장점:숙소 앞이 피게이라 광장이라 바로앞에 전철역 있어 공항이동 하기 편했고 건너편에 트램 12번 타는곳도 있습니다 .
싱글룸에 방안에 세면대와 변기(?)같은게 있었고 다행히 베드버그는 없었습니다
조식은 간단한 빵 과일 있었습니다
단점:엘레베이터 없습니다
그래서 두번방문은 안할듯

방번호를 다시한번 물어봣다고
키확인하라면서 짜증내고
체크인할때 굳이 코리아?라고

Best location ever! All you need is right above the corner. Staff is very polite and nice. Very clean rooms. All furniture is good, all devices working without problems. Breakfast is fantastic, especially because of fruits)

Shared restrooms and lack of cleanliness was deal breaker.
Overall - OK place to stay, there are better options across the street.
Good - The only good thing about this place is that it is really central to most of the major attractions. When booking I was looking for a certain location, hence I booked it without overlooking a key detail.
Bad - In hindsight, I should have paid close attention to the BIG BOLD LETTER that mentioned shared restroom. I am not a huge fan of sharing a restroom (toilet) with ten other rooms (dorm days are over). The rooms are not that special either. The rooms are small with twin beds, a small side table and a small cupboard to hang your five items. We stayed in a room with a balcony that was overlooking the main square, but at night it seemed like demons visited that place as there were all sorts of noises from garbage trucks to a random guy yelling all night. Buy ear plugs if you plan on sleeping through the night. The restrooms are only cleaned once a day, in the morning. So if you happen to use if late at night, bring a mask and cleaning supplies. The floor of the rooms were dusty or collected dust really fast (giving the benefit of the doubt to the cleaning crew).
The location is close to a bus stop and right in front of the metro terminal if you choose to travel to other sites.

L'endroit est vraiment bien, les lieux très propre, les salles de bains communes ne sont pas un problème, le déjeuner est varié et complet, le Wi-Fi très bien, le personnel très sympathiques et serviable. Pour la situation géographique c'est exceptionnel et juste en face vous avez vraiment tout ce qu'il vous faut pour le transport. Très belle clientèle et la communauté gaie est bien acceuilli.

Die Zimmer sind sauber und relativ gross, das Frühstück Buffet ist super und der Service ist sehr freundlich, zudem gibt es beim Check-In einen welcome Drink.
Einziger Nachteil ist der enge Balkon der sich mit Höhenangst nur schwerlich in Einklang bringen lässt aber immerhin ein Balkon und das ist als Raucher Gold wert.

Fajna lokalizacja ale nic po za tym. Łazienki na pietrach, ale na szczęście dobrze utrzymane. W poblizu nie ma jak zaparkować - jest co prawda parking podziemny ale ponad 40 E za dobę. Można na recepcji zapytać o parking to pokieruja do takiego 10E za dobę, ale trzeba zostawić kluczyki parkingowemu, bo mają tam niezły tetris i przedstawiają auta. Na szczęście nie ukradli. No i trochę śmierdzi w pokojach.

Overall great location, service and clean and fresh premises. Very friendly personnel and great breakfast, just as advertised. The washrooms, although clean and well maintained, are in the common corridor, but we had a sink and shower in the room. The only drawback I can think of is absence of elevator in the building, so you have to carry your suitcases to the second or third floor (I should add that the receptionist did offer her help to carry our baggage). Otherwise very good experience. Would highly recommend this location, it offers an excellent value for a buck.

Super céntrico. Habitacion familiar con camas muy cómodas. Buen aire acondicionado. Desayuno incluido bastante completo. La recepción está en un 2° sin ascensor. Tema aparcar: hay parking en la misma plaza a 35 euros día. El hotel te ofrece el garaje Lis a 700 m por 10 euros día, pero está cerrado de 0 a 6h. Tienes que dejarle la llave del coche allí porque te lo mueven ellos. Si vas a estar muchos días te merece la pena.

1. 장점
위치: 각종 트램, 버스, 지하철 (호시우 역), 공항버스가 정차하는 피게이라 광장(호시우 광장 바로 옆입니다)에 위치해 있습니다. 한 마디로 위치 깡패입니다. 호시우&바이샤 지역은 걸어서 관광 가능하고 카르무 수도원도 걸어서 다녔습니다. 아줄레주 박물관, 벨렝 지구, 알파마 정도만 버스 및 트램을 이용했네요. 바이루 알투는 헤스타우레라도레스 역까지 걸어가서 푸니쿨라를 타면 됩니다.
리스본 최고의 관광 지구에 위치한 만큼, 주변에 레스토랑 수도 어마어마하게 많습니다. 식사 걱정은 안 해도 됩니다.
조식: 가격에 조식이 포함되어 있는데, 전형적인 유럽식 아침 부페이지만 매일 먹어도 질리지 않을 만큼 담백하고 맛있습니다. 바게트와 크루아상을 비롯한 각종 식사용 빵, 각종 생햄, 치즈, 올리브에 절인 토마토나 카프레제, 감자 키쉬, 기타 시리얼과 각종 과일, 주스, 커피, 우유 등이 제공됩니다. 매일 먹어도 질리지 않아서 좋았습니다.
객실: 침대가 편안하고 객실 안에 작지만 있을 건 다 있습니다. 작은 샤워부스, 세면대, 거울, 침대, 작은 책상, 옷장, 금고, TV 등이 있습니다. 좁은 것만 빼면 평타는 칩니다.
가격: 가격은 사실 좀 애매한데, 싱글룸이 1박에 10만원 정도 했던 것 같습니다.. 그런데 좀 더 부지런하게 발품을 팔면 리스본에서는 저렴한 호텔도 구할 수 있을 것 같습니다. 나쁘지도 않고 좋지도 않은 평범한 가격.
리셉션: 24시간 리셉션이며 직원 모두 영어를 잘 합니다. 하우스키핑 하시는 분과도 영어로 의사소통 가능합니다. 친절한 편이고 리셉션에서 바우처 인쇄, 택시 예약 등이 가능합니다.
타올은 당연히 제공되며 매일 매일 하우스키핑 해줍니다.
2. 단점
샤워부스 및 세면대: 화장실은 공용으로 따로 있고, 객실마다 작은 샤워부스가 하나씩 있습니다. 수압이나 온수에는 문제가 없지만 물이 빨리 내려가지 않고, 매우 비좁다는 단점이 있습니다. 샤워기는 분리됩니다. 세면대 같은 경우는 제 방 것은 물이 너무 조금씩 나와서 그냥 공용 욕실에 가서 사용했습니다.
그리고 샤워부스가 방 안에 함께 포함되어 있는 거라서 (따로 화장실 공간이 있는 것이 아님) 습기가 좀 찼어요.
엘리베이터가 없습니다. 2층이 리셉션이고 3층부터 객실인데, 저는 3층이어서 그럭저럭 25인치 캐리어를 들고 올라갔지만, 짐이 더 무겁거나 몸이 불편한 분이면 이용하기 어려울 것 같습니다.
방음: 깨끗하게 관리되는 편이지만, 건물은 낡았습니다. 벽과 벽 사이가 얇은 건지 복도에서 떠드는 소리가 크게 들렸습니다. 청소하시는 분이 아침 일찍부터 혼잣말을 너무 열심히 하는 분이라 늦게까지 쉬지 못한다는 불편함도 있었네요. 그래도 잠을 못 잘 정도는 아니었습니다.
선풍기는 있으나 에어콘은 없었습니다. 창문을 열고 선풍기를 틀 수는 있습니다.
객실: 정말 좁습니다. 있을 건 다 있지만 좁습니다. 25인치 트렁크 펼치고 나면 약간 답답한 느낌이 들었어요. 그런데 그렇게 좁은 싱글룸인데도 무려 작은 책상과 의자까지 있습니다...

Maravilhosa pensão! Eu indico! Funcionários atenciosos e simpáticos, tudo limpo e cheiroso.. café da manhã agradável! Uma excelente localização!!! Da sacada eu via o metrô do Rossio, Castelo de São Jorge, Mercado na frente, bondes, ônibus, lojas ! Excelente comércio! Apesar de não ter elevador, eu voltaria para lá. Levem malas leves, para que consigam subir as escadas!

立地がいい割にかなり安い。トイレシャワーは共同だが5ルームくらいがあるフロアに3ヶ所くらいあるのでそこまでバッティングしない。共用リビングに冷蔵庫がある。時々プライベートスペースを勘違いしている人らがタオル一枚でシャワーから出てきたり、大声で共用リビングで電話してたり。朝ごはんは典型的な安宿のバイキングという形。

Ich war dieses Jahr 2019 zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, das Frühstück sehr lecker und reichhaltig.
Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und überaus freundlich. Ich hatte immer ein Zimmer mit Blick auf die Plaza was ich sehr schön finde. Rund herum gibt es viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, und sehr gute Restaurants. Zu Fuß ist man in gemütlichen 10 Minuten unten am Wasser.
Die Pension Praca de Figueira gehört für mich mittlerweile meinen Lissabon besuchen dazu.

Pontos muito fortes: conservação do local, higiene (nota da limpeza é mil!!!), Atendimento dos funcionários, café da manhã, localização PERFEITA (na esquina com a entrada do metrô Rossio, em plena praça da figueira).
O banheiro compartilhado não deve ser considerado um problema para a escolha deste hotel, pois é extremamente limpo e chega a parecer que ninguém além da gente usa!
Pontos relevantes: não tem elevador.

Best place to recommend if you will have a short trip in Lisbon. The staff is cool and responded to each request at checking, during the stay and at the checkout. The room is clean and get cleaned each morning. A case is available to store valuable things so it is to you to set the code. There's a WiFi connection. The place is calm and everybody is sleeping. Around the accommodation there's many restaurants and shops so you can eat and get everything you want. The metro station is at 20 meters from the entry. You can walk for 10 minutes to see the Atlantic at your feet. I recommend Pension Paraça da Figueira for your next trip.

L hotel est très bien situé, sur la place figurera, en plein centre ville, à 30 secondes du métro, bus, tram.
Le petit déjeuner buffet est copieux.
Nous avions une chambre 2 lits simples sans sanitaires. Nous avons donc utilisé ceux sur le palier (3 salles de bain dispo pour 7 chambres sur ce palier), aucun problème pour la disponibilité. L endroit est propre, la dame de ménage passe chaque jour.
La chambre disposait d un petit balcon.
Il faut monter des étages sans ascenseur, déconseillé aux personnes qui auraient des difficultés pour les escaliers.
Nous avons vraiment apprécié nos 2 nuits, je recommande et j y retournerai sans problème.

Fajny Hotel. Łazienki mimo że są wspólne to są bardzo czyste i zadbane i dobrze wyposażone. W pokoju mieliśmy prysznic i umywalkę. Czyste ręczniki, łóżko wygodne a pościel pachnąca, sejf, klimatyzacja, telewizor z dużą ilością programów. Śniadanie było smaczne i urozmaicone. Pani na recepcji bardzo miła mówi świetnie po angielsku i była bardzo pomocna. Okolica mimo że pełna super restauracji życie w tym miejscu tętni to czuliśmy się nocą trochę niebezpiecznie ze względu na wielu podejrzanych typów się tam krecacych.

El hostal esta en muy buena localización. Le pesa que apenas se puede aparcar en la zona y el acceso es muy malo (no hay ascensor y son varias plantas). La habitación es modestas. Las camas son comodas y la limpieza la valoraria en un 6/10. El baño tiene muy mal acceso para la BAÑERA. El desayuno escaso y abarrotado de gente, es algo agobiante. El trato por el personal es muy bueno.
El precio algo subido (210 €/2 noches habitación doble), me parece algo caro después de todo.

Curiosa, la recepcion en un segundo piso sin ascensor, es decir no apto para personas con mobilidad reducida, pero es limpio, las habitaciones son correctas y el baño tamvien muy limpio. Ofrecen desayuno en el precio que esta bien, no tiene pretensiones pero es correcto.

위치 매우 좋습니다. 공항버스도 바로 앞에 오구요 피게이라 광장 호시우 광장 바로 앞이고 스텝도 영어잘하고 친절합니다. 객실은 상당히 조용하고 시설도 깔끔합니다. 조식도 상당히 잘나와서 놀랬네요 ㅎㅎ 가성비 갑입니다. 대신 엘리베이터가 없으니 고려하세요

交通方便，吃喝玩樂的名店或景點都在步行範圍， 早餐很豐盛 ，櫃檯的接待人員也很熱情，態度非常好 來這裡住，務必選擇可以看到無花果廣場有陽台的房間， 好好感受熱鬧的里斯本魅力。 這間飯店雖然是舊大樓設施， 而且衛浴是共用的， 但是他的整潔維護的很好， 衛浴也幾乎都不需要等是很夠用的。 這間飯店還有公共的廚房可以微波食材和快煮壺可以加熱開水， 他最大的缺點就是沒有電梯，拖著大行李爬五樓是非常要命的一件事。希望店家能安排專門幫忙提行李的人，酌收個1~2歐元，我想有需要的人會很願意付錢請人幫忙的。

Très bon séjour à Lisbonne, en ce mois de février 2018.
La pension est idéalement située. A proximité immédiate du métro, d'une grande place, de restaurants, boutiques, boulangeries, des principaux sites touristiques.
Notre chambre (pour un groupe de 5) était très propre.
Le buffet du petit déjeuner très varié.
L'accueil très sympathique. La personne nous a donné plein de bonnes adresses.
Nous avons également pu laisser nos valises à la réception le premier et le dernier jour.
Je recommande...

Very clean and comfortable. Very good breakfast. Excellent location in the heart of lisbon. Unfortunately there is no elevators in the building and no slippers in the rooms.

From outsider it look shabby but when ur inside its clean room, smell fresh, they clean the room and change the towel every day, unless u told them not too, very central, receptionist is very helpful and kind, breakfast is also good if i could give ten stars i will, highly recommended price is affordable. The only minus is no elevator, but what the heck ur on vacay

Muy buen lugar en pleno centro. Limpio y acogedor. A pesar de estar en pleno centro, las ventanas son nuevas y no se oye ni un ruido de la calle.

Bon rapport qualité prix. Très bien situé (plein centre et accès direct métro bus et tram). Je déconseille toutefois à ceux qui ne veulent pas monter 4 étages sans ascenseur car c'est sportif.

Very good location. The breakfast was nice and staff was helpful. The first evening we arrived very late and we felt a bit confused at the reception but after we explained that we hadn't been able to find the place easily (because the entrance is a bit hidden) the lady was friendlier and helped us to find parking and get to sleep.

Bien, precio justo por lo que ofrece. buen desayuno, buena ubicación (céntrico) pero las habitaciones no son muy lindas y es muy incómodo subir tantas escaleras, sobre todo con el equipaje. No hay ascensor.

This was a good hotel at a good price. It was easy to find, centrally located, and decent.
We stayed here for two nights in mid-July. Our room was nice but small. It was well-air conditioned and clean. We also had a mini fridge, which was great for cooling bottles of water for day trips. There wasn't anything major to complain about. The finishings are a bit old but everything was fine.
Be aware that the reception is up three flights of stairs and there is no elevator. Pack light or be prepared to haul your heavy bags.
Pros:
- affordable
- excellent central location (Rossio Metro is literally within spitting distance, Santa Justa Lift, Praca Commercio, Tram 28, Castello)
- mini fridge in room
- free WiFi (good connection and fairly quick)
- air conditioning
- included breakfast (decent but not great; avoid fruit salad)
Cons:
- small rooms and cramped bathroom (no hooks anywhere)
- no elevator
- springy mattress (uncomfortable)
- street noise if window is open
As a side note, there are hash dealers everywhere in the area. They seek out tourists. Hilarious but weird. They are very easy to pick out from a crowd: creepy-looking men lingering around.

The staff was knowledgeable and really helped us plan and know how to get around. You can't beat the location for the price. I would gladly stay here again. It's a real gem. Perfect for our group of 3!

Sehr zentral gelegen und hat eigentlich alles was man so braucht wenn man nicht den ganzen Tag im Hostel verbringen will. Könnte aber etwas sauberer sein.
