the cobbled pedestrian way in order to access the hotel but I only found that out after circling five times trying to figure it out on my own, with the help of a different hotel concierge! and ultimately by pulling into an illegal parking spot and getting a hand drawn map by this hotels concierge. In short - it was an absolute nightmare to find, a hassle to park and just NOT car friendly. This is the only reason I took a hotel so far out of the action - for my car but it was a disaster. Otherwise the hotel was fine if limited in amenities.

Room was a good size, staff were wonderful and the buffet breakfast was outstanding; adding more unwanted weight to my waistline. It's difficult to say no when everything tastes delicious. I would certainly return to the hotel for a second visit.

We were a bit disappointed in our hotel experience at SANA. First of all, it was incredibly difficult to find, especially in a car. It is located in a tall urban building on a semi-pedestrian street. Fortunately the hotel staff were able to offer us directions over the phone, but not before we spent 30 minutes driving around trying to find it. The photos of the hotel exterior when we booked did not look like the hotel. The free parking offered by the hotel is in an underground garage which is incredibly tight and difficult to navigate unless you drive a smart car or mini. If we had had even a slightly larger car (we were driving a Megane) I don’t think we would have fit. Finally, the room itself, while modern and clean, was not terribly comfortable. The mattress was incredibly hard, the pillows lumpy, and the sheets made it feel as though you were sleeping on cardboard. Finally, when we checked into the hotel the staff informed us that we had only booked for one person (I booked through orbitz and never saw any option to change the number of people, I just booked the room type) and we owed 16 euros additional for my husband. Not a huge fee but when the hotel was sold to me as a cheaper option than others in the area it was definitely not what I wanted to hear. One positive was that they offer breakfast with the stay and it was a good spread with many options.

Very nice hotel in a moderately quiet neighborhood. 600 metres from the nearest Metro station. Staff were friendly, and helpful when required. Room was small but clean with a comfy bed and decent bathroom. Great breakfast. Whole hotel had an art Deco theme. Enjoyed your stay here.

El hotel en general está bien y muy bien situado, pero el parking es un desastre, si alguien va en coche que se lo piense bien antes de entrar. Luego lo peor es los gastos adicionales abusivos. Estuvimos mi mujer y yo 2 noches y tuvimos que pagar 8 euros además del precio que ya habíamos pagado (2€/persona/dia como impuesto adicional), además de 3€ por llamar a un Domino's pizza a pedir que nos trajeran una pizza a la habitación...

Şahsen ben her akşam uğradım.

Buen hotel, algo alejado del bullicio del centro de la ciudad pero con paradas de autobús y metro muy cerca.
Muy tranquilo y de precio razonable.
El único pero es que el garaje, aunque gratuíto, es para microcoches. Cualquier coche actual tiene problemas para entrar, aparcar y salir. El hotel es ideal para quien se hospede sin coche, teniendo en cuenta que se llega a cualquier barrio turístico en transporte público, así como al aeropuerto.

Cómodo, buena cama, ducha buena, desayuno más normalito, a última hora ya no quedaban ciertas cosas. Un poco rollo que haya solo un ascensor para 9 plantas porque a veces toca esperar bastante. En general bien, estuvimos cómodos y la zona es buena y está bien comunicado.

Das Personal sah so aus, als wären sie von den Gästen genervt.
Die Rezeptionisten beachteten einen kaum und das Frühstückspersonal war nur zur Zierde da.
Die angeführte Tiefgarage gleicht ebenfalls einer Frechheit. Die Abfahrt ist so eng, dass man kaum eine Kurve fahren kann und eher nur für Mopedautos geeignet.
Das Frühstück selbst war Standard und die Sauberkeit des Zimmers war in Ordnung.

Clean room if not a little smaller than expected. The hotel is close to metro lines. Downsides: Car park is very tight. No tea or coffee facility in the room. Breakfast was acceptable although the quality of the cooked items (Bacon, Sausage, Egg, Beans) was dreadful.

Das Hotel liegt zwar in sehr günstiger Lage (5 Minuten Fußweg zur Metro-Station), ist aber für Autofahrer trotz GPS unheimlich schwer zu finden. Wir sind in einer Art Fußgängerzone ca. 5mal im Kreis herumgefahren (und das in recht engen und teils zugeparkten Sträßelchen), bis wir endlich da waren. Die Tiefgarage kann zwar kostenlos benutzt werden, ist aber ehrlich gesagt fast schon ein schlechter Witz. So etwas Enges hat die Welt noch nicht gesehen. Von daher für Autofahrer nicht zu empfehlen

Tea making facility would have been nice, the carpet was a little dirty, the staff did not tell me how to get a cab to go to the airport and the location was far from the city centre. However, there were good restaurants, supermarket and shopping mall near by.

I attended a conference at the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation, which is just two blocks away. I enjoyed the walk to and from the hotel along a shady low-traffic street. Rooms were furnished in modern styles with lovely bed linens and a terrific shower. English-speaking hotel staff were very helpful and welcoming.

I booked this hotel for the last night of our trip. I was specifically looking for something close to the airport with free parking. I was very disappointed when we checked in. The hotel is in the city, and the free parking is on the pedestrian street in front of the hotel, but it very limited and was already full. Our only choice was to park further down the street away from the hotel. Luckily we found one spot, and it was in a lit area. But, I was nervous about leaving our rental car in the street overnight. The meter starts at 9AM in the morning. My husband went out at nine to put money in the meter, and the police were sitting there waiting to ticket cars as soon as it was 9. Would have been nice to have been warned about this practice. As far as the room, it was ok, clean, bed was hard, pillows were comfortable, halls and room were dark. Breakfast was ok. Enjoyed the fresh tomatoes. The outside breakfast area was not kept up, and there were weeds growing along the edge. Somewhat run down. They didnt keep up with the food, were out of some fruits, coffee (several times), glasses, spoons. And, they didnt quickly clean the tables. When we checked out my husband asked for directions to the airport. The guy at the desk said dont you have a gps? He gave us directions, which ended up being pretty simple. But, was reluctant to do so. There were no other customers, so he wasnt busy. I would hesitate to stay at this hotel again, and would not stay more than one night

Ich war erstemal im Lissabon. Die Stadt ist wunderbar. Liegt sehr schön, ist sehr lebendig , hat viele Parks mit uralten Bäumen, mit sehr guten öffentlichen Verkehrnetz, - Ubahnnetz, Straßenbannetz, Buse . Es gibt ganz alte Stadtteile mit vielen engen Straßen und kleinen Plätzen , viel Kaffees und Restaurants , schönen historischen Gebäuden . Moderne Stadtteile mit atemberaubende Architektur der 20. und 21. Jahrhuderts. Unendlich viele Museen , Kirchen , wunderschöne Aussichtspunkten über und um der Stadt. Promenaden in der Stadt und am Ufer vom Tejo. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ohne Ende , lebendiges Nachtleben , viele Theaters, Kinos , Restaurants historische mit lebendigen Fadomusik. Die Stunden und Tagen verfliegen wie im NU , niemels ist langweilig im Lissabon . Ich war allein unterwegs , ohne Schwierigkeiten und unsicheres Gefühl konnte mich Tag und Nacht bewegen in der Stadt. Die Menschen sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unendliche schöne Ausfliugmöglichkeiten bietet die Stadt. Ich war sicher nicht letztemal im Lissabon man muß oft dahin wo so schön ist.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier ohne Einschränkung. Nettes Hotel, saubere Zimmer, mit der Metro schnell im Zentrum. Insgesamt ist der Großraum Lissabon gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Belém z.B. ist sehr gut per Bus zu erreichen (direkte Verbindung). Zu Fuß in die Altstadt braucht man ca. 20 bis 30 Minuten, ein netter Spaziergang vorbei am Marques de Pombal, die Avenida da Liberdade hinab. Möchte man ins Kino, ist auch dies abends gut zu Fuß zu erreichen (EL Corte Ingles); Cafés und Restaurant sind fußläufig. Zu empfehlen ist das balinesische Restaurant um die Ecke oder das Restaurant direkt neben an (gute Fischgerichte).Als die Klimaanlage an einem Tag nicht funktionierte, hatten wir bei Rückkehr in unser Zimmer eine Sektflasche im Eiskübel; vielleicht war es aber auch ein Geschenk zum Geburtstag. Wie auch immer, eine schöne Nettigkeit.Frühstück ist gut, die Auswahl ausreichend, es wird laufend frisch nachgelegt. Ich kann das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen, vor allem zu dem Preis!

It was a nice stay , rooms are really comfortable ,new and clean with really good internet connection.the pain point is the breakfast which is really bad, while its location is far from the city center or interesting sites. Moreover i believe its far expensive being a 3 star hotel. I would pay a maximum of 50 euros rather than 85.

We stayed here for a week and couldnt fault it. The room was clean and comfortable, with a king size bed. Breakfast is very good and includes breads, cheeses, cold meats, cereal, fruit, pastries and some hot options like bacon and mushrooms. Location is great, very quiet residential area but with some restaurants nearby and a five minute walk to the metro. We loved Lisbon and hope to visit again.

Its a small hotel 3 blocks away from the subway station. The area is safe and clean. The hotel is not luxurious but its in decent shape and very clean. Beds are comfy and the staff is friendly. Its at walking distance from to El Corte Ingles so you can do your tax free shopping. Ill certainly use it again.

I stayed at this great stop over hotel, rooms were good and comfortable, (beats any Premier Inn style) staff were very helpful and spoke good EUROPEAN, remember to take portuguese styled plug adapter for rooms for your electrical hardware, WiFi fine for working as was the WiFi in the centred in a piazza with cobbled stone street with cosmopolitan dining outside along this table area with huge sunshades and versatility of local and italian cuisine.
Next door was a great local restaurant packed with local families on the Wednesday evening.
if you via Lisbon Airport phone the hotel for a booked taxi (12 Euro) opposed to airport Taxi (25 Euro) but thats like any centre taxi companies rip off because we are not local and it`s tourist Euro.
Should I go back, I`ll recommend this as just a two minute metro journey to all Lisbon landmarks.
Went to Covilha following day for an employment conference so a good start for a long journey.

Estuve en este hotel con mi familia en octubre de 2012 y bueno digamos que el hotel es aceptable en sus instalaciones pero mi queja es en contra de los trabajadores de la recepcion ya que no tienen ni idea de donde estan y no saben indicar a los huespedes como llegar o donde estan los lugares por los que se les preguntan de verdad no saben. Otra cosa muy importante que deberian de pulir es su caracter son correctos pero tienden a la antipatia y eso cuando uno esta de vacaciones pues no gusta. Bueno me gustaria terminar diciendo que lisboa es un sitio muy bonito el cual recomiendo

I only stayed 2 nights, the room is quite comfy but the location is not near to city area. The neighbourhood is quite quiet and no shopping also. The breakfast is not very nice also. But overall quite value for money, at least hotel room looks 4 stars.
