Excelente el trato del personal, las instalaciones perfectas con una gran elegancia sin ostentación, decoración chapeau, comedor para el desayuno muy cómodo y acogedor, el desayuno propiamente muy bueno y variado(hasta las 10:30 L-V, 11:00 S y D). Restaurante servicio impecable, ambiente tranquilo, comida muy buena(hay alternativas para alérgicos). Muy bien situado.

Aimé la déco design, lamabilité et la réactivité du personnel. Apprécié la situation idéale et malgré tout,le calme de létablissement.Propreté:impeccable.Petits déj top.Points négatifs: leau de la piscine trop javellisée, nous ny sommes plus retourné pour cette raison. Et le sèche cheveux à disposition est tellement lourd et encombrant quil est bien difficile de lutiliser.

I have high expectation on hotel and this hotel is in high quality that is absolutely amazing. The Towels, beddings, king size mattress are so clean and comfortable. The bathroom is spacious and the shower head is very strong and it can be adjusted to massage mode and the rain shower is gorgeous as well. My executive room is spacious with balcony facing to the pool. And I've spent some time by the pool and garden because it is very relaxing. The staff, Tiago, Andrew and a Portugese staff, the one worked in south of France before (don't remember his name) are very friendly and their English are very well. I highly recommend this hotel to my friends !!!!!

Hotel was nice staff was friendly. Just a reminder... Dont eat or drink anything in the fridge. Saw a guy freaking out because he ate $50 worth of snacks. If youve never seen a portugese guy lose his mind over the price of pringles its very entertaining... just dont be that guy. Lol

Bessa hotel é um dos melhores hotéis que ja tive o prazer de pernoitar. Tudo sempre muito limpo os quartos as salas de convivio a piscina mesmo tudo os pequenos almoços são divinais o ginasio tudo mesmo. O staff é muito atencioso a qualquer pedido que faças muito educado e cordeal. E o sítio perfeito para descansar. Situado np centro de lisboa e muito facil chegar a todo o lado para quem quer conhecer a capital sem ter de gastar fortunas nos taxis e uma excelente opção. Aconselho vivamente

Piscine indisponible pendant la quasi totalité de notre séjour (pas de dédommagement). Prélèvement de 75 euros à notre retour en France sans explication: la bouilloire n'était pas dans notre chambre (sauf que nous avons jamais eu de bouilloire dans notre chambre). L'hôtel refuse de nous rembourser. Des voleurs.

Tolles Hotel in zentraler Lage von Lissabon. Sehr nettes Personal, die einem tolle Tipps geben.Leider war während unseres Aufenthalt der Pool defekt.Wenn man dieses Hotel bucht, sollte man den Shuttle Service von und zum Flughafen nutzen, dieser hält sich mit € 20 absolut im Rahmen.

The location was excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was a little smaller than expected. The elevators were tiny. The room decor was spartan---no decoration of any kind. The bed was very comfortable and the cleaning staff did an excellent job. The bathroom was like a sensory deprivation chamber: mirrors with white walls, floors, and ceiling. Everything was either white or a reflection of white. Im sight-impaired and it was very hard for me to orient myself. There were no washcloths and for tissues there was only a little pack of 5 or 6. The device charging outlets did not charge our devices very well. To get a fast charge we had to use adapters and plug into the wall outlets which were mostly near the floor. I had to unplug a lamp to use one. Room service almost invariably messed up our breakfast order. They did come on time though, and the portions were generous and the food was good. The restaurant was also good and the prices were reasonable, but they had a fairly limited menu.

Hotel muito bem localizado, próximo a pontos turísticos e restaurantes de primeira. Quarto novo, muito bem distribuído e arrumado. Café da manhã bem servido, apesar de não ter aproveitado muito. Caso não consiga acordar, recomendo ir na direção da praça do Paço, onde você encontra diversas e maravilhas cantinas. Recomendo

Staff, atencioso, nota 6. Varia, tem gente boa e tem gente cumprindo função. Café da manha fraco para regular. Não tem qualidade e refinamento (por exemplo guardanapo vermelho?) . Falta classe. Hotel tem quarto bom e cama boa, mas a decoração do hotel é de mal gosto, pesada.
Localização agradável.
Relação custo/benefício é nota 5.

המלצה נוספת, השרות של הובר בליסבון הוא מצוין. עלות הנסיעה משדה התעופה בליסבון למלון הוא כ 10 אירו. מאוד נוח וכדאי. המלצות צוות המלון באשר למסעדות תמיד הייתה מייטבית. תהנו

Hotel muy bien situado, la habitación muy bonita pero la cama de matrimonio era pequeña. Tiene una piscina y un patio genial. El personal de recepción en general agradable, excepto una chica, muy guapa por cierto, que mientras le preguntábamos como ir a un sitio no dejó de mirar su ordenador y para no tener que explicarnos nada, nos sugirió que podíamos ir en un taxi. No es el trato que esperas recibir en un hotel con 4 estrellas !

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel war ok, jedoch Preis/Leistung stimmt nicht so wirklich. Pool/Dampfbad haben halbwegs funktioniert. Aber das Dampfbar war sehr alt und überhaupt nichts besonderes. Pool ok. Jedoch pool im 1. Stock, Sauna, dampfbad im 5. stock. Wir hatten vor dem Zimmer eine riesen Baustelle. Klar kann das Hotel nichts dafür aber es war nicht zumutbar, die Balkontür/Fenster zu öffnen. Wir haben es gemeldet aber die Antwort war lediglich, dass diese Baustelle schon seit einem Jahr besteht. Frühstück war gut, aber die Freundlichkeit und Zuvorkommenkeit vom Personal im Frühstückbereich war nicht so toll. Trotz dem stolzen Preis von EUR 15.00/ pro Person (im Vergleich)Lage war ideal für einen Citytrip.Zimmer war sehr sauber.

Great location, great amenities and very helpful staff, would definitely come back. It includes a relaxing area with a small pool and a fitness area with a sauna too. Breakfast has a good choice, but is a bit repetitive when staying for a week. The rooms and bathrooms have a comfortable size. There is also a working desk in the room and business centre in the hotel.

Angenehmes Hotel in zentraler Lage. Viele touristische Ziele, aber auch Metro, Bus und Straßenbahn fußläufig in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen.
Ich persönlich habe das Personal hilfsbereit und bemüht erlebt und würde wiederkommen.

After a couple of bad experiences with Airbnb, we decided to book a hotel this time. We stayed at the hotel for 7 nights and never regretted our choice. Super clean rooms, fantastic location. Rooms with airconditioning. Hotel staff always nice and helpful. Pool! I was sleeping like a baby there.

Very decent hotel in fantastic, central location. We got a room on a 1st floor with a balcony overlooking Av. da Liberdade. Great views! High ceilings, quirky, modern room interior and roomy bathroom and well sound-proof windows all made our stay super comfortable. They also have an underground car park with a lift going straight to the lobby and a small pool with sunbeds. Great place to stay if you plan to walk a lot during your visit in Lisbon (most of the landmark places and many great shops and restaurants are within the walking distance).

The hotel is listed as a 4 star hotel but I’m not sure how that is possible. The hotel is very old so I’m not sure if that’s the problem. There is still carpet through out the hotel. Our shower was tiny, and the bathroom was not vey clean. There were hairs on the walls in the bathroom. We had to get more towels because the ones we had were dirty. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is in a great location. Like a 5 minute walk to Van Gogh museum. However, next time I wouldn’t stay here.

A great hotel in a great location. The red line hop on hop off bus stops not far from it. Rooms are a great size and staff on reception are very helpful and accomodating. Only downfall is the breakfast and the coffee- not great at all! However would definitely stay here again, just for room only

Tolle geräumige Zimmer. Modern und sehr sauber. Die Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstückbüffee ist vielfältig und gut. Schwimmingpool ist etwas klein, mehr für Kinder geeignet. Zentralel Lage zur Fußgängercity, U-Bahn ist auch nur ein paar Minuten entfernt.Sehr gute Klimaanlage!

We stayed for two nights at the end of June. Hotel staff was very friendly, the rooms are very nice and posh and include free and fast Wi-Fi, a kettle with tea and coffee as well a room safe. It was even possible to pair a smart phone to the sound system via Bluetooth. The breakfast was ok and considering the variety of options to have breakfast nearby I would opt for outside breakfast next time.

Très belle hôtel, très bien placé, mais le service n est pas à la hauteur du standing et des prestations décrites... que se soit le bar, le restaurant ou l accueil. La température de la piscine ne permets pas de se baigner, les jets passants sont inexistants et froid. J ai tout de même apprécié la mise à disposition de serviette de bain. Je ne conseillerai pas votre établissement. J estime que les prestations vendues ne sont pas la réalité, il y a donc manque de transparence et de la tromperie. Il faut tout de même relever et remercier un de vos collaborateurs Ricardo qui nous a permis de trouver de la qualité attendu par sa bienveillance et son engagement pour nous permettre de terminer notre sejour sur une belle expérience.

Сразу нет. Персонал не обучен елементарной вежливости. Сплошное разочарование. Администратор не пустила маму с маленьким ребенком в туалет ресторана при отеле, которые зашли с улицы. Хотя в туристических городах это в порядке вещей.

Very well located. Easy to access many sites by walking and public transportation. Rooms are well appointed. Comfortable beds. Good sound proofing. Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is in great location and it really nicely kept, but the hotel staff are very snobbish, and not helpful at all especially reception and restaurant. Other then that the hotel is in a prime location and the interiors are actually nicer then the photos.

Only stayed 2 nights. I was afraid that rooms on second floor facing the street will be noisy but it was super quiet.Rooms are new, showers are huge and wonderful.I have nothing bad to say about the room: great bad, side tables, control of lighting in the room, tv, AC - all great.Highly recommended

Good location easy to travel into the downtown area. Corridor lights are a little dim and ventilation could be better. Room is nicely furnished and i had 2 very nice but tiny balcony. Breakfast selection was better than expected! Thank you for the lovely stay.

Quartos amplos, com algumas deficiências (porta de armário rangendo, mobiliário inadequado) e banheiros muitos bons (apesar de não ter ducha higiênica e do vaso com design interior pouco eficiente).
Parte do pessoal da recepção pouco profissional.

Pros: Excellent location! Very helpful and attentive staff. Clean and spacious room. Very comfortable beds.
Only very slight flaws: amenities like soap and shampoo were given a set instead of two, and no body-scale. Also noises from next door and upstair rooms could sometimes be heard.
All in all, we enjoyed our stay very much!
Would definitely stay here again!!

Lage ist Top, besser kann mans nicht haben. Empfang sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Zimmer okay, aber für diesen stolzen Preis hätten wir doch etwas mehr Luxus erwartet. Kein Bügeleisen zB., Minibar vorhanden, aber leer....! Was nützt eine Minibar ohne Inhalt?? Hotelkorridore eng, dunkel und kalt eingerichtet. Frühstücksraum eng und klein, deshalb jeden Morgen überfüllt. Angebot soso-lala. Nachschub liess auf sich warten... Personal überfordert.

Well located, comfortable rooms. Pay attention to the fact that on some sundays (last of each month apparently) the downtown is reserved for pedestrians and consequently the hotel’s parking is not accessible until late in the night. To be mentioned that the hotel’s staff was totally helpless - when contacted by phone because of blocked roads - to advise an adequate solution: « ask a policeman » were we told. We had to pay 42 € for less than 24h in public parking! Comment of the staff « we can do nothing ». I would recommend to the hotel’s management : first inform correctly the customer at least on demand and best in advance, suggest a solution including a discount to compensate the unexpected extra-cost. As the first priority, I would overall recommend making the hotel’s staff focus on the customer particularly given the luxury status of the hotel!!!

Buena ubicación y habitación confortable. Cerca de todo. Otro tema es el trato recibido por los empleados del hotel. Hice una queja por unas obras de mantenimiento en el parking que me dejaron el coche blanco, pudiendo haberme ocasionado daños en el coche al utilizarlo como punto de apoyo del material y aún estoy a la espera de una explicación por parte del hotel (4 estrellas).
A raíz de la queja verbal presentada la empleada que me atendió (una chica joven con evidencias muestras de incompetencia al no saber, o no querer gestionarla) ni se dignaba a dar las buenas noches. La calidad y la diferencia está en la manera de gestionar las incomodidades que tienen los clientes.
Por lo que he podido observar los hoteles Bessa no cumplen estos requisitos como para volver.
Por cierto, no cojais el desayuno en el hotel. En apenas cuatro minutos tendréis obciones muchísimo más baratas y de buena calidad.

Les moins : Le fait que le personnel ne parle pas français, il est ainsi parfois difficile de se faire comprendre. Je n'ai pas d'autres choses à rajouter de négatif. Nous avons été plutôt satisfait de notre séjour.

Presently staying at this Hotel. We had issues with our shower for the first 2 nights. It would flood causing the entire floor to get wet. After multiple attempts at repairing it, we were moved to another room. Upon being moved to another room, the air conditioning was not working and had to be repaired. It was repaired. Ultimately, it was not a restful stay and we didn't really get anywhere with the management. Ricardo (the hotel duty manager) offered my wife and I free breakfast. I advised him his offer was an insult as we paid close to $350 Canadian dollars per night and were unable to shower properly for the first 2 days. I should mention, I was super patient with their staff and kept all discussions polite and professional. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. We do not recommend this hotel.

Unfortunately, our stay was a big disappointment. On our first night we noticed the shower does not drain; water spilled out on to the floor while showering. Despite numerous promises, the issue was never fixed. On the third day, after continuous complaints, they gave us a new room. However, the AC did not work, in the middle of July. We stayed without a proper shower and without a functional AC for most of our stay. It interfered with our trip and It was not a pleasant stay. If you encounter a problem with your room, you will not receive the attention required. We were offered a free breakfast. This is not the service you would expect given the reviews and cost of this hotel. Would recommend you look elsewhere.

O hotel é limpo, moderno e confortável. A localização é excelente. A piscina, o bar e o restaurante são pouco atrativos e parecem estar lá como decoração. Não há equipe disponível para fazer pedidos no bar e a piscina é apertada. O café da manhã é regular. O atendimento é regular. Custo-beneficio ruim. Acredito que limpeza, conforto e boa localização não sejam qualidades exclusivas de hotéis com 4 ou 5 estrelas.

We stayed at BessaHotel Liberdade for 6 days and thoroughly enjoyed it. The location is central for tourism. There are restaurants, shops and entertainment within easy walking distance. The staff helped us with arranging tours (ask for Pedro) and directions. The facility has a modern, artsy feel that is comfortable. The pool is indoors, so if you're looking to sunbathe, this may not be the right option. Rooms include a refrigerator, which is handy to have cold water and snacks available. Loved being able to open the balcony door for fresh air. We would stay here again.

I checked into this hotel for one night.
After the spending the morning walking around Lisbon and having lunch I wanted to have a nap and rest before going out later in the afternoon and dinner. At 4pm in the afternoon, so right after check in a very intense drilling and hammering noises started in the room next to me, making it obviously impossible for me to get any rest. This went on until 6pm, no stop. When I complained to the manager she told me that “it was only two hours which is nothing in a lifetime”. They didn’t offer to move to another room more far away from the noise cause it was apparently fully booked. I think this speaks volume about the type of place this is and the way they handle what they described as an inconvenience. Which ended up being an inconvenience only for me.
In addition to this the decor is very tacky and the gym not well equipped. Definitely not a 4 stars establishment. Only convenient aspect is the location but there’s plenty other hotels in the same area. Will definitely not be going back.

Peut-être un des meilleurs hôtels de Lisbonne. Chambre et service au top avec piscine au 1er étage ( pour 8 personnes maxi je dirais) et une super salle de fitness accessible 24/24( appareil très modernes de marque Matrix).
Très grand lit et magnifique salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne énorme et bain à bulle.(Chambre familiale).
Seul bémol, le prix, mais bon, C'est un 4 Étoiles.

Hotel is good for a short stay int he city. Location is prime- on the avenida de liberdade. The room was small, they put us near the pool and we can hear the other guests outside. Our windows did not open as well. The entrance to the pool is right outside our door and we can hear people coming and going.

Great hotel except for my arrival. I was received by a lovely young lady BUT the security guar felt it was necessary to remain behind her until I presented my ID. Alright, I had a large backback and had a simple t-shirt and jeans. Maybe being black man in such simple attire made me look potentially hostile.
Anyway, besides this indelicate behavior, my stay was real nice.

Preis Leistung zu teuer!!!! Das Hotel ist ok, jedoch für 180€ pro Nacht völlig überzogen. Samstags Abend wollten wir im Restaurant Essen. Der Kellner (sehr freundlich) sagte jedoch das ein Mitarbeiter krank sei und wir min. 1 h uns gedulden sollen. Frühstück ist ok, allerdings wie auch in der Lobby extrem kalt (Klimaanlage)!Sehr freundliches Personal!

We really liked our stay at the hotel. Modern facilities and convenient location. Near Rossio train station which is convenient for long distance trips (such as Sintra). Also, easy to walk to Praça da Figueira and Praça Martim Monitz where you can take buses and trams to move around the city. Nice to go out for an afternoon walk in Avenida da Liberdade. Hotel has a small but cozy wimming pool which is great for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing.

What I enjoyed the most while staying here was the quality of service. The staff was really kind and helpful, and the cleaning service was very satisfactory.
The breakfast was bit of a downside because it was quite simple. But overall I really loved staying here!

We booked this hotel because it got good reviews and the price seemed fair. Mins to the metro or just a few minutes walk to all the city centre sights, shops, restaurants and attractions. Great location though they have police standing outside on weekends because of pick pockets and to keep out vagrants.

Excellent in every way. The rooms were spotless. We returned at 2pm and our room was ready by this time. I missed coffee maker in the room Staf is friendly and helpful. My thanks to Reggie for suggesting the place, Pedro for the glorious upgrade and all the lovely staff at Bessa.

We had a small room and it was a bit tight. Pm and our room wasn't ready so we left our luggage with the hotel and went for a walk. The room was on the top floor and had a very low ceiling for that reason, and unfortunately smelled a bit like toilet. The atmosphere in the dining hall wasnt great. The location is perfect for walking around ***y parts of Lisbon.

We had a terrific room on the sixth floor with little porthole balconies looking out onto the castle in the distance. The room was easily big enough to take the scooter, and for us to get about. I spent a generous time in Lisbon and felt very much at home in the hotel.

We were so thrilled when we arrived on our room after a long flight. The staff was exceptional. The Front Desk Agents are Cordial & eager to assist. The staff was extremely helpful and assisted me with all needs and requests. We will for sure be back next time we are around.

We stayed here as a bit of a treat as we wanted a pool and Bessa Hotel did not disappoint. Within walking distance. There are ***y restaurants in the neighborhood. Tourist shops and tram stops all few mins away. I loved the shower and the personalised welcome screen that appears when you turn on the TV.

I can only recommend this hotel for anyone looking for affordable luxury in the city center. The location of the hotel is central and gives easy access to all key tourists sites etc. We held off from the Pastel de Natas until we'd tasted the ones from the Pasteis de Belem but they were very nice.

Nice modern hotel with superior fixtures and fittings. Staff is great and give you good information about the hotel and city. It's within walking distance to all the main parts of Lisbon and very close to some really good non tourist restaurants. L will return and make sure my family and friends share this experience when they visit Lisbon.

From the moment of arrival the Hotel staff tries to make you feel like a VIP. The staff are friendly and helpful. Outdoor terrace as well as the room itself is modern and chic. Of course everyone was in a good mood because Portugal had just won the Euro Cup.

Bessa is a new hotel in an old building and in a wonderful location for seeing Lisbon. At less than 2euro a person each way it is very good value. The hotel itself features a very elegant and chic restaurant called Tabik that fames itself on its creative up market nouveau cuisine by ***ual Lino.

The location for transport from airport was ideal as was the access to the central area. Its very clean and quiet if you get the rooms with the garden view. All the hotel staff we have dealt with have been very nice. Thursday and Friday very loud music from kiosk just outside in Ave.

Excellent location right where you want to be for a quick city visit. Flights with TAP Portugal and private transfers were included. It's a self service breakfast but there are staff in the area to assist if required. Housed on a high floor at the back of the hotel we were free of any noise factor. There's quite a lot of noise during breakfast.

Beautiful hotel with the perfect location. We walked pretty much everywhere. Took the bus to go to the Belem Tower and took and Uber back which was really easy and only cost about 9 euros. We did not use the pool or restaurant because we were mainly out exploring Lisbon but everything looked great.The check in was quick and the staff was very nice and polite. The room was clean and spacious and overlooked Praça da Liberdade. You can park at the hotel for a small fee. When you turn on the street instead of turning left to go where the hotel awning is, turn right and then the first left, it will take you to their parking garage on the left. There's a underground parking right in front of the hotel and that's where we went at first so we spent a few euros and about 30 min or so to move our car around. Highly recommend this hotel!

Hôtel moderne avec chambres et salles de bains spacieuses, bien équipés et jolies. Excellente literie et hôtel au calme. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est excellent et varié. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait pour visiter Lisbonne. Tout le personnel de l'hôtel est très avenant et professionnel. Hôtel a recommander !

The hotel is in a great location and I was able to walk everywhere. The room was beautifully presented, modern design and very clean. The bathroom was really spacious with a lovely shower and had a fantastic eucalyptus shampoo! The staff was extremely helpful and assisted me with all needs and requests. There is a small gym and poor area as well. Great value for your money.

Very good hotel with an excellent location.
The staff is also very pleasant and attentive.
The rooms have a very well good sound insulation which is rare for a hotel. They are also comfortable, spacious and design !
The only tiny downside : The little size of the swimming pool. But we can understand in the light of the location of the hotel in the center !

We had a minor drain issue in the shower, but it was fixed quickly. Also, the water in the pool were very very cold (in mid August).. so we hadn't had the chance to enjoy it..

We are returning guests to this place because we liked the hotel and its location. First time our room was on second floor and towards the pool area. Although they say they close the pool at 10pm people who have their rooms towards the pool on the first floor can walk right out to the pool and have a party. This happened the first time we stayed but we thought this was just a one time thing. On our return we were given room 122 which is right next to the pool door which is constantly slammed between 7 am-12 pm. You might think the pool closes at 10 but this door opens with your room key leading to a closed door so many guests try to check out the pool after opening hours and slam this door. Every time they do, your bed shakes! I tried to change the room but was met with we are full although there was one room available online!There is also a space for smokers with stairs up to the pool area so people also walk up to the pool area this way. A bunch of people were walking right into our room when our door towards the pool was open at 11.30pm!!!!The staff do nothing about this and seem generally unhappy to provide any help in any area at all. We wont be back and dont recommend it!

Highly impersonal, cold hotel. Rooms are poorly designed. No drawers and very limited hanging space. Lighting is very limited and rooms are basically dark. Hallways are narrow and remind one of walking down to your jail cell. Our shower did not drain properly and water flooded bathroom floor

Amazing hotel with great value for money! The room are very spacious and clean, the breakfast is very tasty. It's also enjoyable to go to the swimming pool even though it's a bit small. You can also go to the gym , steam room and sauna 24h. Also the wifi is free and very fast! I definitely recommend this hotel if you stay in Lisbon!

Exceptional hotel. I arrived at six in the morning very tired from travelling through the night and they had a room ready for me. The only thing that could be improved is the coffee in the breakfast room (cheap self service fully automatic machine). Avoid the roomservice, the food is not good. As the food is amazing in Lisbon try to eat somewhere else.

Hotel 100% recomendable. Muy buenas instalaciones, el servicio es impecable y especialmente nos encanto el desayuno. Tiene también un restaurante al lado, Tabik, que merece la pena conocerlo, un concepto distinto, muy buen producto y los gintonic que he probado ahí son sin duda los mejores que he probado en mi vida ;)
