Pretty good, I can highly recommend. Many sorts of live music, interactive dancing lessons and even in calm days the environment is cosy, with plenty of good food and a cheerful staff!

O lugar até que é legal mas não tem um bom atendimento. O som ambiente é do spotify, que não é uma assinatura, então a todo momento o som é interrompido e entra alguma propaganda... sem contar que é direto do celular de um dos atendentes, que enquanto eu estava lá, atendeu 2 ligações, interrompendo a música. Pedi uma tábua de frios, não estava ruim, mas também não tinha nada de mais! Não é um lugar que voltarei.

Wer authentisches portugiesisches Essen und Stimmung haben will sollte zu Tomes gehen. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Abend mit Meeresfrüchten, Wein, Musik und wir rasselten zu portugiesischer Musik mit dem Chef, der auch jedes Lied textsicher mitsang.
War übrigens das beste Lokal in diesem Urlaub.

Authentic place in Lisbon. The food was so delicious and the ambience was really nice. The staff is fun, friendly and entertaining! And not to forget the cocktails: classy and good!

I do not recommend the place. Honestly it is super over price. The menu is not clear, the service is good, but they could give a bit more of attention to their customers, during the time I was there I saw customers leaving the place because it took far too long to someone to come around and take their order. Ahhh and they charge you for couple drops of olive oil, the bread is old and the olives are the worse quality that you can imagine, but the music is great and the atmosphere of the bar is nice too. The place does confuse you with their price strategy, you see on the menu board a ginja €1.50 which is tiny tiny tiny cup, which two bars down the road you get a full glass for €1.50, the beer they will strongly push you to buy the most expensive one, and as soon you seat down the bread comes along without you asking our even giving time to refused to take.

Posto straordinario dove mangiare portoghese. Il gestore è simpaticissimo e accogliente. Il locale è un po' spartano ma essenziale. Cibo squisito.

Excellent food (octopus was sooo good), good wine, amazing mojitos (o Rei do mojito!) Staff and owner (?) very friendly and welcoming and chatted a bunch with us, and you get to add graffiti to the walls after you eat. Great place! Will be back again!

Au hasard de nos déambulations autour du Castro san Jorge de lisbonne nous découvrons tomes gaffe...acceuil formidable, musique brésilienne et cuisine exceptionnelle. Pas photos car nous sommes jetés sur les plats. Merci beaucoup et adresse à enregistrer.

The most tender octopus I have ever had. Side of peppers with creamy potatoes. Maybe a bit too much olive oil, but that could be wiped off. The house wine was tasty. Mom's chocolate cake was served warm and moist. We loved this place and will return to try other dishes.

Comida tradicional portuguesa. O leitão é muito bom e o bacalhau à brás extraordinariamente saboroso, o melhor que já comi, o preço é acessível. Restaurante perto do castelo de São Jorge, com uma atmosfera familiar muito agradável. Recomendamos vivamente!

Per accoglienza e simpatia meriterebbe di più, anche 5 stelle.
Inoltre c'è musica del vivo, anche se hit inglesi.
Ma il cibo è medio (3,5).
Quello che stupisce sono i prezzi, decisamente alti, non da taverna, ma pensati per i turisti.
Mangiato altrove, sia a Lisbona che Porto, meglio e di più (certo senza musica) e pagato in totale 40 euro. Qui abbiamo speso 52,50 in 4.

Una tasca pequeña, con encanto, perdida por el barrio de Alfama. Sus paredes, firmadas por antiguos clientes que pasaron por sus puertas, recuerdan a la mítica Bodeguita del medio.
El dueño nos trató genial y la comida estaba muy bien a un precio adecuado.
Yo pedí un bacalhau à Brás, un plato típico en Lisboa, excepcional.
Sin duda un sitio para recomendar y repetir

Это наше любимое место в Лиссабоне! Вот уже 2 года мы дружим с владельцами и еще никогда не видели столь доброжелательных людей! Приготовьтесь к хорошей музыке, вкусной еде, прекрасному вину из Алентежу (попросите непременное его!), и не забудьте, что ваши щеки будут болеть от нескончаемой улыбки! Это удивительное по своей атмосфере место! Это кафе и многие другие в Португалии не стоит оценивать по внешнему виду или отсутствию роскоши. Это вам не Москва и не Питер. Как шеф-повар я могу сказать, что в ресторанном бизнесе бывает всякое, и блюд в меню нет, потому что вчера все съели и не успели приготовить новые, и медленно готовят, потому что один из двух поваров заболел и не вышел, и ошибки бывают как и у всех людей. Я был там не менее 20 раз и не помню ни одного повода для разочарования. Если вы хотите почувствовать местный колорит, то лучшего места я пока не знаю! По чт и сб уроки танцев с 20:00, вход свободный! Томе и Клаудиа, спасибо вам!

Cuando el camarero es un showman , algo no irá bien. Este local no es un bar de comidas ,sino un garito para beber chupitos y combinados y reirte un rato. Me llenaban las jarras de cerveza de un tirador a pie de calle,cuando a los demås clientes se las llenaban en la barra , donde estaba mucho más fresca y con más gas ( soy cervecero y lo comprobé yo mismo ). Cuando les pedí cochinillo, a mí me pusieros dos trozos de costilla ( premio de consolación ) y a una mesa junto a la nuestra las dos paletillas ( primer premio ).Los espaguetis con gambas eran hervidos con tabasco y cuatro gambas sin pelar puestas encima. La dueña se disculpò y me ofreció otro plato para compensar el desastre del cochinillo pero ya era demasiado tarde. Pagué ,dejé propina y nos marchamos. P.D. No nos dieron el rotulador para firmar en la pared , con la ilusión que le hacía a mis hijos. En fin...

Food is nothing to write home about, but affordable and filling.
Starters served as if they were complimentary, which they weren't.
When we were there they did not accept credit/debit cards.
Owner seemed friendly enough though

Restaurant-bar typique mais unique dans une jolie petite rue de Lisbonne. Excellente nourriture, grand choix de boissons dans une ambiance très joyeuse et toujours conviviale! On s'y sent comme à la maison! C'est aussi souvent la fête le soir! On chante, on danse, on s'aime. Il y a des profs de danse certains soirs qui donnent des leçons gratuites ! J'adore cet endroit et j'y retourne régulièrement. Les propriétaires sont tellement chaleureux! Que du bonheur!!

Потому что если вы откажитесь от оливок или хлеба, вам все равно пробьют и то и другое.
Курицы нет, это на заметку тем кто не есть красное мясо.
Октопус (осьминог) который они так хвалят, совершенно не вкусный и очень маленький.

Il posto merita 5 stelle già solo per l'ospitalità.
Ho mangiato bene a prezzi corretti in più essendo il mio compleanno hanno festeggiato insieme a me e sono stati molto carini. Lo raccomando.

Le personnel du «restaurant» nous a incité à entrer alors qu'il n'y avait plus que deux menus disponibles à la carte par manque d'ingrédients. Le riz au canard est sec et le canard quasiment inexistant.
La gérante du restaurant a rajouté du pain et des olives sur la note alors que nous n'en avions pas commandé.
Endroit à fuir. Préférer les quelques restaurants à côté plus typique et moins attrape touriste.

5 reasons for not missing this place :
1) Excellent food for the price range
2) The octopus dish stands out. It is a special recipe handed down from generation to generation.
3) Great house wine at a 1/3 of the price of what the neighbouring restaurants charge
4) The owner and staff are friendly and very enthusiastic, we felt welcomed and relaxed the whole evening.
5) Great location in a traditional Portuguese house in Alfama that appeals to all ages and Brazilian music fans.
