The saving grace here was Marcia at the front desk. She was impeccably professional and helpful. The air conditioning didn't work. The maintenance man replaced the hair dryer even though we clearly showed him the problem was the thermostat and vent. Marcia's assistant that night, while she was helping other customers, moved is to an equally broken room and made excuses for why he did that. Shortly after that Marcia offered us an equitable solution, but if this were indeed even a 4 star hotel, this would have been handled differently.

Ok, I only give 3 start because to my opinion this Hotel cannot pretend to a 5* Hotel. I do not know the criteria for a 5*, but here lots of things need to be improved: a real restaurant and a real room service, as limited hours and limited choices. Room was big offering bath tub and shower. View from the window is a wall, but fine, I do not spend my time looking out of the window during my stay. It is true that the wall mounted TV is very small; again, I do not spend hours watching TV, but again, a 5* Hotel would offer a larger screen and more International channel (reception quality was also poor). Location is good, 15min walking to Lisbon downtown. Staff is very polite and helpful. I could check out later than standard time, free or charge without any negotiation. Some of the staff at reception really need an improvement on English.

Cuenta con buenas instalaciones, pero con algunas cosillas mejorables. Las camas son cómodas y las habitaciones bien insonorizadas, aunque a la nuestra le daba el sol todo el dia y hacia algo de calor. El armario es quizás un poco pequeño aunque suficiente. La puerta del baño es de cristal translúcido y si enciendes la luz puede molestar al acompañante.
El personal muy atento en todo momento. El parking va por separado
Cuesta 16 euros por noche.
Casi al lado está uno de los mejores restaurantes vegetarianos de Lisboa, el restaurante O Tibetano.
Aunque hay mejores hoteles cinco estrellas en Lisboa, que también son mucho más caros, la relación calidad precio me pareció buena.

Non merita un 5 stelle. Ci trasferiscono qui da un'altra loro struttura per un problema con l'aria condizionata e promettendoci una tripla e ci ritroviamo con una doppia e letto aggiunto. Pur lasciando la stanza alle 9 di mattina alle 15 ancora non è stata pulita. Personale della reception poco empatico. Sinceramente da un 5 stelle ci aspettiamo ben altro.

J’ai apprécié la chambre ainsi que la salle de bain composée d’une douche à l’italienne ainsi que d’une baignoire.Dommage qu’il n’y avait pas de balcons pour la chambre que nous avions.Une terrasse pour admirer la vue n’aurait pas été de refus ... Petit déjeuner beaucoup trop chère (18€).Salle de sport et sauna ok dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de petite piscine intérieur.Personnel agréable et accueillant ! Chambre très propre !

第一天來到葡萄牙，出了里斯本機場又溼又冷，在雨中按既定行程走，先嚐嚐修道院旁百年歷史的葡式蛋塔，冒雨到貝倫塔，海邊大雨不斷，貝倫塔入口處已関閉，只好回飯店check in 。 在里斯本Eurostars das Letras 準備待兩晚，訂房時號稱5星級，大門外的石牆上，也掛著5星級的招牌，但實際上體驗應該是4星飯店，理由如下： 1.區位雖然離自由大道不遠，但終究是在不算寬闊的道路上，位置不醒目。 2.大廳不夠寬敞，甚至有奌侷促，如果團體旅客超過20人，進到大廰，那就有奌擁擠了。 3.二樓餐廳是吃早餐的地方，空間也不是很大。 4.房間內的傢具及設備老舊，尤其淋浴設備更是如此。 葡萄牙，像是位過氣老紳士。走過15世紀大航海時代的輝煌，這是全球化的歷史起點，5、600年前老祖宗留下來的瑰寶，如今只能讓子孫及世人緬懷。

Die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals ist ganz besonders lobend hervorzuheben. Das Zimmer war geräumig und die Qualität der Betten sehr gut. Die Frühstücksauswahl war ebenfalls sehr gut und es wurde ständig nachgelegt!Das Badezimmer war leider schon recht in die Jahre gekommen und Schimmel in den Fugen muss heute nicht mehr sein, aber dies war nicht wirklich gravierend.Die Lage ist hervorragend und im direkten Umfeld gibt es viele lohnenswerte Restaurants: von typisch portugiesisch bis gehobene Küche.Alles in allem können wir das Haus nur weiterempfehlen und würden es selbst auch wieder buchen.

Très belle hôtel et personnels très accueillant. Je le conseille à tout le monde, hôtel près de tout, centre ville, Baixa Chiado etc..... Petit déjeuner très diverse avec bcp de choix et qualité rien à redire pour une gourmande comme moi. Les chambres sont spacieuse et ceux qu’ils se plaignent vraiment vous ne connaissez pas grand chose. J’avoue qu’il ne mérite pas ses 5* mais plus que 4*. Car le seul pôint négatif pour une adepte des voyages comme moi, c’est le manque d’un espace détente, piscine couverte réchauffée pour l’hiver , un espace vert à l’extérieur. Mais franchement il est magnifique cet hôtel et le personnel plus adorable les uns les autres

Very nice hotel with very friendly staff, with a special mention for Ines who works behind the bar. She was very friendly and very informative about Lisbon, helping to recommend places to see while always serving with a smile. The hotel itself is around 10 minutes walk to the main square, but its a very nice walk, passing by all the designer boutiques on Avenida da Liberdade. The reception and bar area are really beautiful in the hotel, but I'm not sure the rooms are befitting of a 5 star hotel, they are a little dated and could do with an upgrade. Overall we were happy with our stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Lisbon.

We werden goed ontvangen, erg behulpzaam bij vragen werd direct alles geregeld en of beantwoord. Ruime nette kamer, goed bed, schone ruime badkamer. De ligging van het hotel is perfect! Na het uitchecken werd mijn vriend ziek, zij boden toen een gratis kamer aan zodat hij even kon liggen. Perfecte service !

I stayed there while in Portugal for a marketing conference. I enjoyed my stay here and found it to have everything I expected. Pillows and bed were comfy, and room was nice. Downstairs looks modern posh, and the only issue I had was with room service and a pizza that they forgot to remove the plastic and it was burnt into the pizza. They quickly comped it and sent me a new order ( burger ) which I really enjoyed. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

Pour un hotel de 5*, la chambre est décevante. Drap troué, les carrelages de la salle de bain sont fissurés, usés.. le canapé commence à se déchirer.. le frigo nest pas à jour ( produits consommés pas le précédent client sont toujours là) .. Pour la localisation, cest vraiment top. Ya plein de resto autour. Il est dans une rue calme. Et 5-10 min pour rejoindre le centre ville. Il faut juste le remettre à neuf.

Je n'ai pas pu aller séjourner dans cet hôtel car ce dernier s'est retiré de la box que j'avais achetée. Par contre, j'ai dû envoyer 5 ou 6 mails avant enfin d'avoir une réponse de leur part pour pouvoir réserver ... et m'apprendre par la même occasion qu'ils n'étaient plus partenaires. Et pour cela, ça LEUR A PRIS 15 JOURS .... Merci.

Thank you so much, hotel Eurostars das letras!we had a wonderful time even though some people have complained about the rooms not being modern enough for a 5 star hotel, we thought our room and bathroom was fully equipped, cost and we had a nice view from our 8th floor's room. We had fantastic breakfasts with lots of food choices for different tastes. A very heart-warming experience we had one day ,when my husband woke up sick,asked me to go see the city by myself and slept all day. I was worried, and told one of the women who were at the reception. A very kind, empathetic woman in general. I told her that my husband is sleeping and asked that the cleaning lady would arrive later on. When I came back in the afternoon I had a beautiful surprise:on the table was a tray, with beautifuly cut fruits, glass water-bottle, and most of all a very beautifully written letter from the hotel staff with healing wishes for my husband. Thank you and thank you again. We would certainly come again ❤

... ist aber in die Jahre gekommen. Wir haben einmal das Zimmer gewechselt, da (für uns) zu viele Kleinigkeiten in dem Zimmer kaputt waren (Fußboden, Nachttisch, Dusche). Der Service war nicht sehr zuvorkommend, haben von der Rezeption falsche Auskünfte über Zugverbindungen erhalten. Es war okay, nochmal würden wir es nicht buchen.

People who are looking at staying here because it's a 5* hotel....it's not. I WISH I read the other reviews before I booked it, as I would have stayed anywhere else. PLEASE READ and reconsider before booking. I visited Eurostars Das Letras for two nights to visit family. It came up as a 5* hotel and the pictures looked great. However, the experience was not what I had hoped. This is an honest review and here is how it went. When you walk in, it immediately feels like a 4* hotel AT BEST, not a 5*. I have had the privilege of staying in a number of 5* hotels around the world, and this doesn't even come close. The staff were nice and polite, but didn’t offer to take my bags to my room...like 5* hotels should do. I was on the top floor, the 8th floor, and immediately I notice the lift was small, shaky and took a long time to get up to the 8th floor. The bed was super comfy. However, the room was worn down and there was a weird damp/mould smell. The floors were worn and things in the room just didn't quite work. The curtains felt poor and barely hung right. Silly things like the wardrobe doors not opening and closing properly. The shower was a bit rubbish too. I used the gym the next morning, but it’s not really a gym, it’s a basic gym in a small room than makes you want to walk out as soon as you walk in. You’re better off going for a run around Lisbon. I had to turn the sauna on myself, and open the gym up myself as well. It also had the heating on full blast but the air-con didn't work so I had to open all the doors to let fresh air in. Wi-fi is weak and kept cutting out whilst I was trying to work in my room. Spent more time trying to reconnect than actually being online. My room key also was tempermental so had to go to reception to change it. Here’s the big news, I left my room at 11:45 am, after the gym, on my first morning. I came back to my room at 11:00 pm. The room was unmade. It was as I left it with dirty towels in the bath tub, my bed un-made and still that dirty smell. I went to reception where the man on duty felt uncomfortably embarrassed and said he couldn’t accommodate me in another room, and to speak with the deputy manager the next morning. I had a massive go at the deputy manager and he eventually gave me a discount for my second night. It's a shame to have to say this, but if you want to stay in a good hotel, and one that says it's 5*, then DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.

Highly Recommended! The hotel ambience and service are outstanding! Location close to major sights is fantastic! For a business event or just a short visit - Eurostars das Letras is adding an additional charm into the magical stay in Lisbon. The rich variaties of food at breakfast, the big bathrooms (shower and separate bathtub) in the rooms and the books, specially published by the chain were contributed greatly to the overall stay. The only small flaw would be the internet connection in the meeting rooms under ground.  Special thanks to Lord Tiago, Lord Eduardo and Lord Nelson at the reception, plus the IT support for handling our big international group this July 2019 for 3 days and responding to all our needs before, during and after our team event! You guys rock!!

Como Guia de Turismo até o momento tinha sido bem atendido ao Hotel, porém para minha surpresa hoje fui buscar 2 hóspedes para levar ao Hotel e o Recepcionista NEGOU a retirar um café, e disse que teria que pagar o mesmo. ( E nem estou falando pelo fato de cobrar e sim pela forma de falar) As a tourist guide so far, I had been very busy with the hotel, but to my surprise today, I was looking for two guests to take to the hotel and the receptionist refused to take a coffee and said I should pay the same. My next recommendations will concern the other 400 available hotels, not this one. I appreciate the lack of professionalism and preparation of the attendant. Our stay at the hotel was for 8 days so in that time we had the opportunity to experience service from different staff at different times and the same staff at different times. No problems were encountered. All staff were helpful, courteous and genuinely were interested in how they may be of assistance. We felt this was natural and not contrived. The room was spacious, lobby area comfortable and breakfast buffet comprehensive. We enjoyed the stay and have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to any future guest. On our arrival night my boyfriend found two bedbugs, both of which he killed. One was filled with blood. I would like to mention that even though I was bitten, he was awake all night, itching and scared of being bitten. When we woke up, we immediately reported it to reception. The gentleman was very professional, while we were out he confirmed the room was inspected and another bed beg was found. He kindly moved us to another room. We asked questions about bedbugs and how that could affect us, but we didn’t get a clear answer. At this point as I had not noticed any bite marks and did not know of the potential long term consequences, I was not too concerned. We were also told that the only real reason to seek medical attention was for an allergic reaction. For this reason I did not take up the offer of immediate medical assistance - we have been told we can receive this after check out also which we appreciated and will likely need to use upon arrival back to the UK. After noticing the bite marks growing by the day I became more concerned. After some research I have discovered that bed bugs can leave keloid (permanent) scarring which is really worrying me. We have also just realised that the bed bugs can attach to luggage and infest our home which is also concerning. We were offered dry cleaning for the clothes we slept in but didn’t think think this too much of an issue. We will now likely need to throw away a good portion of our clothes as our luggage was out on the bed. When we discussed a remedy at check out we were told that the hotel could only find one “tiny” bedbug that “apparently” bit me. We found this choice of words quite inconsiderate but to her credit the lady did apologize once it was clear this had offended us. I have attached images of around 10 bite marks so far. As well as a picture of a bug and some of the blood it left on the sheets. We tried to contact the hotel for a full refund of our stay, for about two months, every week. They gave us some fake paperwork to show the room was clean and when we asked to speak to the manager they kept lying, saying he was in a meeting, every day for 2 months. Highly recommend looking at the many more hotels in the area, they ruined our experience in Lisbon!

The hotel is nice enough, but my major issue was that the WiFi didn’t work in my room. This was a huge impediment to planning my stay in Lisbon. I arrived on a Friday, and reported the issue every day. They said they’d have maintenance look into it. It wasn’t until Sunday night that they told me maintenance doesn’t work on weekends, and offered to switch my room. Thinking it’d be fixed the next day, I didn’t bother. The WiFi didn’t work until Tuesday morning, the morning I left. The hotel didn’t offer me any sort of apology (a meal? A free drink at the bar?). The staff were all friendly but this was a huge let down for my stay.

As a 5 Star hotel, the hotel could do a little more on amenities provided in the room. There is but one package of tissue paper in the bathroom, none other on the bedroom dresser or the living room in our suite. Wash clothes are missing from the toilet.The sofa couch (which we didn’t need) is old and not comfortable to relaxed in especially after a long day of touring around the city on foot.The location is not close to the tourists spots which is a plus factor, and one could easily get a Uber ride anywhere at a very reasonable price. (Do not take taxis, trust me, because most taxi drivers are crocks and cheaters!)The staff at the Front Desk is a big factor hat made our trip to Lisbon a pleasant one. They are polite, informative, friendly and very helpful. They’re the ones that advice me to call Uber instead of taxis.

We stayed here last night room 313 not a 5 star experience, no working air conditioning, and some 3 hours later offered and alternative smaller room so late in the day 11pm, my 3 year old daughter had fallen asleep so we had to sleep with the balcony doors open to cool the room and barricade the room across to stop my daughter getting near them. Not a great night. The hotel facilities were great, shame about our experience.

I have booked two rooms in this empty hotel in January. When I arrived they told me they don't have any available rooms and offered another hotel, that was actually a downgrade. Pretty bad experience, the guys at the reception didn't or couldn't do much. I hope the hotel will stay empty for eternity for this bunch of rich wannabes.

Si bien el establecimientl wsta muy bien situado, cerca del barrio alto y de la avenida principal, hace necesaria una mejor formación del personal de recepcion y coordinación con el resto de servicios del hotel. Dispone de un gimnasio operativo y sauna con vestuario , esto último de agradecer ya que evita tener que bajar en bata desde la habitación. Buena relación calidad-precio

Destacaría de este hotel de 5 estrellas su excelente ubicación, a escasos metros andando de la Avenida de la Libertad, la principal arteria de la Lisboa moderna y a unos 5 minutos andando de la parada de Metro de Avenida, lo que garantiza una óptima comunicación con el aeropuerto, estaciones de tren y resto de la ciudad. La habitación que se nos ha asignado, en la última planta del hotel, era muy amplia y confortable. Se encontraba inmaculadamente limpia y en muy buen estado de conservación salvo algún pequeño detalle. Nos ha sorprendido gratamente la total y absoluta ausencia de ruidos molestos, tanto del exterior como del resto de habitaciones o zonas comunes del hotel. Wifi gratuito y accesible sin ningún problema en la habitación. La atención del personal del hotel ha sido muy atenta y amable en todo momento. En definitiva una muy buena opción, con una estupenda relación calidad-precio para alojarse en Lisboa.

If you're looking for a 5 star experience, do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere! Decent location and courteous service but they are committing fraud by claiming to be a 5-star hotel. 3.5 would be a more accurate rating. Room equipped with tiny, non-brand TV and 15-year-old CD player. Breakfast was awful, limited selection and poor quality. You could feel the cheapness throughout, from the dated decor to the poor wifi. I normally don't leave reviews but I've never felt so cheated by blatantly false advertising so I want to help people avoid the mistake I made by staying here. El hotel está muy bien situado para poder moverte por lo más interesante de la ciudad. El personal es fantástico y atento y a cualquier hora del día te dedican sus mejores sonrisas y ayuda. Se nota que es un hotel con años en todas sus instalaciones y en mi caso reservé una habitación triple que era muchísimo mas pequeña que la foto de la reserva. La tercera cama era mala e incomoda para tratarse de un hotel de 5 estrellas y reducía considerablemente el espacio libre. Aún así es una buena recomendación si estás dispuesto a pagar lo que piden por noche. No recomiendo desayunar en el hotel por el alto precio que tiene. A la vuelta hay un local donde desayunar fantásticamente bien con infinidad de bollería, zumo natural de naranja y café por poco mas de dos euros.

The hotel is clean with friendly staff and excellent location. Short walk to city center and high end boutiques. The breakfast is 18 euros with a small selection. You can make the best out of it with bellinis or mimosas. The bath tub and shower are separate. The only negative for this hotel is black mold in the shower above the shower head and the door does not close completely therefore water is all over the floor when you exit. Asked the staff to clean the mold but nothing happened.

A friend last stay left EUR2000 cash on the table inside an envelope; My girlfriend this time left 4 masks in the fridge. When we called them within 2 hours after checking out their responses were NO! Never leave behind anything at Eurostar, because they will never return you what's left behind!!! Worse hotel in my experience regarding honesty!!!

Our stay for 4 nights at the Eurostars das Letras was really nice. The staff was helpful, friendly and professional. The hotel room was 'normal' size, really clean and the bed was comfortable (king size!). The location is not far from the city center resp. from the shopping street (rua augusta). You can either walk casually within 15-20 min. or take the metro quickly. We didn't try the wellness area or the restaurant in the evening tough.

Sehr gepflegt in ruhiger Lage. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, auch Sonderwünsche werden gern erfüllt. Man hat uns sogar an der Rezeption empfohlen, zum Frühstücken das nahegelegene "A Padaria Portuguesa" aufzusuchen, anstatt 18 Euro für das Frühstück im Hotel zu bezahlen. Der Tipp war Gold wert! Einziges Manko: Um Richtung Süden zum Beispiel nach Bairro Alto zu gelangen, muss man einen kleinen Umweg in Kauf nehmen, da es keine direkte Verbindung dorthin von der Rua Castilho bzw. Rua do Salitre aus gibt.

Este hotel é bem localizado, o quarto e banheiro são bons. Tenho poucas ressalvas. O Kit de banho é bem básico e os produtos, não são de boa qualidade. Outra coisa, sempre tinham batatas na garagem, e das grandes, ou seja, o prédio não é dedetizado. Mas ainda assim eu recomendo!

Für ein 5* Hotel ist unser Meinung nicht wert. Wir bekommen zu Oberst im 8. Stock ein Zimmer 804 - von den 4 Abende haben wir sicher 3 Abende vom Nebenhaus den BumBumBum Töne bis ins morgengraue gehört, sodass wir ganz schlecht geschlafen haben. Die Eingangshalle ist sehr unfreundlich für schweren Koffer, da man drei Stufen überwinden müssen. Leider half uns niemand. Das kann man eigentlich schon für eine 5* Hotel erwarten.

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage und ich fühlte mich sehr sicher (alleinreisende). Das Personal ist nett und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war sauber und gut eingerichtet. Ich habe das Zimmer ohne Frühstück gebucht, da es preislich nicht stimmt und ich lieber an einem schönen Ort essen gehe. Leider hat das Hotel keinen Pool. Würde wieder dorthin gehen.

Could have been better. Badly insulated: you can hear the side-room taking a shower and the top-room walking at 7am! Annoying... Few scratches on the floor and black marks on the ceiling. Doesn't look like a 5stars. Located on a top of a hill then have to suffer to go down town where are restaurants. Nothing much to do around. Still a good hotel. Team very nice and helpful

Stayed for 5 days. Had to deal with the exact same breakfast everyday. It's was good, with a decent variety, but not 5 star standard. Only 2 Elevators so in the morning, getting to ground floor took upto 10 mins of waiting couple of times. We had took the junior suite, the rooms is spacious but the furniture and rug in the hall is very old. Rooms need a refurbish.

Mooi hotel. Vriendelijke receptie. Koffers worden naar de kamer gebracht. Het ontbijt is lekker. Je kunt in de patio zitten voor wat verkoeling. De kamer is mooi, de badkamer lux en de gratis wifi werkt perfect.

Es ist ein wunderschönes Hotel. Es nicht teuer. Der Preis stimmt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben 24h Service. Was wirklich der hammer ist. Das Zimmer war seehr schöön. 10 min. Mit dem Taxi vom Flughafen entfernt. 10-15 min. Vom Zentrum entfernt.Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen. Ich würde es wieder buchen :).

In general a nice stay. Only stayed one night. Did take the breakfast which was very good but a bit pricy as I had not booked that in advance (try if possible to do that).The hotel is located at a quiet street which many hotels are not in Lissabon. At a nearby hotel there was loud shouting and music on the street late, but not here.Some small negative points would be... that there is no free coffee (onle de-caffeinated). The window did not close completely so it was making some noise (it was a stormy night). Finally house-keeping were very eager to get in to the room before check-out, while the was no sign (do not disturb please) to put on the door. The front desk girl had not heard of such a sign (maybe a language issue, not sure).

Estuvimos durante las fiestas navideñas y cerraron el restaurante principal dejando a los huéspedes comiendo sandwiches en el bar (casi todo estaba cerrado durante días por la zona), con un servicio lentísimo de los pocos que quedaron trabajando. En la cena del día 25, en unas mesas que colocaron entre los ascensores y la barra, tuvimos que esperar más de dos horas para la comida. Una vergüenza. No volveré a pisar un hotel de esta cadena.Por lo demás, el hotel tiene una buena ubicación, habitaciones agradables y una chica muy simpática en recepción.

Hotel was good - very clean and tidy. Slightly soul less and lacking in atmosphere, mostly due to it being entirely decked out in black and grey marble, which made it feel a bit sparse. Rooms were a good size and with all expected amenities. Location good and convenient to metro etc. Some nice restaurants very close by, especially the unexpected Tibetan restaurant. Wifi slightly annoying as you had to continually log in, but it did work consistently and speed was fine. Staff nice and helpful.Overall - wouldnt mind if I had to return there again, but its slightly forgettable. More 4 than 5 star really.

I normally stay at the Radisson Blu due to its proximity to the airport but decided to try staying downtown as I that where I go in any case for lunch and dinner. The taxi to the hotel is not expensive and the hotel is within walking distance of several of restaurants l frequent. The room was spacious and comfortable although, the view was not spectacular.(but that was not at all a priority). I was able to check in early. I did not have an opportunity to eat there or visit the bar but Ill do so when I stay there again. I do plan to return here on my next trip through town.

We had never stayed at a Eurostar hotel so we had no idea what to anticipate. The hotel is relatively new so everything was clean and in great condition. What made the visit standout was the staff. EVERYONE went out of their way to be friendly and make sure our stay was a good one. An example is I was trying to do something on my computer and couldnt. The bartender happened to be skilled on a computer and fixed my problem easily and wouldnt take a tip. Every question was answered with great suggestions on what to see during our visit

leider die Duschköpfe funktionieren nicht. Nur ein Duschköpfe hat funktioniert aber leider war unpraktisch. Sonst das Zimmer war Top. Das Badzimmer ist sehr groß und gut vom Schlafzimmer getrennt. Die Betten sind bequem. Minipar ist nicht ganz preiswert aber praktisch. Das Personal ist top und freundlich. Das Frühstück ist mehr als Spitze und erfüllt all Wünsche. Die Lage ist gut und Nah des Zentrums. Und ich sage opregado

The temperature in july was very hot and humid, our room was hot and humid for the entire time. The air conditioner did not come up to standard - even the next morning was too hot in our room!!!! It was on maximum!!!! It made a nice visit Very unconfortable.

sejour avec mes 2 enfants .personnel de reception à lecoute et disponible. confort du lit dappoint passable et pas digne dun 5 etoiles.il fallait demander au personnel de service de renouveler les savons, serviettes de toilettes...1 seul peignoir pour trois personnes. menage dans la chambre non fait quotidiennement.1 seul ascenseur sur 2 fonctionnait.le prix est trop élevé et ne justifie pas cette classification.
